Bier
Ich habe ein Paar Bier in Deutschland getrunken. Sie waren sehr lecker, und ich glaube, dass es viel Spaß gemacht hat, Bier mit Frühstück zu trinken.
Die Bierkultur auf Deutschland war aber sehr anders als auf Amerika. Hier in San Francisco gibt es nur selten ein Frühstückbier. Wir haben stattdessen Mimosas.
In meine Meinung, ist das ein Punkt für Deutschland.
In Amerika gibt es aber viel „Microbreweries“, die viele besonderen Biere machen. Wenn man viele Wahlen möchten, sollen man zur Amerikanische Brauerei gehen. Sie haben saure biere, IPAs, und freilich lagers und pilsners. In Deutschland, habe ich hauptsählich ReinheitsgebotschickeBiere (lol) gesehen. Nach ein Paar Biere, ist es sehr ähnlich. Wo sollen man gehen, wenn man experimentelle Biere schmecken möchtet?
Ohne eine gute Möglichkeit... Mein Punkt is für Amerika! :P

Indo Para Os EUA
Faz poucos anos desde que eu fui aos EUA. Tô bem animado! Quero visitar o Texas e provar sua comida. O meu favorito é seu bife! Mas todos sabem que o Texas faz uma parte pequena dos EUA. Há muito mais a ver , como Nova York. Eu estive na Nova York só uma vez na minha vida, mas foi a melhor viagem que já fiz! Espero visitar aquela cidade de novo algum dia..

Manque de pratique
Comme souvent, aujourd'hui aussi j'ai le problème que je ne sais pas quoi écrire, mais je veux pratiquer mon français quand même. Il n'y a pas mal de thèmes d'actualité, mais je ne peux pas penser à des choses à en dire. Si quelqu'un a des suggestions pour des petits textes, je serais reconnaissante. Merci !

寮の階段
現代、私は日本で留学している間寮で住んでいる。到着した日後一日、早朝寮から出てコンビニに行った。帰ったら、エレベーターを試したけど壊れたみたいであった。だからエレベーターを使う代わりに一階から階段を登った。私が住んでいる四階に着いたら鍵でドアを開けてみたが、ドアが開けられなかった。そこで少し怖くなったが、早く一階に戻った。一階のドアも閉まったままであった。凄くドキドキして不安になった。「どうしよう？？」な感じで心配してきた。階段から飛び出す方法がなにもなかった。まだ８時だったので誰もまだ起きてないと思われた。それにまだ二日目ので他の留学生の連絡はまだ誰にも取らなかった。４階のドアまた開けるように試したが、結局一階のドアを何回もどんどんと打っていた。10分過ごしたら寮長さんはやっと着いた。安心だった。寮長さんは鍵をスキャンするとエレベーターのボタンが使えれると説明した。やはりエレベーターが壊れたではなかった。
後で4階からまた私の鍵と階段のドアを開けてみた。また開けられなかった。その時から、とても不安になった。避難の時にどうすればいいでしょう。被災とか地震が起こったら私達はしんでしまうでしょう。私の大学の国際交流センターにEメールしたが、返事は寮長かある会社がドアを開けるそうだけど、そのような事は信じられないと思われる。悲劇が起こったら階段を簡単に登られないならどうする？残念ですが、できることが少ないと思われる。

Oggi ho fatto gli Spaghetti alla Carbonara per cena! Sono molto felice perché mi piacciono molto questo piatto e anche il Cacio e Pepe! Purtroppo, non si trova facilmente la Carbonara autentica qui a Hong Kong, molti usano la crema nel piatto... voglio solo dirgli ”ma che cazzo fai?????" (come si dice "excuse my French" in italiano?) Beh, c'è qualche buono ristorante italiano che offre i piatti autentici, ma di solito sono molto cari. E secondo me, non è necessario pagare molto per i piatti così classici.
Di solito faccio solo i dolci, così sono una cuoca incapace! Ma recentemente sono più interessata a cucinare, particolarmente il cibo italiano. Per migliorare il mio italiano, ora provo di tradurre la ricetta che ho usato. Questa ricetta ho imparato dal maestro nella Carbonara, Luciano Monosilio.
Ingredienti (per uno):
Spaghetti ... 140g (per me è troppo perché è un piatto molto pesante)
Pecorino Romano ... 10g
Parmigiano Reggiano ... 15g
Pepe nero ... 10g
Tuorli ... 2
Guanciale ... 100g (ho usato la pancetta perché non sono riuscita a comprare il guanciale)
Il passo:
1. Bolli una pentola di acqua, e la sala un po. (non è necessario aggiungere molto perché il pecorino è abbastanza salato)
2. Aggiungi i formaggi, i tuorli e il pepe a una ciotola, li mischia bene. Poi, continua a mischiare la ciotola a bagnomaria. (su quella pentola nel passo 1)
3. Rosola il guanciale, riserva il grasso dal guanciale.
4. Cuoci gli spaghetti nell'acqua salata fino sono al dente.
5. Poi aggiungi gli spaghetti cotti alla ciotola di salsa. Li mischia velocemente, aggiungi un mestolo dell'acqua di pasta e uno del grasso (dal guanciale). Continua a mescolare per una salsa cremosa. Finalmente, aggiungi il guanciale e servi! (preferibilmente con un po' più di formaggio grattugiato e il pepe nero!)
Allora, non sono molto sicura della mia traduzione. Ma mi piace fare i dolci, così vorrei imparare come scrivere bene le ricette in italiano! Grazie mille!

Smart City
Toyota, one of the Japanese major automakers, announced a plan called woven city three days ago.
According to the article, the carmaker will create a new smart city from scratch. What's great about this is that the car company will not refurbish an existing city into a smart city, but it will make a whole city from nothing. The location will be at the base of Mount Fuji in Shizuoka prefecture.
In the city, only autonomous cars can drive.
People know that self-driving vehicle is the future; however, no one can predict what exactly the city, where only driverless cars will move without human-driven cars, is like. Discovering what it will be like seems to be the aim.
The common language is English.
I found it very interesting and hope I can visit the city someday.

Before having a cultural exchange
What I can't forget at a meet-up I went to during the New Year's holiday is that we talked about wars.
Japan has 47 prefectures in total. Do you know which prefecture got the worst damage during the world war I and II?
This question was asked by an European man to us, attendees. Many people including me answered Hiroshima and Nagasaki, but actually it was Tokyo.
In Hiroshima, the dead bodies were around 166 thousand, in Nagasaki were around 74 thousand within 4 months after people were exposed to radiation in the atomic bombing. However, Tokyo'd continued to be destroyed in 106 times air raids, and many buildings and stations like Tokyo station were burned down. At only the night air raid of March 10 in 1945, the dead bodies were more than 100 thousand. The victims and the suffers came to over 1000 thousand in total. It's called The Great Tokyo Air Raid.
At the end of the war in 1945, Tokyo was just a burned field, yet in 1964, Tokyo Olympic was held. To make it for the opening on October 10, Shinkansen(Bullet Train) started in practice on October 1. Before that, expressway was open in 1963 as well.
This recovery and growth hasn't made people to bring up this event so often, but the tragedy was more cruel than Horoshima and Nagasaki. I think I learned this event at schools but forgot most of them.
This European guy explained showing the photos of Tokyo of before war and after war. I was very ashamed that I had learned about my country's history from a person from another country (-""-;)
I asked him why he'd learned about another country's history so much, then he answered that he's been care about other countries' histories because his country'd had many wars from the reasons of religions, races and the territory from way before.
I was shocked at his story. I was painfully aware of the importance of learning histories for cultural exchanges. I deeply reflect on what I thought little of histories (T_T)

Mi experiencia con el español
Antes de que yo empeziera a estudiar el español, había estudiado el francés. El francés no me gustaba en lo menos pero es posible que eso fue una consequencia de una profesora inútil y mala. Cuando empecé a estudiar el español, me enamoré. Me gusta el sonido de la lengua y también la cultura del mundo hispanohablante. Me gusta como los nativos hablan increíblemente rapido. Pienso que es una lengua muy divertida - al menos, me divierto cuando lo hablo, leo, y escucho.
Por cuatro años mi clase sólo puede hablar en el presente porque eso fue todo mi nueva profesora nos enseñé. Al fin de esa epoca, yo estaba un poco aburrida pero, en mi primer año de colegio, ¡nosotros aprendimos sobre el futuro y el pasado! No se podría imaginar mi entusiasmo. Después de un año, empecé a jugar videojuegos en español. Fue muy difícil al principio, había muchisimo vocabulario y estructuras grammaticas que todavía no supe, pero me divertí.
Cuando tenía 17 años cogía mi última clase del español. Acabé de aprender sobre la existencia del subjuntivo. Desde aquel tiempo, trataba de aprendir sola. Pero en los últimos años, estaba muy ocupada con la universidad. Estoy estudiando en un país extraño. Un país en que la gente no habla el español usualmente. Me falta compañeros con los que pueda practicar.
Sé que hay una gran communidad de hispanohablantes aquí. A veces oigo el español en las calles pero me falta la confianza para presentarme a ellos. Leo libros y las noticias en español y escribo a veces a una chica de Valencía en una app en una tentativa desesperada para mejorar mi nivel.
Ojála que algún día pueda hablar con fluidez, pero eso dudo mucho. Estoy decepcionada con mi progreso y mi nivel. Sigo hacer errores, especialmente con los tiempos pasados y el modo subjuntivo. Espero que mejore por escribir aquí. Al menos, escribé esto más rápido que pensaba que pueda.
Por cierto, selecioné mi nivel cómo B2 porque alguien me dijo que ese es el nivel que tengo, pero si Ustedes piensan que mi nivel es más bajo, por favor, diganme y lo cambiaré.
Gracias por su tiempo. Y lo siento muchísimo por la falta de tildes - nunca he podido recordarme de las palabras llanuras, etc. Voy a dar mas esfuerzo

These tastes really delicious!
If temperature gets lower and lower,I feel the tastes of Hotpot.

Mein Hals tut mir Weh
Heute morgen, habe ich mit entzündetem Hals aufgewacht. Ich hatte vor, Sport zu machen, aber ich habe kein Sport machen entschieden. Das letzte Mal ich Sport mit entzündetem Hals gemacht habe, wurde ich krank für zwei Wochen. Dieses Mal werde ich nicht den gleichen Fehler machen.
Als ich junger war, hatte ich viel Glück. Ich habe noch die Mandeln, den Blinddarm, und die Weisheitszähne und habe mich nie Windpocken eingefangen. Aber mein Glück als Kind, wird vielleicht mir Weh tun.
Es ist besser, man die Windpocken als Kind statt Erwachseners einfängt. Wenn man Windpocken als Erwachsener einfängt, kann die Situation lebensbedrohlich werden. Also, wenn meine Kindern windpocken einfangen, habe ich keine Ahnung was ich werde tun - vielleicht werde ich einen Raumanzug tragen, lol. Nein, Ich werde wahrscheinlich impfen lassen.
Normalerweise, wenn mein Hals mir Weh tut, löst es mehr Probleme mit meinem Mund aus. Das große Problem kommt von meine Weisheitszähne. Sie haben nur teilweise durchgebrochen, deshalb werden sie leicht infizieren. Wenn sie infiziert sind, mein Zahnfleisch schwellt an und ich kann kaum den Kiefer bewegen. Es wird furchtbar schmerzhaft. Ich muss die Weisheitszähne wegnehmen lassen, aber ich hatte nur schlechte Erfahrungen beim Zahnartz gehabt. Ich muss kein Kind sein. Ich bin jetzt Erwachsenerin. Leider ist es jetzt Zeit, meine eigine Terminen selbst zu machen.

Gebrochenes Streak!
Hallo alle zusammen!
Mein Streak hier auf LangCorrect ist anscheinend gebrochen. Vielleicht sind die Website-Updates mit dieser Situation verbunden?
Naja, es geht. Apropos, gestern habe ich den ganzen Tag nur deutsche Musik (auf Deutsch, natürlich) gehört. Es war sehr aufregend, fast alle die Liedtexte zu verstehen. Ich fühle mich sehr stolz darauf, aber ich weiß, dass ich noch mehr Mühe brauche. Zumindest bis ich alle meine Ziele erreichen kann.

読書の楽しみ
高校の時に、読書が好きだったから、本をよく読みました。友達と本を読んで交換したり、図書館から借りたりよくしました。
卒業してから、ますます本を読むの意欲をなくしてしまいました。本全体を読み切れるのは５年ぶりです。いつも本を読もうと思っているけど、やる気がないし、わたしにとって読みたい本を見つけるのが難しいし、あまり読みません。
去年、「The Power」という本を読み始めたけど、半ばに興味がなくなりました。それで、面白い本を選ぶのは大切です。
だから、新年抱負のために毎月本を一冊読みます。
今は「魔女の宅急便」を読もうとしています。毎晩寝る前に３０分以上読むつもりだけど、時々一時間も読みます。この本を最後まで読み切れるつもりです。たいへんだけど、頑張ります。
読めば読むほど慣れて、もっと楽しくなるといいんですけど。
