An speech on Pharmacy
Hi, everyone. I’m very glad to stand here and give you a short speech. Well, it’s really excited but a little nervous for me. Let me just introduce myself briefly. My name is xxx and I’m from class x, an ordinary among thousands of undergraduates. Maybe I have not talked with someone of you, but in the different classrooms, some places of the school, I must have seen you. And I believe, we’ll become more familiar with each other. We have almost two years and a half time, after all.
Alright, now I’m going to give you an introduction of Pharmacy based on what I’ve learned during this time and some information from Internet.
Pharmacy is a healthcare industry that connects the health sciences with the chemical sciences and is responsible for ensuring the safe and effective use of medicines. Its main task is to continuously provide more effective drugs and improve the quality of drugs, ensure the safety of drugs, so that patients can treat or cure diseases with the least harm and benefit. Some of the main courses are: pharmacology, pharmaceutics, pharmacognosy, analytical chemistry and so on. I will briefly introduce some of them.
The first is pharmacology. Pharmacology is the science of medicine and biology that deals with the interactions between drugs and living organisms and their laws and principles. Pharmacology and pharmacy are different concepts and are often confused. Pharmacology is mainly about the scientific research of biomedicine, while pharmacy is mainly about the use of pharmacological knowledge to provide patients with higher quality medical treatment and services. The former is scientific, while the latter is clinical.
Then I would like to talk about pharmaceutics. It is a comprehensive applied technical subject that studies the theory of drug formulation, production technology and reasonable utilization of quality control. The basic task of pharmaceutics is to research and make drugs into appropriate dosage forms, so as to ensure that high-quality preparations can meet the needs of medical and health work.
And then finally I'm going to talk about analytical chemistry, which is something that I'm interested in. And why? I think you may have been influenced by some of the movies and TV series, have a hero dream to become a medical examiner, I do the same. Chemical analysis is a classical analysis method based on the chemical reaction of substances, and many chemical analysis methods are used in forensic toxicological analysis. So analytical chemistry might be applied to forensic medicine.
As to say what I’ve learned in this course, there are really so many. Such as the information that analytical chemistry can be applied to forensic medicine, other pharmacy related knowledges and the skills of powerpoint-making and what I’m standing here doing now. So it’s really lucky for me to have such chance, and this is all for today, thank you!

Hacer ejercicio
Mientras espero hasta que el libro que quiero esté listo para prestar de la biblioteca, estoy escuchando un audiolibro sobre ejercicio.
Habla de como el ejercicio hace crecer las neuronas en la cabeza y ayuda a combatir algunos trastornos mentales. Entonces, intento hacer un poco de ejercicio cada día.
Hoy hice un yoga por la tarde. Tengo las piernas doloridas porque he corrido mucho durante mi partido de tenis y estoy contenta de haber usado mis músculos.

Yesterday, I didn’t go to my mom’s house. Last afternoon when I was at my office, I learned that there were about 40,000 yuan left in our project funds, and the spent part only accounts for 92% of the total funds. According to superior department policy, when a project is finished, the total project funds should be spent. Otherwise, points will be deducted in the project evaluation. In order not to be deducted, we decided to organize some outstanding students to go out for training again. I met a teacher in the Provincial teacher training class. He is a professor at Yangzhou polytechnic university and has been responsible for training professional farmers in Jiangsu Province for many years. I would like to ask him to help me contact and arrange the itinerary and contents of this training. I sent him a message and he said he was teaching in Chongching right then, and he would give me a reply after class. So even after work, I couldn’t go home, but waited for him in the office. So this is the reason why I didn’t go to my mom’s home, because it was too late to go.

Dec. 17th, 2020 First Aid Training
These 2 days, I was busy. I did the First Aid and CPR Taining course. It was a little bit hard during this time, you know, the pandemic time. There were only 6 students in the class room. Before the pandemic, there were usually 18 students. Every one had own space and materials to keep distance. We didn't allowed to change position and doing any team work. Of course we had to wear mask all the time.
The teacher was very nice. But his speaking was a little bit fast, and there were many words that I don't know, especially the names of diseases and medicines. Some times I had to ask him to spelling them, then translated them. Fortunately, I passed the exam.

Что для большинства людей самое важное в работе?
Большинство людей ценят три вещи в работе. Во-первых, человек должен получить за работу справедливую зарплату – прожиточный минимум, по крайней мере. Работодателям обязательно относиться к сотрудникам с уважениям и признать их вклад в компанию. Если сотрудники всё время бездельничают и не заканчивают задачи вовремя, то справедливо будет понизить им зарплаты. В другой стороны, если сотрудники трудятся и получают хорошие результаты, то начальник должен повысить им зарплаты, чтобы мотивировать и наградить их.
Вот вторая вещь, которую все ценят в работе – это возможность выполнять значимую работу. Когда человек получает удовольствие от работы и чувствует, что у него возможность расцветать, он вкладывает больше усилий в них обязанности, который приносит пользу всем. Если у него, напротив, низкая зарплата, скучная работа и фиксированный рабочий день, то он не получают удовольствия от работы и у него нет мотивации продолжать. Работадатели должны давать сотрудникам как можно большего возможностей для профессионального роста, чтобы избегать эту ситуацию.
Во-третьих, атмосфера работы оказывает значительное влияние на сотрудников. Среди порядочными, энергичными, инициативными людьми, человек сильно работает и стараются выполнять свои обязанности вовремя. Среди ленивыми, немотивированными людьми у него будет меньше мотивации и станет трудно получать удовольствия от работы.

Est-ce que vous avez entendu parler des chifles ?
Qu'est-ce que c'est un chifle ? C'est une collation équatorienne faite avec des fines tranches de plantain qu'on frit à l'huile. C'est similar à un "patacón", un plat du Caribe et du nord de l'Amérique du Sud, y compris l'Équateur. Le patacón est aussi frit à l'huile, ainsi que le chifle, mais les chifles sont bien plus petits et minces. C'est une collation très populaire ici. mon premier temps ici
Bon après midi (il est quinze heures et demi ici). Honnêtement, je préfère parler du temps avec le système horaire sur 12 heures mais je crois que c'est seulement parce que je suis Américaine.
Quand j'étais à l'école secondaire (il y a dix ans), j'ai pris un cours de français pendant trois ans. J'aimais beaucoup la langue français, et j'étais l'étudiante meilleure dans mon cours (pas si impressionnante parce que les autres détestaient le cours et donc, ils n'ont pas essayé). Un été, quand j'avais seize ans, j'ai voyagé à Paris, et j'ai habité avec une famille française. La famille était une mère qui ne travaille pas, une père qui étaient avocate, et trois filles (environ mon âge). J'étais très malheureuse pendant mon séjour. Les états unis me manquaient. Je n'aimais pas la nourriture française. Je me souviens que la mere m'a donné l'aspic au poulet. Je déteste le goût et maintenant je suis vegan. Quand la mère ne me regardait pas, j'ai jeté l'aspic par la fenêtre. Malheureusement, la famille française et moi, nous ne nous entendions pas. Je sais que je semble ingrate. Mais cette famille était très méchant contre moi. La mère a lu mon journal intime. Les filles m'appelaient grosse.
Quand je suis retourné aux états unis, j'ai arrêté d'étudier plus le langue français. Le septembre dernier, j'ai commencé à pratiquer mon français en utilisant Duolingo.

El mareo
No creo que haya alguien en este mundo que no se ha vuelto mareo o aturdido nunca. No te puedes enfocar en nada y quieres tumbarse en la cama o el sofá. Muchas cosas pueden causar el mareo, incluyendo la deshidratación, un cuento bajo de la azúcar de la sangre o incluso la depresión. Sin embargo, cuando lo te sientas, es muy difícil pensar en nada de eso.
Creo que es peor cuando lo experimentas durante la semana porque aún tienes que hacer muchas cosas. A menudo, la necesitad de todas las rutinarias vencen a nuestra salud, pero esto no es bueno. Aunque es muy difícil, deberíamos de encontrar tiempo en nuestros horarios para relajarnos, especialmente cuando no te sientas bien. A pesar de que todos de nosotros están muy atentos ahora por culpa del Covid -19, es necesario que lo continuemos después de que no luchemos contra una enfermedad mortal. Sí, estamos ocupados, pero no debería ganar sobre nuestra salud.
Sé que cuando no me siento bien, es muy difícil enfocarme en el aprendizaje de idiomas. Sin embargo, creo que también es súper importante que lo intentemos enfocarnos cuando no estamos sintiendo el mejor. Cuando tengamos fluidez, o vivamos en el país de nuestro idioma objetivo, no elijamos cuando hace falta entender a los demás.

Voyager au Peru
La semaine dernière, j'ai voyagé au Peru pour travail.
Malgré le COVID, tout a était normal.
Le vol a duré 6 heures , tout le temps on étions obligé d'utiliser la masque. ça n'est pas très confortable.
Au l’air-port il avait peu de gens mais ils étaient très proches, personne ne respectait pas la distance social.
Maintenait J'espère être en bonne santé parce que la semaine proche est la Noël, mais il va être seulement ma copine et moi

Nunalerineq
Forskningcentret for det grønlandske landbrug (Nunalerineq) er et forskningsbureau i Qaqortoq, Grønland. I Sydgrønland er der mange får. Klimaet er koldt. Der er pilekrat i fjordene, og man kan dyrke kartofler.
I den anden side af fjorden fra Qaqortoq der er forskninger i Upernaviarsuk (Forårs sted). I Upernarviarsuk er der experimenter med grøntsager og husdyr.

Youtube "Podcast Italiano" e fonologia e ortografia
Oggi, ho cominciato a guardare il canale “Podcast Italiano” su Youtube. Un’utente di Langcorrect mi ha consigliato il canale perché ho mostrato interesse per fonti di Italiano parlato. Me ne sono accorta che il portoghese ha creato problemi sia per la mia pronuncia sia per le mie scelte lessicali. Leggo con piacere l’italiano ma questo non aiuta nel parlare (nel mio caso, ma aiuta sì normalmente con le altre lingue stranieri).
Ad ogni modo, ho guardato un video sulla fonologia e ortografia italiana e spagnola che ho trovato abbastanza interessante nonostante il fatto che io non abbia mai studiato lo spagnolo. Davide Gemello, il creator del canale, ha spiegato in maniera semplice e chiara, alcuni elementi differenti delle due lingue (cioè, d, b, v). Ha suggerito di studiare l’IFA (alfabeto fonetico internazionale) che credo che sia una buona idea avere una conoscenza più profonda dei suoni per separare le due lingue.
Ma comunque, mi è piaciuto il video anche per puro godimento. Mi metterò a studiare lo spagnolo un giorno e la storia dei suoni b e v era davvero affascinante, ma ho un debole per questi argomenti.

В России происходит изменения в отношениях к разным специальностям. Престижными профессиям и считаются адвокаты, бизнесмены, менеджеры и представители отдельных медицинских специальностей, тогда как быть инженером, технологом или учёным абсолютно непрестижно. Во всех развитых странах квалифицированные рабочие – это основа экономики, но Россия отстает от других стран в этом отношении. В США квалифицированные рабочие составляют примерно 50% работающего населения и в Германии составляют 45%. Между чем, в России, по некоторым оценкам – всего пять процентов. Россия особенно нуждается в инженерах, квалифицированных экономистах, юристах, врачах и учёных. На это есть несколько причин. Во-первых, рынок образования не отвечает потребностям рынка труда. Не хватает одних специалистов, зато слишком много других. Во-вторых, студенты обычно не получают адекватное образование. Более 30 процентов зданий ПТУ и техникумов требуют серьёзного ремонта. А во-третьих, хотя по этим специальностям в России обучается ежегодно больше студентов, чем в любой другой стране мира, работадателей не устраивает качество специалистов с дипломами. Решение проблемы надо искать, прежде всего, в системе среднего профессионального профобразования. И государство, и бизнес должны формировать социально-экономический заказ на подготовку специалистов, финансировать его выполнение.

Peter Quill, edad de ocho, sentaba en el corredor de hospital y escuchaba a su Walkman. Su pulgar frotaba nerviosamente el botón de jugar. Estuvo escuchando a su "Mezcla Asombrosa Vol 1." Su ojo izquierda llevaba un moretón.
Su abuelo vino de la sala de hospital y se arrodilló delante Peter.
–Peter, tu mamá quiere hablar contigo.
Peter, sus ojos cerrados, no respondía.
–Ven, Pete –susurró, retirando los auriculares de la cabeza de Peter–, nos quitemos esta tontería.
Peter se puso a pie y caminó hacia la sala. Su abuelo puso el Walkman en la mochila de Peter. Había muchas personas en la sala de hospital de la madre de Peter. Con las manos de su abuelo en sus hombros, Peter anduvo por la sala y al lado de la cama de su madre. Su madre eran pelón por la quimioterapia y tenía un vendaje en su nariz. Junta la cama la machina de supervisión de corazón pitó regularmente.
–¿Por qué has estado peleando con otros niños, Peter? –le preguntó débilmente. Peter encogió sus hombros.
–Peter –repitió su madre.
–Mataron un ranita inocente –dijo, mirando el piso–. Le aplastaron con un rama.
–Eres tan el mismo de su papá. Te ves como él también. Y era un ángel. Hecho de luz pura...
Hizo muecas y se cerraron los ojos.
–¿Mary? dijo su padre–. Tienes un regalo para Peter allí, ¿no?
–Por supuesto.
Había un regalo envuelto vistosamente encima la cama, y una tarjeta. Mary Quill extendió la mano pero no pudo alcanzarlo. Su padre tomó el regalo y la tarjeta y los puso en la mochila de Peter.
–Ábrelos cuando me he ido –dijo tranquilamente–. Su abuelo te va a cuidar tan bien... al menos hasta tu papá vuelve para conseguirte. Me toma la mano.
Peter no pudo. Desvió tristemente los ojos.

Right now, I’m listening to the presentation of the University part of the College counseling but they are explaining in Spanish and I don’t understand anything, so I’m writing my English diary because I want to use my time more effectively. I thought Spanish is very difficult but after learning German, I realized German is more difficult than Spanish.

Again and again...
I've been learning English, again and again, with the firm intention that one day I'll be as fluent as a native. Is my dream too big? I set out a long and schizophrenic way, on which I am swung by hopes and doubts. I keep thinking positively, meditating, visualizing my ambitions to make them a reality. I use to have weeks 'with' and weeks 'without'. Sometimes, words do not come out, and I feel that the only place I am progressing is in my head. I can talk to myself in English for hours, with the right words, the right syntax, a better pronunciation. It is an ecstatic feeling, that fills my hopes. I'd love to be confident enough to speak loudly and publicly the same way I talk to myself. I used to be so handy with words in French, allowing me to articulate complex ideas, excel in problem-solving, and now, I feel being the dumbest people in the room. Not having enough words constrains my thought process. Am I sound daunting? Yeah, I prefer to think that it is part of the learning process, I prefer to think that I am a Tortoise that will meet the Hare at the end of the race. I needed to share these thoughts with you guys.
