Few weeks ago, I had forgot my brother's cap at the train and when I had realized, the train had left to staition. I had been looking at behind of the train like a little child who lost her candy. I thought to replace with same or buy a different cap. This was hard to decide, I ended up buying new one. The new cap is arrived yesterday and I put it at him head, and it didn't suit on him.
Now, I have a new cap.

I ate lunch with my colleagues at a cafe today. The topic we talked about was the Japanese expressions used on TV programs including News programs became strange.
On a TV show I was surprised at the other day, the telop expressed a caucasian woman from America who have married a Japanese man for 6 years as a "foreigner".
The Japanese have a bad custom of calling "foreigner" as soon as they see those who don't look like Japanese.
This woman has already got Japanese nationality, so obviously she's not "foreigner". We were wondering why Japanese expressions on TV became depleted. A colleague said, "This woman should have been introduced as American-Japanese, but what they try to draw a line between Japanese and non-Japanese about anything is wrong from the beginning". I agreed with her.

An diesen Tag bin ich den ganzen Tag Zuhause gewesen. Denn die meisten Sonntage verbrachten meine Frau und ich zusammen Zuhause. Dort gibt es nicht so viel zu tun, wir schauen meistens fern und kochen zusammen das Essen der Woche. Zwar es ist manchmal den Sonntag ein bisschen langweilig. Aber wir haben viel Spaร dennoch. Denn die Zeit, die wir zusammen verbrachten, ist immer herrlich.

I have much preocupation for the celebratory celebration we are having participation as a group together in the celebration of the giving of thank yous because we are it is supposed to give thanks about all the many things that we have and that they give us, but no, we donโt give much thanks in 100 percent, so we say thanks for the family and for the assests and for the school and for the car and for the life, but then they put the food on the table on the plate in front of us and we only eat the turkey and all the other thinks like mash potatoes and green vegetables we discard to the trash and that is no give thank yous, that is the contrary to the give thank yous, that is to say thank yous but no thank yous so they need to no that we can give thank yous. Letโs all do this together. Letโs eat all the potatoes, the mash potatoes, and all the vegetables in the juice they call the gravy, and drink the red drink they give us on the cup, and letโs sho that we can give thank yous for more thinks like the happy birthday, and the planet, and the books, and the vacations. Also, we give thank yous in the beginning of the celebration of the thanks in close eyes and talk a conversation in the mind with the person with give many thanks to, and this is a moment of silence, a moment we put the minds together to stop for a moment, and remember the memories of the things our the peoples who loves us do for us, they give us love, and they bring with us to vacations, and they protect us from the life. So lets not forget to give thanks many for all blessing that exist in the center of our lives and outside our lives holding our hands to be great full and convince others to be exactly like that for to remember and not forget the thanks we have been giving. with this ideas in the mind, put all your good people in your memories, and use this time to talk to the father, and give thanks together that we are here holding hands and to enjoy the food that they will put in the table for us.

wie geht es dir? Hast du schon gehรถrt, dass unser Freund Carsten sich bei einem Unfall das rechte Bein gebrochen hat? Ich war gestern im Krankenhaus, ihn zu besuchen. Zum Glรผck ist die Verletzung nicht so schwer aber er fรผhlt sich mรผde im Krankenhaus zu bleiben. Die Stimmung des Krankenhaus ist nicht nur langweilig, sondern auch leer. Bonjour! Je suis amรฉricaine, mais j'habite en Corรฉe du Sud. Quand j'รฉtais jeune, j'รฉtudiais le franรงais pendant sept ans plus. Mon rรชve รฉtait devenir traductrice franรงais-anglais! Mais quand j'รฉtais รฉtudiante ร l'universitรฉ, mon rรชve a changรฉ. J'aime bien habiter en Corรฉe, et maintenant je parle couramment le corรฉen. Mais comme je n'ai pas utilisรฉ le franรงais pendant plusiers annรฉes, j'ai presque tout oubliรฉ. Je suis en train de l'apprendre encore une fois! J'รฉspรจre que je pourra utiliser souvent ce site pour ameliorer mon franรงais.

Wie ich gestern gesagt habe, mรถchte ich einfache Sรคtze schreiben. Zumindest bis ich genug Selbstbewusstsein habe, um mehr komplexe und schwierige Sรคtze zu bilden. Zwar fรผhle ich mich wohl sicher, dass ich nicht so viele Fehler gemacht habe. Aber der Fell ist, mache ich oft Fehler, dass meiner Meinung nach, sind sehr grundsรคtzlich. Na ja, mit genug รbung wird mein Deutsch sicher verbessern.

I shall never say never eat a hamburger or a taco, they are delicios and sometimes is delicios to eat something yum, but there must to be a limit and the vegetables need to be in your life too and the fruits and water. for example, a tipic breakfast in my homestead commences with slices of fruit in the plate and it be yellow if it is pineapple or peach, and orange is papaya or mango, red if watermelon, but all times for breakfast the fruits are in slices on the plates to support the good nutrition we wish to accomplish.
The fruit is not all that fills the plate in mornings also the oat for the flower of intestines to keep health in digestive system and god proteins from beans or lentils and soy to give a strong push to the body early in the morning and if fries the food, canola oil, or corn oils is not as suggested as olives for better nutrition. on fact, we costum in home to use olives oils on bread and cheese, that go well with fresh juice directly from the fruit. orange, greatfruit, or pomello and must to be drinking very inmediately after the expulsion of the juice to retain the vitamins properties so all this together does contributions to the manner the body consumes resources and assigns vitamins, carbohydrates, proteins minerals for different functions.
Water is most important. water is a need during all the day. the habit to develop must to be 8 glasses of waters all the day, for it makes good results in relation with the inner systems, and the hydrant the body needs for a good function. so minimun there must to have been drinking four glasses of water by the hour of lunch, and depends on the activity or the work the person makes, he must to eat more or less, but all contained in the likes of rice, and white meats like chicken or turkey or fish. duck is good too because it is lean, not like the pig who has more grease the body sucks in the blood flow and gives clogs to the arteries. there must to be vegetables, like beets carrots celeries squashes cucumbers eggplants corns cauliflour and they can be cooking on fresh but are a great source of antioxidants for the benefits of the system in the body, the balance is what must to be not disremembered because it goes like this: much quantity of rice and greens, and the rest leans meats. if it is pig, only less than 20 percent of total food intake so the proportions combine with the plan of breakfast and the slices of fruits and the oats and the fresh expulsed juice continue feeding the body with many energy.
Depends of activities done, dinner is necessary or not. If it is, dinner must be careful, like same lean idea, but in other products. betters options are always salads with ricota cheese and baslamic vineger to ensure the systems rests well in the night with no movements in the stomach to provoke malignant feelings, and receive a good night sleep. After that repeat process all days, only susbtitute the menu with the proportions with the time, and accept the idea of discipline for the benefits of the body and the mind.
