I had a walk with a 12-year-old girl who lives nearby at dusk. It was very enjoyable.
I like dusk very much, and I also like going for a walk in the proper site. Since there was no pavement in the small town and a lot people knew me but I didn't want to be social with them, I prefer riding my bike than going for a walk recent years.
I went to her home to borrow a ladder, so I invited her to go for a walk with me incidentally, and she accepted.
We took some photos along the road. In order to watch the sun falls at my dream location, we walked in hurry at last. Fortunately, we did it. When we arrived, a half of the sun disappeard, it was falling quickly. We climb to the soil dam and sat down. A few minutes later, it has gone. Then we went home.
It became darker and darker. The little felt scared and held my arms tightly.
A Nice Walk

I'm not exactly sure about the rules for hyphens, and this might be a correct usage. But I wouldn't use them here.
It was very enjoyable.

"in the proper site" sounds really strange; I'm not sure exactly what you meant by it, so it's difficult to offer a correction.
Since there wa's no pavement in theour small town and a lot of people kneow me but I didon't want to be social with them, I've preferred riding my bike thano going for a walks in recent years.
Complex sentence! It feels most natural in present/present perfect, so I've changed it to be consistent with that.
I went to her home to borrow a ladder, so I invited her to go for a walk with me incidentally, and she accepted.
This is okay, but a native would probably say something more like "so while I was there I invited her to go for a walk with me". "incidentally" sounds a little strange here, but it's difficult to explain.

Fortunately, we didmade it.
"did it" is okay, but "made it" or "managed it" would be more natural.
When we arrived, a half of the sun disappeard, it wasthe sun was already half gone, and falling quickly.
"disappeard" should be "disappeared". But I wanted to make the whole sentence more natural.
We climbed to the soil dam and sat down.
"soil dam" sounds a bit strange, but I don't know what we'd call it.
A few minutes later, it hasd gone.
Or "it was gone".
Then we went home.
It became darker and darker.
The little girl felt scared and held my arms tightly.
Maybe "arm" rather than "arms"? "arms" sounds like she was holding your left and your right arm at the same time.
