Meinung über frühes Rentenalter
Also ich bin nicht völlig der gleichen Meinung wie Helena. Das heißt, ich finde es nicht wirksam, wenn alle Leute den Anfang von eigenem Rentenalter selbst bestimmen könnten. Wenn es um Leute, die noch nach dem 65. Lebensjahr arbeiten wollen, geht, finde ich es ausgesprochen notwendig, dass die Regierung ihnen es ermöglicht. Einerseits wäre das meiner Ansicht nach nicht nür für ihr Wohlbefinden wesentlich wichtig, sondern auch für den Fortschritt der Wirtschaft. Anderseits falls jemand früher mit seiner Rente beginnen möchte, sollte dann die Regierung eine Art Begrenzungen einführen. Beispielsweise könnte ein winziger Teil ihrer voraussichtlichen Rente weggenommen werden, für jedes Jahr aus dem Unterschied zwischen ihr augenblickliches Alter und ihr gesetzliches Rentenalter.

Das Wetter
Es regnet seid fast zwei Wochen, aber es ist ganz normal. Am Winter regnet es mehr als am Sommer. Dieser Winter finde ich nicht zu kalt, aber die kälter Monaten sind shon gerade. Ich werde in zwei oder drei Wohen wegfahren, und ich werde Sommer zurückfinden.

BEOWULF
This epic poem dated in the 6th century is one of the more antic evidence of English literature. It’s written in old English, a language highly incomprehensible for native speakers nowadays. The poem is elegantly written resorting to a wide variety of literary devices, which makes the poem a piece of study to this day. As for the theme of the epic, at first, it’s misleading because even though it is an English poem, the story has nothing to do with the English culture. Actually, the saga takes place in Denmark, and the more than 3,000 lines encompass not the English customs but the nordic world vision of the time.
There is also a movie about Beowulf that had a grossing success. Especially the soundtrack which is quite epic and stimulating. In fact, when you listen to it something happens in your brain that makes you ready to face any challenge you have to face. For the movie, a computer program was used. Therefore, even though real actors were hired to play the different roles, with the computer program the engineers were able to modify the setting and also some physical features of the actors. This was a little bit disappointing because after watching the movie I ran to look up the actor who played Beowulf, but to my dismay, the physical aspect of the actor was so altered for the role that it didn’t resemble the real person in the least. I assume the actor only lent his voice for the role because I couldn’t recognize anything physical feature of him in Beowulf.

Mi dificultad con el tiempo pasado
Hace dos mese que comenzio aprender español. Tengo muchas dificultad hablar en el tiempo pasado, y no sé como memorizar todos los conjugaciones. Ya sé hablar francés, pero me parece más difícil de distinguir entre los conjugaciones en español que en francés. Tal vez es porque aprendí francés cuando era joven, entonces no recuerdo como los aprender correctamente. Estoy leyendo más y espero que mi cerebro hace el trabajo de memorizar los conjugaciones sin me dé cuenta.

The food at our university cafeteria is very healthy. I would like to take lunch there every day. However, I have not received my university ID-Card yet because our university's administration office is still closed. Actually most of the buildings are closed because of the pandemic, and classes take place online.

Bang om nederlands te spreken
Hoi Iedereen! Ik wil dit meer doen maar ik heb gewoon geen idee wat te schrijven
Ik woon nu vier maanden in Nederland, maar ik heb niet veel Nederlands gesproken in het echte leven. In mijn hoofd ben ik een beetje onzeker als ik Nederland moet spreken. Ik oefen elke dag met mensen in een Discord server maar zelfs dat is niet genoeg, denk ik.
Bijvoorbeeld: toen ik naar de winkel ging en ik stond in de rij voor de kassa, ik dacht bij mezelf "oh shit zal ik in het nederlands zeggen? wat als ze me niet begrijpt?" Dan zei ik 'hallo'. Bijna meteen reageerde ze "oh hello", in het Engels. Ik hoop dat het niet mijn accent is, of misschien ben ik beroemd als de Canadian die woont in de buurt en ze willen in het Engels met mij praten. Ik kijk naar nederlandse programma's om mijn accent te verbeteren. Ik herhaal wat iemand zegt een paar keer, maar misschien is dat ook niet genoeg.
Ik hou van Nederlands leren, maar als introvert is het heel bang en een beetje moeilijk om te praten in het Nederlands. Misschien moet ik de <voice channels> meedoen! Hopelijk was dit niet gevuld met fouten! Bedankt.

Um bife delicioso
Eu me sentei na minha cadeira e olhei o que tinha no meu prato. Era uma fatia de bife, mal passada. Meu favorito! Eu preparei minhas talheres e cortei na carne. Ao fazer isso, água preencheu a boca. O bife parecia delícia! Eu dei uma mordida, e saboreei o sabor. Antes que eu percebesse, eu tinha comido a coisa toda. Foi ótimo!

Meine Reise nach Colorado: Tag 2
Am Morgens des zweites Tages wanderten wir zu Bible Point. Es ist das höchste Ort in YMCA of the Rockies. Der Spaziergang ist nicht lang, aber sehr schwer, weil es komplett bergseitig ist. Auf dem Fußweg gibt es viele schöne Aussichten auf Berge. Meine Mutter könnte es nicht fertig machen, weil sie Höhenkrankheit hatte. Auf Bible Point gibt es das Grab eines Mann, der ein Mitglied der YMCA war. Danach wanderten wir zu Glacier Creek und ein bisschen in Rocky Mountain National Park. Nach Mittags gingen mein Bruder und mein Vater nach Estes, um einen Gürtel zu kaufen. Meine Mutter und ich gingen zu der Craft and Design Center. Wir machten Armbänder aus Glasperlen dort. Wann wir gemeinsam wieder waren, versuchten wir zu Sprague Lake zu wandern. Jedoch war es zu lang, und wir wollten zum Museum zu gehen. Das Museum von YMCA of the Rockies ist informativ und interessant, aber die Museum-Führerin war sehr nervig und sprach zu viel. YMCA of the Rockies ist ein schönes Ort, und ich würde es empfehlen, wenn man in die Rockies reisen wollte.

Fitness
Ich treibe keine Sport, weil ich keine Sport mag. Man sagt "Sport ist Mord". Trotzdem möchte ich mehr machen, um ein gesundes Leben zu führen. Letzte Woche habe ich eine Jogging-App heruntergeladen. Ich hoffe, dass ich in neun wochen fünf Kilometer in 30 Minuten rennen kann. Das ist eine große Herausforderung. Bis jetzt bin ich nur dreimal gegangen - und jedes Mal war ich nachher erschöpft. Wir werden sehen, ob ich mein Ziel erreichen werde.

I found out about DLR and the Institute of Transportation Systems at a job fair at Leibniz University Hannover last year, and I was explained about the activities carried out at the institute, hence I was fascinated by the type of research activities and projects. I saw at the job portal of DLR an opportunity to submit a speculative application. Therefore, I am taking this opportunity to submit my application to be part of DLR. I am applying for a position right now because I would like to support my family financially.
After High school, I got a scholarship to obtain my bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Jaipur, India. Alongside my bachelor studies, I obtained certain skills such as working with AutoCAD drafting software and also using Primavera which is a project management software. My thesis was about the strengthening of flexible road pavements, and I completed it successfully. After my graduation, I went to Kabul and started working as a road design engineer at the Ministry of Public Works, where I handled the responsibilities of geometrical design and economic evaluation of roadways.
During my work, I got a scholarship to get my master's in transport engineering from Japan. The curriculum of the masters helped me develop a keen interest in research. At the department of transport engineering, Hiroshima University, we used R statistics software for the purpose of decision making in case of urban transport, which was interesting for me. My thesis is titled " Smart Monitoring of Street Roughness". I got interested to work at the Institute of Transportation Systems, Braunschweig after checking the range of projects that have been completed. For instance, a project called L3Pilot is about autonomous vehicles and the possibility to use them in the future.

Gleittag
Bei meiner Firma haben wir ein Gleitzeit-System, das heißt, dass wir Stunden sparen können, um sie an anderen Tagen zu benutzen. Ich habe morgen vor, einen Tag mit Gleitzeit zu nehmen, weil ich viele gesparte Stunden habe. Das heißt auch, dass bei unserer Firma Überstunden unbezahlbar sind.
Deswegen habe ich eine E-Mail zu unserer Abteilungssekretärin geschickt, um Bescheid zu geben.

Online-Unterricht
Wegen der Pandemie sind jetzt alle Unterricht online.
Einerseits mag ich die Situation, weil ich später aufwachen kann und ich mich nicht anziehen muss. Außerdem kann ich mit meinem Bluetooth-Kopfhörer etwas anderes tun, während ich den Unterricht höre.
Anderseits vermisse ich meine Mitschüleren und, wenn ich zuhause bleibe, werde ich sehr einfach abgelenkt.
Also weiß ich nicht, worauf ich für nächstes Semester hoffen soll...

Bricks Manufacturing Process
The diagram demonstrates the bricks production technology.
Overall, the process has seven stages during which bricks transforms from a simple clay mass to the product that is ready to use.
It starts with a digger collecting clay for bricks. The next stage is to filter clay through a metal grid and move clean samples on roller to use it in further stages. After that bricks need to be shaped, whether by using a wire cutter or a mould. The fourth stage is to hold bricks into a drying oven for 24-48 hours. Now, it’s time to burn bricks. Firstly, they move into the first kiln with a moderate temperature from 200 up to 980 degrees Celcius. The second kiln’s temperature is even higher and set to a range beetween 870 and 1300 degrees. Then bricks need to be cooled down in the cooling chamber, where they should stay for at least 48-72 hours. After this last procedure, bricks are ready for packaging. Now they can be delivered to clients.

La casa de mi amiga
Mi amiga era tan amable que me permitó quedarme en su casa ya desde casi 4 meses. Vivimos debajo de escalera, parece que nuestra casita se situe le mas bajo de todo el barrio.
Cada mañana salgo a la terrassa et observo la naturalesa alrededor. Todas casas vecinas tienen jardines inmensos con grandes arboles, palmeras y pajaros volando por todos lados. Y como estamos en la valle parece que naturalesa me rodea en tres dimansiones.
La casita tiene dos etages, pero aun es bastante pequeña. Es echa de madera y tiene dos gatitos muy arrogantes. Me siento cómo a casa aqua. Tengo que irme pronto y como lo succede normalmente empecé de aprovechar solo ahora, cuando ne me quedan mas de 2 semanas.
