I found myself becoming a little bit lazy here recently. Not only did I write less, but I also corrected fewer Chinese entries.

I spent a few minutes reflecting on this situation. Firstly, It's not about the time. I've been busy recently, but not as busy as last year.

It may be because my English learning has reached a plateau, and I can hardly feel my progress recently. If so, it's not sensible to be lazy. Maybe it's time to adjust my routine or change my goals.

I haven't thought it through very clearly. Do you have any good suggestions?

我发现自己最近在这里变得有点懒散了。不仅写得少了，而且修改的中文也少了。

我花了几分钟思考这个问题。首先，这不是时间的问题。最近虽然忙，但也没像去年那么忙。

Present perfect tense needed here because you are talking about a period of time in the past up until now rather than a situation that only occurred in the past and is completed.

"Firstly" sounds a little formal.

Other options:

One thing I realized was...
First of all...

I've been ~~busy recently~~quite busy these days, but not as busy as last year.

I swapped out "recently" since you used it a lot in this essay. I added "quite" for emphasis.

I have also recently felt that I reached a plateau in my Chinese, which is why I have really pushed myself to do a lot of reading, writing, listening and speaking these days.

I have developed a variety of different study methods, so it depends on what you want to focus on. But in regards to writing, I have found that watching something slightly above or at my level and then writing about it using the vocabulary I learned in the video has helped me the most with varying the types of words and sentence patterns I use.

Sometimes I feel lazy too 😅. You can try new things, do what you love doing in relation to learning English. You can learn vocabularies on the topics you love (gardening, poem).

Good writing! I feel like I havent been correcting lately too lol. Changing your goals sounds good, maybe interacting with different types of English language media can help diversify your knowledge and fill in any gaps you might have :)
