A & B Talk 45

I want to speak natural English naturally, not like a textbook! 🙇‍♂️🙇‍♂️
I want to speak like a native!! Seriously!!🙇‍♂️🙇‍♂️🙇‍♂️🔥🔥

Could you please help me by correcting anything that's wrong or unnatural in my sentences?
Changing an entire sentence is alright!!! Or you can change whatever you want!
I'd like to learn some common phrases and slang! 🙏
Also, I'd like to get your advice on talking to foreigners.
I'm looking forward to your constructive criticism.✍️

B: Excuse me. Got a few minutes?
A: Sure. What is wrong?
B: Do you know how long it takes to get to Omotesando from here?
A: Well, let me check, it says walking, about ten to fifteen minutes.
By train, it’s only one or two and it takes about 5 minutes to get to the station from here, so maybe 7 minutes?
B: Oh, really?
A: Yeah, but if you go on foot, you might get lost. It might be better to take the train, unless you wanna walk around town though.
B: Okay. So can you tell me how to get to the station?
A: It's hard to explain in words, so I'll just show you with app if you like?
B: Oh, really? Thank you.
A: No problem.

Corrections

B: Excuse me., got a few minutes?

We put a comma after excuse me instead of a full stop.

Got a few minutes?

A: Sure.

What is wrongHow can I help?

It would be odd to say "What's wrong?" straight away, unless B was visibly upset, or B said something like "Excuse me, got a few minutes? Something terrible has happened!"
