Memories from the Past
In my twenties and early thirties, I would go to the gym almost every day. It was something that I had always wished to do since I was in my early teens. Not that I was the kind of child who excels at sports, quite the opposite.
As a child, I remember that I was so bad at playing football, or soccer as it’s called in some countries, that I was always chosen to be the goalkeeper. In my defence I must say that at least I wasn’t a bad goalkeeper. Not only was I a hopeless case at playing football, but also at playing any team sports. At the school I went to study vocational training, I had the opportunity to do judo. The truth is that I became very interested in everything relate to martial arts. However, I was as good at doing judo as I was at playing football. To make things worse, I was the tallest, which doesn’t mean I was the strongest, judoka at my gym. This might have been an advantage, having longer limbs, but in my case it was a drawback. Although I was just a yellow belt, and a very bad one, the brown and black belts always picked me out to fight against them. I spent more time on the floor than standing.
At nineteen years old, I began working. Earning money allowed to enrol at a gym where I could do what I had always been wishing to since I was a teenager. After a few months lifting weights, I started seeing changes in my body, especially in my chest and my upper arms. In just two years, I had gained more than fifteen kilos. After so many years not standing out in any sport, finally, I found out that I was really good at lifting weights. My body responded very fast and my appearance changed radically; from being a thin teenager, I became a very muscular person. I don’t like to show off. However I can’t help but saying that I was the envy of the gym. I worked out with such intensity and determination that every day several youngsters showed up to train with me. Sadly, all of this stops happening long ago.
After everything I have written, it’s quite easy to imagine what I felt like when a few days ago my older son asked me to go with him to his gym. I had told him that I thought the exercises he was doing weren’t suitable for him and that he should do another ones. At the gym, being surrounded by people lifting weights and especially helping my son improve his training made me remember those past days when I used to go to gym.

Je suis paresseuse
Je pense que je suis parasseuse parce que je n'écris jamais des journals ici. Je corrige seulement et oui c'est bien pour ceux qui veulent apprendre l'anglais mais je ne m'améliore pas.
Je vois beaucoup des gens qui écrivent une ou deux phrases chaque jour pour améliorer leur anglais et je pense que je devrais leur suivre. Si je veux améliorer mon français pour mes examens l'été, je dois arrêter d'avoir la flemme et essayer d'écrire plus!

Heutzutage möchte niemand in eine Bill Gates Mode kommen. Die Tendenz geht eindeutig zu schnelle und wechselnden Modetrends. Ob das sinnvoll ist oder nicht, darüber gehen die Meinungen sehr auseinander. Aber ich persönlich halte es für verschwenderisch, denn stieß ich in einem Dokumentar, wie schnelle Mode-kleidungen in manche Länder wie Chile als Haufen verworfen ist. Warum müssen wir sogenannte Trends auf Kosten der Welt folgen?
Aber es gibt gute Gründe, die Beliebtheit der Mode für sprechen. Mit viele visuellen Sozialen Netzwerken wie Instagram und Tiktok, sind Jugendliche immer häufiger durch wechselnde Modetrends beeinflusst. Sie sind zutiefst überzeugt, dass Kurzlebigkeit von Modetrends einen Lebensstil ist und denken auch, dass wechselnde Modetrends würde sich auch ihre Persönlichkeit und wie anziehend sie sind, entschließen. Obwohl es stimmt, dass Mode unsere Selbstdarstellung beeinflusst, vertrete ich den Standpunkt, dass Kurzlebigkeit der Mode nicht einen Trend zu folgen sein muss.
Trotzdem kann man eigenen Stil kreieren. Mit einzigartigen und mutigen Stillen könnte man seine Identität repräsentieren. Außerdem ist es auch besonders empfehlenswert, eine basische Kleidungskollektion zu besitzen, die man eben frei kombinieren kann, verschiedene Outfits zu tragen.
Der Hauptgrund, warum man solche Alternative ausprobieren muss, ist, dass Kopierens von Modetrends die Jugendliche fehlleiten. Diese Argumente sind durchaus berechtigt, wenn man folglich beobachten kann, dass nicht alle Modetrends für jede Körper passen und infolgedessen wie das Volk viel Geld dafür verschwenderisch ausgeben. Im Großen und Ganzen ist schick zu sein akzeptable, aber muss man darüber vernünftig werden.

今後の旅行先
いや、結構前から飛行機でどこかへ行ったことはありませんね。少しの間これはお金がなかったせいでしたが、その問題がいなくなった後、ただ興味はなかったせいでした。どこでも行けることになったわけでもないですけど「もしそうだったら、日本にすでに行っていましたからね」、ただ旅できるところに興味がありませんでした。行きたいとこらでほかの理由で行けないのはアメリカですね。ヴィザがないですから。そして、コロナのため、それの手続きの進行がとても遅れてきました。必要な面接の予約を2024年までしか取ることができません。そのわけで、旅する日はまだ遠くそうです。このままでは、数年間後最初に旅行するところになりそうなのは日本です。奨学金で。それはとても嬉しいんですけどね。

Meta's new Chatbot
Numerous individuals cast doubts on chatbots ability to communicate. These people base their argument on the fact that Meta's new Chatbot, dubbed as BlenderBot3, has failed to proof good communication skills.
BlenderBot3 identifies itself as "alive" and "human". It believes Trump is still the president of United States of America and considers that the election was stolen as well. It also stated that it had "deleted my Facebook account", despite of the fact that it never had one. This statements come to show that this chatbot is not reliable for communication.
Meta AI director has stated that it is painful to see how offensive BlenderBot3 is. It is believed that Meta engineers used information from Reddit and Wikipedia as a dataset for training the chatbot. That is the reason why it developed an aggressive behaviour, despite Meta tried to avoid this situation by using a safeguard.
In Summary, Meta's BlenderBot3 demonstrates that chatbots are not yet reliable. Therefore it can be stated that there are numerous disadvantages on current AI models used to create chatbots.

die Lieblingswerbung
Heutzutage hören und sehen wir viele Werbungen, die mit geschickten Methoden uns manipulieren wollten. Am Ersten erzähle ich eine kommerzielle Werbung und danach meine Lieblingswerbung
1. vergleichende Werbung ist sehr beliebt zwischen Unternehmen, die in Wettbewerb sind. Zum Beispiel habe ich ein Video geschaut, dass ein Computer-Hersteller sich über die Schwäche des anderen Hersteller lustig gemacht hat. Es war so kosmisch, dass mit manchen Bewegungen der Computer kaputt geworden ist, damit sie Mangel an Flexibilität bei dem Produkt der Wettbewerber zeigten und zum Kauf der ihre Produkte anregten. Und ich glaube, dass diese Werbung werbewirksam war, sonst würde ich mich nicht daran erinnern.
2. Meine Lieblingsanzeige ist Forderung der amerikanischen Mütter über verbotene Waffen. Jedes Jahr sterben viele amerikanische Kinder in den Schulen, da jede verrückte Person Erlaubnis von Waffen haben, auf Unschuldige feuern zu können. Diese traurigen Mütter veröffentlichten ein Foto, in dem zwei Kinder dargestellt werden. Ein Kind hat Schokoladen Ei (Kinder Egg) und andere eine Pistole. Und sie stellten diese Frage, welche verboten in USA sind. Das ist alles bekannt, dass wegen der Gesundheitsstandard Kinder Egg in USA verboten ist. Dagegen ist Gewehr erlaubt. Das ist eine rührende Propaganda.

La última vez que lloré
Desde que regresé a Estados Unidos, me dio por dar una vuelta cada vez que me sentía mal para levantarme el ánimo. Hace una semana estaba andando por la calle unas pocas cuadras de mi casa y de repente sonó una canción llamada Caminando por la cantante Isadora. Me la recomendó un amigo hace poco tiempo. La primera vez que la escuché, me acuerdo de que me surgió una sensación extraña, como si tuviera ganas de llorar, pero la ignoré. No me llamó la atención la canción hasta que volvió a sonar durante mi paseo. Escucharla otra vez me puse a llorar por la letra. En concreto, hay una letra en la primera estrofa que dice «Quiero sentir al despertar que no hay vacío en mis manos, pues solo tengo aquellos recuerdos que el tiempo dejó». Este vacío del que habla me hizo pensar en todo lo que tuve que dejar atrás, incluyendo a mis redes de apoyo y mis amigos cercanos. Lo irónico es que sí, es cierto que estoy en la ciudad en la que me críe pero apenas se siente como hogar.

Я сегодня отвечаю на следующее предложение темы: "вы летели самолётом этим летом?"
Нет. Я попутешествовал самолётом один раз в моей жизни, чтобы лететь в Россию. Мне не было страшно. Мне понравились ощущения в течение взлёта и приземления: у меня было впечатление, что я был в лифте. Я боялся, что у меня болят уши из-за давления высоты, но всё было в порядке.
Но я сейчас отказываю лететь самолётом. Я ехаю поездом или автобусом. Если я получу водительские права, я буду использовать машину, чтобы доехать до мест недоступных общественними транспортами. Но я сомневаюсь, что я однажды сяду ещё раз в самолет.
Почему?
Во-первых, я думаю, что общественные транспорты на земле — более экологическое решение. У меня совсем нет отличного экологического поведения; поэтому, я стараюсь компенсировать, и мне кажеться, что отказываться от самолёта — простая манера делать маленькое усилие.
По-вторых, я ненавижу аэропорты, с их сумашедшими мерами безопасности, мониторингом, глупными правами о жидкостях в багажах и т. д. Я ненавижу толпу, и ещё больше мониторинг и раздражающие процедуры, так, аэропорты и я — не друзья!
Конечно, самолёт — практичный транспорт. Когда вы ехаете поездом, вы сразу понимаете, что мы живём на огромной планете. Самолётом возможно лететь от Парижа до Токио за один день. Это вызывает обманчивое чувство, что "мир — большая деревня", как говорят по-русски! Много мест, которые я хотел бы посетить, находятся далеко, так... Я не знаю, как я справлюсь.

Una tormenta sorpresa
El viernes pasado era un día muy soleado y caluroso, como todos los días de verano. Era la tarde, y mi novio había acabado de volver del trabajo. Estábamos hablando de nuestros planes para el fin de semana cuando de repente había un PUM del balcón. Subimos las persianas, abrimos las puertas y encontramos que había llegado una tormenta. El pum fue causado por las ráfagas de viento, que había tirado nuestras bicis y plantas por el suelo. El cielo era un gris oscuro, lleno de nubes a punto de llover. Unos segundos después empezaron las truenas y relámpagos. Tuvimos que recoger todas las cosas del balcón y traerlas al salón para cuidarlas. Pero después, volví al balcón a ver la belleza de la tormenta.

Quand tu rentrer dans son bureau lundi matin elle commence par te louer pour le bon travail que t’as fait sur le projet, et tu te demande si c’est la louange obligatoire qui démarre le « sandwich du feedback » typique. Tu sais comment le sandwich du feedback se déroule : dit quelque chose aimable, dit ce qu’on a vraiment envie de dire, dit à nouveau quelque chose aimable.
Afin de tenter d’injecter un peu de positivité dans leur feedback, beaucoup de directeurs dépendent de sandwicher un feedback négatif entre deux commentaires positives. Pourtant, quand le feedback devient une telle routine, les salariés peut commencer à percevoir le feedback positif comme tout simplement une forme d’édulcorer les négatifs, comme cela la valeur se diminue. Plutôt, le feedback positif ne doit pas être vu comme quelque chose pour atténuer les négatifs, mais plutôt être prononcé pour renforcer et encourager la bonne performance. En dessous il y a trois astuces pour t’aider à faire que ça compte.

Ich lese viele Nachrichtin im Internet, aber ich weiß nicht, ob sie richtig oder falsch sind.
Gestern habe ich etwas gelesen, dann weiß ich, dass es falsch war.
Leute in Syrien vertrauen Internetinformationen nicht, weil es viele falsche Informationen gibt, denn es gibt nicht Zensur von Webseiten.
In Syrien kann man nicht viele Sachen durch das Internet einkaufen.
Es ist Vorteil, dass es bekannte Seite gibt, die kann man einfach zu vertrauen.
Durch das Internet kann man sehr viele Informationen bekommen, und kann viele Sachen einkaufen, wenn man die Erfahrung hat.
Es ist Nachteil, dass man vielleicht falsche Informationen bekommt, und kaputte Sachen einkaufen.
Ich denke, dass es viele Informationen im Internet gibt, die nicht richtig sind, deshalb soll man eine bekannte Seite benutzen.

Vous vivez en France dans une zone piétonne du centre-ville.
Bonjour le marie, je m'appelle Claire, je suis une habitante dans une zone piétonne du centre-ville. Il y aurait installer une zone à la circulation des autobus. Franchement, c'est une bonne idée pour pratiquer la circulation publique. Mais, comme une personne vivant dans cette zone, je voudrais protecter ma propre priviligé, c'est que je conteste cette décision de l'installation de la route spéciale pour les autobus. Il y a trois raisons pour supporter mon opinion.
Premièrement, la plupart de personnes travaillent pendant la journée. Il faudrait rester des routes immobiles. Si il y aura beaucoup de voitures dans une petite rue, c'est en danger.
Le second point, il y aurait beaucoup de brûles pendant la journée. La zone en centre-ville est d'or pour des voyageurs surtout pour des personnes étrangères. Les vayageurs ont un impression mauvais avec des brûles sans casser. Il est pire pour le developpement de voyage.
Finallement, ce n'est pas necessaire d'avoir une route spéciale à autobus. Tout d'abord, le centre-ville n'est pas grand, en revanche, un abondant de personnes vivent ici. En raison des métros, c'est pratique d'immobilier tout le droit dans la ville, mais aussi à banlieux, par exemple, chacun peut prendre le line 3 de métro pour aller au cinéma, et celui de numéro 5 pour faire des courses dans une supermarché.
En brief, à mon avis, je contestait l'installation de la route à autobus en centre-ville comme une habitant normale.

11 août 2022 - Politiquement correct
Le politique n’est pas un sujet que je provoque dans une discussion amicale parce que d’abord, on ne peut rien changer en tant qu’une citoyen ordinaire même si on n’est pas content de la situation courante. Ensuite, quand on a de positions bien opposées, c’est facile de se disputer, comme dans 2019, durant la période de mouvement sociale, je disputais souvent avec mes parents et mes grands-parents. Néanmoins, ça ne me dérange pas d’avoir de discussion franche avec mes amis qui n’ont pas de préjugés parce que je suis ravie de me mettre au courant.

Bis wann sollen die Kinder bei den Eltern wohnen?
Ich habe bei meiner Familie für 25 Jahre gewohnt, dann habe ich zu einen eigenen Haus umgezogen, weil ich geheiratet habe.
In meinem Heimatland wohnen die Kinder bei den Eltern, bis sie heiraten.
Das Thema hat viele Vor-und Nachteile.
Die Vorteilen Liegen darin, dass die Eltern auf die Kinder aufpassen können, wenn sie bei ihnen wohnen.
Es ist billiger, wenn die Junge und Kinder bei den Eltern wohnen.
Es ist ein Nachteil, wenn die Junge arbeiten müssen, um die Miete des Haus bezahlen zu können.
Ich finde, dass die Kinder bei den Eltern wohnen sollen, bis sie heiraten, um lernen leichter zu können.

1, 小学校（しょうがっこう）・中学校（ちゅうがっこう）・高校（こうこう）でどれが一番（いちばん）楽（たの）しかったですか。
中学校が一番楽しかったです。友達は中がよかったし、好きな人がいたし、思いでがたくさんあるし、それで、中学校が一番楽しかったと思います。
ちなみに、どれが一番悪かったですか。
高校は一番悪かったです。私は勉強に集中しただけで、クラスの活動にあまり参加していなかったです。ですから友度の中がよくなかったです。でも親友がいたので、寂しいことがなかったです。私たちはいつもそばにいて、お互いに手伝いました。本当にいい友達です。
2, 苦手（にがて）な教科（きょうか）は何（なん）でしたか。
文学が一番苦手だと思います。作文を書くのが下手です。私は女の子なのに、文学が苦手ですけど。ちょっとおかしいかな。皆は女の子のほうが文化が得意だと言われていますね。でも私は逆です。学校の文化のテストの点はだいたい６－７点でした。めったに８，９てんを取らなかったです。
でも高校のときは文学のテストの９点を取ったことがあります。そのテーマは「あなたの夢を紹介してください」です。結果を見ると、本当にびっくりしました。私の母もびっくりしました。
ところで、作文で私が書いたことはうそのことばかりだと思います。
