Happinesss
Happiness has been brought into focus. Nowadays, some people hold an opinion of improving material life will increase people's feeling about happiness. In addition, when we satisfied with our material living, the incremental salary will not continually be contributed to our happiness. Many reasons contribute to happiness.
Among the various reasons, people's satisfaction level plays an important role. That is to say, in the different stage of life, we will have various expectations about life quality. What is more, when we become more maturity, we will look for mental happiness rather than material happiness. As far as I am concerned, mental happiness cannot obtain by using money. However, you can get it by recalling the touching moment with your friends、your family, even though reading interesting books. The feeling you got named "happiness". As we know, mental happiness will last longer than material happiness. In a world, we should cherish our past experience or create present experience to enrich our mental world.

La fiesta virtual de Navidad
Hoy había una fiesta virtual de Navidad con todos mis compañeros de trabajo. El viernes por la noche, mi jefa dejó una bolsa llena de sorpresas en el escritorio de cada empleado. Como mis compañeros de trabajo y yo nos alternamos trabajar desde casa y desde la oficina, nuestra jefa pidió que recogiéramos las bolsas antes del miércoles.
Esperé hasta el día de la fiesta para mirar el contenido de la bolsa. Había muchas dulces, una taza cerámica, un polo de chocolate y malvaviscos que se pone en leche caliente para hacer chocolate caliente y una cinta para el pelo con cuernos.
A las 13:30, nos reunimos por videollamada. El comité de participación de los empleados había preparado dos juegos. En el primero, tuvimos que responder “sí” o “no” a preguntas como “¿alguna vez has fingido que te gusta un regalo?” El segundo fue trivia y tenía muchas ganas de participar porque había ganado la competición de trivia de Halloween (pero esta vez no gané). This morning, I ate breakfast out and I found a small dish there that reminded me of a dish I used to eat when I was a child in my village. Our village had a habit of growing Chinese cabbage and every family planted it each year. When winter came, the cabbage was harvested. Some of them were sold out and some of them were put somewhere to eat later. Now let me tell you how to make a simple dish. When my relatives visited my family, my mom would make a few dishes to treat them. One of the dishes was a cool Chinese cabbage core. First, remove the old leaves from Chinese cabbage and just use its core. Second, cut the cabbage core into small pieces and wash them clean. Third, put the proper amount of salt, sesame oil into them and mix them together, but remember not to add soy sauce because it will damage the cabbage’s color. Now the dish is done. This dish tasted fresh, refreshing and it was very popular at that time. But now it is difficult to have the opportunity to eat it.

Un dia de escalar.
El sabado pasado, mi pareja y yo fuimos a escalar cerca del parque. Empacamos nuestras cosas y salimos la casa. Cuando llegamos el sitio, empezabamos establecer nuestro equipo, no teniamos mucho tiempo que el viaje tomaba mucho tiempo. Hacíamos tres o quatro subidas en el dia y regresamos a casa despues. Teniamos mucho cansado.

Трудоголизм
Я считаю трудоголизм достоинством, поскольку мотивирована, чтобы работать засучив рукава. Если бы я не трудоголик, то не бы получила хорошие оценки в школе и не бы изучала русский язык. К тому же, у меня дух соперничества. Когда я вижу, что кто-то достигает успеха, это вдохновляет меня работать ещё сильнее. Но следует сказать, что я иногда провожу слишком много времени на какую-то задачу и наработаюсь, или я не понимаю, что слишком много работаю, пока не сильно устаю. В таких ситуациях, мне кажется что я возможно должна установить для себя предельные работы и отдыхать на выходных. Вот закон убывающей доходности: когда человек слишком много работает, в итоге это приводит к противоположным результатам. Разумеется, я стараюсь не быть их тех, с которыми никто не хочет провести время, кто не могут говорить о чём-то кроме работы. У меня есть хобби и увлечение помимо работы и я знаю, что всё хорошо в меру.

Rien n'est passé d'intéressant aujourd'hui.
J'ai eu un jour très ennuyant à vrai dire. Ça ne vaudrait pas le coup d'en vous raconter, parce que vraiment, je n'ai rien fait d'intéressant aujourd'hui. Donc, je vais vous raconter l'histoire d'un nouveau meme qui a apparu dans mon pays. Bon, il se passe qu'aujourd'hui (ou hier, je ne suis pas sûr), la police a vu un homme qui conduisait un taxi et qui se comportait de façon assez bizarre. Ils lui ont demandé d'arrêter sa voiture et leur montrer le coffre du vehicle. Et, à la surprise de tous, il y avait une femme ! C'est parce que le homme était avec sa maîtresse, mais sa femme a failli les attraper. Alors, l'homme a eu la géniale idée de cacher sa maîtresse dans le coffre de sa voiture. C'était très amusant pour l'internet, et maintenant il y a des dizaines de memes.

La nieve
Me gusta la nieve. Sé que lo que es, cristales pequeños de hielo, pero para mí tiene una calidad mágica. Siempre lo asocio con la Navidad, las fiestas y el año nuevo. No he vivido en un lugar en que nieva mucho nunca, pero creo que solo me ha aumentado la magia. Sueño con las tormentas de nieve, el patinaje de hielo y los hombres de nieve. Deseo que pueda vivir en un lugar que nieve todo el tiempo, pero no es posible ahora mismo. Sin embargo, aún puedo mirar afuera y ver las gotas de nieve, recogiendo en el suelo.
En ambos lados del mundo, el del norte y el del sur, tienen nieve. Aunque la mayoría está en los extremos del norte y sur, las sierras también la tienen mucho. Los glaciares, que se encuentran en todos los continentes, pueden tener nieve, aunque por culpa del caliente global, se están derritiendo y no sé cuánta nieve que queda.
Hay muchas diferentes tradiciones que usan la nieve. Desde las esculturas de hielo hasta los igloos, puedes encontrar muchas maneras creativas en que las gentes del mundo usan este material. Hay usos prácticos y otros que son divertidos. Por ejemplo: en algunos países, la gente puede usar el agua que proviene del hielo y la nieve derretido para irrigar sus plantas. Sin embargo, hay otros resultados de la nieve derretido y pueden ser fatales.

Konstiga drömmar
Jag brukar drömma konstiga saker. Min pojkvän och min bästa vän säger alltid att jag har konstiga drömmar och jag håller med. Jag trodde att alla hade konstiga drömmar men tydligen händer det inte för alla. De lyckliga!
Jag brukar ha mardrömmar om samma saker sedan var jag ett barn: zombies, hajar, apokalyps, utomjordingar och dinosaurier. Jag brukar hämna död i dessa typer drömmar och vakna genast. Jag gör också konstiga bra drömmar där jag reser till andra länder och träffa folk att jag inte känner. Jag har märkt att jag drömmar mycket om pengar och om gamla älsklingar.
Ibland gör jag jättekonstiga drömmar där förlorar jag alla mina tänder, eller har jag massor jättefula tatueringar över hela kroppen.

Pillret
Jag tycker om att äta och jag tycker om att laga mat men ja, det skulle jag.
Det skulle vara trevligt att inte behöva tänka på mat hela tiden. Man måste tänka på vilka mat man har i kylskåpet, vad mer behöver man köpa, vilka måltider man kan göra, om maten är nyttigt, etc. Det skulle spara pengar, tid och resurser. Utan behov att äta skulle finns inget behov att köpa mat, tvätta tallrikar eller vara säker att man äta en nyttig kost.

Längd, bredd, djupt och buller
Jag är ganska lång för en fransk kvinna. Jag är JÄTTElång för en tahitisk kvinna. Men jag är ganska kort jämfört med svenska kvinnor. Min pojkvän, som är svensk, är längre än jag. Före träffade jag honom var det alltid jättesvårt för mig för att hitta en partner lika lång som jag eller mer.
Jag är inte fett men jag är inte heller tunn. Vissa skulle säga att jag har en perfekt vikt. Jag säger att även om jag ser bra ut, att jag inte är bekvämt med min kropp och att jag kunde förlora några kilogram. Faktiskt har jag redan förlorat sju kilogram sedan sommaren och jag är jätteglad över det. Men jag behöver förlora några mer.
Jag är en kreativ och emotionell person. Jag gillar att vara med vänner men bara för ett par timmar. Jag behöver vila och vara på egen hand med böcker eller musik.
Jag gillar inte - nej, jag hatar buller. Jag hatar att vara inne platser där finns det högt buller. Det är därför har jag aldrig varit till en konsert. Jag gillar att dricka öl men jag kan inte göra det i en bar med högt musik. Det är svårt för mig. Om jag är överväldigad av buller så kan jag få panikattack, gråta eller skrika. Det här kallas ”misofonia”, eller hat för buller. Det finns inte massor människor som förstår misofonia, eller som vill förstå.
Jag gillar att dansa i dansklubbar och jag alltid går inne med hörselskydd. Det är bra för två anledningar: för det första filtrerar det nivån av buller (bullernivån?) och för det andra skyddar det mina trummor. Jag vill inte vara döv för snart! Folk brukar reta eller håna mig när ser man mina hörselskydd och jag förstår inte varför. Alla borde göra samma sak. Nivån av buller i dansklubbar är för högt och det behöver inte vara lika så.

In my research for a different activity that helps me to improve my English and increase my vocabulary, today I went to help the people in the center for food. I started getting on the food in the car for the people that need it. Today I could have met interesting people and finally practice my English in real life because in this pandemic I couldn’t meet people in person and real experience either. I will be tomorrow to continue to do a very nice experience in English.

اسمم ارشد دوئی هست. من از ایالت یوتا توی ایالت متحده هستم. الان من در کالفرنیا و شهر سن دیگو زندگی میکنم. من داوطلب کلیسایی هستم و هر روزداوطلبانه اونجا کار میکنم. چند تا چیز که دوست دارم انجام بدم اینه: دویدن خوندن و ویولنسل زدن. الان من برای کریسمس خیلی هیجان زده ام. بخاطر ویروس کووید نمیتونم به خانواده ام سر بزنم ولی هنوز با فیسبوک مسنجر صحبت میکنیم. اونها توی یاتا هستن و اونجا کار میکنند و درس میخونند. امیدوارم کریسمس بهتون خوش بگذره!

Mon cours français
Au début du cours, le professeur nous saluent et elle commence par l’organisation du cours en nous offrant les travails individuels.
Deux gens du cours décident d’écrire un petit texte sur le Noël cette année et je choisis de rédiger cette compte rendu de séance.
Après l’organisation, nous nous focusons sur le fichier que le professeur a téléchargé pour nous. Ce filier consiste des petites pièces d'un poème Prévert avec une petite tâche . Une personne de notre groupe lit cette tâche et elle devoit la résumer avec sa propre mots afin que toute la groupe le comprenne.
Le professeur nous offre aussi la possibilité de demander si nous n’avons pas compris certains mots de notre travail. Notre tâche est remiser les petits pièces du poème en ordre complète et justifier notre choix d’ordre. Cette tâche est individuelle, donc chacun doit travailler seul sur cela. Après quelques temps, le professeur nous offre plus de trois minutes puisque certains d’entre nous ne sont pas fini avec la tâche.

Einen Brief für einen Freund
Lieber Marco,
ich freue mich auch schon auf Deine Anreise! Wir wollen zusammen viele Sachen machen: am Strände und auf schöne Inseln fahren, Wandern gehen, am Strand einen Spaziergang machen und so weiter!
Das Wetter ist immer gut und es wird schön bleiben. Es regnet sehr selten und tagsüber ist der Himmel strahlend und die Sonne scheint.
Du sollst leichte Kleidung mitbringen. Verpass deine Winterkleidung zu Hause! Und vergiss auch nicht viele Badewannen zu mitbringen. Wir werden stundenlang im Wasser sein!

I'm back
I feel like taking a break for a week was good. However, I still haven't done any of the things I meant to do. I want to keep studying English by myself but in a serious way. I'll need resources for learning theory and exercises, which I should have looked for. I also wanted to revise my old notes and read my old English books. I have some notes and photocopies I used for practicing, but I can't find my books, so I guess I gave them to my brother. I also haven't re-read books I own in English. I've just remembered I wanted to read a Word document about essays too.
To sum up, I've got a lot of things to do. I'm not really sure how to track my progress in terms of writing. I'm also not sure how to actually learn from corrections. I guess I'll have to figure it out.
Does anyone else think they overshare when writing journals? Because I do, but that's probably because I actually do overshare.

Heute habe ich meine letzte Prüfung des Jahres gemacht. Es hat schlecht geläuft. Die Prüfung war zu groß und wir hatten nur 3 Stunden alles zu machen. Ich glaube ich könnte mehr dafür vorbereitet habe aber jetzt gibt es keine Zeit zu weinen. Weitere Chancen nachstes Jahr kommen werden, ich muss nur weiter lernen.

Exercise –Abandon ship
The order to abandon ship was given. It was so unexpected that everyone unprepared and,don't know how could they manage to it at all. Everyone was seized with panic and confusion. People were all rushing in all directions for their lives. A flood of crews came up from below because the 16 watertight compartments of Titanic was almost filled with water. As a result of lifeboats lowered,people could just jumped overboard. The lifeboats fulled soon,for people all struggled to get into lifeboats.
For some people,it's fortunate they left and survived the drown,but for the other people it's another thing. Looking the Titanic sank rapidly,people in water were desperate for death. Lifeboats moved away one by one,not only people in water but people who in lifeboats all cries for despair.

At noon, when I arrived at a box lunch store to eat my lunch, the store owner told me the meal was sold out, so I turned to another Chinese fast food store, but when I arrived at the store, it was closed. So I turned to a noodle shop that I used to go to. Fortunately, the shop was still open. Apart from several types of noodles, the shop provided various small dishes. The one I liked the most was braised lamb chops. I used to eat it several times and I thought it was very delicious, although it was very spicy. Today I bought lamb chops again. Its price was 160 yuan per kilogram and that piece of the chops cost me 26 yuan. This time it was still spicy as usual and this also was an aspect I hated the most. I have complained about this to the shop owner several times, but he didn't seem to take my suggestion to decrease the chop’s spicy.

One of my hobbies----writing
This is something I actually don't talk to anybody about but I’m really addicted in writing some articles in English. And I shared it in a corrective website to correct my mistakes. What’s more. It taught me how to communicate, how to craft a narrative effectively, and also how to be interesting. The best thing about writing is that it actually has improved my verbal communication skills.
I haven’t written for a long time after the graduation from the senior high school. What’s more, my writing skill has been limited to a rigid format. In China, we were allowed to recited many advanced, beautiful sentences for the exams, not practical, helpful ones. In my views, the first step of writing is express what I thought with my own words and receive more corrections from others to improve them. Practice makes perfect, the things I learnt not like a strangers I greeted but more like a close friend. It could be a part of mine; it could be my weapon to took; it even could be my life. I do hope I will never forget the period of time on writing and stick in it.
