I'm now writing this text because a i have already discovered the community. I was looking for a website to practice german until now, but i found this website and i believe the community is engaged in learn together. I saw some people describing their morning routine, and now i will write about mine.
I woke up early six ou seven in the morning, did my workout and after all get my breakfast. I ate some eggs with bread and coffee, just a normal morning, yesterday i worked and now i'm thinking about go to the beach at the afternoon. I really want some help to improve my writing in english, i'm trying to do a little text every day, but some days i don't have nothing to right abou, my mind just stop and can't do progress. However, read and listen to other people in movies and videos is part of my routine, i also work with some chinese guys and i practice more english with chinese guys than with native english speakers. At reddit people are kind rude and sarcastic, i don't like this kind of behaviour, even more if we want to improve ourselves as person.

"right" = "correct" or the direction. You want "write" here. They sound the same, but are spelled differently.
"progress" is one of those words that works as a noun or a verb.
"I don't have nothing" is a double negative. It's better to say "I don't have anything". This is one of those stereotypical things that native speakers often correct each other for getting wrong, to the point that certain dialects (e.g. AAVE) consider it normal, but for most dialects it's considered a mistake.
However, reading and listening to other people in movies and videos is part of my routine, i. I also work with some cChinese guys and i practice more eEnglish with cChinese guys than with native eEnglish speakers.
At reddit people are kind of rude and sarcastic, i. I don't like this kind of behaviour, even more if we wantso when we're trying to improve ourselves as personople.

Nicely done! Remember, the pronoun “I” (including contractions like “I’m”) and nationalities/languages are always capitalized in English. If you’re looking for things to write about in the future, maybe try summarizing or reviewing the movies or videos you’re watching.

It's not clear what you're trying to convey here actually so I guessed what you meant and adjusted accordingly :).

Language names are always capitalized in English.

The grammatical construct for the change: Go->going is called the gerund, you can read up online about the rules surrounding it if you are interested.
I really want some help to improve my writing in eEnglish, iI'm trying to dowrite a little text every day, but some days iI don't have noanything to right about, my mind just stops and I can't do progress.
do->write: You can use do here, but using a more precise verb when possible is always better.
However, reading and listening to other people in movies and videos is part of my routine, iI also work with some cChinese guys and iI practice more eEnglish with chinese guysmore with them than with native eEnglish speakers.
No need to repeat "Chinese guys" twice, the second time around you can replace it with them.
AtOn reddit people are kind of rude and sarcastic, iI don't like this kind of behaviour, even more so if we want to improve ourselves as a person.
I think websites usually take the preposition "on", I.e. I bought this *on* Amazon. Not sure if this is a general rule or not, but on sounds better to me here.

Good job! In English when referring to oneself I should always be capitalized. It can be kept lower case in things like texts, but even then I would say it's always preferable to capitalise it.
You made a few mistakes related to the gerund, I recommend reading about how it works as English seems to use it differently than other romance languages.

Capitalize ‘I’ as the first person pronoun always.

You’ve done well.
Apart from daily routines, you can write about topics that interest you; vehicle models, movie personalities, dating and marriage, education systems, anything.
When you don’t know what to write then you can look at the prompts.
