Although many years have passed, I still remember an embarrassing thing that happened in the beginning when I started to go to elementary school.
One summer, it seemed like my father said, son, it was time for you to go to school. I wore shorts and went to school with other older students in my village.
At that time, schools enrolled new students in spring. That meant that my classmates had already studied for a semester more than me.
The first day I went to school, the math teacher assigned us classwork. One of the questions was 1+1=?. I didn’t have any idea about it because I didn’t even seriously have a math class.
I asked the classmate sitting on my left, he was like “equals 0”. I wrote 0 on the answer area. When I saw the classmate sitting on my right, his answer was 1, so I changed the answer to 1. I am really confused and didn’t know what the hell is one plus one.
I was like I changed my answer between 0 and 1 a few times by erasing and writing down the answer. Finally, the paper in the answer area was damaged. However, I had already forgotten the answer when I handed the classwork to my teacher.
A Embarrassing Thing When I Was In Elementary School
Although many years have passed, I still remember an embarrassing thing that happened in the beginning when I started to go to elementary school.
One summer, it seemed like my father said, son, it wais time for you to go to school.
Consider: "I didn't have any idea because I had never had a former math class." Consider also: "...never had a proper math class."
I asked the classmate sitting on my left, h. He was like, “it equals 0”."
I wrote 0 oin the answer area.
When I saw the classmate sitting on my right, his answer was 1, so I changed the answer to 1.
This one sounds natural and is easy to understand. But something like this would be more technically correct: "When I saw the classmate sitting on my right had answered 1, I changed my answer to 1."
I amwas really confused and didn’t know what the hell is one plus one.
I was like I changed my answer between 0 and 1 a few times by erasing and writing down the answer.
Finally, the paper in the answer area was damaged.
However, I had already forgotten the answer when I handed the classwork to my teacher.

That sounds rough!! I guess it wasn't so bad if your classmates also didn't know the right answer... I hope you figured it out :)
