Have you heard about the new product everybody in the US seem to be obsessed with? Some people even claim it has already made a revolution and made lots of people skip meat. If you haven’t been deaf lately, you have probably guessed it right. Yep, it’s the Beyond meat branded artificial meat. Not only is it made out of plant protein, it’s also been specifically designed to taste like a real meat. Scientists have worked hard to imitate real meat’s texture, smell, outlook, color and even the change of color meat has while roasting. There was an interview showing the lab where all the characteristics have been measured, designed and tested. There were several departments of the lab: Texture, Smell, Color and Taste test.
Texture department. At the texture department they showed off their E-mouth machine which’s aim is to squeeze the ,,meat,, and to analyze the pressure applied. So that they know how close they are to the texture of a a true meat by comparing the chewing resistance. The’ve even added little white balls to simulate greasy look of the hamburger meat
At the Smell department their job is to extract separate elements which make real meat smell like one and try imitate it with different additions
The Color’s department role is to not only make it look like a real meat when on the shop window, but also change its color as one would expect when frying meat on a frying pan. It has to change its color and look like a real fried meat after cooking.
The taste test had to prove to convince the audience that this artificial meat is really worth buying and trying. Well then, we can now get to try it by ourselves since the meat is in front of us, on the table, as one of the components of the burger! Let’s put it into test with no further ado!

The finishing part of my ski experience contains an another topic, what about I plan to write on the following writing.
So, after the phone call it was sort of staff exchange. Two person have gone and two others came into the hotel. They were nice and speaking english well. Although the food wasn't being better, but it was also a result.
On the last they we ate in a hütte (buffet) at noon, when I checked my blood sugar and it was normal. After an hour later I didn't feel well. We were slipping down on the court, but I had to stop. When I measured back my blood sugar level, it was low. I put out my dried apricot and ate some. It took about 15 minutes to feel better again as usually. I became pretty tired. On the last court, which drived to our hotel I had a big fall, but fortunately I didn't have injury just ate a little snow and my staves were unbuckled.
I definitely feel I improved a lot. I'm also proud of my diabetes management, how I handled this whole process. It was only a little nuisnance.

Ma soovisin Stockholmi vanalinnas olev soomlases kirikus soome keelt harjutada. Kirikus töötaval mehel on halba suhtumist. See on põhjus, miks tahan õppida eesti keelt soome keelt asemel.

There is a superstition in Mumbai of India that honking makes the red light of the traffic signal change to the green light fast. Drivers have to wait 90 seconds for the green. There is a second clock by the signal and the time shows in countdown style like 89, 88, 87 towards 0. The drivers can see how many seconds they will wait, yet they start to honk all at once when the singnal turns red.
The police attached a noise level meter under the second clock to improve this large noise. While the clock was showing the time in countdown, when the noise level reached 85 decibel, the time went back to 90 seconds as the initial value. And the countdown started again. Many drivers got angry and the police officers were doing a high five with each other.
It was so hilarious that I thought it was a comedy. But I figured out that it had been difficult to improve it so far as to do such a thing. I thought the police came up with a good idea.

I don’t want to do anything.
I want nothing.
I just want to become like sand and want to be blown away by the wind to disappear from this world.
Have you ever thought this way?
I have.
These thoughts had controlled my mind for over half a year.
Thanks to my supportive family, I’m getting through it.
Today, I went shopping with my mother to get some stuffs that I’d wanted, and I noticed that I was getting back myself.
Now I tend to be happy so easily because of my hard experience.
Delicious food, cute animals on TV, sunny days, funny story with my son.
These small things are so bright and lovely to me.
Still there are not good days in our lives, but I’ll keep on noticing good sides. :)
