I want to speak English naturally, not like from a textbook! ๐Ÿ™‡โ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ™‡โ€โ™‚๏ธ
I want to speak like a native!! Seriously!!๐Ÿ™‡โ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ™‡โ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ™‡โ€โ™‚๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ”ฅ

Could you please help me by correcting anything that's wrong or sounds unnatural in my sentences?
It's alright if you change an entire sentence!!! Or you can change whatever you want!
I'd like to learn some common phrases and slang! ๐Ÿ™
Also, I'd like to get your advice on how to talk to foreigners.
I'm looking forward to your constructive criticism.โœ๏ธ

A: It's everything ok?
B: Actually, I'm not feeling well.
A: Omg, do you wanna go to the hospital?
B: I wanna go.
A: How are your symptoms?
B: I feel dizzy.
A: I guess maybe heat stroke, are your symptoms severe enough to need an ambulance?
B: No, I don't think so. But I also feel pretty sick.
A: Omg. But since we don't know the cause yet, I think you'd better go see a physician, but I'll call a cab first. In the meantime, I'll find a hospital, okay?
B: Okay. Thanks.
A: It's a little far... Can you hold out for 20-30 minutes?
B: I'll try my best.
A: Okay.
Oh, here comes the cab. Can you stand up slowly now?
B: Yeah.
A: Then let's stand up slowly. A: Okay, take your time.
B: Thanks.
A: If you feel like throwing up, let me know. I'll ask the car to stop.
B: Ok.

A: It's everything ok?

B: Actually, I'm not feeling well.

A: Omg, do you wanna go to the hospital?

B: I wanna go.

This is ok but in English, when replying to questions, it's not necessary to repeat the phrase in the question ("wanna go" in this case). Instead, we'd say "yes" or "sure" or another expression of affirmation

A: How are your symptoms feeling?

"Symptoms" isn't a word that usually comes up in an informal conversation like this.

B: I feel dizzy.

A: I guess it's maybe heat stroke, are your symptoms severe enough todo you need an ambulance?

Again, "symptoms" and "severe" sound a bit stilted for an informal conversation.

B: No, I don't think so.

But I also feel pretty sick.

A: Omg.

But since we don't know the cause yet, so I think you'd better go see a physician, butdoctor. I'll call a cab first.

In the UK at least, we'd call "a physician" a doctor. As a rule of thumb, informal conversation prefers shorter sentences instead of longer ones with connectives.

In the meantime, I'll find a hospital, okay?

B: Okay.

Thanks.

A: It's a little far... Can you hold out for 20-30 minutes?

B: I'll try my best.

A: Okay.

A: If you feel like throwing up, let me know.

I'll asktell the cadriver to stop.

You'd rather ask the driver as they are the one in control of the car, so they have the ability to stop the car. "Tell" is a bit more direct than "ask", as if A will get the driver to stop at all costs if B feels ill

B: Ok.
