Comment parler au votre client au l'appel telephonique.

Il faut qu’importante pour soyez professionnel et précis parlant en parlant un client au téléphone. Utilisez le langue formel et politesse, tel que ‘ Comment puis je vous aider aujourd’hui? Et avez un ton amical pendant l’appel téléphonique. Quand vous répondez l’appel téléphonique, présentez-vous et votre compagnie immédiatement, alors demandez pour le fonctionne pour l’appel. Écoutez-bien, prendre des notes si vous besoin, et demandez pour les informations que vous besoin d’apprendre les besoins du client et répondre bien aux les problèmes. Par exemple, pour demander des informations du frigidaire mauvaise, vous vous renseigne sur quand le client l’acheter, et quand l’a commencé à mal fonctionner. Vous ne parlez pas agressivement où assumer le sujet de l’appeler du client, mais plutôt soyez patient pour aider le client avec son besoin. Si votre client voudrait parler au quelqu’un dans votre compagnie comme votre directeur, répondez poliment si ladite personne est disponible et passez l’appel. Si le personé est indisponible, dites pourquoi la personne est indisponible, par exemple « son poste est occupé », et requêtes le client rappeler, ou rester on attente. Si le client a les mauvaises informations sur la compagnie, répondez avec « Je regrette monsieur, /madame, mais vous vous êtes trompée de service ». Dans l’éventé que vous ne peux pas solver la demande du client, soit offrez une alternative ou lui rappeler. Finalement, a la fin d’appeler téléphonique, vous pouvez souhaiter le client un bon jour, ou dites « c’était un plaisir de parler avec vous».

Un Libro Nuevo

Me gusta leer libros en inglés. Cuándo empecé a estudiar español, no pude leer nada. Después de aprendí algunas palabras, empecé a leer los cuentos pequeños de Duolingo. Los cuentos de Duolingo no fueron complicados ni largos. Ellos fueron fáciles pero divertidos. Yo leí todos los cuentos de Duolingo que pude entender. Después de eso necesité un libro fácil pero más largo.

Al primero, pensé que quise leer un libro de Harry Potter. Los libros de Harry Potter no son difíciles. Son divertidos. Me gustan los libros de Harry Potter. Cuando yo dije mi idea a mi amiga, ella se río. Ella dijo que ya sabía el cuento de Harry Potter. Ella pensó que un libro nuevo fue mejor.

Mi amiga es muy inteligente y usualmente me da buen consejo. Por lo tanto, yo eligí un libro nuevo. El libro que eligí se llamaba La Ciudad de las Bestias. Este libro es muy largo. Tiene cuatrocientos páginas en mi Kindle. (Estoy leyendolo en mi celular.)

Es un libro tan emocionado. En este libro, hay un chico se llamaba Alex que va a la selva amazónica con su abuela Kate. Ellos (con algunas otras personas) están buscando por las bestias. Las bestias son criaturas como el bigfoot excepto viven en la selva amazónica.

Muchas cosas en este libro no son hechos reales. Las bestias, en verdad, no son reales. Alex y su amiga nueva Nadia tiene sueños proféticos. El chamán viejo se llamaba Walimai tiene podres sobrenaturales. La mujer del chamán es una fantasma pero Alex puede verla. Creo que no. Entonces, es un libro ficticio. Aún así, es muy divertido.

Drei Probleme, teil 1

Es ist natürlich schwierig, nicht in seiner Muttersprache zu sprechen. Drei Probleme, auf die ich stoße, sind:

1, Ich vergesse mich im Mittel einem Satz, was ich versuche zu sprechen,
2, Ich kenne nicht die wichtige Untertöne der Wörter
3, Viele Leute bevorzuge auf Englisch zu sprechen

Zuerst, vergesse ich immer was ich versuche zu sprechen. Das klingt komsich, aber es kommt mit Sprachenlernen oft vor. Ich glaube, das liegt an den Unterschieden in der Grammatik. Ich frage mich oft, „Warte, welcher Verben habe ich noch gesagt? Soll ich 'mir' oder 'mich' mit diesem reflexive Verb sagen? Oh nein, ich bin fast am Ende diese Satz, und ich habe vergessen, was ich gesagt habe."

Ich werde die andere Probleme in einem anderen Journaleintrag erklären, weil diese Eintrag ist fast zu lang.

杰克和林娜一起上了小学。现在他们两个都在一家广告公司工作，就是杰克是电视广告部门的人员而林娜是报纸广告部门的经理。他们在公司工作一二年还不知道是同事。有一天他们突然在共同客厅见面，两个都很惊讶。杰克看到林娜优雅的样子，林娜也看到杰克蓝色的眼睛，都回忆学校一起玩儿的时候。他们聊聊天就忘了要做宣传！

最近我请了我新找的美国女朋友去吃海鲜。我们是在海鲜做饭课程认识的，所以偶尔选海鲜饭馆去吃饭。不过那次就不一样了因为我们庆祝了我们一个月在一起。为了好好地招待女朋友我积蓄了挺多钱。但临时我就忘了带钱包.... 我只吃了饭以后，才发现这件可怕的事。我脸红了。女朋友当然看到我好像不舒服，问我怎么样。因为我性格很老实就干脆地说实话。她对我连一声也没回答，只给我两百元，等服务员看到她才说：服务员，我们结账。我不知道怎么感谢她。

Why English?

Why English?

When I was young, I used to mistake English for German and of course German for English. I was trying to say a sentence in English and then there was my German mind, sabotaging all my efforts.
I thought that it was me, that I was kind of broken and I wouldn´t be able to speak right anyone of both. Nevertheless, my German blood is still there and thus I´m very hard-headed. I decided that I would begin from the bottom, I thought again and put myself affordable goals.

First of all, I enrolled in the EOI (Official school of Languages of Spain) in the German basic course. Due to the number of people doing the same in English, the English course was booked up, so I had to go to private academies to prepare an upper lever entrance exam and try it again.

Finally, I accomplished the little goals, Now I´m with both languages in the EOI and I see the result of four years of work. I can watch films in English, the same with books, podcast or any content. I see the same with german. Of course, when I speak or write I still make obvious mistakes and that is an aspect that I try to improve.

Deciding to resolve my confrontation with English opened a huge new world of documentation and resources that now I can explore, and that makes me proud of me.

A mí me encantó El ministerio del tiempo. Cuando arrancó, pensé, “Ojo, esta premisa ya la vi, ¿qué van a hacer?” pero terminó haciendo algo muy hermoso, explotó esta premisa al máximo y quedó divino. Gracias por mencionarla, ahora me quedo con ganas de verla de nuevo. XD Bueno, si esta serie te engancha, te recomiendo El cuerpo de élite y Los simuladores. Gran Hotel también está muy buena.

Mein Wochenende

Am Samstagmorgen stehe ich um acht. Zuerst mache ich Frühstück und ich lese die Zeitung. Danach, räume die Wohnung auf während ich Musik höre. Am Mittag koche ich Gemüse. Nach dem Mitagessen gehe ich zum Park. Dann kaufe ich im Supermarkt ein. Am Samstagabend besuche ich ein paar Freunde. Meine Frau und ich essen oft Pizza und Eis zum Abendessen und wir sehen fern. Am Sonntagmorgen schlafe ich aus. Ich spiele Gitarre am Sonntagvormittag. Dann spiele ich Volleyball von zwei bis vier. Ich rufe abends meine Eltern und mein Großvater an. Ich gehe früh ins Bett. Aber zuerst lese ich ein Buch.

La habitación era casi vacía, además Carlos y Mario había solo una mesa, una silla y una lámpara de luz fuerte.
Mario sentó todo el tiempo en la silla con los manos esposadas sobre la mesa.
Carlos se inclinaba sobre Mario, dirigía la lámpara a la cara de Mario para asustarlo bastante.
Hablaba con Mario en voz fuerte y grosero.
Carlos quiere cumplir solo una tarea, hacer Mario confesar las cosas que él no hizo.
Mario contesta todas las preguntas de Carlos con mucha confidencia sin perder la paciencia.

私の夏休み

　私の夏休みはとても静かでした。大部分の夏休みはロックダウンがありました。私には家にめったに外出ではありませんから、それが大丈夫です。ロックダウン中にビデオゲームやクロスステッチなどしました。あの夏休みはデススターのクロスステッチが縫ってしまいました。それは月間にかかりましたが大好きです。
　頃日、私は友達とAmong Usをしますが夏休み中にはLego Star Warsをしました。パズルが判じって、人を殺すことが好きですから、ビデオゲームが大好きです。
　私の両親は家を売りていますから、フランスに行きました。私は両親がコロナで病気になることだった心配するのに、あれはいけなくてはいけませんでした。
　私は新しい料理も作りました。料理をすることがあまり好きではありませんですがおいしい料理が好きで、コロナがいますから、他人に料理を作らせ理ませんでした。私は鮭とほうれん草のおにぎりや韓国のフライドチキンやコロッケなどを作りました。全部その料理はおいしいですがおにぎりの形が下手でした。

Translation

I think it was bold, unrestrained, and you will be very touched after reading it. Was ist für mich wichtig beim Einkaufen?

Ich achte auf die Qualität und auch den Preis. Für mich ist sehr wichtig, dass der Preis passend zu der Qualität ist. Als Nächstes achte ich auf die Herkunft (z.B Meiner Meinung nach ist Ragi aud Indien besser als Quinoa aus Sudamerika). Auch für mich ist die Preis und die Herkunft wichtiger als Bio. Ich finde Marke nicht so wichtig, weil eine berühmte Marke höheren Preis aber schlechtere Qualität haben kann.

Fried Eggs

I made my lunch by myself at noon. Although it's the simplest lunch. I used three eggs, six small hot peppers and two green onions to make fried eggs. I took two steps to make it. First off, I mixed the peppers and green onions together and fried them. Then, I broke the eggs and stirred them into a perfect mixture and fried them. The last step was mixing them together and lightly frying them again and putting the dish into a plate. Now it is done. Although making this dish is so simple and easy, it tastes very yummy and I am so happy.

Mis gatos

En mi casa, tengo dos gatos, se llaman Youbee y Kobe. Al menos, estos son sus nombres cortos.

En realidad, Youbee se llama Ungrateful Beggar. Las letras U y B en inglés, se dice «Youbee». Youbee es un gato viejo que ha vivido en mi casa hace doce años. Antes de ese, Youbee fue un gatito en la granja de mi amiga Lauren. Youbee es pequeño y bonito, un gato atigrado con patas blancas y un pecho blanco también.

Mi otro gato, Kobe, tiene un nombre de Star Trek. Cuando James T. Kirk era joven y un estudiante, él tomó un examen injusto, un juego de guerra en la computadora que nadie no podría ganar. En el juego de guerra, había un barco que los Klingons lo atacaron. El barco se llamó Kobayashi Maru. Ninguno de los estudiantes que tomó el examen en la computadora no podría salvar el barco. Escribir lentamente

He encontrado que hacer menos errores si escribo lentamente. Necesito escribir también oraciones cortas, porque cuando escribo oraciones largas, el significado es perdido. El propósito entero de comunicación es transmitir un mensaje. Si uno no puede hacerlo, no es un propósito para la comunicación. Quiero comunicar con claridad, entonces estoy intentando abreviar las oraciones. He empezado a escuchar un podcast de comunicación en español. Dice que necesitas construir la oración en tu mente y después puedes contarla. Y porque quiero hablar naturalmente y con claridad, he decidido escribir lentamente. Espero escribir mejor a través de esta técnica.
