Reiscracker
Heute schreibe ich über ein leckeres Essen, das in asiatischen Länder sehr verbreitet ist. Sie sind Reiscracker! Reiscracker werden als einen kleinen Snack gegessen. Um einen Reiscracker zu machen, backt man zusammengepresster Reis in einem Ofen, oft mit einer kleinen Schicht Sojasoße. Sie sind flach, aber sie haben eine Größe eher wie ein Brötchen in Deutschland. Wenn es dir gefällt, kannst du auch ein bisschen Zucker auf die Oberfläche hinzufügen, um ein süßes Geschmack mit dem knusprigen Cracker zu genießen.
Heutzutage gibt es besondere Hersteller, die Reiscracker in asiatischen Märkten verkaufen. Doch die besten Reiscracker, die ich je gegessen haben, waren die "senbei" bei einem kleinen Stadtteil Tokios :)

Об искусстве
Я увлекаюсь искусством, и меня восхищают те, кто могут нарисовать и петь и танцевать. В старших классах надо было брать два курса искусства. Я решила брать курсы живописи потому что мне нравилась учительница. Первое задание было нарисовать самую некрасивую живопись. По-моему это был хороший способ чувствовать себя комфортно и преодолеть страх неудачи. На самом деле, все мои живописи получились совсем некрасивыми.
Что касается истории искусства, мне особенно нравится модернистское и современное искусство. Года четыре назад, я ездила в Ванкувер и посетила галерею, где была выставка художника Douglas Coupland. Он занимается концептуальном искусством, накапливает обычные объекты чтобы их устраивает неожиданным образом.
Я также люблю посещать другие музеи, хотя я не всегда понимаю, что такого замечательного в некоторых картинах. Иногда у меня есть такое впечатление, что картина имеет глубокий смысл, что я просто недостаточно умна, чтобы всё понимать. Но в то же время, зелёный квадрат – это всего лишь зелёный квадрат.

Le president de la Republique, Mesier Emmanuel Macron announcie c’eté que le vol intern au Françe de moin de deux heures devendrá interdit. C’est un mesure pour Aidé l’enviremont.
Je pensé que c’est un très bonne moyen parce que la Françe faire un système de train que funcionen bien comme en toutes les pays d'Europe d'ouest. Au Chili n'existe pas vol avec doux ville qui le voyage au sol ce mois que deux heures trente minute.
A contra-argument c'est que le areoligne "low cost" (pardon pour l'anglicisme) permit voyage loin cher qui pour sol. Mais, en fait, pas beaucoup de personne utilise pas le aeroligne low cost.
Finalmente, cette mesure creé conciencie sûr l'enviremont.

¿Cuanto vale la libertad profesional?
Me despertaba tarde y con prisa a las seis y media, llegaba a la escuela a siete y cinco para dar la bienvenida a los niños a siete y cuarto. Por tres meses cada año esto ocurría en obscuridad, antes de la salida del sol. Como maestro, por mas que intentaba esforzar, nunca me volví soportar la rutina del día, especialmente en las mañanas.
A pesar de ganar la mitad del ingreso, ahora tengo la libertad de despertarme naturalmente. Puedo cocinar un desayuno sin estrés por las mañanas y escribir redacciones en español por la noche. Extraño mucho de la profession, pero para mi, vivir con estructuras rígidas no vale la pena.

María ist in Barinas aufgewachsen. Mit zwei Jahren sind ihre Familia nach Puerto La Cruz angezogen. Dort hat sie in der Schule und in der Universität studiert. Sie hat dort fünf Jahre studiert für ein Informatikerin zu werden.
Mit 23 Jahren alt hat sie nach Spanien angezogen. Sie zieht mit ihr Freund in eine WG an. Sie hat für einen Jahr dorthin gelebt, denn haben sie eigener Wohnung gefunden. Die Wohnung ist groß, sie hat zwei Schlafzimmer mit auch zwei Badezimmern. Da zahlen sie nicht viel Miete unter Berücksichtigung der Größe der Wohnung.

Quelques conseils pour Lionel Messi
Recemment, il y a été des grandes nouvelles. Lionel Messi pense quitter Barcelona. À cause de cette grand nouvelles et le fait que j'ai déja joué le foot, je pense que je devrais donner quelques conseil à Leo.
Peut-être je suis en diminuant mon talent. J'ai gagné au moins 10 % de mes matchs dimanche locaux et franchement je pense que ce me fait un vrai superstar comme Messi.
Mon conseil le plus important est qu'il est un temps dur. Trouver un boulot sera très difficile comme pour tout le monde. Toutefois, il est importante à ne devenir pas découragé. Avec un bon humeur on peut en trouver un plus facillement. Avec l'utilisation effectif des sites d'emploi comme LinkedIn et Indeed, on peut en trouve un plus vite.
Mon conseil second, est qu'il devrait considérer démenagement à un autre location. Je ne sais pas le marché d'emploi en Espagne, mais il peut-être plus facile à trouver un emploi à Madrid par exemple en revanche à Barcelona. D'ailleurs il devrait considérer des autres pays. Par exemple, des villes comme Pristina en Kosovo ou même Stoke en Angleterre pourraient avoir des emplois ouverts.
Finalement, il doit être preparer faire un change en son mode de vie. Quand sans travail, c'est important à faire des reductions en dépenser. Par exemple au lieu d'acheter cèreales cheres il peut considérer des alternatives comme l'avoine. Au lieu d'acheter des repas couteux comme le rosbif il devrait considérer l'avoine. Au lieu des bananes il devrait considérer l'avoine.

I couldn't stand the smell of the perfume that an old woman, sat down next to my seat at the train, put on.
I can't ignore such a smell because I'm involved in analysis of flavors and interested in what kind of flavor components it cotains.
The reason why that smell made me feel so bad is that a sweet smell of
vanilla was too strong.
Vanillin, which is extracted from an essential oil of vanilla, is hard to volatilize compared with other flavor components. Therefore, the smell hardly disappears from your nose and retain for a long time.
Vanilla-like smell won't remove from my fingers (under my fingernails) for a few days when I handled vanillin at my work.
I hope you should consider the amount of the perfume you put on and how the aroma would change with time carefully.

Roma: il mio programma di TV preferito
Il mio programma televisivo preferito è Roma, della HBO. Adesso sembra che tutti lo abbiano dimenticato. Mai ascolto nessuno parlarne. L'ho prima visto quasi 10 anni dopo l'emisione, e già in quel momento non era troppo popolare. Siccome è stato girato in Italia, forse in quel paese era più conosciuto. Ma qua, sento che sia l'unica persona che l'ha visto!
Il programma racconta la storia di Lucio Voreno e Tito Pullo, due soldati romani nell'epoca della fine della Repubblica. Anche racconta la storia della guerra civile dal punto di vista di tanti altri personaggi, come Atia, Marco Antonio, Bruto, e lo stesso Giulio Cesare.
A volte sono un po' triste di non avere nessuno con chi parlare di queste storie. È veramente un programma che mi piace tantissimo, forse perché trovo la storia accativante, sopratutto quella romana e anche la medievale, e quando è combinata con eccellenti recitazioni e set cinematografici, è impossibile che non sia così.

Tips about language learning (pt1)
Language learning is an interesting topic for many researchers: even today we still don't know exactly how we learn a language. As a child, we learn our native tongue by intense repetition and complete imersion around us and we need 1 or 2 years of continuous input in order to be able to talk something.
But how we, as adults, can learn a new language? Here are some tips and thoughts that I think are useful to a language learning journey:
At the beginning, don't focus too much studying grammar, focus on listening and reading your target language as much as possible, as well as learning vocabulary. Our brains need to get used to understand a new language, and this process takes some time.
Constancy: Rather than study a lot two or three times a week, try to study a little bit everyday. Our brains are made in a manner that we forget things quickly: this phenomenon is explained by the forgetting curve (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Forgetting_curve). In order to maximize retention, we need to constantly review the same information, until it became stored in our long term memory. Some people use an SRS (Spaced Repetition Software) like anki to review their target language everyday.
After some time reading and listening your target language, we also need to practice our writing and talking. For some languages, these are harder steps, but they're still necessary in order to achieve fluency. Try to mantain a journal/blog like twitter and write something in your target language everyday. You can also frequent local language learning meetings (at least after covid19) to train speaking. Don't be ashamed of making mistakes, everyone does it while learning something.

チェスは難しい
最近チェスをやってみました。子供ごろにはルールを覚えって、途切れ途切れにする。この間面白いゲームと本はあんまり見つかないからオンラインチェスを試した。その結果は惨敗だ。以前のランクより下がった。この二月間を通してチェスをし続けるが、全然進歩しなかった。この原因は多分私が真面目に練習しなかったのせいだ。チェスは本気で研究しないと上達にならない。相手とチェスをするだけでなく、オープニングとセオリーなど色々なことを勉強することで初めて実力が上げる。
チェスは上手くになりたいが、練習するの暇と気力もない。仕事と日本語の勉強は精一杯だ。将来のいつか時間が余ったら再びチェスを勉強しましょう。

Reading #2
Yesterday, I was thinking of buying a book to practice English and maybe learn something new.
I decided to buy three books—The Selfish Gene, The Blind Watchmaker, and A Universe From Nothing.
The first two books are written by Richard Dawkins. The Selfish Gene shows evolution from the perspective of a gene.
The Blind Watchmaker explains evolution as well. I can't tell the difference between these two. I guess I'll find out, and maybe I'll let you know.
The author of the book Universe From Nothing is Lawrence M. Krauss. It tells us—as the title suggests—how the universe came to exist and many more.

Aujourd'hui était un peu ennuyeux je crois. J'ai lu beaucoup dans me livre qui parle de la troisième Reich a l'Allemagne. On peut dire que le livre serait ennuyeux aussi. Mais je trouve ça faux. Il fau lire pour s'éduquer. Nous avons un responsabilité pour les prochains générations. Donc i faut qu'on realise les problématiques de ce temps. J'ai aussi mangé un chose un peu extraordinaire aujourd'hui. Ma mère cuisinait Kebabs. Ouais, c'est pas une blague. Je n'ai acheté aucun kebab aujourd'hui. Les kebabs étaient délicieux mais il faut beaucoup des temps pour les cuisiner. J'ai aussi fait du sport. Les sentiments après le sport sont vraiment beaux.
C'est ça pour maintenant.

My Linkedin Introduction
I started translating texts in my teens, like song lyrics, comics (yes, I'm a nerd and I'm proud of it :) ).I always liked watching movies in the original language so I could practice and achieve fluency. languages have always been one of my main passions, I learn a lot in a self-taught way. I worked with my father for a few years in a welding shop and then I went to work in a company from which I had an accident at work, when I came back I had to translate many technical manuals.
The financial crisis arose in Brazil in 2015 and I had to re-invent myself, I started teaching Portuguese classes to foreigners. I translated documents for students who wanted to study abroad, court documents, manuals, patents, advertising campaigns, IT, etc.
Whenever I can try to learn something new, I participate in lectures, workshops and watch tutorials. I believe that every day is a new opportunity to transform and improve the world.
My goal is to seek new clients and partnerships and offer quality translations and a healthy and friendly professional relationship.

나의 일과
지난 몇개월 동안 코로나 인해 대부분 시간을 집에서 보내다 보니까 일과가 많이 달라졌다.
처음에 운동도 안 하고 하루를 나태하게 보내고 있었으니까 살도 조금 찌고 에너지가 많이 떨어졌다. 그래서 3개월 전에 운동을 꾸준히 하기로 다짐했다. 일단 처음에 일주일에 두번정도 운동했다. 7월부터 섭취하는 열량을 계산하고 일주일에 4~5번 운동하고 있어서 건강하게 2.5킬로 뺐다. 너무 적게 먹지 않은 덕분에 대부분 지방 많이 빼고 근육양이 늘었다. 천천히 빼서 요요현상이 일어날 확률도 많이 낮아졌다.
운동과 식단 조절 한 뿐만 아니라 그림 연습도 많이 하려고 한다. 시각디자인 전공하고 있어서 그림을 그리는 것이 많이 중요하다. 그림 주문을 받고 있는 외에 기술을 현상 시키는 연습이 중요하다고 생각해서 더 자주 하려고 노력하고 있다.
한국어 공부도 꾸준히 하려고 하고 있다. 친구들과 이야기 할 때는 너무 어려운 주제 아닌 이상 별 문제가 없는데 소설이나 신문 같은 글을 읽을 때 모르는 단어들이 많아서 읽을 데 시간이 걸린다. 그리고 글을 쓰는 연습도 많은 도움이 되고 있어서 일주일에 한번 써보고 수정을 받으려고 올리기로 했다. 연습을 많이 할수록 말을 할 때도 말이 더 자연스럽게 나온다.
이러한 목표들이 있는데 하루 일과가 다음과 같다.
아침에 7~9시 사이에 일어난다. 아침 먹고 나서 운동하는 날이면 1시간~1시간반 운동을 한다. 점심 준비할 때까지 그림 그리거나 공부를 한다. 오후도 그림을 그리고 공부를 하면서 보낸다. 저녁을 먹고 남은 에너지가 있으면 더 하는데 없으면 쉰다. 아니면 낮에 다른 볼일이 생길 때는 저녁에 잘 때까지 많이 하려고 한다.
매일매일을 이렇게 보낼 수는 없는데 최대한 노력하고 있다.

Jahrbuch
Gestern bin ich nach meiner High School zurückgegangen, um mein Jahrbuch zu holen. Normalerweise bekommen wir unsere Jahrbücher im Mai, am Ende des Schuljahr, aber es hat eine Verspätung gegeben während COVID-19. Ich habe meine Freundinnen Yasmin und Julia getroffen, und wir haben mit unseren ehemaligen Lehrer gesprochen. Es war sehr eigenartig, die Schule fast leer zu sehen. Bevor COVID-19 war es immer sehr chaotisch. Das Jahrbuch ist gut, aber es gibt (wie immer) viele Grammatik-Irrtürmer. Das ist ein bisschen peinlich für eine Schule!

Empecé a aprender español en 2018, cuando estaba viviendo en Lima, Perú. Me mudó a Lima porque en este tiempo, me enamoré con un peruano y nos decidimos juntos que fui a ser yo que iba a mudarme así que podíamos estar en el mismo lugar.
Llevé un año viviendo en Lima con él, y en ese entonces, asistí a clases de español y di clases de inglés en un instituto de idiomas en el centro de Miraflores. Disfruté mi año viviendo en Lima y espero visitar de nuevo una vez que los viajes sean seguros y que el coronavirus termine.
Aprender un idioma en el extranjero no es tan fácil y honestamente me sentía un poco aislada durante mi experiencia en Lima. Me encontraba difícil seguir las conversaciones y navegar la vida en español, especialmente cuando tuve un nivel básico.
Sin embargo, después de haber llevado casi 2.5 años aprendiendo español, estudiando y estudiando y estudiando, finalmente llegó el momento en que podía empezar a leer libros para adultos.
Antes de esto, había leído libros para niños y adolescentes - unos libros por Roald Dahl y los séptimo novelas de Harry Potter. Cuando aprendes una lengua, es más fácil familiarizarse con libros que conoces de niño. Me gustó llevar un año leyendo los cuentos que me encantaba de niña, pero después de 12 meses leyendo de las aventuras de Harry Potter y sus amigos, empezaba a aburrirme. Quería descubrir y explorar mundos diferentes y nuevos.

E se não tivesse meu celular por uma semana?
Se não tivesse meu celular por uma semana, o que eu faria? Sobreviveria? Claro que sim! Eu não estou viciada nele nem nada; (mas gosto de usá-lo com frequência, para falar a verdade e seria um pouco difícil). Eu imagino que algumas coisas ficariam mais difíceis para mim; visto que uso o celular para muitas coisas desde fazer chamadas até ler notícias. Com certeza seria inconveniente e eu precisaria me acostumar a usar métodos mais “tradicionais” para fazer tais tarefas.

Back to the routine
Because I've been traveling I haven't had time to write. But now, my vacations finished and I'm back to work and my routine, so I'll continue practicing my writing.
I have been to two places during these vacations. First, I was in Almeria, in Spain's south region. I was there with some friends, and we spent most of the time at the beach. I love the beach, but my skin is very white, so I burned my skin the first day. I should have been more careful about that.
Then, I went to Cantabria, in the north of Spain. Cantabria is amazing. There is a lot of nature, mountains, coast, green everywhere and It isn't that crowded in comparison to the south.
There, the climate is milder and it is usually cloudy and rainy. Fortunately, It doesn't rain, so we could do all the activities we want. We did trekking, we visited some villages and Santader (capital city of Cantabria province) and we even went to the beach one day. The sea had some waves, so we enjoyed it a lot.
Sadly, now I'm back in Madrid and back to work. But, at least, I could enjoy my vacation, even now that it seems like Covid is hitting again in Spain.

Girlfriend
I broke up with my girlfriend about two weeks ago. I had been dating her for about ten months. About six month ago, we had a conversation about our future and decided to break up when I go to study abroad next year. The point is we were supposed to break up next year.Additionally, I was growing apart from my her and she couldn't stand it. Although I didn't want to break up with her, I couldn't hold her back because the fault is with me. She was beautiful, attractive, and thoughtful to everything and everyone, even animals, plants and more. I really love her inner beauty. I wish her all the happiness from the bottom of my heart.

Meine Stärken und Schwächen
Ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass alle Menschen faulenzen wollen, obgleich jeder Person einen spezifischen Charakter hat, weil ich kreativ bin, mag ich am liebsten malen. Ich bevorzuge allein zu arbeiten vor im Team, sodass ich nicht teamfähig bin, obwohl ich mich sehr bemühe, hilfsbereit zu sein. Leider bin ich gestresst und unordentlich, weil ich viel an die Zukunft denke. Aber ich versuche, auf die Beratung von anderer zu hören. Es macht mir nichts aus, dass ich stundenlang am Schreibtisch sitzen. Außerdem kann ich viel Aufgaben gleichlaufend tun. Ich bin zielstrebig, da ich keine Ruhe gebe, bis ich mein Ziel erreicht habe. Ansonst reagiere ich empfindlich auf anderen Meinung auf mich, hätte ich bloß meinen Kopf durchsetzen.
