Two of the energizing actions I want to take right away after finished the Chapter 8 'Feel Good Productivity' is to bring greenery (nature) into my home, and take a walk.
Firstly, I don't have any money to bring any plant into my space, let alone the small garden which is ideally by Ali's recommends.
So I thought of save a wallpaper of greenery into my iPad, I might try it now.
Because some study says that even a doses look, small amount of time, which the participants just spent 40-second to take a look/look through a green roof, significant felt more energizing, fewer errors.
One more, not only greenery, you can listen to nature sound (e.g. rainforest).
He suggested try listen to rainforest on a phone for 5 minutes at night, before bedtime.
Lastly, take a walk.
Last night i was going for a walk around my streets.
It made me felt calm, chill, some how more energize, happier.
I will probably walk more.
By Ali's:
If you want a simple to feel immediately rejuvenate, just take a walk, no time limit, no distance, no place in particularly.
If you can, stroll though a park, or a forest, or somewhere verdan street.
If you want, bring a friend.
Even 10-minute can make a huge impact into your day, or completely changed your life.

Two of the energizing actions I want to take right away after finished theing Chapter 8 ', "Feel Good Productivity' is", are to bring greenery (nature) into my home, and to take a walk.
This is a pretty tough sentence to write, so nice job.
I took out the comma before "take a walk" because that is a dependent clause.
I added the word "to" because it keeps the same infinitive verb structure ("to bring" and "to take").
Firstly, I don't have any money to bring any plants into my space, let alone the small garden which is ideally by Ali's recommendations.
you could say "a plant" or "any plants"
So I thought of saveing a wallpaper of greenery into my iPad, and I might try ithat now.
"of saving" or "to save" would work here
added "and" because "I might try it now" is an independent clause
"that" works better than "it" because it means "the thing I just talked about"
Because somOne study says that even a doses look, quick look for a small amount of time, in which the participants just spent 40- seconds to take a look/look through a green roof, significant felt more energizing, felt energizing and led to fewer errors.
if it is only one study, then "one study says"
If there is more than one, then "Some studies say"
"led" is the past tense of "lead"
One more, not onlyIn addition, not only can you use greenery, but you can also listen to nature sounds (e.g.,
rainforest sounds).
rainforest could be used like an adjective, to describe sounds, but just "rainforest" on its own seems incomplete and inaccurate
He suggested try listen to rainforest sounds on a phone for 5 minutes at night, before bedtime.
"bedtime" is already at night, so I would either:
keep "bedtime" but take out "at night"
OR
keep "at night" and take out "keep"
Lastly, another recommendation is to take a walk.
"take a walk" like this is a command, like you are telling someone what to do
The way I corrected it, it is no longer a command.
Last night i was going, I went for a walk around my streets.
"went" sounds more natural and is the past tense of "go"
the comma may not be necessary, but it introduces a nice, emphatic pause for the reader
It made me felt calm, chill, and some how more energized, happier.
I will probably walk more.

If you want a simple activity to feel immediately rejuvenated, just take a walk, no time limit, no distance, no place in particularly.
In "a simple," "simple" is an adjective that has to describe a noun: a simple __________.
If you can, stroll though a park, or a forest, or somewhere verdant street.
"some verdant street" means "a street with green plants nearby," I hope I understood that part correctly.
If you want, bring a friend.
Even 10- minutes can make a huge impact inton your day, or completely changed your life.
we usually say things make an impact "on" something
"It made an impact on her thinking."
also:
1 minute
now the plural form:
2 (or more) minutes

Nice job including some pretty thorough details.
A Chill Night Stroll Though the Streets
What you wrote is correct if you mean "chill" as in the slang sense, "I had a chill time with you." But if you mean chill as in cold, it needs to be "chilly."
Two of the energizing actions I want to take right away after finished theing Chapter 8 'of "Feel Good Productivity'" is to bring greenery (nature) into my home, and take a walk.
Better: "...and to take walks" if you mean that you intend to regularly take walks from now on
Firstly, I don't have anyenough money to bring any plants into my space, let alone the small garden which is ideally by Ali's recommendations.
"I don't have any money" = you have $0, nothing at all
"I don't have enough money" = maybe you have $1, but that isn't -enough- to buy a plant
To recommend (he recommends) = verb
Recommendations = noun
So I thought of saveing a wallpaper of greenery ionto my iPad, I might try it now.
We save things "on" or "onto" our electronic devices
Because some study says that even a doses look, ies have shown that even a brief glimpse, a small amount of time, in which the participants just spent just 40- seconds to take a look/look through a green roof, significantlook outside at a garden, a significant number of participants felt more energizing,ed and made fewer errors.
A "glimpse" is a very short time to see something.
A roof is the top part of your house as described from above and would basically never be possible to see through. A ceiling is the top of a room as viewed from underneath it, and this could potentially be seen-through (a glass ceiling). If you want to specifically say that the study participants looked up through the ceiling which had visible plants, you might say, "...to look at greenery as viewed through a glass ceiling..." but this detail is not really important to the story, the point is that they were looking at greenery, which is why I simplified it.
One more, detail, it's not only (greenery / viewing nature), you can also listen to nature sounds (e.g.,
the rainforest).
He suggested trying to listen to rainforest on asounds on your phone for 5 minutes at night, before bedtime.
Lastly, take aing walks.

Great job.
I started taking mental health walks 3 or 4 years ago, and they are still incredibly valuable to me. He's also right that taking care of plants is very therapeutic, but it's true that it is a luxury not everyone can easily access.
