Sport
Mi piace molto fare sport. All'università gioco a tennis tutte le fine settimana con i miei amici. Lo trovo il migliore sport, perchè non è troppo stancante o impegnativo, ma molto divertente. Quando vado alla spiaggia con la mia famiglia, giochiamo sempre a pallavolo, che è rilassante.
Secondo me, fare sport aiuta per mi rilassare, particolarmente quando sono stressato a causa del lavoro. A volte non posso dormire bene, se non ho degli sport fatto, quindi faccio camminando circa la università o andare in palestra in ogni occasione.
Dei miei amici non amano fare sport, perchè loro sono un po' pigri. Devo incoraggiare loro andare con me per fare sport.

Calm day
I believe in a single steps. I sewed a button to the cardigan and a make-up bag. I solved 2 algorithm problems using the approach like dynamic programming and binary search. It sounds hard and unclear, but I also only start my way to be developer-analytic. In my domitory there are a bookshelf, where you can take of left the book. Seldom I go and see on the books. Today my catch consists in Haruki Murakami "Dance, dance, dance" and Applied Statictics. Each chapter have an epigraph that for me it is so beautiful.

Day 2.5
Still talking about work, what motivates me to learn English is being able to work remotely on the internet as support or freelancer and receive in dollars, this would improve a lot of my quality of life. I have a little bit of difficulty when writing sentences on past or in the future, I need to study more this conjugations, but I'm happy with my progress step by step.

Gravir Mont Everest
L'autre jour j'ai regardé un documentaire d'un youtubeur français qui a gravit Mont Everest. Il s'est lancé un defi en se donnant seulement 1 an pour se préparer être capable de réssuir l'ascension du Mount Everest. Le documentaire m'a impressionné parce que il n'est pas un athlète ou quelqu'un qui gravit fréquemment les montagnes. Il était complétment un débutant dans ce sport. La première moité du documentaire mont son entraînement, et la deuxième moité mont le voyage vers le sommet du Mont Everest.
Après j'ai regardé le vidéo, je suis allé lire des commentaires d'autre personnes pour savoir sur ses opinions. J'ai vu qu'il a reçu beaucoup de critiques pour ce vidéo.
Commentaires comme:
«Il avait trop besoin de Sherpas pour son voyage...» (Sherpas sont les personnes qui aident porter les équipment.)
«Le vidéo envoye un mauvais message à ses abonnements en disant que tout le monde peut accomplir ce défi, mais dans la realité c'est trop dangereux...»
«Le vidéo promotionne la randonée du Mount Everest, mais en fait c'est une randonée qui ne doit pas être fait parce qu'elle cause des dommages à l'environnement...»
En fin, je suis d'accord avec certaines critiques à propos de l'impact d'environnement et comment personne ne devrait risquer sa vie pour une randonée. Mais, je suis impresionné avec qu'on peut accomplir phyisquement si on entraîne intensément et de manière cohérente.

Internet resources erase he boundaries between countries and people. Knowing that I can communicate with other people cross over the world engages me learn English and cultures, make me an open person that knows anything is possible.
**Experience:**
I used to watch a lot of TV, hear one-sided information and believe it, but then I reconsidered my views and realized: nobody will say you the real truth, you must find one by yourself.
**Cultural heritage:**
Social institutes in Russia fetter, that is a reason why after a school and university that I’ve passed, I don’t risk to open new areas for myself, to spend time hanging out with friends, cause I feel that It’s waste of my time and I would be better off focusing on study English or programming but I know I’m wrong.

I listen to my family's advice, but I don't always follow it; I try to be self-sufficient, like my mother.

Being neat helps me feel more confident.

Los viajes! Me encanta compartir los momentos de viajes con mis amigos o familia, como si este viajando en este lugar una vez más. Ayer, mi compañera me preguntó sobre mis viajes a París y se le conté por una hora, incluso las malas experiencia! Al principio, ella solo quería quedar tres días aquí pero después de mi introducción, quería quedar cinco días y mas! Día 11: las cinco cosas más importante de tu vida
Por supuesto que la primera cosa es la salud física y mental. Los dos son fundamentales para una vida felice, porque sin ellas, no puede hacer nada. La seconda es el amor. Se refiere no solo al amor romantico pero tambien al amor entre padres y hijos; amigos, animales y etc. Tengo mucha suerte que estoy rodeada de mucho amor de mis padres,
familia y amigos. La tercera es el dinero. No solo puedo comprar las necesidades de la vida pero tambien puedo comprar cosas que me gustan y reglar cosas a mis queridos. Con dinero, sería más independiente y comoda. Tambien se puede pagar para tratamientos medicales que suelen costar mucho. I heard that many foreigners came to Xiaohongshu recently. If you are one of them, feel free to contact me(ID: 749870218). I'm not very active on that platform, but I think I can be one of your old acquaintances.

Ich habe lange nichts auf Deutsch geschriben
Heute ist ein neuer Anfang für mich. Ich denke, dass ich selbst Deutsch wieder lernen kann und möchte. Ich habe lange gedacht, dass es unmöglich ist, weil ich kein Lehrer wer korrigiere mich habe. Aber ich denke, dass ich klug bin und kann mein Deutsch besser machen. Vielleicht bekomme ich später stolz wenn ich auf Deutsch als eine Eingeborenerin spreche und schreibe. Viel Glück, Riny!

Day 2
Today is my second day writing in english and I want to share a little bit of my work(work or job?).
Because I work for a local company, I often have to do more than my job, but lately it has been tired me a lot, I have been searching for improvements solutions for the company at all and besides beign tiring I see little recognition, on the other hand if i stop to doing this I am charged for delivering little. Some times is hard to work in my mindset in this situations because n addition this problems I work in one of the bests companys in my city, so I still want to grow here and get a promotion.

I'll share and write down my resolutions for 2025 to make them more real.
Better lifestyle:
go for a walk every single day (at least for 1h), try to do some exercises/ eat better (I mean healthy), go more often to the cinema, theater and social events, try to travel more.
Self-improvements:
keep my body and mind in harmony - with an exercise routine I'd like to be less stressed and anxious, focus and keep going on my studies (English and Spanish)

今日クリスマスの時から買い始めたブラインドボックスのシリーズを揃えました！キューピーのシリーズで一個一個のフィギュアが可愛すぎて、見るだけで嬉しくなってしまいます！ブラインドボックスを久しぶりに買ったので、シリーズをちゃんと揃えて嬉しすぎます！私がブラインドボックスを買うときは一個ずつ、数週間をかけて買うので、シリーズを揃うのにお金をそんなに使っていないと勝手に思ってしまうんですけど、計算すれば合計金額はちゃんと高いんですね（笑）思ってたよりお金がかかったので罪悪感はちょっとあるけど、それより嬉しい気持ちが今のところ勝ってるので、最終的に買ってよかったと思います！

J'entre dans la salle, une petite surprise.
Surprise de quoi?
De moi même.
A cet instant j'ai réalisé que j'étais une vieille.
Pourquoi?
Car j'imaginais la salle remplie des ordinateurs fixes, mais en réalité le pc portable et le casque était attribué à chaque candidat dans un petit compatriment.
Les PCs de la salle de PC sont fixes. C'est une image gravée dans mon cerveau.
Ma perception n'avait pas changée depuis l'an 2000 alors j'étais etudiante de l'université.

Anu a perdu sa maison
Anu est la belle-fille de mon cousin et elle habite à Malibu. Elle y habite depuis une vingtaine d’années. Elle est esthéticienne et dirige sa propre entreprise. Elle est mariée et a deux enfants.
J’imagine que vous pouvez devenir pourquoi je vous présente Anu. J’ai juste parlé à mon cousin et Anu a été touchée par les incendies dévastateurs à Los Angeles. Elle a perdu tous : ses biens, ses affaires et sa maison. Les feux ont ravagé sa maison et elle n’a rien pu sauver. Les météorologues affirme que ces incendies sont plus grands, plus intenses que jamais.
Selon les premiers rapports, plus de 3 personnes sont mortes et au moins 105 000 personnes ont été évacuées. J’ai plusieurs cousins, neveux et nièces qui y habitent et je parle à eux régulièrement. Ils sont en état d’alerte car le cauchemar n’est pas encore terminé. Les feux restent encore hors de contrôle.

Les incendies à L’os Angeles
Cette semaine, les incendies à Los Angeles sont au cœur de l’actualité. Les images sont horrifiques. Banlieue après banlieue ont été rasées. Dans certaines banlieues toutes les maisons ont été détruites, brûlées par les feux. Pourtant, ici et là, une maison a été épargnée. C’était incroyable.
Les incendies ont commencé le 7 janvier et malgré tous les efforts des pompiers, ils restent hors de contrôle. La cause de l’incendie n’est pas claire et l’enquête continue. Pour l’instant, la région touchée se trouve au nord de Los Angeles : c’est les régions de Pacific Palisades et Malibu. Pacific Palisades est un quartier peuplé de multimillionnaires et de célébrités.
Une semaine après, les feux continuent de ravager la ville et les pompiers n’ont pas réussi à les arrêter puisque les vents violents continuent et la terre est extrêmement sèche. Plusieurs membres de ma famille habitent à Los Angeles et pour l’instance ils sont sains et saufs.

New professional goals
I am proud to have taken the step to renew myself professionally.
In January 2024, I was immerse in oncology research, which is hard, exhausting work. One month later, I made the decission to renew myself professionally. I was burning out every day, working many hours a day for a salary that couldn't even cover my rent, so I had to work as a waitress at the same time (and, of course in a country like Spain, I earned a better salary pouring drinks that doing basic research)
I've always been interested in bioinformatics, so I started a new Master's degree in Big Data and Data Science. Now, I'm about to finish it the next month, so I have moved to a city in the coast, in order to have a remote job in the field of Data.
I've always been a person hammered by people's opinion ('You have to work hard, you have to dedicate your life to science, maybe you can discover the cure for one cancer, why would you left now?') and taking the decission of giving up was extremly difficult, but nowadays I'm happy. I miss my lab and my cells a lot, but I'm enjoying, for first time, my life!

Nothing to talk about (again)
I'm without creativity so I'll describe something that is here in my room. It has the color red and it's very comfortable. I usually hook it on my garage when the weather is cool. There's some people that prefers sleep on it than a casual bed. It's a very portable thing, you can literally take every were.
