Ensalada

Me gusta preparar ensaladas muy ricas. Suelo seguir el mismo formato pero hago pequeños cambios para no comer la misma cosa cada día. Por ejemplo, me gusta hacer una base de quinoa (cocido en caldo vegetal) y col rizado. Encima del quinoa, pongo verduras asadas (como trozos de cebolla, batata, o zanahoria) y garbanzos asados (se ponen crujientes pero cremosos al hornear). Al col me gusta añadir verduras frescas como el tomate, aguacate, y brócoli triturado. Para terminar, esparzo una pinza de semillas de chia y linaza. A veces añado un poquito de zumo de limón.

Cómo os dijo antes, me gusta seguir este formato básico pero al final hago las ensaladas con lo que tengo a mano. Por ejemplo, me gusta añadir calabaza asada en el invierno. También siempre busco salsas nuevas o hamburguesas vegetales interesantes en el supermercado. Por ejemplo, el año pasado probé una “hamburguesa” de patata y guisantes con sabor de curry (como una samosa). ¡Con salsa de perejil fue deliciosa en mi ensalada!

Eine interessante Geschichte

Heute habe ich angefangen, eine Geschichte von Goethe zu lesen. Es heißt Goethes Faust, Es war eine sehr interessante Lektüre und eine Anpassung für A2-B1 CEFR niveau.

La biblioteca

Me gusta la biblioteca. Es silencioso y tranquilo. Paseo horas en las filas, mirando los títulos de los libros. La biblioteca es un lugar donde la gente puede reunir y tomar clases, estudiar con otros o relajarse y leer. Para mí, la biblioteca representa las oportunidades que están disponibles si los vemos. Tiene libros de casi cada tema lo que es cada libro es gratis. ¡No necesitas dinero si quieres un libro!

Letzten Sonntag

Letzten Sonntag habe ich mich mit einer kleinem Gruppe meiner Mannschaftsmitglieder getroffen. Wir alle gehören zu dem gleichen Triathlonsverein in Los Angeles und wir feierten den Rückkehr von einem Mitglieder, das wir für ein paare Monate (wegen der Pandemie) nicht gesehen hatten.

Wir haben uns beschlossen, eine Fahrradtour zum Strand zu machen. Weil die Abstandsregeln noch in Kraft bleiben, hielten wir 1.5m Abstand, als wir durch die Straßen Rad fuhren. Am Strand kauften wir Kaffee aus einem offenen Café, saßen wir draußen, und unterhielten uns miteinander. Im Großen und Ganzen war es wirklich eine schöne Zeit!

The German Exam!

Today, I took a German exam at a language school. I have been visiting this language school for about two months. The course was intensive and I had to join the class five days a week. It was very exhausting at first, but I got used to it. I studied at the B1 level, and I'm looking forward to start the B2 level soon. If I begin with the B2 level, it will be my first language to be learned at this level. This is because I studied English until B1 and then studied Japanese until B1 as well. Although I didn't intentionally stop studying these languages, circumstances didn't allow me to continue. I hope to study German up to the C1 level.

Ma Journée

En ce moment, je suis en vacances. Je visite mes parents en Ecosse.

Le matin, j’aide ma mère dans le jardin. Nous cueillons des légumes pour le déjeuner. Puis, nous nous promenons dans la campagne. Après notre promenade, nous préparons le déjeuner. Aujourd’hui, nous avons fait une salade avec des betteraves et des épinards.

Le soir, nous jouons aux jeux de cartes et regarder la télévision. Puis, nous préparons le dîner. Aujourd’hui nous avons fait de lasagne. C’est très délicieux. Après le dîner, je lis un livre puis je vais me coucher.

Über meinen Stadtteil erzählen

Heute möchte ich euch etwas über meine Stadt, beziehungsweise den Stadtteil, wo ich derzeit wohne berichten. Er heißt Mati 1 und liegt im Osten der Stadt. Dort wohne ich jetzt seit 8 Jahren. Dieser Teil der Stadt ist sehr besiedelt.

Mati ist 30 Minuten von Zentrum enfernt aber es gibt jede 10 Minuten eine Bahn. Hier gibt es eine Schule, ein Kindergarten, viele Laden, einige Supermärkte und auch viele Cafes und Kneipes.

Neue Gebaude werden jeden Tag aufgebaut. Dieser Stadtteil ist relativ neu, sodass meisten von Menschen hier, neuankömmig sind.

AnnenMayKantereit ist eine deutsche Rockband aus Köln, die besonders berühmt in Deutschland ist. Eigentlich habe ich nicht so viel über die Band vorher gehört, aber nachdem ich ein paar Lieder von ihnen gehört habe, war sehr überrascht, wie gut die Band wirklich ist.

Die Stimme des Singers ist ziemlich raue. Das so ein Singer gibt, finde ich sehr toll. Und wie ich vorher gesagt habe, durch deutsche Lieder lerne ich schneller und mit mehr Spaß Deutsch .

Я играю в майнкрафт

В последнее время, я играю в майнкрафт. Обычно играю с моим парнем, но решила создать новый мир и играть одна первый раз.

По-моему, эта игра заставляет меня чувствовать очень одиноким и потерянным, но мне повезло: я нашла собаку и кот по дороге. Я их назвал Шарик и Барсик. Собака помогает мне бороться и кот дарит мне подарки когда я просыпаюсь.

Я живу в деревне посреди леса, полного пещеры.

Пока всё идёт хорошо. Смешно играть один время от времени.

Jugendliche lesen immer weniger...

Jugendliche lesen immer weniger, weil sie einen groβen Teil ihrer Freizeit an einem Bildschirm verbringen. Ich denke, dass eine umfassende Lesekompetenz eine wesentliche Voraussetzung ist, um sich persönlich und gesellschaftlich zu entwickeln und als informierter Mitbürger am gesellschaftlichen Leben teilzunehmen. Unter den Kindern und Jugendlichen wachsen Generationen potenzieller funktionaler Analphabeten heran. Es ist wichtig, das Lesen zwischen Kinder und Jugendliche fördern. Ich glaube, E-Büchern eine Möglichkeit sein könnten, aber ich persönlich ziehe traditionelle Medien wie Büchern oder Zeitschriften vor. Die Schule und die Eltern von diesen neuen Generationen kommen eine wichtige Rolle zu, bei der Leseförderung.

Шестая глава книги "Азазель" (продолжение)

Пыжов и слуга Амалии связали Фандорина и надели на него мешок. Они сели в экипаж и поехали. Они остановились у реки и вылезли из экипажа. Фандорин услышал чей-то голос крикнул "Азазель" и потом его выбросили в реку.

Казалось что надежды нет. Но Фандорин вспомнил что он его ещё был нож в кармане. Он успел разрезать мешок ножом и под водой поплыл к берегу. Он тихо ждал пока Амалии и её свита не уехали.

После того, как они уехали, он стоял на берегу и осмотрелся. Вдруг он увидел в темноте Пыжова. У него был револьвер. Пыжов выстрелил Фаднорина и тот упал обратно в холодную реку. Но Фандорине больно не было. Казалось ему всё приснилось и ничего не понял.

Он снова поплыл к берегу, но теперь там увидел графа Зурова. Тот предложил ему помощь. Но Фандорин отказался. Он просто хотел знать, для чего Зуров здесь в Англии, и почему он следил за Фандоринам.

Зуров объяснил, что он собирался убить Амалию. Он увидел как Фандорина выносили в мешке и решил помочь. Потом, они расстались.

Praktikum im Ausland machen

Ich möchte gern ein Praktikum im Ausland machen. Ich denke, dass ein Praktikum in Ausland eine große Möglichkeit könnte sein, um Fremdsprachenkompetenzen aber auch soziale Kompetenzen zu verbessern. Ich habe kein Praktikum im Ausland gemacht, aber ich arbeite seit einigen Jahren als Flugbegleiterin. Erfahrungen im Ausland können später Vorteile bei der Jobsuche verschaffen. Während des Auslandspraktikums kann man viele neue internationale Kontakte knüpfen und viele Leute aus anderen Ländern kennenlernen. Anderseits gibt es auch Nachteile: Heimweh und hohe Studiengebühren. Die Arbeit in Ausland hat es mir ermöglicht, Menschen aus verschiedenen Ländern und Kulturen kennenzulernen und es hat mir unabhängiger gemacht. Während meines Masterstudium möchte ich das Praktikum im Ausland, z.B in Deutschland, machen, um mein Studium zu bereichern.

Wunderkinder

Ist Talent wirklich echt? Ich habe über Wunderkinder gelesen und bin nicht sicher ob ihre Werk sind die Ergebnisse von Talent oder Widmung. Leute wie Mozart, Tracy Austin, Norbert Wiener und so weiter, ich glaube sie alle haben sehr strict Eltern. Sie haben seit Jugend unter Druck ihre Kunst üben, und dass hat nachdem alle einfacher gemacht. Viele von uns, wann etwas beginnen braucht jahren alle die Grundlagen zu lernen, auf der anderen Seite Wünderkinder hat dass schon gelernt in ihre Jugend. Sie entwickeln etwas so wie ein Instikt, dass ist vielleicht ihre Vorteil dass wurde fur uns sehr lang dauert zu entwickeln.

Fixing my bicycle

I brought a second hand bicycle for more than half year.

Over the last six months there are few small problems happened to the bicycle.

But I am just too lazy to take care of it.

Finally, today I suddenly got the strength to fix most of the problems.

Even I own a bicycle but I never know what is “PSI” or “Bra”.

Actually this number is on the tires already.

Now, I know what PSI/Bra I should pump into this bicycle.

The battery was drain out more than 2 month time.

The price is cheap usually I will buy a new and replace it.

But I change the battery and the cost is even less.

I think my bicycle will love me more now.

Archery

I had played archery for five years when I was in junior and senior high school. The rule is quite simple; shooting arrows, hitting a target, and getting higher points. The distances are various such as 70m, 60m, 50m, 30m, and 18m. In general, 18m is indoor games in the winter season. There are couples of archery styles for example recurve bow, compound bow, and barebow. The Recurve style is the most popular one.
The most entertaining thing in archery is, of course, shooting the center of the target. It is a good feeling. Conversely, being in a slump is frustrating. Archery has both physical and mental aspects, so I couldn't pull my bow as my wants when I was extremely nervous because of pressure.
The tools are also important. An archery bow can be disassembled to a handle, limbs, a string, etc. Arrows are consumables and expensive because they are made from carbon fiber. If you miss the target and an arrow hits the ground or a tree, the arrow will break and you lost about 50 dollars.
