We'd more often say this in the US.
Iโm a strangernot from around here but if you'd like, let me know what you're in the mood for and I'll look into it!
We don't often call ourselves "strangers."
B: Oh, really?
So,How about a hamburger!?
This is more commonly said in the US.
A: Okay, gimme a minute.
