A Message Function
I think it would be helpful if there's a message function on Langcorrect.
For example, right now I want to tell my friends here that I'm back in Shanghai and have time to correct their Chinese entries.
I believe we all need a little encouragement to keep learning at some time.

Yeah, Langcorrect has a good learning atmosphere.
I think it would be helpful if there' was a message function on Langcorrect.
This is a minor change to keep your tenses consistent. "Would" and "is" (there's -> there is) changes from past tense to present tense. "Would" and "was" are both past tense.
I believe we all need a little encouragement to keep learning at some times.
Your version is not wrong, but this version reads a little more smoothly.

Because it a is hypothetical/conditional statement, it's best to use "if there was a _______"
For example, right now, I want to tell my friends here that I'm back in Shanghai and have time to correct their Chinese entries.
just a personal preference, but i think it makes the sentence flow a little more smoothly
I believe we all need a little encouragement from time to time to keep learning at some time.
Feels a littlle more natural to put "some time"/"from time to time" before the action of keep learning
