A difficult book
I often read English books these days. Usually, I don't have too much difficulty in reading English books, but a book I'm reading recently is very difficult to understand. The content itself is not difficult to understand, but many sentences in this book were written in a complex way. I saw on the internet that even some English native-speaks said it was not easy to read. Unfortunately, there is no Chinese edition of it, so I started to read it with the help of "Google translation."
<p>我近段时间经常读英文书。我一般读英文书都没什么太大障碍，但最近在读的一本书非常难读。这本书里的知识并不难懂，但是作者经常写一些语法复杂的句子。我在网上看到一些英文母语者也说那本书不太好读。遗憾的是这本书目前并没有中文版，所以我读它的时候不得不借助谷歌翻译。</p>

I think "English books" sounds fine. I definitely say "Chinese books."
Also, I agree that many English books are hard even for native speakers. I read Jane Austen in highschool, and her sentences were so long and complicated, it was so much work to read! I prefer to relax while I'm reading, so I don't read that kind of book often.
