Reunión del club de lectura "Nomadland"
Hoy mi amiga y yo fuimos a la reunión de nuestro club de lectura de no ficción. Como os he contado antes, el libro de este mes fue "Nomadland," sobre las personas en los Estados Unidos que viven en sus camionetas para conseguir trabajos temporales en distintas regiones del país y para tener gastos más sostenibles.
A contrario al club de ficción, había solo siete o ocho participantes en vez de 25 o 30. Todos tuvimos la oportunidad de compartir su opinión, y quedamos una hora extra para seguir charlando. Esta reunión me trayó alegria.

Andere Länder, andere Sitten
Die Gebräuche sind unterschiedlich zwischen Deutschland und China.
z.B. Während die Deutschen beim Besuch das Geschenk sofort aufpacken, öffnen die Chinesen die Packung später, zumindesten nach dem Verlassen der Gäste.
Die Deutschen schenken meistens Wein oder Blumen. Im Gegensatz dazu können in China Lebensmitter als Geschenk gelten.
In meiner Heimat zählen Obst, Milch und Tee zu Geschenk.
Es ist unhöflich in Deutschland, wenn man schmatzen oder schlürfen. Das ist ähmlich wie in China. Geräusch machen ist auch unhöflich in China. Aber es gibt eine Ausnahme, wenn man Nudel isst.
Wenn die Bürger nach andere Länder fahren möchten, sollen sie die Gebräuche und Sitten dort kennenlernen.

Minimalismo Digitale
Recentamente sono stato leggendo in italiano un libro dall'autore Cal Newport chiamato Minimalismo Digitale. Ho letto questo libro in inglese quasi due anni fa, e l'ho trovato interressante e utile mentre anche un po' idealista.
Ma, prima di tutto devo confessare che mi piace molto la technologia. Ho dispositivi diversi e utillizo ciascuno di essi ogni giorno. Ho usando dei computer come strumenti e come giocattoli fin degli anni '70, ed anche ho utillizo l'internet prima degli anni 90. Sono stato accusato di usare technolgia .... eccessiva, particolarmente dalla mia moglia. Posso solo dire "Mea maxima culpa".
Ma, torniamo del libro... Nel primo capitolo, l'autore ha scritto questa frase, "Gli smartphone oggi hanno ridefinito l'esperienza che le persone hanno del mondo, perchè forniscono una connessione costante a un ambiente virtuale saturo di chiaccheire, brusio e fonti di distrazione." Quando leggo questo in italiano, ho realizzato che l'equilibrio della mia vita quotidiana ha bisogno di cambia, a causa di troppi connessioni virtuali. Perchè non quando l'ho letta in inglese? Non so...
Davvero, questa realizzione era cresciuto giorno per giorno per almeno qualche anno , quando ho esaminato gli effeti della vita condotto in più di gran parte che mai, durante la pandemia.
Tuttavia, cosa devo fare? Se lavoro oppure amici oppure mia famiglia, i nostri communicazioni, infatti il vero tessuto della nostra vita sembra dipendere su questa ambiente virtuale. È possibile per me di abbandonare questo, in parte o in tutto?
Ho cominciato di lasciare questi preoccupazioni alle spalle. Ho spento quasi tutti notificazioni di ogni genere. Ho ristrutturato il mio calendario, creando il tempo ogni giorno senza dispositivi. Ho cercato metodi di tenere contatto necessario e prezioso. Durante questo processo, adesso circa tre mesi, ho capisco che la cosa più critica per me non è la scoperta di un metodo perfetto, invece il risveglio della consapevolezza che il vero valore della tecnologia non è sola l'utilita, ma è l'autonomia. L'autonomia non è una volta sola, preferendo è un processo continuo, e quella continuazione è essa stessa essere humano.

Mit dem Strom schwimmen
Jemand hat mich gefragt, ob ich wirklich bald nach Portugal ziehe. Wer weiß? Jedes Mal, wenn ich einen Plan schmiede, ist etwas entstanden. Ich sollte aufgeben, Pläne zu schmieden und einfach mit dem Strom schwimmen. Sagt man das so? Oder was sagt man auf Deutsch, um zu sagen, dass es besser ist, wenn man einfach das Leben entscheiden lassen?
Sind diese Sätze richtig?
Und welche Ausdrücke würde man benutzen, um das oben Geschrieben zu sagen?

"Museenstraße" in Los Angeles
In letzter Zeit bin ich mit einer Freundin in die "Museenstraße" in Los Angeles gegangen. Der Begriff bezieht sich auf die unterschiedliche Museen, die sich auf derselben Meile der Straße entlang zu finden sind. Es gibt ein Museum für moderne Kunst, eines für Autos, und sogar ein Erdölmuseum.
Weil manche Coronamaßnahmen langsam in Los Angeles aufgehoben werden, öffnen viele Museen wieder auf. Deswegen konnten ich und meine Freundin das für moderne Kunst besuchen. Wegen seiner Berühmtheit gab es sogar an einem Arbeitstag, an dem wir es besucht haben, viele Leute.
Ich hoffe, dass mehr Leute überall in der Welt können werden, Museen zu besuchen, als eine Lockerung der Pandemiemaßnahmen in den folgenden Monaten wegen der wachsenden Zahl geimpfter Menschen allmählich kommt.

But no one (or not too many people) wants to take the first step.
I am also scare after taking shoot will have side effect.
But my company is “strongly” encouraging us to take it.
So, today is the day I will take the first shoot.
I hope I can come back and see you all tomorrow.
Also, if the Japan government allow people like us come visit Japan.
I think I will go to Japan and never come back.

Diary: Hide Like and View Counts
I'm glad Facebook and Instagram have introduced "Hide Like and View Counts" feature, although I won't be enabling it for a while, because I don't use Facebook and I use Instagram to browse celebrity feeds, so I'll be paying attention to likes and views.
But I'm looking forward to implementing this feature on other apps. The main app I use for posting is bilibili, which is a youtube like platform that focuses on video content, but also posts information and pictures. My position there is as a fan, a carrier of a band content. Since Great Firewall blocked Youtube, Instagram, Netflix, etc., there are many social accounts on the Chinese internet that are responsible for moving some of the content from these sites to Chinese social networking sites, some of them are officially certified, but most of them are fan acts like me.
Actually, from the beginning of running that account, the number of views and likes and followers bothered me. Because the band is not very active, only one member of the band is more active, so I choose to carry his content. This also meant that the heat was definitely not as high as that band's, so a few dozen plays was very common. I don't aim to get very big traffic - because it's using other people's content and I shouldn't get any revenue - but I just want to share my interest to more hardcore fans as a platform for communication. I felt like the damn number of likes and views was making a mockery of me. So I just use the web version and purposely don't look at those numbers. And because that stupid app always suggests videos I post, I rarely use that app either - greatly reducing the amount of time I spend obsessing over videos (HYPE). Last week the account reached 2000 followers, probably one of the most active fan accounts of that band in China, and I'm satisfied.

Armer Hans
Hast du von Hans gehört? Nicht genug damit, dass er entlassen worden ist, seine Frau hat ihn auch noch verlassen. Es tut mir wirklich leid für ihn. Ich kann mir kaum vorstellen, was er jetzt durchmacht. Es ist so, als hätte jemand einem nackten Mann in die Tasche gegriffen. Ich habe sogar daran gedacht, ihn als meinen neuen Assistenten einzustellen, aber er spricht kein Englisch und ohne das wäre es sehr problematisch. Kennst du keinen, der vielleicht eine Stelle für ihn hätte? Ich weiß, dass du auch neulich Probleme gehabt hast und ich möchte dich nicht unter Druck setzen, aber vielleicht hast du einen Bekannten, der ihm helfen kann.

Pays où je voudrais habiter
Si j'ignorait tous les problèmes tels que la langue, l'education pour mes enfants (je n'en ai pas donc ce n'est qu'un plan), j'aimerais habiter un pays développé où le taux de fécondité est plus élevé qu'au Japon. À mon avis, la stabilité de la population est très importante pour maintenir la qualité de vie dans ce pays. Le gouvernement japonais ne comprend pas vraiment la cause de sa diminution, mais comme femme qui a vécu longtemps au Japon, je voudrais énumérer des raisons potentiels.
D'abord, les femmes sont forcées d'effectuer plus de tâches qu'avant. Le ministère pousse les femmes de travailler plus dans les entreprises depuis longtemps, mais il ne fait pas assez pour créer des crèches. Ça force aux femmes de faire plus de tâches, ce qui provoque leurs démissions. Quand on fait référence aux courbes du taux de travailleuses par âge, on peut constater la baisse à la trentaine, à cause de laquelle la courbe semble être sous forme de M. On l'appelle « la courbe de M », qui s'observe au Japon et en Corée du Sud, où la position des femmes est plus basse que la plupart d'autres pays développés.
En plus, il reste encore la notion que les femmes sont censées faire des tâches ménagères, non pas les hommes. Cette habitude a été développée pendant la période où la majorité des femmes étaient femmes au foyer. Mais elle existe encore aujourd'hui, où presque 80% des femmes travaillent et gagnent leur croûte. La condition de travail pour les femmes a bien changé alors que la quantité de tâches à domicile pour elles n'a pas vraiment changé.
Des préjugés aux entreprises restent encore aussi. Il y a des ambiances dans lesquelles les hommes ne peuvent pas prendre des congés parentaux. Dans ma société, j'ai malheursement assisté à la conversation que un homme absent qui les avais pris a été moqué par ces collègues en riant de ce qu'il avait fait. La situation est même pour la boîte de mon mari aussi : il lui semble difficile de prendre des congés parentaux même si je donne naissance à mon enfant.
Pour conclure, le gouvernement doit établir les politiques qui résoudrait les situations mentionnées ci-dessus. Pour cela, les citoyens, nous-même, devraient faire attention aux politiques. Élire des députés féminins est aussi essentiel, car il est plus probable qu'elles agissent pour améliorer l'état affreux des femmes au Japon que les députés masculins.

Ma saison preferée

Alors, ma saison preferée doit être l'automne (comme tout le monde haha). Je trouve que c'est parce que le vent, les arbres en train de perdre leurs feuilles, l'air frais, tout ça me plaisent beaucoup. Au-dela de cela, j'ai aussi beaucoup de la nostalgie attachée aux promenedes sur des sentiers près de notre ancienne maison et à sauter au-dessus les feuilles rouges et oranges. C'est hyper beau!
Même si les autres saisons ont leur propres charmes comme l'été avec ses vacances tranquilles, le printemps avec ses fleurs, et l'hiver avec ses bonnes hommes de neige, il y a quand même des petites choses que je n'aime pas trop. D'abord, je déteste avoir chaud, c'est hyper incomfortable et la réspiration, la chaleur ça, ce n'est pas agréable du tout. On ne peut pas retirer notre propre peau d'ailleurs, mais on a toujours le choix de rajouter plus de vetêments sur nos corps! En plus je trouve qu'en éte, je n'attrape que les coups de soleils donc je me suis dit c'est mieux de rester à l'interieur. Ce n'est pas comme si je manque beaucoup, je pense que je me débrouille parfaitement bien chez moi avec la climatisation.
Sur l'autre côté, l'hiver ne s'arrête jamais de me rappeler que j'ai des examens qui approchent rapidement. J'ai l'impression que il est en train de se moquer de moi :'). Je ne peux pas m'amuser dans la neige non plus car je vis dans un état qui neige rarement.
Finalement, j'adore la mode d'automne: des pulls, des bottes, et des écharpes se combinent pour faire la meilleue tenue! Merci beaucoup d'avoir lu mon entrée, passe une super journée. N'oublie pas de prendre soin de toi-même<3

Ecco, sta è una domanda molto curiosa e pure quella per cui non abbiamo ancora una risposta. Se cerchi di chiederne a chiunque, molte persone diranno qualcosa che ha a che fare con la filosofia oppure la religione che seguono - alcune persino ammetteranno non ne sapere nulla.
Allora, ecco quello che ci penso: il senso della vita sarà differente per tutti noi, giacché tutti abbiamo delle vite diverse. Quindi secondo me, il senso della vita dipende dai nostri obiettivi di vita.
Comunque, non ci ho trovato ancora e il senso della vita è un mistero per me. Ormai, il senso della vita, per me, è vivere lo più che posso ed essere gentile con i miei finché muoio - questa è la verità: il senso della vita potrà essere distinto per ognuno di noi ma il nostro destino finale è lo stesso - la morte è ineluttabile e nessuno ci scapperà.

Ein harter Tag
Heute bin ich ins Büro gegangen, und bin gerade erschöpft. Heute war sehr anstrengend für mich. Ich bin um 6 Uhr aufgewacht, und mit Fähre nach Istanbul gefahren. Nachdem ich aus der Fähre ausgestiegen bin, bin ich zuerst in den Bus und dann in die U-Bahn eingestiegen. Es hat insgesamt 2 Stunden gedauert. Beim Büro war alles ganz okay. Leute waren sehr nett, und ich fand die Stimmung super gemütlich. Aber ich hatte viel zu tun, und habe sehr hart gearbeitet. Wir haben für 2 Stunden Meetings mit Kunden gehabt. Am Abend bin ich zurück nach Hause gefahren, und es hat wieder 2 Stunden gedauert. Ich wollte nur mich hinlegen, als ich nach Hause gekommen bin. Danach habe ich gegessen, und eine Folge von Germany's Next Top Model angeschaut. Ich hatte keine Energie für irgendetwas anderes.

Liebes Tagebuch
- Vielen sagen, dass in einem Tagebuch zu schreiben, verbringt man viele Vorteile. Hier stelle ich ihnen 5 vor. -
1. Es hilft uns, um organisierter zu sein. Wir denken viel schneller als wir reden und schreiben. Deswegen sagen Psychologen, dass der Analysis unserer Gedanken ist gesund, weil wir unser Gendankprozess synthetisieren müssen.
2. Es ermöglicht, uns besser zu verstehen. Wir entdecken unsere Motive, unseren Frust und anerkennen unsere eigenen Siege.
3. Es verbessert, um einen Lebenssinn zu erreichen. Wenn wir zurück an unsere Probleme blicken, können wir besser unsere Kämpfe begründen und diesen Impuls benutzen.
4. Wir halten unsere Lieblingserinnerungen dort. Es ist wie ein Fotoalbum. Es gefällt uns sehr alle unsere alten Bilder sehen, wäre es nicht besser, wenn wir eine kleine Beschreibung inbegriffen haben könnten?
5. Wir werden kreativer und sparen Zeit. Wir können unsere Gedanken ohne Urteil vorstellen, deswegen können wir unsere verrücktesten Ideen aufbauen. Virgina Woolf hat gesagt, dass die niemals schreiben würde, wenn sie nicht aufhören zu denken hätte. Locker ist gut.

Today's Market
The market sentiment is so good today as the indices edges higher. Like almost all buying orders immediately turn green, and there were seen a flurry of 10 percent scale climb. But I am cautious of this upbeat mood especially of S&P500. Coming close to the end of this month, the impetus of the rebound apparently seems to fade. It allowed me to adjust my position to more conservative today. I will go out from now while taking a brief break. I don't think Nvidia's earnings report today will be good.
