A Ferocious Dog

My neighborhood raises a ferocious male dog. He barks and growls at each person who passes by, I know the owner of the dog. The owner once took his dog to me, I fed some food to the dog and wanted him to recognize me and would not bark at me, but failed. The dog only ate my food and forgot me, the next day, when I walked near the garden bar of the neighborhood, he still growled and pat the iron door heavily.

The most unacceptable is the dog even barks at night when people near his house, he works 24 hours a day. This is a nuisance for all the people in this area. Someone complained this to the local police station and the dog was taken out by them. However, only two days later, the owner took his dog back home, and nothing changed.

The dog is strong with territorial, I hope the owner should have to give the dog some professional training to desensitize this consciousness. Unfortunately, the owner didn't recognize this, he posted a message on the local resident chat group saying that barking is a natural thing for a dog. In the past two months, I haven't seen the owner of his family members walked the dog outdoors. Occasionally, however, we can hear the dog still barking at night.

That's one of the reasons some people in my area don't like dogs only because their owners do not train them well.

Thank you for your corrections!
I hope the owner will enroll his dog in a professional training program to address his barking behaviour.
