Three days ago I started go for a run every morning. I've been thinking to start running at the beginning of spring, but I keep putting it off because of the quarantine, and after, when the sport shops were closed due to quarantine. Eventually, I bought a nice running shoes on last Saturday and started the next morning. I decided not to hurry and start from a little thing - run around a block where I live. Even this little effort is hard for me, because I've never run before. So today, I felt that my legs hurt, although I'm trying to run the proper way - placing my feet on the center, and not on the heel. After a run I do some exercises to relax and stretch my feet. As far I can say that I liked it. I like the coolness of morning air, as well as the feeling of how your legs and body works. Now I'm planning to make a habit of going for a run every morning, and achieving that I run the distance around the block with ease, and then I'll see what to do next.

Good job with the writing and the running! I've been running for 10 years and really enjoy it. I started with "Couch to 5K" and would recommend it as a way to get started with running without injuring yourself.

I completely understand what you've written here, but it doesn't sound natural I'm having a hard time trying to correct it - sorry about that!

coolness of morning air makes sense, but you'd usually say morning air is fresh as opposed to cool.
Now I'm planning ton makeing a habit of going for a run every morning, and after achieving that I will run the distance around the block with ease, and then. After that, I'll see what to do next.
I'm not 100% sure on what you are trying to say here :( I hope that correction is what you meant.

Three days ago, I started go for a run every morning.
I've had been thinking tof starting running atsince the beginning of spring, but I keept putting it off because of the quarantine, and after, whenI kept doing so later because the sport shops were still closed due to quarantine.
You were thinking of starting running since the start of spring, and at the temporal reference point that you're using, you are now running. This means that the action of "thinking" has been completed, so you should use the past perfect progressive or another tense for the past.
The last part needs rephrasing. I have given you one example, but depending on what you want to say, a different wording may be better.
Eventually, I bought a nice pair of running shoes on last Saturday and started the next morning.
I decided to not to hurry and to start from a little thingsmall - run around athe block where I live.
The parallel structure as is means that you decided both to not hurry and to not start small.
Even this little effortsmall thing is hard for me, because I've never run before.
So today, I felt that my legs hurt, although I'm trying to run the proper way - placstriking my feet on the center, and not on the heel.
"I felt that my legs hurt" is grammatically correct but not as idiomatic. (Note that "hurt" is an infinitive here.) Generally, "I felt [that]" is used more for external things or for more complex ideas.
After a run, I do some exercises to relax and stretch my feet.
