A Special Meeting for Parents
My son is a ninth-grade student. He will be in high school this September, but the admission exam to high school is much harder than before. Twenty three classes are going to graduate this year, that is a bit over 1,000 students will be joining the test in June, with only 100 days left.
The color red generally denotes passion and good luck. All the students were in red clothes and 23 red flags stand for 23 classes, flag-bearers standed straight on the two sides of the students. All the classes, one by one, swearing they will be devoting to score well. School officials sat on the platform and encouraged them to learn well as a gift to their country, it seemed they have forgotten who paid the children to study.
It was my first time attending such a meeting. In my opinion, they are only teenagers, no need to do this. There is competition between the government and parents, and both of them want to affect these young generations.
