A Book I'm Reading
One of my friends recommended a book to me a few months ago. It's called "Atomic Habits".
I bought an English version on Tmall and like it very much.
The English level in the book is just right for me, it is not too difficult.
More importantly, the author presents a useful system to help people like me form better habits.

I read this book about a year ago. It has some good ideas. The challenge is to maintain good habits over a long time. (Old habits sometimes return.)
