I often felt that I lived in a beautiful world and a nice society, and that is true. It only takes decades for our society to make such big progress. Even in the mid-1980s, on the season of our graduation, one of my classmates said to me: “after I got a job, I would buy a basket of eggs, and I eat it at anytime when I wanted. That was his biggest ideal at that time. Also, I have never thought that I would be able to live a life like today’s. So I am very grateful to our world and our country. I often work hard and study hard so that I will live up to the great era.

This past Monday I talked to one of my language partners, and had noticed her hair was unusually messy. Every time I see her, she uses her fingers to arrange her hair. She always looks like an absent minded professor, and actually, her husband is a real professor at an Australian University studying Catalist. That is to say he's trying to find the best method to convert
Hydrogen into electricity with the catalyst for a long time.
She didn't realize her hair had been messy at that time. So I've thought that something happened to her, and I knew she didn't get enough sleep last night. To my surprise, a forest fire happened on a mountain near her home yesterday, and it was coming closer to her house. She and her family all had been on alert for all day long.
The closest distance was 5 kilometers from her home, and some of her neighbors had already evacuated. It's so frightening and scared, all of her family was watching the forest fire coming closer to home. When they were about to decide on evacuation at 3 o'clock after midnight, the direction of the wind suddenly turned to the South. The forest fire had made a right turn in the direction of travel.
Fortunately, the forest fire didn't come, but there were a few houses that were burned out by the forest fire. Even last year there was a very big forest fire in Australia, and Australian government almost gave up extinguishing at that time. The forest fire lasted several months. It had not rained for a long time. I guess that it's because of global warming caused by Carbon dioxide emissions.

1. ¿Te gustan estas botas? Ni que las pusieras a la escuela.

My reservations about this experiments have been vindicated by the laboratory's results.

Some Catholic priests were aware of their intentions and tried to dissuade them; they did not, however, notify the government. Traitors rented a house near Parliament using fake IDs and stockpiled 36 barrels of gunpowder into the cellar right beneath it. Guy Fawkes was left to set off the explosion. However, the 26th of October, an anonymous letter was sent to Lord Monteagle, a catholic gentleman, advising him of the plot in order to prevent him from attending the event. Instead of doing as told in the letter (escaping and burning it), he promptly notified Robert Cecil, Earl of Salisbury and James’ chief minister. At first, he seemed to take the tip-off coolly, but odds are he just wanted to make sure the traitors would carry on their plan and be caught red-handed. The night of 4th November, royal officials searched the cellar and arrested Guy Fawkes, who was tortured, tried for treason and executed.
It is widely assumed that Francis Tresham, Lord Monteagle's brother-in-law, wrote it, albeit he managed to convince his fellow plotters otherwise. Another possible sender would be Salisbury himself, in which case, the plot would have just been a propaganda coup for the government. Moreover, there are some mysteries surrounding the plot that support this hypothesis, such us how they managed to move 36 barrels across River Thames and to carry them with no one the wiser or the fact that the government had a monopoly of gunpowder.
Catesby insisted in continuing as planned and moving on to the second part of the plan. They intended to gather Catholic gentry from England and Wales, but only 50 joined them. They were eventually found and Catesby and other two were shot dead. Some others were arrested.
In celebration of his survival, James I ordered that the English people should have a great bonfire on the night of November 5th (Bonfire Night). Traditionally, an effigy of the Pope was burned. Nowadays, 'Guys' (Guy Fawkes) are burned instead.

I'm trying to improve my English by reading stuff and rewriting immediately after a text using my own words without looking at the original source. Therefore, I'd be very appreciative if you could spot any mistakes or unnatural words and sentences out there. Thank you!
After Elizabeth I died childless in 1603, James I of England and VI of Scotland became king (1603-1625), who had inherited the Scottish throne when he was only 13 months old. His childhood was turbulent, and later on married Anne of Denmark, with whom had 9 children. James I was a strong advocate of royal absolutism and the divine right of kings, which asserted kings derived their authority directly from God and, therefore, could not be held accountable for their actions by an earthly authority (such as Parliament), only by a divine authority. This earned him a reputation for narrow-mindedness and conflict with an increasingly self-asserted Parliament, which set the stage for the rebellion against his successor, Charles I. He commissioned a version of the Bible, which remained the standard text for more than 250 years - the King James’ Bible.
The Gunpowder Plot
13 young catholic gentlemen from the midlands had being conspiring a frustrated plot led by Robert Catesby to blow up the king, the House of Lords and House of Commons the 5th of November 1605 on the ceremonial opening of Parliament. The family links of a fellow plotter, Thomas Percy, to the powerful Earl of Northumberland, for whom he worked as steward, would help the conspirators gain access to Parliament. After the explosion, they would gather together the Catholic gentry of the Midlands and seize Princess Elizabeth, the only one of King James' children who would not be present at the ceremony. They wanted to return England to the Catholic faith and hoped for a new monarch (Jame's 9-year-old daughter) who was brought up to be sympathetic to their cause.

I commented on a question on Hinative.com, like the following. Please let me know if you found anything on it.
─ question ──
https://hinative.com/en-US/questions/18239260
── ──
そば(soba) mainly shows like "close to," "near by."
ex.)
└ = A mosquito is flying there, close to you.
With がわ(gawa), I can feel something opposite to it, or some border of a group including it.
ex.)
└ = Please walk on the right side of the steps. (not on the left side <- opposite [ right vs left ] )
となり(tonari) usually means like mixed "next to" with "aside of."
ex.)
└ = Is the seat next to your right/left taken?
another::
Tsughi) means "next," especially in a list, so it is sometimes used as "next to" as well.
ex.)
└ = Next to tennis, I like playing soccer best. {1st: tennis; 2nd: soccer}
ex.)
└ = I'm the next from him. { …; he; me; …}

The sights, smells and unique atmosphere make the souk my favorite place in the world. The smell of spices and new cooked bread, the feel of the heat, the shouts of the stallholders and the bright colors of different vegetables. prepare for all your senses to be overwhelmed at once as you enter the souk is just more alive and an excellent place to get more relaxed even if you aren’t intending to shop, but who goes to the souks without coming back with something you can’t resist it. there you will find the fresh fish ,the seasonal vegetables and the boneless meat the souk was and always the heat of every Moroccan city just enjoy it as we do
The most famous Moroccan markets and souks is Marrakech souks Many travelers will be staying in, or at least passing through, Marrakech which has a host of excellent souks to explore. Packed the rafters with goods and people, they might feel a bit overwhelming at first, but if you dive in and let the atmosphere, sights, smells, and sounds, wash over you for a moment, you will be transported to another world. There are many different souks in Marrakech all in the same area and they are roughly divided by what they sell, although to a first-time visitor they might all seem to blend into one.
Another famous one is Souk el Attarine, Fez I love it teeming with living history – it is perhaps one of the best examples of medieval civilization left, with its trades and crafts having barely changed for a millennium. In the shops at the Souk el Attarine, you will find all sorts of wonderful goods for sale, including spices, herbs, incense, and traditional Moroccan crafts.
Finally, Essaouira Fish Market (which is my birthplace) also known as Mogador It’s an 18th-century European fortified seaport and the original architecture and layout are incredibly well-preserved. The souks fill the lanes of the town, but for something different to the usual slippers and woven throws, head down to the famous fish market there and try the freshest catch of the day
Since you head to souk I give some guides
NAVIGATING THE SOUKS
Most souks have many alleys and they are built in very complicated way the best way to find your way is just to ask someone, and people will be more than happy to help, If you are woman it is best to ask another woman. another option is buying a map, but most souk maps are not that good or you will find one ,on the other hand Using you phone GPS is great idea but you don’t stick your head to your phone missing the whole experience .
HAGGLING AND BARGAINING
Bargain in souk is something to expect you’ll notice the deeper you go into the souks, the cheaper it gets. Avoid asking for prices if you do so, as asking for prices implies, you’re keen to buy. Then if you don’t, you may find the shopkeepers making rude remarks.
If you already know what you need, ask the locals at your Riad or hotel what to expect to pay. They will be glad to help! If you find something you need to buy, it’s time to haggle/bargain!Haggling is almost a tradition in Morocco For many, it’s even fun!
There is more to tell about the big Moroccan souks, and there are too many of them to cover in brief paragraph
