Stress
Stress ist keine Erscheinung der heutigen Zeit und es hat schon immer gegeben. Stress ist nur ein Überlebensreflex, der uns helfen sollte.
Dieser Ablauf kann man so erklären: Unser Gehirn alarmiert das vegetative Nervensystem in Gefahrensituationen. Das Nervensystem dann produziert Adrenalin und Noradrenalin, um unser Körper mobilisieren zu können. Danach wird die Energiereserven des Körpers, also Zucker und Fett, ausgeschöpft. Mit dieser Energie kann der Körper schnell reagieren, um ein mögliches Gefahr zu entkommen.
Aber wovon hängt die Empfindung des Stress ab? So Forscher, gibt es drei Hauptpunkte.
Die Genen spiellen eine große Rolle, aber auch das Geschlecht: Frauen nehmen Stress stärker als Männer wahr. Zum dritten Punkt ist der Einflussfaktor von Eltern und Umwelt, der auch eine sehr große Rolle beim Stressempfinden spielt.

Où est passé le temps?
En ce moment je suis très occupé. Les semaines dernières j'ai participé à une conférence scientifique, j'ai travaillé dans le dernier projet pour finir ça, j'ai préparé le projet nouveau et maintenant j'écrive ma première publication de mon travail chez l'université. Alors, il n'y a pas beaucoup de temps de practicer le Français, mais j'espère que je vais trouver le temps bientôt.

Ce que je ferais avec 15 heures de plus
C’est normal de travailler quarante heures par semaine. Je mets presque une heure pour arriver au travail, donc ça fait environ cinquante heures par semaine que je doit consacrer à mon boulot. Si la semaine de travail était réduit par quinze heures, que ferais-je avec mes temps libres supplémentaires ? Ça dépend de quand on aurait plus de temps, si c’est trois heures de plus chaque jour de la semaine de travail, je les utiliserais pour dormir plus et de me préparer pour le travail plus lentement, parce que en ce moment je suis en speed le matin, qui peut être un peu stressant. D’un autre côté, si la semaine de travail était réduit par 1,5 jours, j’utiliserais cette période pour aller quelque part et peut-être pour faire du camping le weekend.

reasons why graduates can’t find jobs and measures to fix it
Nowadays, finding jobs for graduates has become a harsh task. Some personal and social reasons are responsible for this, but there are still some solutions.
To begin with, one personal reason behind this trend results from the laziness of younger generations. With enormous advancements made in every walk of life, people in today’s world lead a higher and more cozy life than ever before, which causes them to stay in their comfort zones. China, for example, is a country where parents give their children too much attention, most of whom support their kids until they find jobs. As a result, youngsters may get used to this and rely too much on financial aid from their parents even without thinking about hunting jobs. Moreover, the keener competitions in today’s workplaces are supposed to be blamed. In the modern world, requirements for employees have been improved significantly, like qualifications and certifications they are asked for, which makes it difficult for the young to find a job.
However, there are some measures which can tackle this issue. First of all, academic institutions can set up some programs in curriculum to provide them with proper job hunting skills and resources from previous graduates, helping them prepare themselves better to enter into society. What is more, the local government should fund graduates who want to set up their own business. For instance, the Geman government will support start-ups with money as well as provide them with preferential policies.
In conclusion, it is undeniable that finding jobs for people is hard because of their laziness and keen competition; however, there are still some ways out with setting job-related programs or funding entrepreneurs.

Urlop w Wiedniu
W zeszłym roku, pojechałem samolotem do Wiednia. Pojechałem od lotniska do dworca w Wiedniu pociągiem. Były wiele sklepów, ale nie kupiłem nic. Potem poszedłem do hotelu. Idąc do hotelu, zauważyłem, że budynki były bardzo wysokie. Przyszedłem w hotelu i zjadłem kolację w kawiarni. Kiedy byłem w Wiedniu, odwiedziłem muzeów, zjadłem schnitzel i spróbowałem mówić po niemiecku. W środę, pojechałem do Bratisławy pociągiem. Bratisława oczywiście była biedniejszy od Wiednia, ale była tak piękny jak Wiedeń. Odwiedziłem zamek, który także był piękny i miałem wiele artefaktów. Na przykład, były monety rzymskie. Wróciłem do hotelu. Odwiedziwszy Bratisławę, chciałem nauczyć się słowackiego, ale zdecydowałem uczyć się polskiego. Potem zdecydowałem, że język polski był zbyt trudny i że byłem powinien nauczyć się rumuńskiego. Jednak, w wrześniu, na przypadek zacząłem uczyć się polskiego na Duolingo i uczę się to od roku.

Ein Lustiges Buch Erlebnis
Als Teenager war ich sehr fasziniert von den französischen Existentialisten. Nach wir von ihnen im Klasse gelernt haben, rannte ich zum Buchladen auf der Suche nach einem Buch bei ihnen zu kaufen. Endlich habe ich eine gebrauchte Kopie von Sartres Buch namens "La Nausée"(Der Ekel) gefunden und habe es sofort gekauft. Aber wenn ich nach Hause gehen und anfange es zu lesen, etwas sieht komische aus, es ist ein Tagebuch! Ein echtes Tagebuch, dachte ich, mit Passagen wie:
"Dienstag:
Nichts passiert."
Ich dachte der Buchumschlag war irgendwie geklaut oder etwas, wegen immerhin es war eine gebrauchte Kopie. Aber das war nicht so, es war nur der Styl von Sartre. Ich war nur funfzehn und hatte noch nie etwas wie das gelesen. Am Ende liebte ich das Buch. Viele Leute mögen es nicht, aber meiner Meinung nach ist es eines der Besten Werke von Sartre.

Death Valley
Death Valley is a mystical anomalous area in the valley of the Vilyui river far in north-east Siberia, on sparsely populated land where the Sakha people live. Sakha hunters have always known that there are mysterious structures far in the tundra, which they called cauldrons. Hundreds and hundreds of years ago, they fell from the heaven with a roar and flame, and since then have slowly sunk into the permafrost. Some of them were the size of a big yurt, shaped like an upside-down cauldron, others much larger, with several levels going deep underground. During a hunt for fur animals, Sakha hunters sometimes stayed overnight in them. It was much warmer inside than in the open air, the walls seemed to emit warmth, especially in multi-level structures, the deeper, the warmer. But those who spent more than one night there always got sick and died soon. In the middle of the 19th century, a Russian gold digger with a mate and a few Sakha guides roamed this area, pan out sands at the small rivers flowing into Vilyuy. One evening they went out to the hilly area with sparse trees. Pointing at a small mound, the oldest guide said that they were to spend the night there. For the Russians, it looked like a kind of large bump, which are abundant in the local tundra. They usually are formed when the water accumulates under a thin layer of soil and freezes, creating a form of convex lens. But it was astonishing for them to see that its edge had risen above the ground and they could crawl under it to get inside. The whole object resembled an upside-down and slightly inclined bowl covered with soil and grass. During the dinner, the guides told to the Russians some legends related to the “cauldrons”, as much as the both sides poor language allowed. They warned that in case of suffocation, headaches or nightmares they should go outside and sleep in the open air. But our guys slept well and started to examine their cauldron in the morning. 我的生活故事（第三篇）
好，我读公立初中了！当时我非常害羞也非常焦虑。
我还记得，我第一次考数学考试的时候我哭了。除了一个问题以外，考卷上的问题我都看不懂。考卷上的问题太复杂了,看上去像一门外语似的。因为我想不出解决方法所以我就哭了。我跟老师说我头疼，不能继续考试。他送我去校医。到那里我跟医生说压力太大。我成绩不好我会被骂。还有，那天也是我生日，我担心我不能过生日。我又大哭了一遍。后来，我差点不及格，只差一分。我发现这一份是我老师送我的，不然我不及格。回头看，这对我来说是一个很重要的经验。如果我这考试没通过，我可能对学习失去了兴趣。现在，我在国外读应用数学。
我妈妈也让我加入足球队。她每次送我到球场，我很不舒服。我们教练太严格了我一直怕犯错误。但是过了一段时间，我就适应了。我还是很怕我的教练，可是我发现我会跑得很快所以有了自信。然而， 比赛的时候我一点自信都没有。
我那时候最喜欢的回忆是我们的《游戏成瘾圈》。每个星期五，我跟我朋友一起玩Playstation。我朋友的家人来学校接我们。然后我们一起吃午饭。吃完饭我们一起玩游戏。我从小到十六岁每天玩游戏。在下一篇，我会告诉你们我为什么放弃玩游戏。下偏见！

What is the most difficult part for you to learn a foreign language? In my opinion, they are speaking, listening, writing and reading, and the degree of difficulty is commensurate with the ranking, and the first one is the hardest. The majority of people who learn a foreign language can read and understand easily, and even better, they can write well, but if a person can speak a foreign language well, I think he can be considered to master a foreign language. ¡Mi hermana ha vuelto!
Esta tarde mi hermana pequeña volvió de la universidad para pasar los vacaciones del Día de Acción de Gracias en casa. Estoy muy contenta. La he echado de menos mucho estos últimos meses.
Esta noche estaba cansada debido a su vuelo y a todos los exámenes de la semana así que solo vimos unos TikToks, pero estoy pensando en lo que podemos hacer juntas. Ha traído la Wii para seguir jugando LEGO Señor de los Anillos. También quiero llevarla a una panadería cuya dueño es francés (ella estudia francés en la universidad y quiero ofrecerle una oportunidad para practicar... y además los baguettes son muy ricos). El tiempo estará muy buena la semana que viene así que también podemos ir al parque o a la playa.

Språket jag vill lära mig i framtiden
Hej allihopa, idag tänkte jag prata om ett språk jag tycker är intressant och särskilt användbart för mig i framtiden - malayalam. Det är nog troligt att många av er inte har hört talas om språket förut, men det här är ett språk som talas i den södra indiska delstaten av Kerala. Min flickvän och hennes familj kommer från Kerala, och därför har jag alltid velat kunna Malayalam. Om jag kunde överraska dem med några malayalam meningar vet jag att det skulle vara jättekul och oväntad! Jag har också hört att språket är ganska svårt, särskild om man inte kan något annat indisk språk, så det ska bli kul att se om jag kan! Men än så länge ska jag fortsätta att lära mig svenska, åtminstone tills jag känner mig mer självsäkert med språket.

This picture was shot in the front yard of my mother’s home. The plant in the picture in Chinese is called 朝天椒. In English, it may be called pod pepper. We hire a nanny to look after my mom, and in her free time, she likes planting some vegetables in the yard. As far as I can remember, she has planted tomatoes, cucumbers, radishes, green onions, Chinese cabbage and so on. Because they were planted for ourselves eating, not for sale, they have never been fertilized, and also never been sprayed with pesticides. Those vegetables just grow naturally. The majority of the vegetables we eat are all planted in the yard, we never need to worry about food safety, and we are very joyful while we eat the vegetables that are planted by ourselves.

Das wird vom Zusammenhang abhängen.
Es gibt Ereignisse in unserem Leben, die kaum zu glauben sind. Umstände, in denen die Möglichkeit, etwas Gutes zu passieren, sehr niedrig waren und trotzdem hat alles gut geklappt. Was ist das? Ein Wunder? Eine Hilfe vom Gott? Und was würden Menschen denken, die nicht an Gott glauben? Glück? Zufall? Zauber?
Niemand soll die richtige Antwort kennen. Niemand soll sagen, dass sie die wahre Antwort kennen. Es gibt aber tausend Menschen, die behaupten, dass sie es tun.
Ich weiß nicht, wer oder was uns hilft oder nicht hilft, wenn wir in Gefahr sind oder wenn wir etwas brauchen.
Und warum sind einige Menschen gerettet und andere nicht? Wenn jemand vom Schlimmsten verschont bleibt, sagen einige Menschen, dass Gott es getan hat. Ich mag diese Erklärung nicht. Jeden Tag sterben viele Menschen aus verschiedenen Gründen. Das hat auch Gott getan? Wenn etwas Gutes passiert, dann passiert es dank Gott, sagen einige Menschen. Und wenn etwas Schlechtes passiert? Passiert es auch, weil Gott es will? Wenn nicht, dann die Erklärung nicht logisch ist.

My examination
Today I got up early even though I had no online class, the reason being that today was the day of my examination.
This examination is occurring because of a great opportunity that is currently being offered to students of my school who are enrolled in English XI. If we meet the standarts required on the two tests, four of us will be the chosen representatives of my school in an international event that will take place next year.
The test consisted of writing an essay between 140-190 words, with a 50-minute time limit; the topic was presented to us on the same day and we had to write about how English has become an international language, as well as the benefits of studying abroad. The next test will be an oral one.
Even though there is not a lot of competitors in it, it was still nerve-wracking. And I'm not sure if I passed the first test, as I'm waiting for the results which will be announced on Wednesday.

Hier in Kuba sind Fußball und Baseball die meist-gesehen/getrieben Sports. Basketball ist auch von vielen beliebt.
In Kanada sind Eishockey (der Nationalsport) und Basketball am meisten getrieben. Fußball (Soccer) ist auch sehr bekannt und wird besonders von jüngeren Leuten gespielt. Amerikanischer Fußball, Baseball und Tennis sind auch relativ populär.

The Difference between Happiness and Satisfaction
Happiness is a mood that comes early and goes early as well. Satisfaction is a state that comes late and goes late too. Happiness is occurred to you, that is to say, it is a passive emotion but satisfaction ought to be obtained, meaning an active existence. Happy humans are not necessarily satisfied with themselves and their lives. They laugh but deep down their laughs have the bitter taste of boredom and depression. Happiness removes sadness but neither boredom nor depression. At times, satisfaction has a little color of sadness. Satisfied humans are not always happy but they are neither bored nor depressed. Happiness is our emotional reaction to the presence of pleasure. However, satisfaction is the way we are in the presence of meaning. The pleasures of life bring happiness, the meaning of life satisfaction. It is from the weak points of our times that most of us are content with happiness instead of satisfaction.

Exercise
Yesterday was the first time I exercised in a long time. I'm always saying that I want to work out at least three days a week but I never actually do it. I'm quite sedentary, as I sit around all day and almost never work out. The health app in my phone shows that I walk around five hundred steps a day. This is not at all healthy, so I've decided to take exercise more often.
However, I don't like working out because I get very tired really soon and I find it quite boring. Unfortunately, listening to music doesn't help much. I have a treadmill at home so I was thinking about using it while watching YouTube or Netflix. I'm also considering going on a walk every day or jumping rope at home, which seems more fun.
Tomorrow I'm going to set some goals regarding this and make a plan so as to achieve them.
Should I say "jump rope" or "skip rope"? I was taught to use "skip", but I saw "jump rope" more often on YouTube. I also don't know whether to use "phone", "smartphone", "cellphone" or "mobile phone". I would really appreciate it if you could help me with that.

The dish I ate a couple of days ago, and also was very forgetful was braised meat. It was not cooked in a big, decent restaurant, but on a small street by a box lunch store. Its two characteristics are 香和烂. I know 香in English is fragrant, but I don’t know how to say 烂in English. I don't know if it's right to say this: it is fragrant and rotten, but some foreigners said that I was using the wrong word "rotten", because "rotten" means that some stuff, especially the food, is bad or damaged. But what I really mean by using 烂 is to describe that the meat is easy to chew or it makes a melting feeling when it comes into your mouth. That is all for this passage. Can anyone give me the correct translation of the Chinese saying 肉又香又烂?
