I told you about my charity yoga class for elderly ladies. Well, I feel a little bit frustrated recently.
There are fifteen students in this class, and eight of them come to the class almost every week. They have been doing great in the class, but from time to time, some of them would fall down during daily activities. It seems normal for them to fall at their age.
I've been trying to help them strengthen their muscles, but I only offer yoga classes once a week. So, I try to teach them to set a daily exercise goal and how to monitor their physical activity levels by themselves.
Today is the third of monitoring and only three individuals are continuing to participate.
Oh, I don't know how to help others be more active.
There is always a way. I'll think about it tomorrow. It's too late now.

Well, It's been making me feel a little bit frustrated recently.
"a little" and "bit" are the same thing really.
There are fifteen students in thise class, and eight of them come to the class almost everymost weeks.
You don't need the repitition here.
They ha've been doing great in the class, but from time to time, but occassionally, some of them would fall down during their daily activities.
You don't need to say "class".
IAt seems normal for them to fall at their agetheir age such a fall is not uncommon.
Hard to explain but this sounds more natural in English.
I've been trying to help them strengthen their muscles, but I only offer yoga classes once a week.

I told you about my charity yoga class for elderly ladies.
Well, I have been feeling a little bit frustrated recently.
Changed “feel” to “have been feeling” to reflect ongoing recent emotion. Removed “bit” after “a little” for smoother phrasing (“a little frustrated” is more natural).
There are fifteen students in this class, and eight of them come to the classattend almost every week.
Replaced “come to the class” with “attend” for more formal and concise language.
They have been doing great in the class, but from time to time, some of them would fall downfall during daily activities.
Changed “would fall down” to “fall” for simpler, more direct expression. Removed “down” as “fall” already implies falling down.
It seems normal for them to fall at their age.
I' have been trying to help them strengthen their muscles, but I only offer yoga classes once a week.
Changed “I’ve been trying” to “I have been trying” for consistency in formality. Minor adjustment for smoother flow.
So, I try to teach them to set a daily exercise goals and how to monitor their physical activity levels by themselves.
Changed “a daily exercise goal” to “daily exercise goals” (plural) for general advice. Removed “and” before “how to monitor” to avoid awkward construction; better to say “teach them to set... and monitor...” Slight rephrasing for clarity.
Today is the third day of monitoring, and only three individuals are continuinge to participate.
Added “day” after “third” to clarify the timeframe. Changed “are continuing to participate” to “continue to participate” for simplicity and present tense consistency

If this is a title, then all the words would be capitalized. Otherwise, you could just capitalize the first, but not only the first and the last words.

It's too late nowfor today.
Simply saying "it's too late now" makes it sound like it's too late to ever come up with something, rather than conveying it's simply too late for this day. You calso also say "It's too late for now."
