Evitare procrastinazione
Procrastinazione è una grosso problema per me perché si piaccio fare una cosa per un periodo lungo. Iniziare qualcosa è la parte più difficile.
Ho molti rituali si piaccio a fare quande preparo per una lunga sessione di studio.
Ho bisogno di pulire la mia stanza da oggetti che mi distrae.
Di solito faccio una tazza di tè verde o nero.
Poi faccio una programma di studio con pause. È importante perchè preferito a sapere quanto tempo ho e cosa ho bisogno di fare/studiare.
In generale per evitare procrasrinazione è importante a fissare obiettivi.

La motivación
Para todos que estudian otro idioma, la motivación es uno de los más importantes. Si no tienes móvil que te inspira aprender tu idioma objetivo, ¿cómo planeas vencer a las partes difíciles de tu camino? El aprendizaje de un idioma te enseña mucho, pero solo si puedes empujarte adelante. El camino es como una montaña con muchas laderas cortas y mesetas largas; si no estás preparado para los desafíos, no logras la cima jamas.
Puedes tener muchos móviles que te empujan a aprender un idioma, o quizá solo tienes uno. El número que tienes no significa nada. Si tienes buenos móviles, alcanzarás el éxito al fin. Si no, entonces jamas la ves la cima de la montaña. Casi todo nosotros estamos trabajando para obtener la fluidez en nuestro idioma objetivo. No es fácil, sino una lucha para ganar incluso un pasito hacia delante. Sin embargo, usando nuestros móviles podemos ganar al final.
Nuestro éxito lo depende de nuestros móviles, y si nuestros móviles no son suficientes, fracasaremos. Sin embargo, siempre puedes cambiarlos. Si encontraras que tus móviles no son suficientes o si algo cambiara en tu vida, siempre tienes la habilidad cambiar lo que te motiva. Al fin y al cabo, aunque los móviles determinan nuestro éxito, determinamos nuestros móviles, así que nuestro éxito está siempre bajo nuestro mando.

300 Tage
Heute ist mein 300* Tag in Deutschland. Ich konnte nicht ein schlechteres Jahr für einen Umzug wählen. Aber mit nur 5 Tage bis das Ende des Jahres, muss ich verraten, dass ich sehr zufrieden bin.
Ja, ich habe auch sehr traurige Zeiten erlebt. Dieses Jahr habe ich meine erste Panikattacke gehabt. Das war ,,interessant". Ich danke jedoch diesen schlechten Zeiten. Nach dieses Jahr fühle ich mich wie ein "echte Mann", früher war ich nur ein pimpeliges Kind. Ich weiß, dass das Leben ist nicht einfach, aber wenn ich 2020 überleben habe, jetzt fühle ich, wie ich alles möglich ist (nach dem Impfstoff natürlich).
Das Leben ist kurz und fragil. In 2020 habe ich viel Zeit zu denken über meine Motivation und meine Ängste, und habe mehr über die stoische Philosophie gelesen. In 2021 habe ich viele Pläne und wenn ich diese nicht erreichen kann, bin ich sicher, das alles gut sein wird. Viele Menschen denken, dass der Frust kommt aus hohe Erwartungen, die wir nicht erreichen haben. Ich denke, er kommt indes aus unsere Unfähigkeit, uns scheitern zu sehen. Fehler sind wichtig und wesentlich, erlauben Sie scheitern.

Adoption d'un animal de compagnie
Avec 61,6 millions d’animaux de compagnie, la France se place en tête des pays européens, mais aussi, hélas, parmi les pays où il y a le plus d’abandons d’animaux... Poissons, chiens et chats sont les animaux favoris des Francais. Et vous, avez-vous un animal de compagnie? Si tel est le cas, est-ce un chien, un chat, un autre animal? Si vous n’en avez pas, aimerez-vous ou non en avoir un? Pour quelles raisons? Selon vous, qu’est-ce que les animaux de compagnie nous apportent? Quel(s) rôle(s) peuvent-ils jouer dans une famille? Encouragez-vous ou non à avoir un animal de compagnie? Un(e) de vos ami(e)s envisage d’adopter un petit chien.
Ma chère Pauline,
J’écris cette lettre pour vous faire connaitre ma réflexion sur ta décision d’adoption d’un petit chien. Comme toi, je préfère vraiment adopter un chat mais ma mère ne le m’autorise pas car le fait de prendre soin un animal n’est pas une chose facile comme on prévoit, cela demande beaucoup de critères parmi lesquels la responsabilité constitue une facteur primordial.
On ne peut pas nier qu’avoir un animal présente beaucoup d’avantages, surtout les jeunes comme toi et moi. Tout d’abord, chacun animal a son rôle différent mais utile. Nous pouvons le montrer en prenant l’exemple des chiens, ils constituent les gardiens très forts qui peuvent surveiller la maison pour toi. Autrement dit, les chiens ont capable de détecter une odeur étrange grâce à laquelle on peut trouver des objets suspects ainsi que de signaler à chaque fois que quelqu'un vient chez vous.
Ensuite, les animaux de compagnie peuvent devenir un ami aimable et fidèle, ce qui non seulement apporte de la joie dans ton foyer mais aussi est bon pour ta santé. En effet, entre jeux et promenades, les personnes qui ont des animaux domestiques font plus d'exercice. De plus, s'exposer à des chiens ou des chats renforce le système immunitaire et lutte contre les allergies.
Pourtant, malgré ses bienfaits, de plus en plus de personnes traitent mal leurs animaux de compagnie, voire les abandonnent. Les raisons principales de cette situation liées à la faute de moyen financière, à l’irresponsabilité et à la paressse. Quelques personnes ont tendance à les nourrir pendant un moment où ils se sentent amusés et puis les abandonnent lorsqu’ils s’ennuient. C'est vraiment à blâmer.
Donc si tu veux vraiment adopter un chien, tu dois être responsable. Comme les animaux de compagnie occupent une place importante dans la vie quotidienne, ils méritent d’être aimés et de vivre heureusement.

Choisir les transports en commun
Pour des raisons écologiques ou économiques, on encourage les gens à choisir les transports en commun pour leurs déplacements, qu’ils soient professionnels ou non. Toutefois, en dépit de leurs avantages, les transports en commun présentent certains inconvénients qui découragent leurs éventuels usagers. Vous-même utilisez-vous les transports en commun? Selon vous, quels sont leurs avantages et inconvénients?
De nos jours, de nombreux pays encouragent leurs gens à choisir les transports en commun de préférence au propre moyen pour leurs déplacements. Cette initiave recoit beaucoup de soutien de la plupart de la population tandis que certains sont inquiets des inconvénients de ce type de déplacement. De mon point de vue, les transports en commun ont des répercussions positifs plutôt que négatifs.
Tout d’abord, ce type de transport permet de réduire l’impact négatif sur l’environnement. En effet, la plupart des gens aujourd’hui possèdent et utilisent souvent leur propre voiture, ce qui fait partie des grandes émetteurs de CO2 dans l’atmosphère provocant le dérèglement du climat, via l’effet de serre.
De plus, en utilisant les transports en commun, on peut économiser de l’argent ainsi que limiter la consommation du pétrole ou du gaz – deux sources les plus polluants dans le monde qui coûtent de plus en plus cher. Enfin, il est indéniable qu’en encouragant les usagers à privilégier les transports publics, la circulation routière devient plus libre. Autrement dit, la congestion du traffic s’améliorera considérablement.
Pourtant, ce type de déménagement souffre également des inconvénients. Les contraintes temporelles font partie des premières raisons qui découragent les usagers à se déplacer en transports publics. Il est évident que les transports publics se déplacent en fonction de leurs horaires fixées donc qu’il faut respecter leurs horaires. C’est – à – dire, Dans le cas où on rate le train , il faut attendre longtemps pour attraper un autre, ce qui n’est pas convenable pour les personnes travaillent d’une manière flexible. En outre, un grand nombre d'usagers utilisant les transports publics peut entraîner un manque de confort ainsi que de la sécurité. Plus la place est encombrée, plus le nombre de vol s’augmente. C’est pourquoi, de nombreures personnes critiquent ce type de transport parce que celui-ci ne cherche pas à trouver des solutions appropriées pour endiguer ce problème.

Trying to improve my English
Recently I have started to read in English, mainly classics and famous novels, in order to adopt a more complex and specific vocabulary. In fact, my English has been improving overall since I have started to do it, namely my fluently on the language and the use of fancier words. It was not a huge improvement though, but I can see myself more comfortable in the using of new words and constructions, and that, for me, it is a success.
On the other hand, one of my weaknessess on the language is writing. I mean, I think that my writing is not that bad, but it must be better. My approach to this problem is this website, that will be helpful in my path towards C1 or C2.
Is my first time here so I don´t know how much larger should be this writing.

Un giorno dopo Natale
Fortunamente abbiamo passato il Natale (devo dire non é il mio tempo favorito del anno). Adesso sono a casa e riesco a rilassarsi. Ieri sera ho parlato con una mia amica e abbiamo pianificato di guardare film insieme (ma non andare a sua casa) su Netflix.
I miei genitori andarono a fare una passeggiata con il cane finoalla collina vicina.

Ein Foto "Im Supermarkt"
Auf dem Foto kann man Obst und Gemüse sehen: Tomaten, Kartoffeln, Äpfel und anderes. Wahrscheinlich ist das in einem Supermarkt oder einem Lebensmittelladen. Die Leute kaufen viel frisches Gemüse und Obst.
Ich habe mit meinen Kollegen darüber diskutiert: Einige sagen, dass die Bio-Lebensmittel besser schmecken, aber sie kosten auch viel mehr als die anderen. Manchmal gehe ich zum Wochenmarkt und kaufen dort Obst und Gemüse. Natürlich gibt es keine Garantie, dass die Lebensmittel auf dem Markt direkt vom Bauern kommen. Oft steht das auch geschrieben, dass die Kirsche aus der Türkei kommen und die Tomaten aus Spanien, genauso wie im Supermarkt, aber die kaufe ich dann nicht. Bei den Bio-Produkten steht nicht, woher sie kommen, das heißt wohl, dass sie aus Deutschland kommen. Aber man weißt auch nicht wie das kontrolliert wird.
In meinem Heimatland kaufen fast alle Leute auf dem Markt ein, es ist auch jeden Tag Markttag. So etwas wie Bio-Produkte gibt es nicht, das habe ich zum ersten Mal in Deutschland gesehen.
Frage #1: Welche Lebensmittel kaufen Sie normalerweise?
Antwort: Ich habe nicht so viel Zeit um etwas schönes zu kochen. Deswegen, am meinsten, kaufe ich was ich sehr schnell zubereiten kann. Zum Beispiel: Kartoffeln, Zucchini, Pasta, Würstchen und Bierchen.
Frage #2: Glauben Sie, dass die Deutschen sich richtig ernähren?
Antwort: Ich glaube, es wird nicht ganz korrekt über allen Deutschen zu sprechen. Es gibt Leute die sich sehr gut ernähren und es gibt auch die keine Zeit haben um Kalorien zu zählen.
Frage #3: Sind die Essgewohnheit in Ihrem Herkunftsland genauso wie in Deutschland?
Antwort: Hier sieht man an jeder Straßenecke einen Kiosk mit Kebab oder Bratwurst und Pommes und Bier. Immer sieht man Leute die auf der Straße essen und trinken, sogar in der U-Bahn oder S-Bahn trinken Leute Kaffee oder Bier. So etwas kann man in meinem Heimatland auch beobachten. Während der Fahrt isst und trinkt man sehr oft.
Frage #4: Können Sie in Deutschland die gleichen Produkte kaufen wie in Ihrem Heimatland?
Antwort: Meistens finde ich alles was ich brauche. Aber natürlich gibt es ein paar Sachen die ich nicht finden kann. Zum Beispiel, würde ich gerne verschiedene Süßigkeiten kaufen aber die gibt es hier nicht.

Speaking of the reasons why I prefer Germany and Justus Liebig University Giessen. First of all, Germany boasts a superior education system with quality, abundant teaching resources, and many time-honored universities. Secondly, your school enjoys high prestige all over the world. In particular, JLU’s strong contribution to research and teaching, its cultural programs, and its status as an important wealth-creating institution make the university an influential presence in Germany. Most importantly, the subjects provided by this programme are closely related to my undergraduate courses but are taught from different perspectives. Specifically, my undergraduate courses mainly focused on the appreciation of genre, as well as the central social ideas and rhetorical methods, whereas the Anglophone Studies Master Programme offers fascinating and well-designed curricula from modern political, cultural, and the economical perspectives. For instance, Brexit in Literature and Culture will facilitate my understanding of one of the most crucial developments in Britain’s latest history from modern political angles; Case Studies in Economic Criticism offers a fresh perspective to appreciate literary works, notably from the perspective of the economy. From looking over all the attractive courses of this programme, I would like to major in Anglophone Literary, Cultural and Media Studies (ALCMS) as well as minor in English Linguistics (ELI). In terms of English Linguistics, my graduation thesis-“Characteristics of the Translation of The Economics” focuses on linguistics perspective, especially syntax. As far as I am concerned, to create grammatically correct and acceptable English sentences, we have to follow the English rules for syntax. The immediate constituent analysis (or IC analysis) is the most useful method of analyzing sentences.

One of my significant motivational drivers is that I am a qualified member of your program in terms of professional knowledge. Four-year diligent study will provide me with a cornerstone of British and American culture. Happiness and money
People have different definitions of happiness. For some people, they think that happiness is equal to money. The more money they have, the more happiness they can get. To some extent, I do agree with this view. Since money is the foundation for everything, you need money to lead a high-quality life. For example, if you want to buy some design clothes, you need enough money to cover the price. If you want to improve yourself by learning something new like dancing or some instruments and you want to gain this skill as soon as possible, the most effective way for you is to hire some personal trainers. On top of that, you can travel with this money to broaden your horizon. For some people from rural areas in which living costs are low, they lead a simple life. They never think about something at a ridiculous price, so they are quite satisfied with what they possess and lead a blissful life even without money. For me, I used to squander all my money on clothes and enjoy throwing my money around. But now, I have grown up and I know how hard it is to earn money, so I always target rock-bottom prices now. And I just want to earn a good salary but not to be seriously rich.

Although I prefer to learn freely by newspaper, net materials and so on, rather than extremely boring HSK vocabulary, I almost learned the entire HSK5 vocabulary. In order to see my progress, I just need to turn my eyes to the vocabulary form on the wall. These specific symbols of progress bring me a lot of impetus. What about next year? Because I have lived in China for several years, I have reached the HSK4 level before I knew HSK. I decided to start learning seriously last year, and I even found a tutor from LTL educational company. This year, I hung the HSK5 and 6’s vocabulary form on my wall. With the progress of my learning, I marked the new word with my highlighter. I learned HSK4 vocabulary the same way last year, and I started learning HSK5 and HSK6 together this way since the end of last year and the beginning of this year.

Like many westerners who don’t know LELTS and TOEFL, maybe many Chinese don’t know HSK. HSK is divided into six levels. HSK1 is the most elementary. HSK6 is the highest level, and it is equivalent to the European B2 or C1. HSK only includes listening, reading and writing, but without speaking. Another exam is called HSKK for testing students’ oral Chinese, but universities or companies usually don’t require HSKK certificate, so people rarely take this exam. Thus, students who have passed the HSK6 don’t necessarily speak Chinese fluently. However, from my experience, most HSK examinees also attach great importance to spoken Chinese.

Déménager à New York
Après la fin du covid, je veux habiter à New York. En fête, j’y veux habiter depuis longtemps, mais j’en avais beaucoup peur. On dit toujours que New York est une ville chère, les gens sont impolis et les appartements petits. Ces raisons m’ont découragé à m’y installer.
Cependant, le covid a tout changé. Pendant le confinement, j’ai décidé que la vie est courte, et il n’y a pas beaucoup de temps pour avoir peur. Cette peur est particulièrement irrationnelle parce que j’ai déjà vécu dans une autre ville aussi chère, Paris. Tous les défis du New York j’ai déjà vécu à Paris. Les gens sont impolis*, les appartements petits, et toutes les choses chères.
J’ai survécu à Paris, donc je peux survivre à New York.
*En fête, les parisiens m’ont semblé polis si tu les connaissais. Mais tout le monde dit qu’ils sont impolis et froids.

Rain Check
I've learned a phrase: I'll take a rain check. It means "I want to refuse your invitation", but at first I couldn't understand the meaning because I didn't know what a raincheck is. I think this phrase is indirect, so it seems like Japanese refusal phrases. When it comes to Japanese, it's uncommon to say "No" directly when you refuse something, and people use indirect expressions. Sometimes it occurs miss communication.
