Give important words in a title a capital letter.

Today was a day with many great experiences for me.

Sounds better if you say what kind of experiences: good, bad etc. and take the "for me" off the end.

When I woke up, at the morningIn the morning, when I woke up, I felt a bit strange, because today was my seventh day withof medical rest.

IN the morning not AT. "seventh day of medical rest" not "seventh day with medical rest".

ByFor a moment, I thought today willould be a strange and nervous day,; however, as the day progressed I began to feel more confident.

The expression is "for a moment". "would be" you are imagining what the day is like rather than it definitely being that way.

Although, I also took my son to his psychollogisty class.

A "psychologist" is a person. The subject is "psychology". Or did you mean "Although, I also took my son to his psychologist."?

It was a great use of time, because while I was waitting for Sebastian I canould practicse my speaking on the Lingo App.

Past progressive form needed i.e. "I was waiting". In British English the verb is "to practise", in American English "to practice". Not sure what kind of English you are going for.

Also, I took advantage onf the morning to move forward with a new project.

I hope the new project will be successfull.

Today I realized Sebastian loves to use the headphones and I think it is a good way ofor working because it improves his attention and concentration.

"loves" is third person singular form in present tense. Don't need "the" before "headphones" as you are talking about "headphones" in general not a specific set of headphones.
