わたしの短所と長所

今日は就職の面接があったら何をし言ってもいいかと思いました。誰も弱点も強点がありますので、短所と長所についてちょっと考えました。短所は二つのあります。一番目は自分に自身がないのです。責任をどんな上手にしても、いつも躊躇います。でも、この問題を仕事をすればするほど解決出来るかなと思います。二番目はイメージネーションがないのです。新しいことを考え付くのは難しいと思います。それから、ほとんどないです。
でも、私は全然役に立たない人分けではありません。長所もあると思います。例えば、仕事を仕上げるまで休まず働けます。作業時間に限らず、不眠不休働くことが出来ます。なお、この仕事をきれいで、早く仕上げます。日程を使って働きますので、〆切に合います。それから、出来ない仕事はないだと思います。チャレンジが大好きです。チャレンジはないと、生活はつまらなくなりえない。

短所と長所を比べて、どちらは立ち勝りますか。

Pasporta servo

Dlatego bardzo interesuję się językoznawstwem, czasami szukam informacji o językach sztucznych. Jestem bardzo zaafascynowany tym, że człowiek może wymyślić język zupełnie sam. W Internecie są grupy ludzi, dla których „konlanging” (czyli stworzenie języków sztucznych) to hobby, ale powinno podkreślić, że to hobby wymaga wielkiej wiedzy językoznawstwa.
Najważniejszy i najbardziej znany z tych języków to esperanto. Esperanto został stworzony przez Zamenhof, polski oftalmolog. Zamenhof mieszkał w Białymstoku, a wtedy miasto było rozdzielone między Polakami, Rosjanami a Żydami (do których należał Zamenhof) . Często były gwałtowne konflikty między etniami miasta, dlatego Zamenhof chciał stwarzać neutralny język, który mógł łączyć całą ludzkość.
Nie chcę pisać za długo o esperanto (jest już bardzo skrytykowane przez konlangerów), a chcę pisać o esperantystach, czyli ci ludzie, którzy mówią po esperanto. Ponieważ esperanto jest bardzo niepopularny i oparty na dokładnej humanitarnej ideologii, esperantyści są ze sobą bardzo bliscy. Na przykład organizują wiele konferecji, w których ludzie z wszelkich stron świata uczestniczą.

W tym tekście chcę pisać o „Pasporta servo” (dokł. „paszport serwisu”). To nie prawdziwy paszport, a tylko nazwa projektu. Ponieważ esperanto został stworzony, aby łączyć ludzkość, ten projekt pomaga esperantystów, by jeździć po świecie. Niektórzy esperantyści oferują innym esperantom szansę być gościem w ich domu, by ćwiczyć język. Na przykład gdyby esperantysta chciał jechać do Japonii, może skontaktować się z innym esperantystą z Japonii dzięku tym projektu, a tylko musiałby płacić bilet samoloty. Gospodarzowi nie wolno zaakceptować pieniądze za zamieszkanie. Dwaj esperantyści będą mieszkać razem mówiąc po esperanto ze sobą nawzajem.
Nie chcę uczyć się esperanto, ale myślę, że ten projekt jest bardzo interesujący i użyteczny, nie tylko by ćwiczyć języka, a również by być blisko do ludzi, którzy mają tą samą pasję i mogą dzielić swoją kulturę. Byłoby miło mieć podobny projekt również dla naturalnych języków.

Le télétravail et la externalisation des coûts

Pendant les derniers mois, la proportion des gens qui effectuent son tâches dans le régime du télétravail a augmenté immensément. Ça ne doit pas choquer personne - autant qu’on est dans une pandémie, ça tombe sous le sens que les gens évitent les risques en travaillant chez eux. Néanmoins, même s'il y a quelques aspects positifs du télétravail, il faut poser la question suivante: est-ce que les négatifs ne dépasseraient pas les positifs? Oublierons pour l'instant la pandémie. Cependant, il faudra souligner que la balance délicate entre la vie et le travail est déséquilibrée quand la différence entre le bureau et la maison disparaît. L'inabilite de s'éloigner du lieu du travail a des conséquences sévères sur notre santé mentale, qui peut aussi conduire à la réduction du performance dans la taff.

Pourtant, ça s'avait déjà calculé pour les patrons auparavant - la possibilité du performance diminue des employés a été considéré, et pour la plupart des cas, il coûte moins cher perdre un peu d'efficacité pour épargner les coûts fixes liés au maintien des lieux de travail. Pour aller plus loin, si tout le monde travaillerait pour toujours de chez eux, ça signifiera une réduction immense des frais généraux! Especialment dans les payses où la loi n’accorde pas beaucoup d'importance au les conditions de travail et des droits des travailleurs. Si il serait possible d'aussi faire que les gens elles-mêmes devraient acheter leurs propres outils nécessaires, comme les ordinateurs, et payer aussi l'Internet, ça sera pas mal d'économisation! Charger les travailleurs des coûts de travail, ça c'est une idée vraiment révolutionnaire!

Ça s’est passé déjà aujourd'hui - par exemple, en Pologne, les professeurs ont été obligés d’obtenir eux-mêmes les ordinateurs. Pour n'être pas biaisé, il faut mencioner que l'gouvernement benevolé les a proporcioné le soutien financier pour ce but - une somme énorme de 500 PLN, que vaut approximent 120 euros, et ne permet pas trouver pas même un machin de merde. Ça ne dérange pas les dirigeants, toutefois..

Our Neighbors (2)

Each time we ask her to be more quiet and stop her racket, she is in denial. She refuses to put felt pads under the chairs. She told us that she can do whatever she wants in her apartment. Basically she does not care about her downstairs neighbors. She gets angry by shouting. I think she became crazy. She lies by telling us that there is no child who is running at her place. Anyway, she said to us that we had to clear off if we were not happy!

A Monday morning, after a very bad weekend with a lot of noise, my mom went up with my sister because she started her washing machine at 6 am (again, very inconsiderate). That was the final straw. Her boyfriend opened the door and invited them to come inside. She was in the shower. He wanted to show my mom and my sister that the washing machine was not running even though it was. She has two washing machines. One in her bathroom and one in the cellar and he was going to show them the one that was not in motion. You can see that these people are very perverse. My mom and my sister did not have the time to reach the washing machine that she hurtled from her shower. She started screaming and shouting as always. Her boyfriend mugged my mom and sister by shaking them violently, giving them punches. My sister had an intercostal muscle that was teared. He crushed her shoulder. They still have pain in the back.

Finally, they went to the doctor to get medical certificates and they made a complaint. Peur pendant le voyage

Un couple de retour des vacances s’arrêtent à une station-service. Ils s’aperçoivent qu’ils ont oublié quelqu’un.

Son enfant, Miguel, n’est pas avec eux. La famille est sortie à la plage pendant des jours fériés. Le couple a une maison au bord de la mer et il y va souvent depuis quelques années. Miguel a juste quatre ans.

Se rendant compte de ce qui s’est passé, le couple entre la voiture et part vite vers la maison à la plage. Heureusement, ils trouvent Miguel dans sa pièce en train de jouer avec ses jouets. Les parents se sentent enfin relaxé.

Der Autor hat gefühlt, dass er überhaupt keine elektrische Zahnbürste in seinem Leben braucht.

Welche Ideen entwickelt der Autor?
Für den Autor wäre es gut, eine Maschine, die die Wohnung putzen, Einkaufen gehen und auch kleine Werkshandarbeiten in der Wohnung erledigen könnte, zu haben. Selbstverständlich gibt es diese Art Gerät noch nicht.

Was wären die negativen Seiten seines Traumgeräts?
Wenn sein Traumgerät wirklich gäbe, würde es bedeutet, dass die Männer aller Welt plötzlich nicht mehr brauchbar sein können, weil ihren Zweck eine Maschine mühelos erledigen könnte.

Worin sieht der Autor die größte Gefahr des technischen Fortschritts?
Aus dem Autor Sicht, kann sehr gefährlich sein, wenn die Maschinen bzw. die Technik z.B. Aufgrund der technischen Fortschritts Teil der Gesellschaft überflüssig machen könnten.

Aberglauben

In meinem Land ist Freitag der 13. ein Unglückstag. Es gibt auch viele Leute, die glauben, dass jeder Tag oder etwas mit der Zahl 4 Unglück bringt. Man sollte an diesen Tagen keine gefährlichen Aufgaben machen.

In Malaysia haben die verschiedenen Rassen unterschiedliche Aberglauben. Zum Beispiel, die Malaien glauben, dass man niemals heiraten wird, wenn man unter einer hängenden Wäsche durchläuft. Die Chinesen glauben, dass man keine Uhr zum Geburtstag schenken kann, weil wenn die Uhr stehen bleibt, wird der Man sterben. Es gibt auch einen komischen Aberglauben (N-deklination, male, sg., Akk.), dass du gut Glück hast, wenn ein Vogel auf die Schulter scheißt. Man sollte dann die Scheiß nicht sauber machen und sofort eine “Lotterie” kaufen. Ich finde das so wahnsinnig, aber lustig ist.

Diary: A "Masculinity Crisis"?

At the end of last month, China's education ministry suggested young Chinese men had become too "feminine"and promotes education drive to make boys more 'manly', redesigns physical education classes in elementary and secondary schools.

I welcomed this overhaul of physical education, because P.E. classes are often taken up by other basic classes and students are busy with their studies, resulting in a lack of exercise. But I don't think it would have any effect in shaping masculinity. Because the Chinese were once called the "Sick Man of East Asia", we were terrified of that, and it had a huge impact on our culture. Many online users pointed towards China's male celebrities being to blame. Our recent aesthetics are mainly influenced by the K-pop culture. And these celebrities largely are known as squeaky-clean, well-groomed, and with delicate features. But they think that strong, muscular men with military spirit are what we need.

The government has rarely taken a stand on women's rights or LGBTQ+. They recently destroyed a subtitling group (that was the one of main sources of foreign films and TV shows for Chinese) and released a program on condemning bad artists (without a clear definition of what is bad, nobody knows where the bottom line of speech or morality is). In short, instead of encouraging young people to think independently or to indulge in entertainment, they just want youths just to indulge in studies and sports.

Scalper Bots

The number of resellers have been increasing for the past several years. They use scalper bots that send notification to them soon after high demand products are available, and allow them to buy the products faster than others. Retailer are struggle to remove their accounts by verifying customer's identity, but it doesn't seem to work.
Last year, face masks disappeared from drugstores and convenience stores. Instead, we could find them sold at high price on the flea market apps. It found out that some people earn money by buying up them. Their behavior is really harmful and should be restricted. However, app developers hadn't deal with this issue at all until they got a lot of criticism.

Axolotl

Axolotl sind eine der coolsten Tiere der Welt. Der Name Axolotl kommt von Xolotl, ein aztekischer Gott, der der der Zwilling der berühmten Schlange Quetzalcoatl war. Dieses Tierchen ist etwas ganz Besonderes, es kann Eigenschaften seiner Jugend zu behalten, was Wissenschaftlern Neotenie nennen. Mann merkt das in der äußere Branchia und auch in dem Schwanz. Es kann sogar Körperteile regenerieren! Leider ist es vom Aussterben bedroht und kann nur in einem See in Mexiko gefunden werden.

Pumps

These are two different models of pumps that was tested in our laboratory.
The first model is acting as a forevacuum pump, mounted at the base of vacuum chamber and additionally putted into steel enclosure to shield ambient against heat radiation.
The second pump is the main pumping device and it makes the vacuum more better.
Special cables serve as a electrodes providing electrical current to the pumps.

10th Feb

Ich lerne jeden Tag Deutsch, Ich lerne auf Italki, Anki und mit podcasts. Als ich Koreanisch gelernt habe, habe ich auf Italki gelernt.

Jetzt ich kann nicht schlecht Koreanisch sprechen aber als ich in Korea gelebt habe, kannte ich sehr gut Koreanisch sprechen.

Meiner Deutsch Lehrer ist Philip und er ist ein schön Lehrer. Ich lerne Deutsch jeden Dienstag mit Philip. Ehrlich, vor die Stunde, will ich nicht zu lernen. Aber, nach die Stunde fangen, ich bin glücklich.

Heute es schneit und sehr kalt. Ich muss warmen Mantel tragen. Ich bin früh aufgestanden, um 6Uhr, und ich bin ein bisschen spazieren gegangen. Fuer Fruehstueck habe ich leckeres Essen gekocht. Ich habe zwei Eire, zwei wurste, ein Proteinshake und ‘bruschetta’ gegessen. Ich esse das jeden Tag zum frühstück.

Robotaki is set to present himself to his fans for the first time in six months.

The Chinese-Canadian DJ announced today that he will appear on“B&L Beatsmash” with Louis Futon tomorrow evening. The show is run by a Twitch channel called “Brownies and Lemonade.”

In “B&L Beatsmash,” two DJs appear together and take turns to play their unreleased tracks, remixes and signature songs in each 20-minute-long round. Topping it off, in the final round, they challenge themselves to make beats out of selected sound samples submitted by viewers.

Having been on the air since last August, the music show has starred various EDM artists such as Flux Pavilion, Feed Me, Juelz, QUIX and more.

Will Robotaki’s appearance on the show signal his comeback this year? Stay tuned!
