我的学习情况
我在大学学习中文。现在我已经是二年级学生了。一个学期又要过去了，这个学期比以前我进步了很多。在语法方面，以前我只能写短和简单的句子，现在我不但可以学习更多的语法知识，还可以用它来表达自己的想法。当然在我学习的过程中，我犯了很多错误，但是我不怕犯错。因为改正自己的错误可以加深我对问题的理解，帮助我更好的掌握相关的知识。虽然这个学期我还没完成学2000个单词的目标，但是我已经学会了很多词，我的理解能力也大大增加，写作文的方面也好了很多。在周末或业余时间，我经常看中文视频练听力，我还用中文学习网站，电子词典，等等，这些工具的效果对我来说真不错。有时候我也觉得中文太难和变得懒惰，但是在各位老师和同学们的帮助下，这些问题都解决了，为了不辜负大家 的期待，我要更努力地学习汉语

This one may be better
In the process of selecting two people to be promoted to senior titles, everything was democratic, open and transparent. An on-site public election of a five-member leading group was held, which then worked out the rules. After the meeting, I also had in-depth communication with everyone who failed to get their wishes. Unfortunately, someone still blamed me for the reason they lost the election. I felt extremely puzzled. As a colleague, I will help whatever I can, but I can't help anyone with this matter, so I could only follow the rules. Furthermore, even if you were in charge at that time, you couldn’t come up with a plan that can be put on the table and ensured your victory. My only mistake was that I shouldn't have been in charge at that time. But as the headmaster, I couldn’t escape from this kind of tough thing.
Many colleagues are younger than me, but they have obtained senior titles and higher leadership positions than me by their own efforts. But I never hated them and reported them for no reason. Instead, I gave them a sincere blessing.
No matter what you have done to me, I still hope you can get promoted as soon as possible.

Super lucky to found one of the best jobs at that age. (50 after)

reasons spend less time family than before and measures
Some people argue that families are less close than before. The triggers and methods to fix it are as follows.
To begin with, the less time they spend with their families are supposed to blame. Living in a world where competition has become fiercer than ever before, individuals now suffer from great pressure from every walk of life. In this case, they have to push themselves harder, in order to pursue a better life. For example, they have to devote more time and energy to improving themselves to get decent jobs, because of high requirements from employees. Therefore, they are too occupied to spare time for their family, which results in alienating their beloved.
However, there are still some measures that could be taken to tackle this problem. First of all, they should achieve a work-family balance. For instance, adults could make a schedule for their work time and family time to notice themselves, thus avoiding imbalance between work and family. Furthermore, turning off their electronic equipment and talking more with family members when they are together. As high technology brings them more interesting things which can easily attract their attention such as computer games and televisions, as a result, they are addicted to those activities, totally ignoring the people they love, even when they sit down next to each other.
In conclusion, the reason behind this phenomenon is that they spare less time with their families since the stress that is imposed on them; however, this problem can be easily addressed by achieving a work-family balance and using fewer devices.

Около двух лет назад я хотела найти способы, чтобы снять стресс. Я надеялась, что медитация поможет. С тех пор я медитирую почти каждый день с помощью приложения. Обычно я сижу в удобном кресле и слушаю. Я предпочитаю приложение на английском языке. Раньше я слушала некаторые медитации на немецком языке, но они мне совсем не понравились: голоса были только ужасными. Кажется, медитировать – очень полезная привычка.

Gifted People
In the English language, a talented person is called gifted. This is a precise term: 1. nobody does obtain their talents but they receive them; 2. talented people should be grateful the same way as they receive a gift; 3. nobody deserves a talent at birth: talent is not a right but a chance. A talented person is lucky, a talentless person unlucky. John Rawls, based on duty-based ethics, argues that a society is just when the effects of chance on its citizens are minimized. A talented person does not necessarily deserve a reward as a low-talented person must not be punished due to not being lucky (not receiving gifts). In a just society, talented people should distribute their gifts to society.

外来語の動詞
私の母語は英語なのに、英語の外来語は難しいです。最近ややこしい例は外来語の動詞です。特に「する」の種の動詞です。例えば「エンジョイ」です。英語には「to enjoy」ですが、日本語には「エンジョイする」です。例文は「音楽をエンジョイしている.」です。個人的に、この言葉が英語と日本語には似ているけど違うので、この動詞の文法は紛らわしいと思います。他の例は「ドライブする」、「キスする」、「ノックする」、「タイプする」です。少なとも、この動詞の意味は知っています。この課題はアニメから浮かびました。あるアニメは英国で起こるから、キャラクターはもっとイギリス人っぽいに見えたいです。だからこの種の動詞を使っていると思います。他のおかしいことは「赤ちゃん」や「赤ん坊」の代わりに「ベビー」と言ってることでした。

Hier j'ai regardé Jurassic Park en français
Jurassic Park est simplement mon film préféré. Je l'ai aimé depuis mon enfance, quand je le regardais presque chaque jour. Naturellement, c'est un film dont je connais chaque scene par cœur. Pourtant, hier c'était la première fois que je l'ai vu en français. J'ai déjà regardé d'autres films en français, même sans sous-titres, mais il faut pratique chaque jour si je veux améliorer mon français. Alors, je trouve que regarder un film qu'on connais déjà peut aider beaucoup, parce qu'on sait ce que les personnages font et ce qu'ils disent, donc on n'est pas perdus.

Shopping
As always, I left all at the last moment. A friend of mine is getting married tomorrow and I didn't have any formal cloths.
I went to the mall looking for a shirt. For some reason most of the shirts were either extra large or slim size. Probably there was a big sale earlier this month and all the shirts were the ones no one wanted.
I was frustrated so I asked for help. The salesman was useless, I asked him for a specific kind of shirt of light blue and he just couldn't find any. I felt he was ignoring me.
Finally I found a shirt that fit my needs. I hope it matches with the pants I already have.

Montar en bicicleta
Las dos últimas tardes mi familia y yo hemos montado en bicicleta. Tenemos bicicletas eléctricas, pero no lo suficiente para todo la familia, así que monté mi bicicleta normal. Para mi sorpresa, el tiempo fue muy bueno (aunque es casi diciembre, el tiempo suele ser caluroso y húmedo). Había un viento ligero y con la puesta del sol el cielo estaba lleno de colores.
Formamos una cola y hicimos un recorrido por toda la urbanización. Me puse en la cabeza porque he corrido por el área muchas veces y tengo una ruta favorita. Cada vez que pasamos un vecino, le saludamos con la mano. Montar en bicicleta fue tan agradecible que me estoy preguntando por qué no lo hago más a menudo.

Push-ups
I don't know why, but I find it incredibly hard to do a push-up. I can't even do a single push-up without failing in the attempt, even if it's the one that you do on your knees. My wrists always hurt when I try to do them.
Because of the pandemic, we had online gym classes. Whenever we were asked to do push ups, I made sure my camera wasn't pointing at me because I would have been mortified If anyone saw me trying to do a push-up.
At first, I though I couldn't do it because my form was wrong. However, after doing some research in order to find out how to correct it, I still couldn't manage to do a push-up. Maybe it's because I'm not strong enough. I feel so weak!

Qui est ce moi?
Je suis un homme de cinquante ans, marié à une belle femme et aussi père de trois enfants: un garçon et deux filles. Je vis à Monterrey, au Mexique et je travaille dans la construction comme un ingénieur.
Ma carriere m'a laissé parler avec des differents gens de tout le monde. Je adore rencontrer avec des gens etrangeres pour proffessional afaires comme pour social conassaince.
Je parle l'espagniol comme langue maternelle, et l'anglais trés bien. Maintenant je voudrais parler les autres langues romances et d'abord j'ai decidé apprendre le francais et le portuguesse pour pouvuoir parler avec les 99% des gents dans les Ameriques.
Cést la premier fois que je ecrís un journal dans cette page. J'espere amelliorer beaucoup dans le francais et connaitre d'autres gens qui adore apprendre des nouvelles langues, comme moi.

Do you want to learn how to build a simple website?
First steps, we are going to learn html, that means hyper text markup language, we are going to use some tools like a notepad.
Exist simple notepad from Microsoft or advanced notepad like Sublime, Atom or Visual Studio Code.
You have to think than website is similar like word document, there ara paragraph, bullets, we can center text, we can set color.
In word we use buttons to set a color, bold or center a text, with html use tags.
For example, copy and paste this text in a notepad, save it with html extension like "index.html"

El piano
Según los datos en línea, el piano se creó en el 1700. Aunque eran instrumentos semejantes antes, el piano se volvía muy popular en un tiempo muy corto. Pienso que lo más divertido sobre el piano es que uno puede tocar una variedad grande de canciones. ¡Una razón por esto es porque puedes tocar música para otros instrumentos en el piano! Las cuerdas varían con el tipo de piano que usas, pero generalmente todos puede tocar el alcance medio.
Me gusta tocar el piano cada día porque al tocarlo, me siento muy calma. Sé que tocando el piano me relajo, probablemente porque tengo que enfocarme completamente en lo que estoy intentado hacer. No puedo leer y tocar al mismo tiempo muy bien, ¡pero ojalá mejore a través de más practico!

サンクスギビングデー
サンクスギビングは大事なアメリカの休日です。毎年、伝統は家族が来て、大きい食事を食べて、感謝を述べる。食事のために、人はそれぞれ手伝う。普通、母と叔母も料理すれば、父と叔父も片付けて、
テーブル を設ける。それ事を起こるうちに、私は従兄をもてなす。ついに、皆は一緒に食べる。
サンクスギビングに私たちは食べ物を食べます。七面鳥を作らなきゃいけない。私はビーガンだから、母は肉代わりに セイタン を作る。七面鳥を作るだけでなくて、スタッフィングとかクランベリーソースとかスイートポテトなどなどを作る。デザートは一般的なパンプキンパイです。とても美味しいですよ。
今年、コロナウイルスが危なすぎるせい、家族は来られなかった。それで、ZOOMで皆に話した。楽しいたけれど、同じなかった。来年に皆は本人自身で一緒に出来るように願う。

今年の感謝すること
昨日はアメリカの祝日、「感謝祭」だった。聞いたことがありますか? とても楽しいな日ですね。家族と一緒に特別な食事(主食はターキー)を食べたり時間を過ごしたりする時です。
でも「美味しいな食べ物」と「家族との楽しいな休みの日」よりもっと大事な意味があります。それは、「何のことを感謝していますか」を参考する機会です。なので、今日は自分の感謝することを詳しく解説したいと思います。
まずは、健康の良い状態です。本年の少し前は仕事のストレスのせいで病気くなって、入院しました。薬を飲めたり長い間仕事を休めたりテキサス州からコロラド州まで引っ越したりしました。本当に大変な時期でした。けど、今は徹底的に治しました。回復したことによって、心のそこまで嬉しくて感謝しています。
次の感謝点は家族です。いつも応援してくる家族じゃなければ、私はここまでに届けられなかったのだと思います。特に、私の妹エデンちゃん。悩んでる時はいつも相談してくれたり励ましてくれたりしました。彼女と、家族の皆は、本当に大事にしています。
そして最後は、新しいアルバイトです。ある日住んでる街のダウンタウンの中で散歩しました。可愛いらしいクッキの店に辿り着けました。「楽しいそうなところですね。募集しているなのかな」と思ったら、中に入って店員さんにそう問いかけた。やっぱり募集していた！履歴書を出したらすぐにトレーニングをし始めた。2ヶ月前だった。人生の中で一番楽しいな仕事のだと思います。同僚も店長さんもお客さんさえもが親しくて、ストレスがあまり無い。こんなに楽しいな仕事が出来ることももちろん本当に感謝しています。
2020年は皆にとって難しいな一年には違いない。でもどんな時も感謝するの気持ちを心の中に抱えたら、辛いことを乗り超えて生き続ける力が手にに入るのだと信念しています。
