After Spring Vacation

Overall, I think this app is very useful, especially because it has strong interactivity. People post articles, thoughts, views, recordings, and pictures, then you can leave comments on it, including texts and audio. You can also read, listen, and write on those posts, which are really useful to improve one's English skills. I am very happy to correct foreigners' Chinese essays on HelloTalk, but every time some Chinese people always correct it, and there is more than one person. I often write some English journals on HelloTalk, but it seems there are rarely people to correct them. The corrected journals count approximately 30 to 40 percent. I don't know why, but I really want my journals to all be corrected by native English speakers as soon as possible after I post them.

Bad Memory
Every time I talk to a language partner, I feel a lack of vocab. When I explained what's going on about Japan's vaccination, First of all, I referred some European countries had stopped using vaccines of AstraZeneca temporary due to a blood clot. I really wanted to explain about a blood clot in English. The partner taught me to use a blood clot. I really wanted to proper word like this kind of vocab. I think this blood clot this vocab is common in daily life, not often used, not a technical term, though. I should have learned by heart this kind of the vocab for conversation.
I know both inject as a verb and injection as a noun, so I guess a tool of injection should be an injector. But I was not sure of it at that time. The partner helped me to use a syringe. I guess a syringe is common word much more than an injector. Speaking of which, I don't care so much which is common in conversation. Even though I use the injector, English native speakers could understand what I mean to say. And actually, I can't always examine what words are common in every conversation as well. There must be ambiguous to determine very often used words after all. But I decide to use the syringe in conversation.
I've already given up to be able to speak like a native speaker, but I want to speak very natural English conversation, instead. The first step to realize it, I should speak nouns, verbs, adjectives and adverbs commonly used in natives' daily conversation as much as possible. Basically, my vocab isn't up to scratch. How can I catch up with native speakers? Frankly speaking, to memorize tons of new words is a pain to me. I suppose there's no way to memorize them very easily. Is there any easiest method to memorize new words?

La mia migliore vacanza
La mia migliore vancanza è stata l'anno scorso, a Febbraio. Io, mia madre e mia sorella eravamo andati a Mérida, un vilaggio ad ovest di Spagna. È un vilaggio ben conosciuto per la sua storia romana. I romani l'avevano chiamata "Emerita Augusta".
La prima sera c'era una visita guidata per il teatro e l'anfiteatro. Anzitutto, l'anfiteatro.
Mamma mia, non mi potevo imaginare che fosse così grande!. Eravamo entrati all'anfiteatro faccendo una passeggiata per le gradinate, con un grupo di circa 40 persone, e poi entriamo nel centro di tutto, sulla sabbia, era proprio enorme. Dopo la spiegazione, mentre stavamo andando dal teatro, avevo guardato il cielo e lì c'era Orion (il cacciatore), in quel momento ricordo sentire una felicità speciale.
Il teatro: Del teatro mi ricordo quanto bene potevo sentire la guida. Lei era sul palco ed Io nel posto più alto e lontano delle gradinate, meravigliato per la qualità del audio.
La mattina seguente eravamo andati dal circo. Ed anche quello era grande, molto molto grande. Ricordo sentire qualcosa di speciale camminando là perché, è stato in quel circo che Cayo Apuleyo Diocles, aveva cominciato la sua carriera professionale. Poi eravamo andati al museo, ma non ho abbastanza tempo per parlare di tutto quello che c'era lì.

Apprendre de la langue français
Je voudrais parler de ma école. Je vais dans une petite école qui est seulement quelques kilomètre de ma maison. On a autres matières, par example mathématique, physique, biologie, histoire ou français. Je n'aime pas les français, parce que je ne peux pas faire cette langue. Je pens que c'est la langue belle mais je ne comprendre pas les règles gramatiques. Les exceptions dans la langue m'énerve et je ne peux pas les souvenir. Je veux parler, lire et écrire aussi bon que je parle, lis er écris en tchèque mais je ne peux pas. Toutefois, j'éspere que je vais l'apprendre si je vais écrire les textes courtes, faire les exercises dans mon livre français et apprendre les vocabulares avec Anki. Souhaite moi bonne chance.

L'homme qui souhaitait la guerre nucléaire
On voudrait penser qu'aujourd'hui on soit loin d'une guerre nucléaire et de la destruction mutuelle assurée, que les temps pleins de peur de la Guerre Froide sont définitivement passés. Toutefois, le monde est encore prêt à s'embraser: il est peut-être seulement par chance que les vents qui soufflent dans le vallée du Cachemire n'apportent pas les retombées radioactives. Chez les Iraniens, face à la duplicité occidentale quelques sûrement voient dans les ogives leur unique garantie d'indépendance; étant donné les milliers des missiles toujours en attendant le jour où ils s'avèreraient utiles, chaque année il est probable que l'hiver suivant soit l'hiver nucléaire.
Tout compte fait, il serait compréhensible si personne ne voulait pas que ce scénario arriverait. Cependant, il y'en avait un: le dirigeant du bureau argentin de la quatrième internationale, un trotskiste qui s'appelait Juan Posadas. Au fur et à mesure que ses interprétations du communisme mûraient et devenaient plus radicaux et bizarres, il s'était éloigné du courant dominant du mouvement, et en 1962, avec ses adeptes il a établi sa propre quatrième internationale. Selon lui, il y avait qu'une voie qui mènera à la révolution mondiale: à travers d'anéantion nucléaire, le capitalisme tomberait et une nouvelle société renaîtrait des cendres. Il préconisait que l'URSS devrait donner le première frappe pour inculquer cette nouvelle donne mondiale.
Bien sûr, heureusement rien de ça ne s'est passé, et il n'est pas devenu la mort, le destructeur des mondes. Aujourd'hui, il n'y a pas beaucoup de monde qui prennent ses idées au sérieux et quiconque voudrait rebâtir l'ordre mondial, tout mettre à l'incendie d'avant de refaire l'être humain ne fait pas partie de ses plans. Néanmoins, il y a quelque chose d'allurant dans le feu qui épurerait tout... peut-être on va détruir le monde pas pour le refaire mieux, mais seulement parce qu'il regarder brûler on plairait. On verra.

Maintaining the Car
This morning, I went to the Volkswagen 4 s store to maintain my car. This Passat was bought in 2009 and it was also the first car in my life. I haven't driven it for several years (during that time, my son drove it). For some reason, I have driven it again since a couple months ago and I feel it was in bad condition compared to what it was before. Visitando a mi hermana
He tenido un día muy largo pero muy feliz. Tomé el primer vuelo del día para visitar a mi hermana, a quien no le he visto desde enero. Desayunamos juntas, pero como tenía clases me prestó su bicicleta para explorar la ciudad. Visité el museo de arte, donde había una exhibición de Picasso, y luego exploré el museo de historia. Me gustó mucho poder ir por todos lados por bicicleta porque cuando estaba en la universidad solía usar mi bicicleta en vez de ir en coche pero ahora vivo en una ciudad tan extendida que no se puede usar una bicicleta en el día a día. Por la tarde, cenamos juntos y charlamos durante mucho tiempo. La he echado mucho de menos.

मेरा ब्वॉयफ्रेंड और मैं आज रात डिनर के लिए बाहर जा रहे हैं। रेस्टोरेंट का नाम "Po-boys on Frostwood" क्योंकि वो एक सड़क पर है जिसका नाम "Frostwood" है। वहां से मुझे jumbalaya पसन्द है। मुझे लगता है की मैं फिर यह आज रात order करूंगी।
Jambalaya एक Cajun डिश है जो चावल और मीत से बनाते है। इसे अमेरिकन्स द्वारा तीखा माना जाता हैं लेकिन भारतीयों नहीं मानेंगे! डिश तीखा cayenne pepper से बनता है जो मुझे नहीं लगता की बहुत तीखा है।

Que penses-tu de la théorie sur les cultures « pêches » et «
La pêche, c’est sucrée et facile à manger. L’analogie de la pêche veut dire que les personnes qui viennent de cette culture « pêche » est facile à approcher pour le 1er contact, mais après ça il est difficile de développer une amitié teès forte. Au contraire, pour les personnes qui viennent de la culture « noix de coco », c’est pas facile de se approcher pour la 1er fois, mais après cette 1er barrière, on peut devenir de vrai amis. C’est comme la noix de coco qui est difficile à ouvrir mais qu’il consist le jus délicieux dedans.
Je pense que je viens de la culture « noix de coco » car au HK, il est influencé par la culture chinois. On est un peu introverti. Il est facile à repérer les jeunes qui viennent à l’étranger et qui est locale à l’université. Mais en même temps, l’influence de la culture ouest (surtout celle américaine) est plus forte. C’est de dire que les jeunes locales sont plus en plus souriantes. Bien sûr, ça dépend aussi sur l’éducation, la famille ... et chaque individu a son propre caractère ! Donc le meilleur moyen de vraiment connaître quelqu’un, c’est d’aller à sa rencontre !

Un día había un hombre viejo y gordo quien tuvo que ir de compras. Estes días muchas tiendas tienen descuentos o cupones disponible por teléfono. De todos modos, on ese día el teléfono del hombre no funcionaba bien. Así que tenía muchos problemas obteniendo los cupones. Los empleados de la tienda se estaba poniendo confuso.
Finalmente, el hombre rendió y decidió pagar sin discuentos. Pero entonces se le cayó el celular. Cuando él agachó para recogerlo se apoyó en el mostrador. Pero, queridos lectores, resulta que no estaba fijo en su sitio, sino que tenía ruedas.

La comida italiana
En Estados Unidos, y estoy seguro de muchos otros lugares también, la comida italiana es muy popular. Pues... de alguna manera. La verdad es mucha más complicada. Durante los siglos XIX y XX, muchos inmigraban a Estados Unidos de Europa para encontrar una mejor vida. Especialmente durante el siglo XX, muchos italianos vinieron aquí, trayendo con ellos su cultura y comida. ¡De hecho, incluso eso es simplificado! Italia solo se unió al final del sigo XIX, y antes de eso había sido una mezcla de diferentes reinos nativos y posesiones extranjeras. Así que se formaban muchas culturas e idiomas distintas, y aún se mantienen hoy.
Sin embargo, ¿cómo todo eso relaciona con la comida italiana de Estados Unidos? Pues, en realidad no estoy seguro que tuviera un efecto significativo. Por otro lado, la comida italiana nos ha afectado muchísimos. La pizza y la pasta se han vuelto prácticamente en símbolos culturales. Pero nuestra comida italiana tiene muchas diferencias de la que encuentras en Italia. Algunas de las más obvias se pueden encontrar en el menú de cualquier pizzería estadounidense. En lugar de "salami", decimos "pepperoni" y no usamos "bianca" sino "mozzarella". ¡Incluso la hacemos de manera distinta! Al fin y al cabo, me gustan ambas cocinas, aunque las considero diferentes.

박찬욱이 한국의 유명한 감독이다. 감독하신 영화는 JSA, 친절한 금자씨, 올드보이, 아가씨 등이다. 박찬욱의 영화는 독특한 미학이 있고 종종 충격한다. 사실은 올드보이를 본 다음에 한국 문화에 있는 관심이 생겼다.
대학 때 어떤 대회를 참가해서 이겼다. 그 대회의 상은? 박찬욱의 박쥐이라는 영화의 유럽 첫날을 참석하고, 런던 중심부의 호텔에 머물고 그 다음 날에 박찬욱 감독과 함께 점심을 먹을 것이였다.
그래서 저, 여자친구 (지금 와이프), 박찬욱, 유통 회사 대표, 역자가 아주 좋은 식당에 모여서 다 같이 2시간동안 이야기하고 맛있는 음식을 먹었다. 저는 박찬욱께 영화 궁금한 점에 대해서 물어 볼 수 있고 박찬욱께서 서명된 박쥐 포스터를 받았다. 그 만남은 아직도 소중한 추억이다.

ウイルスの分子構造をどうやって決定する？
人間はウイルスに感染するなら病気になるわけである。エイズ、ヘルペス、風邪といった病気は全部ウイルスによって引き起こされる。これを妨げるために、抗ウイルス剤が必要で、この薬を効率的に設計するにはウイルスの分子構造にまつわる情報が役立つ。
ならば、ウイルスの分子構造をどうやって決定するだろう？この１０ないしは２０年間というもの、特にクライオ電子顕微鏡に頼られている。
最初に、特定のウイルスを培養しなければならない。体外で細胞に感染させ、ウイルスの種類によって数時間から数日間まで待つことで、ウイルスが増幅して大量に増える。そしてウイルスのこもった細胞培養液を取って、ウイルスと細胞を分別することで、ウイルスの純度を増やすことができる。
純度・濃度の二律背反を解消することは非常に難しいが、両方が十分に高いなら、次の段階に進められる。クライオ電子顕微鏡に入れられるようウイルスを凍結しなくてはならない。その上に、氷が結晶化することのないように凍結過程の速度が重要である。それゆえ、液体窒素を使ってウイルスの温度を１秒あたりに１００万度減らす。その後、クライオ電子顕微鏡を使ってウイルスの分子構造を分析する。
