I don't think anyone watches City Hunter, a movie made in France, whose story was based on a famous Japanese comic book. I didn't expect it but I, as a City Hunter's fan, was really glad to see the director, Philippe Lacheau, made this movie true to the original. Character setting, story development and even a small scene were all faithful to the original.
I was happy that French people made this film because I thought a foolish gag in the movie was unique to Japan and people in other countries would never understand it.
The actors and the actresses changed their hair colors to dark like Japanese that I think a bit strange but sexy.

Foolish has a negative feeling to it. If you say someone is foolish, or has a foolish idea and so on, you are (lightly) insulting them. Also, "foolish" is a bit outdated and not used much anymore except by people like comic book supervillains

Excellent entry! Without corrections your English sounded fairly close to native here, so I made some strict corrections that would put it fully on native level. I wouldn't be so strict with a novice, but you're clearly a skilled speaker so hopefully these corrections are helpful :)
