I wonder how people remember the words with "-ct-" or "-t-.", because I always make mistakesix them up.

A lot of native English speakers make those mistakes too. Some even forget to pronounce "c!" This is one of many things in English that just requires memorization. Even then, you can sound like a native speaker even if you make that mistake. Good luck!
