A = B?

Recently I am really putting a lot of time to doing exercise in a regular base.

However, I do have a ground rule.

I will not exhaust myself too much, means the next day I still has the strength to exercise again.

I jogging for one hour, jump rope for 30 minutes…

But yesterday when I riding bicycle to my home. (takes about 20 minutes)

The amount of sweat was roughly equal to the above exercise.

So, instead reserve a specific time to exercise.

All I need to do is just riding bicycle to my work place and home.

Because I need to do each day!

Maybe I should I buy a better bicycle.

But yesterday when I riding my bicycle to my homehome (which takes about 20 minutes), I sweat almost as much as I do with my other exercises.

This is a fragment, so I joined a few phrases together.

(takes about 20 minutes)

This is a fragment, so I joined it with the previous phrase.

The amount of sweat was roughly equal to the above exercise.

This is a complete sentence, but I joined it with the two fragments above.

So, instead of reserveing a specific time to exercise, all I need to do is ride my bicycle to and from work.

This is a fragment, so I joined it with the next sentence.

All I need to do is just riding bicycle to my work place and home.

This sentence should be joined with the previous phrase.

Maybe I should I buy a better bicycle.
