Gestern, Heute, und Morgen
Gestern, hat es geschneit! Es gibt so viel Schnee jetzt. Heute, bin ich so müde. Ich lerne viel von meine Lehrveranstaltungen und meine Professoren sind sehr nett und informativ. Morgen, freue ich mich auf meine Lehrveranstaltungen. Ich liebe lernen! Nächstes mal schreibe ich, werde ich mehr schreiben versuchen.

Di solito quando mio babbo parla dei “bei vecchi tempi”, solo fingo di ascoltare. Ma lui ha avuto un’idea allettante su come potremmo celebrare le fine degli esami quando partiamo della scuola, prima che andiamo tutti in strade separate. Ha suggerito che noi prendiamo una pagina dal suo libro – pare che quando fosse diciottenne, avesse comprato un Interrail Pass con alcuni dei suoi amici e abbiano viaggiato in treno da una parte all’altra del’Europa. Questa era stata negli anni 80, quando metà del’Europa era dietro la Cortina di Ferro, avvolta nel mistero per gli adolescenti dall’ovest. Per viaggiare in un parecchio di paesi avevi bisogno di applicare in anticipo per un visto, quindi una cosa abbastanza difficile. La loro idea era d'intravedere qualche cultura europea, tuttavia non posso non pensarci quanto cultura lui abbia visto in realtà.

Und dann hörte er ein wilde Tier. Er war sehr erschrecken. Er kletterte auf einen Baum und warte ein lange Zeit bis es still ist. Kurz bevor Nacht er bekommt Angst und verzweifelt suche für seine Freunde, aber er kann niemand finden. Er schlaft und die nächste Morgen besser fühlen. Er folgt dem Fluss und findet seine Freunde am Strand. Das war sehr knapp!

最近全部の会社のアイコンやロゴや絵などはその簡単のミニマリズムという様式ばかりだ。理由が分かれる、小さいの携帯電話のスクリーンであまり複雑な物を見えないし、会社たちはもっと簡単で読みやすい絵が好きだ。でも、いい理由があっても、私はこの様式が詰まらないと思う。昔の会社のデザインはバラバラで、一つ一つ違う。アップルは虹色なリンゴのロゴもあったが、今のアップルは絶対にそうしない。ただその真面目な灰色のやつだ。そして、全部同じようなデザインが集まって、逆に分かりにくくなる。グーグルは全部のアイコンは同じようなスタイルに変化した後、私は時々間違うアップをクリックする。何年間前の変化くせに。

Essay
It has been said that being punctual is an important trait for a person. If we arrange a meeting or an appointment, we need to attend it on time. Otherwise we will create a negative impression to the others.
Latecomers are always unacceptable, but there are so many people being not able to be bang on time. Why? Perhaps it is because of our type. According to Laura Clarke, those punctually-challenged people tend to have same characteristics, such as optimism, low levels of self-control, anxiety, or a penchant for thrill-seeking. It is also worth pointing out some of them are time benders, trying to make every second count; however, everything does not necessarily run like clockwork. Sometimes your punctuality inescapably slips.
Despite all these explanations, being late is still inexcusable. If the meeting you are going to attend is essential, then being on time is of paramount importance for you; if not, then take your time, but try not to be too late first. You do not have to rush through it, do it one step at a time until you eventually manage to be punctual.

Back in 1985, I went to Hefei to do my graduation fieldwork. One of the fieldwork places was Hefei Agricultural Machinery School, which was located in the west part of Hefei. One thing that left an unforgettable impression on me was the noodles made by a few street vendors outside the northern gate of the school. The price is about 0.3 rmb per bowl. It was made like this: noodles were already steamed, just needed to boil some water, then put the noodles into the boiling water, added some cut scallions, salt and a small lump of cooked oil and then, the noodles were done. Even now I can smell its smell, so delicious, especially its soup, which is my favorite. I really like its flavor. I don’t know if there are still such kinds of noodles in Hefei? If so, please tell me where? I will definitely go eat it, and find back my youth by the way.

Ich und meine Banke
Meines 18 geburtstag war in December. Ich brauche zur Bank gegangen haben und meine neue EC-karte erstellen. Die Fräulein in die Banke hat mir alles ëklaren. Ich habe mein neue Gehaimzahl erstellen. "Sie müssen dine Gehaimzahl merken. Wenn Sie Deine Gehaimzahl vergessen werden, dann du werde eine neue EC-Karde erstellen." Sagt sie. "Ja ich merken das. Ich müsse nicht schriebe das in meine handy, ich merke das." Habe ich gesagt. Wenn ich zu Hause gekommen habe, ich habe mein Gehaimzahl vergesse und ich musste zur Banke nochmal gegangen haben. Es war furchtbar undicht werde meine neue Gehaimzalh in die handy schreiben immer.

Una nueva palabra cada día
Hace algunas semanas, descargué «palabra de día» aplicaciones por los idiomas que estudio y me ayudan mucho. Cada día, recibo un anuncio de mí teléfono con la palabra del día. Por ejemplo, la palabra del día hoy es «osado» y hay oraciones de modo de ejemplo. Es una manera simple para mejorar tu vocabulario. ¡Lo recomiendo!

Brave New World
I finished reading ”Brave New World." The book was so good that I couldn't believe that it was written about 90 years ago. The story contained many interesting settings and the characters were also unique. In this world, people use a drug, which has no side effect, regularly instead of alcohol. Therefore, people don't feel uncomfortable, upset, and angry. However, even if this drug existed, I wouldn't use it. I think negative emotions to some degree are necessary to live a meaningful life.

In this sentence, “this" should refer to our group or anything we have achieved or have established through our efforts, but what does it mean by saying “bringing Hefei together”? 把合肥带到一起? 让合肥更团结? 更有凝聚力? 更强大? or something like this?

Writing Prompt - Mistake
Jane and Henry looked at the shattered vase on the floor. The two twins were playing baseball inside the house, despite their mother's warnings, and accidentally broke the vase with the ball. They exchanged a worried glance. "What do we do? Mom will come home any second." Jane whispers. "Let's say a bird flew in and crashed into the vase." Henry replies. Jane shoots him a mean glare. "Do you really think Mom is gullible enough to believe something as stupid as that? The window isn't even open right now." She says. "Let's be honest and own up to our mistakes instead." Henry rolls his eyes. "Lame. She's going to punish us so hard when she gets home." He says, groaning. Jane puts her hands on her hips and argues, "Well, she's going to punish us even worse if she finds out we lied about it!" The two siblings bicker and argue until they hear the front door open. "Oh no..." They say simultaneously. Their mother walks into the room, and with arms crossed screams, "WHAT IS THIS??"
The twins said their excuse at the same time, thus jumbling their sentences. "A bird flew in while playing baseball!"

La semana de los ingenieros
Este semana mi oficina está celebrando "La semana de los ingenieros" y cada día uno de los empleados tiene que traer algo para compartir. La verdad es que con la rotación de la oficina, solo hay una compañera y yo (ademas de los dos supervisores de los equipos de construcción). Ayer mi compañera compró café para los supervisores y yo, y hoy compré batidos para cada persona. El miércoles y jueves vamos a celebrar (por reunión virtual) la boda de mi compañera y la compañía va a comprar el almuerzo. El viernes mi compañera va a preparar desayuno.

I tried to translate 值这个价钱 into English. Each translator gave the answer of “worth the price". I don’t think this is a complete sentence, and I think there must be something wrong with this sentence. For this sentence, “worth” is an adjective, “the price” is a noun. There is no subject and predicate in this sentence, so I think it’s just a fragment, but I am not sure if I am right because every translator gave the same result. I hope someone can help me out. Thank you guys in advance.

Ça fait longtemps que j'écris en français. Heureusement, je continuais de lire en français. Malheureusment, je n'ai que lu une phrase par jour essentiellement. Je pense qu'essaierai d'écrire plus souvent. Je m'a dit que j'écrirais quelque chose chaque mardi et jeudi, mais je ne veux pas. Est-ce que je n'apprendrais jamais le français?

Los terremotos
Recuerdo el primer terremoto en que estaba. Yo no tenía más que cinco años, y me asustaba mucho. Había estado jugando en el sótano, cuando de golpe todo empezó a temblar. Las luces parpadeaban mientras gateé las escaleras. Entonces mi madre me cogió y nos unimos con todos los vecinos en la calle. Ahora cuando lo pienso, no me teme puesto que había tan mínimo daño. Sin embargo, no creo que me teman los terremotos tanto como sus efectos secundarios, especialmente los tsunamis.
Los hemos experimentado los terremotos a lo largo del tiempo. Hay registros chinos que nos dicen de terremotos en el milenio uno antes de Christo. Sin embargo, dando que los terremotos provienen de los movimientos tectónicos, es razonable que supongamos que han ocurrido por millones y millones de años. No solamente los experimenta la Tierra, sino también otros planetas como Marte y la luna. Y lo más fascinante, en mi opinión, es que aún hay tanto que no sabemos sobre los terremotos. Aunque llevamos tenidos sistemas de medirlos durante miles de años, aún no los podemos predecir.
Al fin y al cabo, los terremotos son fuerzas de naturaleza poderosas, que pueden destruir mucho en un periodo de tiempo corto. Aunque los hayamos adaptado, todavía no los estamos seguros. Lo mejor que podemos hacer es prepararnos.
