But, wait a minute, there's a good app. It's a train app, it says in English. How's this?
B: Oh, that's really help.
A: I think this would be useful for foreigners, so why don't you download this app? If you don't wanna do, take a picture?
B: I'll just take a picture for now.

It's more natural to describe the app as being in english rather than being said in english.
