Personally, I think China's climate is better than Canada's in terms of the weather alone. Whenever I hear the temperature of minus thirty or forty degrees, I can't imagine how to spend it.
As I said before, at least for me, the new year is more like an ordinary day, and I also hope it's an ordinary day. I don't want it to bring me undue burden.
Today is my first day on duty after the new year. I saw the Phalaenopsis that someone gave us before the new year in my office. It was really beautiful. I will take a picture of it and send it to you later.
Could you please tell me the place you work at? I really want to know, I like to understand it through maps.
I've always been very grateful for all the help you give in the process of my English learning, and here I would like to say to you sincerely: thank you so much!

Personally, I think China's climate is better than Canada's in terms of the weather alone.
Whenever I hear the temperature of minus thirty or forty degrees, I can't imagine how to spend it.
Unsure what this sentence means --- 'I can't imagine how to spend it'. Do you mean 'I can't imagine how you would spend a day that cold?' or 'I can't imagine how you cope with the cold'?
As I said before, at least for me, the new year is more like an ordinary day, and I also hope it's an ordinary day.
I don't want it to bring me undue burden.

'Show' sounds more polite than 'tell' here :)
I really want to know, I like to understand it through maps.
'I like to understand things through maps' or 'I like to understand through maps' --- No 'it' needed :)
I've always been very grateful for all the help you give in the process of my English learning, and here I would like to say to you sincerely: thank you so much!
