Besök
Det finns många platser runt om i världen jag skulle besöka. Jag har aldrig varit i Europa som är en plats jag tycker är mycket intressant, men jag hoppas kunna resa dit i framtiden när coronapandemin tar slut och allt blir normalt igen. Det finns många länder i Europa jag skulle vilja besöka- särskilt Skandinavien eller Frankrike och Spanien. De är länder som jag tycker har en rik historia och en intressant kultur. Om jag har chansen att åka på besök där, skulle jag åka till städer som Paris, Madrid, Köpenhamn, Göteborg, och Stockholm. En sak dock jag tycker att jag inte kommer att gilla är vädret i Europa, särskilt under vintern. Jag kommer från Australien som vanligtvis är väldigt het. Vårt väder förändras mycket under sommaren och vintern, men det går aldrig för lågt, även under vintern. Det betyder att jag bara har sett snö en gång i mitt lev, när jag bara var tre år gammal och min familj åkte till bergen i Victoria. Min kropp byggdes inte för kylan så jag tror inte att jag skulle överleva så länge. Jag tar med många jackor, annars ska jag dö av kylan!
Dessutom, om jag inte kunde resa till Europa i framtiden skulle jag resa till Asien eller Nya Zeeland. Det här är för att de här länderna är väldigt nära Australien och därför är de lättare att resa till än Europa eller Amerika. Singapore är en vacker stad som jag verkligen gillade, och Japan är en av mina favoritländer. Jag älskar japanska kultur och dess rik historia som ett stort imperium särskilt under Andra Världskriget.
Nya Zeeland och Australien är väldigt nära varandra, och har en rik historia tillsammans som vänner. Nya Zeeland anses ibland vara Australiens lite bror och det fanns många strider som våra länder kämpade tillsammans- särskilt under Första Världskriget, där australiska och nya zealandske trupper kämpade som de "ANZACs" på Gallipoli och många andra slagfält. Enligt mina vänner säger de att Nya Zeeland är som billig Australien- vi har precis samma saker men våra accenter är verkligen annorlunda och vår kultur är lite annorlunda. Till exempel- medan vi säger "thongs" i Australien säger de "jandals". Vi säger också "esky", medan de säger "chilly bin". Jag tycker att vårt ordförråd och vår accent är bättre. En annan skillnader är att Australiska idrotter fokuserar på vår nationella idrott som kallas AFL eller Australiska Fotbollsliga medan Nya Zealand fokuserar på Rugby. (Rugby är dock mycket populär i de norra stater). Våra mat är också mycket bättre än Nya Zeeland, för att Australien har läckra livsmedel till exempel Vegemite, Fairy Bread, Meat Pies, Dim Sims och mycket fler!
Det finns dock en sak som jag undrar över- har Nya Zeeland Hungry Jacks eller Burger King? Google berättar inte det här och mina vänner inte svarade min fråga. Jag antar att för att veta måste jag resa till Nya Zeeland när pandemin är över.

Aging in Reverse
David Sinclair is an Australian scientist and a Harvard University professor whose field of expertise is genetics and the mechanisms of aging. Recently, his book “Lifespan'' was published, becoming an instant best-seller. In his book, professor Sinclair addresses his latest discoveries in the field of aging. In this aspect, it is worth mentioning that the professor himself, as well as his family, have been the main subjects of study, the guinea pigs, so to speak of his antiaging experiments. In fact, when comparing a recent picture of the professor who is 51-year-old with one taken 10 years ago, you can immediately tell that he knows a thing or two about fighting aging. He not only looks young but shockingly younger than when he was 41. As for the key to eternal youth, he consistently highlights the importance of fasting, indeed he suggests frugal meals and even skipping either breakfast or dinner to extend the period of fasting between meals. This advice is based on scientific evidence which consistently shows that underfed rats live longer and healthier in comparison to those who eat whenever they want. In fact, latest research on the benefits of fasting in humans also proves the benefits of adopting this lifestyle.
The professor also recommends taking certain supplements. One of them is Metformin, a medication indicated for diabetics used to lower the blood sugar. The other supplements he recommends are NMN, a molecule to help restore the mitochondrial function, and Resveratrol, a molecule taken from grapes.
His investigations have had a great impact in the field of aging, but he insists on the need to keep on investing in this area because according to his convictions, the human being can live up to 150 years without any problems, but it is important to reach that age in good conditions. He has also said that the inspiration for his research is his father, a man in his 80 who following his son’s protocol has been able to rejuvenate, and who instead of being at home watching TV, leads a fulfilling life, looking forward to the future. There are plenty of his conferences on the internet, I highly recommend them.

Ein bisschen über mich
Ich heiße Claudia und ich bin 24 Jahre alt. Ich komme aus Venezuela und lebe seit 5 Jahren in Deutschland. Ich habe nicht viel Hobbys, aber ich mag Joggen gehen, Musik hören und Fernsehserien sehen.
Ich gehe nicht zur Schule, weil bin ich es vor acht Jahren geendet. Zurzeit studiere ich Medizin in der Uni aber jetzt gehe ich nicht zur Uni, weil bin in dem letzten Semester und meine Klassen und Praktikum sind in dem Krankenhaus.

Mein Lieblingsbuch
Es ist nicht einfach ein Lieblingsbuch zu auswählen, jedoch ich kann ehrlich sagen dass mein Lieblingsbuch ist "Die Tausend Herbste von Jacob de Zoet" von David Mitchell. Das Buch ist über einen Schreiber von der Niederländische Ostindien-Kompanie, der geht zu Japan. Das Buch stattfindet im 18. Jahrhundert. Der Schreiber, der gleichnamig Jacob de Zoet, fällt in Leibe mit einer Japanischen Frau, Orito Abigawa, Jedoch eine Beziehung zwischen die beiden ist unmöglich, denn Beziehungen zwischen Japaner und Auslander verboten waren. Es gibt viele interessante Charakter un viele Schurken, und es ist irgendwann schwer den Unterscheid zu sehen. Hauptsächlich, ich mag dieses Buch weil die Schreibe und die Einstellung sehr schön sind.

Ennio Morricone was an italian song writer, he died two weeks ago.
I have know him since I was a child. At home there was a best of of him and I have always loved his songs.
He wrote the musics for the films of Sergio Leone. I have just seen "Once upon a time in the west". The music and the movie really match well together. Now I would like to see the other films of Leone.

Sollte man ein Haustier haben?
In Dörfern meines Heimatlands haben zahlreiche Menschen Haustiere. Jede Familie hat ein großer Hund, der sehr stark ist. Es liegt daran, dass es dort viele Wölfe gibt. Besitzer von Schafen haben Angst vor Wölfen, die die Schafe immer frissten wollen. Als Kind hatte ich oft den Geburtsort meines Vaters besichtigt und habe dort viele große Hunde gesehen. Als ich ein Kind war, hatte ich viel Angst vor Hunden. Ich habe immer noch Angst vor großen Hunden.
Als ich in meinem Heimatland war, hatte ich einen Papagei. Ich liebte ihn viel. Er wollte fast immer Äpfel, Walnüsse und Mandeln essen. Als ich eines Tages nach dem Feierabend nach Hause zurückkam, öffnete ich die Tür. Leider flog meinen Papagei weg. Als ich jeden Tag zur Arbeit zu Fuß ging, flog meinen Papagei über mich, bis ich in meinem Arbeitsplatz ankam.
Ich bin der Meinung, dass wenn man sich einsam empfindet, sollte man ein Haustier haben. Es liegt daran, dass ein Haustier ein guter Begleiter ist.

Meine Reise nach Colorado: Tag 4
Das war unser letzter Tag in Colorado. Zuerst fuhren wir zum Holzarth Historic Site, eine ehemalige Touristenranch neben dem Colorado River. Die alte Hütten sind noch da, und Feldhüter wohnen in denen. Die Touristenranch wurde von zwei deutsche Einwanderer gegründet, aber sie wurde vom National Park Service geschlossen. Danach wanderten wir auf dem Colorado River Trail. Es ist ein schöner Fußweg in einem Wald. Wir aßen zum Mittags Bagels aus einem Restaurant in Grand Lake. Sie schmecken sehr lecker! Nach Mittags wanderten wir dem Coyote Valley Trail, und danach zum Adams Falls. Wann wir zurück in Grand Lake kamen, nahmen wir eine Spaziergang-Tournee von der Stadt. Wir sahen einen Elch! Es war sehr groß und aß Laub von den Bushwerke. Es war eine große Überraschung! Grand Lake ist eine schöne kleine Stadt, der ist vor einem großen See in der Stadt genannt. Es gibt viele Laden und Restaurants dort. Und so unser Urlaub ist beendet.

Pimenta no bumbum
Alguns dias atrás, minha chefe (mãe de dois filhos) me chamou tarde da noite para desabafar comigo. O que aconteceu?
Um de seus dois filhos teve um acidente com seu triciclo. O resultado foi uma grande ferida sangrenta em cima de um olho. Então ela cancelou as reuniões telefônicas e levou o garoto ao médico para costurar a ferida. Uma hora depois, ela voltou para casa para continuar trabalhando. Mas apenas cinco minutos depois o outro filho zombou as habilidades de condução do motorista de acidente. Por vingança, o menino com o turbante branco grande bateu em seu irmão com o cabo duma vassoura. O resultado foi uma segunda ferida que teve que ser costurada. A assistente do médico perguntou à minha chefe porque ela não levou os dois pacientes ao médico ao mesmo tempo.
Isso é o que chamamos de "ter pimenta no bumbum".

Pimienta en el trasero
Hace unos días, mi jefe (madre de dos hijos) me llamó tarde la noche para desahogarse conmigo. ¿Qué pasó?
Uno de sus dos hijos tuvo un accidente con su triciclo. El resultado fue una gran herida sangrienta sobre un ojo. Entonces canceló sus citas telefónicas y llevó al chico al médico para que le cosiera la herida. Una hora más tarde, volvió a casa para seguir trabajando. Pero sólo cinco minutos después el otro hijo se burló de las habilidades de conducción del conductor del accidente. En venganza, el chico con el gran turbante blanco golpeó a su hermano con un palo de escoba. El resultado fue una segunda herida que tuvo que ser cosida. La asistente del doctor le preguntó a mi jefe por qué no llevó a ambos pacientes al doctor al mismo tiempo.
Eso es lo que llamamos "pimienta en el trasero".

Pepper in the Butt
A few days ago, my boss (a lady) called me late at night because she needed a shoulder to cry on. What had happened?
One of her two sons had an accident with his three-wheeler. The result was a large, heavily bleeding wound over one eye. So she cancelled their phone appointments and took the boy to the doctor to stitch the wound. An hour later, she returned home to continue working. But it took only five minutes for the other son to make fun of his brother's driving skills. In revenge, the little boy with the big white turban beat his brother with a broomstick. The result was a second wound that had to be stitched up. The doctor's assistant asked my boss why she didn't take both patients to the doctor at the same time.
That's what we call to have "pepper in the butt."

avoir du poivre dans les fesses
Il y a quelques jours, ma chef m'a téléphone tard le soir pour pleurer dans mon giron. Qu'est qui s'est passé?
L'un de ses deux fils a eu un accident avec son cycle à trois roues. Le résultat était une grande plaie sanglante au-dessus d'un œil. Elle a donc annulé leurs rendez-vous téléphoniques et a pris le petit au docteur pour recoudre la plaie. Une heure après, elle est retournée à la maison pour continuer à travailler. Mais c'était que cinq minutes après que l'autre fils s'est moqué des dons de conduite de l'accidenté. Pour se venger, le petit garçon au grand turban blanc a battu son frère avec manche a balai. Le résultat était une deuxième plaie qu'il fallait recoudre. L'assistante du docteur a demandé ma chef pourquoi elle ne prenait pas les deux patients au docteur au même temps.
Voilà ce qu'on apelle "avoir du poivre dans les fesses".

Varada en una isla
Si yo estaba varada en una isla y podría escoger tres objetos mantener conmigo nada más, escogería (1) un filtro para desalinizar el agua, (2) una hamaca, y (3) un perrito.
(1) La cosa que mata a la gente en situaciones así no es el hambre ni alguna enfermedad, sino la sed. Los seres humanos pueden sobrevivir tres días o más sin comida, pero en el mismo espacio de tiempo morirán de deshidratación. Por eso, yo llevaría un filtro que me brindaría agua pura y refrescante mientras estoy varada en la isla.
(2) Para tener una mente clara y un cuerpo capaz de hurgar y sobrevivir, tengo que descansar cómodamente. Una hamaca se puede colocar en casi cualquier lugar en una isla, siempre que haya dos arboles en los que se puede colgar los extremos. Esta hamaca me brindaría un lugar seguro para dormir o descansar un rato, sin miedo de que las arañas se arrastren sobre mí.
(3) Después de satisfacer mis necesidades urgentes de sobrevivencia en esta isla desierta, sé que voy a hacer falta algo de compañía. Por eso, escojo un perrito leal y lleno de vida para acompañarme. El perro me ayudará a encontrar comida, cazar la carne, y evitar el peligro. Más importante, me ayudará aclimatar a la vida fuera de la isla cuando seamos recatados :)

Ich bin müde
Ich muss heute etwas verraten: Jeden Tag muss ich eine neue Idee haben, um hier etwas zu schreiben. An manchen Tagen schreibe ich meine Deutschhausaufgabe, um Korrekturen zu bekommen und an Tagen wie heute, schreibe ich ein mein "Strom des Bewusstseins", etwas wie "stream of consciousness" auf Englisch.
Es ist aber klar, dass ich einfach ein paar Tagen frei nehmen könnte bzw, ohne Beiträge auf LangCorrect zu posten. In diesem Fall wird mein Streak unterbrochen und das ist auf keinen Fall akzeptabel.
Auf gute Ideen zu kommen, finde ich ziemlich schwer.

رحلة الى إسبانا الشمال
الصيف الماضي سفرت الى إسبانيا مع صاحبتي لمشينا "الكامينو", هذي الرحلة بالقدم تمتد من عدة نقطة البداية (مثلا من فرنسا وهولندا وبريطانيا) الى "سانتياغو دي كومبوستيلا" وأصلا كان مشت لحجاج مسيحيون. بدأنا حلتنا بالقطر أخذنا من هولندا الى مدينة بوردو في فرنسا وبعد يومين الى إرون بعد الحدود بين فرنسا وإسبانا.
من إرون قضينا اجازتنا نمشي من قرية الى قرية (كل يوم بين 20 و30 كيلومترا) وصحونا مبكرا جدا كل صباح وفي الظهيرة نسبح في المحيط الأطلسي. بعد خمسة أيام وصلنا في مدينة بلباو حيث نقضي أيامنا نستكشف المدينة ونزور متاحف ونأكل بنتكسوس. بقينا في بلباو لمدة أربعة أيام ثم أخذنا القطر لرجعنا الى البيت.

大学は時間の無駄？
多分全部の大学生は「大学って時間の無駄なのか」と考えたことがあるのだろう。
社会的な点からいうと、大学を卒業する利点がいろいろある。例えば、卒業生の平均収入は高卒より高いなど。
でも、講義や授業の中の内容は、役に立つなのか。
僕は大学でコンピューターサイエンスと日本語を専攻していて、他の分野の教育を受けたことがないので、以下の個人的な意見はこの２つの分野だけに限っている。
コンピューターサイエンスの科目は、だいたい理論的な科目が多かった。つまらないというわけじゃなく、ただ大学以外の世界に使われていない気がする。
専攻のために、今年６ヶ月会社でインターンシップをした。それは貴重の体験だった。大きい会社の中の働きを見たり、会社員と話したり、実際の仕事をしたり、いろいろ勉強になった。
しかし、インターンシップの仕事の内容の９割は、人生に一度も見たことないものだった。全部仕事中で習わなければならなかった。
もし大学の一番役に立つものは、大学以外のインターンシップのならば、大学そのものはあまり役に立たないだろう。
日本語の場合は、先生たちは全員優しいし、授業は面白くて楽しかった。今までは全部言語の勉強だったので、教科書に沿って、いろいろな文法や漢字など勉強した。
だが、授業はいいと言っても、それは一番効率的な方法なのかという疑問もある。授業のなら、先生が作った課程の通りに勉強しなければならない。気力のある偉い人は、自分で勉強すれば、クラスのテンポより速く課程の内容が終えるかもしれない。
もちろん、就職のため、学位を持つに越したことはない。そして、学習以外に、大学の良い点がたくさんあって、友達作れることや、サークルなど。しかし、ただ学習する点から考えると、コンピューター科学の専攻も日本語の専攻も、もし自習すれば、大学に行かなくても知識は全部習得できると思う。

Hätte ich nur ein Kind...
Seit 2015 bin ich verheiraten. Wenn ich ein Kind gekommen hätte, wäre er 4 Jahre alt. Er hätte nach Kindergarten gehen können. Und wäre er ein Schüler. Zum jede Fächer hätte ich ihn helfen können. Zum Beispiel könnte ich ihm in Malen oder Nummer zahlen helfen. Wenn er in Kindergarten Hausaufgaben machen hätte, würde ich in Überwachen. Aber nun habe ich keine Kinder, und alles sind wünschen.

Mes pensées sur la théorie des pêches et des noix de coco
La théorie des cultures « pêches » et « noix de coco » a beaucoup de sens pour moi. Je suis russe, mais récemment j'habitais aux États-Unis pendant une année. Avant ça je ne pensais jamais de mes habitudes sociales : comment je parle avec les inconnus, les façons dans lesquelles j'interagis avec des gens... Pourtant quand je suis arrivée aux États-Unis pour la première fois j'étais en état de choc ! Tout le monde souriait, voulait me dire bonjour, m'invitait à participer aux activités familiales ... Je me sentais vraiment heureuse parce qu'être seule dans un pays inconnu ça n'était pas si facile et j'appréciais alors mes nouveaux amis.
Malgré la gentillesse et la volonté de parler avec moi au début, après la majorité de ces gens ne semblait pas me reconnaître ! Moi, j'avais une impression d'être amis tandis eux ne même répondaient pas à mes « bonjours » quand nous nous tombaient dessus dans les couloirs ! Dans peu de temps j'ai compris que c'était simplement la politesse et la manière de vie ...
Au contraire, on dit souvent que les Russes sont froid et que nous ne voulons jamais s'engager dans une conversation plutôt personnelle. C'est à moitié vrai, je crois, parce que nous sommes toujours conscient de notre milieu et pour nous partager trop de choses privée - ça semble pénible, risqué et parfois bizarre. Mais comme une Russe je sais que mes compatriotes sont capable d'amitié très longue et très forte - si vous avez des amis russes, vous pouvez toujours faire confiance en eux ! On doit seulement se connecter, franchir cette première étape quelle est vraiment comme des écales de noix de coco :)

Quelle est votre couleur préférée?
Il y a beaucoup de questions qui les gens aiment bien poser aux enfants: Tu préfères quel animaux ? Qu’est-ce que tu veux devenir? Quelle est votre couleur préférée? Je crois que la dernière de ces questions est la plus difficile. La raison ? Tout simplement, il y a trop de couleurs magnifiques dans cette monde ! Je ne peux pas choisir une couleur que j’aime plus que toutes les autres. En printemps, le bleu du ciel est très beau, mais le bleu de l’océan est tellement fort aussi. Le brun des yeux de mes étudiants, et de mon peau, et des arbres, tous sont merveilleux. La rose des fleurs, et même la rose des gants en caoutchouc qui protège mes mains quand je fais la vaisselle, tous sont belle. Je crois qu’il y a de la beauté dans toutes les couleurs du monde !
