We held a general meeting ofwith all staff present to select the five people to leading group for a professional title evaluation, and rules were made by this five people group, then two people won according to the rul group. That group then set guidelines for the promotion, and two people were selected based on those guidelines.

It was extremely fair, and I was impartial enough during the whole process.

ButHowever, someone alwayis blamesing me for not getting promoted, just because I was in charge at that time.

This is the third time they have reported me for no reason. I know it's them even though they do it reports are anonymously.

If we did wrong thisomething wrongs, we would be punished strictharshly.
