Valdez, şahane nakavtle maçını kazanmıştı, bence yılın en iyi nakavtların birisinden aday Dün gece hasta hissedirken Selçuk Aydın VS Jojo Dan biricini maçını izledim. Şu gece İstanbul'daki hayran onların boksörüne desteklemeyi gözmek güzeldi. Şu gece Trabzonlu Selçuk Aydın, Dan'ın üzerinde maçını kazandı.

Nukleare Energie
Heutzutage ist nukleare Energie ziemlich seltsam und viele Länder haben immer mehr weniger Kernkraftwerke zur Verfügung oder wurden sie in der Vergangenheit kaum gebaut. Es ist wirklich schade, weil Kernkraftwerke eine große Menge Energie anbieten können und relativ umweltfreundlich sind. Grundsätzlich ist nukleare Energie nicht erneuerbar: die meisten Kernkraftwerke brauchen Uran um die Kernspaltung zu schaffen, somit gehört nukleare Energie zu den nicht erneuerbaren Energien.
Die meisten von uns haben bestimmt über die Tschernobyl-Katastrophe gehört, die schon lange her passiert ist. Obwohl die Schäden und Folgen der Katastrophe waren und sind immer noch enorm, gibt es noch eine Folge, die nicht so eindeutig ist: Kernkraftwerke haben sich in ein Tabuthema verwandelt.

Jigsaw puzzles
Jigsaw puzzles have had me fascinated. At the age of 10, I got the first one from my parents. It showed a rural landscape with mountains, bamboos, rivers and a bridge. Some years later, I had my second, third and more which I bought online. I noticed the difference between homemade and foreign products. The homemade ones had alphabets printed on the back side, giving some hints while the foreign ones had nothing on the back side.
I started from easy to difficult. So far I’ve completed 6 jigsaw puzzles in a year. Among them, I like Soda Cans by a Spanish artist Educa the most. The package was a bit heavy with 2000 pieces inside the box. In the beginning, I was busy with dividing pieces by 7 colors. After putting each of these colors into small boxes, I picked out the right angle pieces to make an outer frame. For a week I spent most of my free time piecing them together. Soda cans puzzle didn’t hang on the wall because it’s 136cm high and 48cm wide.
During piecing I put my phone and laptop away. The world seems quiet and I can finally immerse myself into piecing. Somehow it helps me with patience. Putting in order makes me pleasant. The only trouble is I have a painful neck for lowering my head on the ground too much.

Diary
The prosperity of this world is still based on great inequality. Such a structure is difficult to completely jump out of, but we can be aware of it and then do something to rebel against it in our daily life. Don't give out everything to this system without thinking, that will also allow us to find prosperity that is not cheaply fulfilling, not hollow.

Я люблю много книг, поэтому выбирать сложно. Одна из моих любимых книг "1984." "The Night Theatre" и "The God of Small Things" - тоже хорошие книги. Я тоже люблю "Преступление и Наказание" и "Братья Карамазовы", но это не написано на моем родном языке. На самом деле я предпочитаю русскую литературу.

瓦津基皇家公园
华沙公园当中，瓦津基公园是面积最大的，历史最长的。瓦津基公园于华沙中心，将国王斯坦尼斯瓦夫•奥古斯特与十八世纪建立。波兰语称为 ”Łazienki Królewskie”，大概的意思是“皇家浴场公园”。中文也称为肖邦公园因为肖邦与该园关系密切。瓦津基公园结合古典十八世纪的建筑与美丽自然园林的景观。
瓦津基公园结合古典十八世纪的建筑与美丽自然园林的景观。瓦津基公园的建筑很多，但最有名的叫水上宫殿。水上宫殿于人工岛上，周围有池塘。夏时可以坐小船从水上欣赏宫殿和公园的风景。池塘旁边还有露天剧场，夏天时有各种表演可以看。瓦津基另外一个特别有名的建筑是世界上最知名的波兰纪念碑，就是弗雷德里克•肖邦纪念碑。夏天时纪念碑前边还可以参加免费的“肖邦音乐会”。说到瓦津基公园的建筑也不能不提起古代中国式的小园。
波兰人常来瓦津基不是为了欣赏跟自己国家的历史有关的建筑，就是为了欣赏瓦津基公园漂亮的自然环境。公园里可以遇到一些小动物——不是别人遛的宠物，而是孔雀，天鹅和松鼠。特别是小孩喜爱给松鼠吃橡子或核桃。因为瓦津基公园已经三百多岁了，所以大部分的树长得很大，很粗。花的品种也很多，有的来自波兰，有的是从国外移植的，都有有不同开花的时间，所以每个月好像都有什么花正在开放。
去华沙一定不能错过瓦津基公园。如果谁想去瓦津基公园观光，最好是夏天去，因为那时可以参加各种很有趣的活动。

How is my winter holiday like
How time flies. I have arrived at school two days already. I solely can’t believe that my winter holiday is over now.
At the beginning of my winter holiday, I relaxed myself for a few days and had to find a part-time job: my mom forced me. To be honest, I had never did a job before, so I was nervous and curious. I took part in the interviews for the Walmart and hotpot store. I was chosen quickly from the Walmart and waited for it’s arrangement. During the waiting time, I was recommended to be a car-washing learner in the car wash. It was an incredible experience that I have to work 12 hours a day. What’s more, we nearly had not any time to rest and had a meal in turn. My nose became sensitive, sniffing a lot, due to the dust when I cleaned the cars. My feet was soaked in water often, they became smelly and really pain. So I only worked five days and applied for quitting to my boss. To my surprise, all the wages I had just 350 yuan, it’s very little. I felt I was cheat like a pupil.
Thank goodness, I was arranged to work from the Walmart. I spent all my holiday on working there. I was luckily worked in the clothing area, I was the only student worker here. It was such a leisure and easy time. My work time didn’t over seven hours, but I can get 90 yuan more each day, haha. Actually, it was also a boring job. I was standing or wandering there all the day and serviced guests sometimes, pointing out the way they asked, recommending different clothes. Sometimes I have no one to talk with me.
Looking back so far, all the experiences enrich my daily life. I not only got money which earned by myself but also enabled my horizon about social life, realizing earn money is no easy.

Glück
Während der Themenwoche zum Thema „Glück“ las ich einen interessanten Beitrag, der „Was bedeutet Glück“ heißt. Der Autor hat mehrere Anliegen zum Thema. Unter anderem ging er darauf ein, dass Glück etwas ist, was wir alle lernen können und daher keine Frage des Schicksals ist. In diesem Punkt stimme ich ihm nicht völlig zu, weil ich unter eine geistige Behinderung leide, die es erschwert, mich ein Glücksgefühl zu holen. Das ist nicht meine Schuld und es ist deswegen nicht so einfach, die negative Gedanken abzutrainieren. Im Gegensatz dazu finde ich den Punkt, in dem er sagte, dass Glück etwas Gesundes und Ansteckendes ist, einen wichtigen Gedanken. Damit habe ich eigene Erfahrungen, weil letztes Jahr ich viel Zeit mit meinen Freunden verbracht habe, damit ich mich nicht niedrig fühlte. In der Regel ist Zeit mit Anderen ein gutes Mittel gegen Deprimieren. Was auch Glück betrifft, ist die Lebenssituation einer Person. Es sagen, dass Geld nicht glücklich macht, aber meines Erachtens ist es gewiss den Fall. Der Autor hat bestimmte politische Prioritäten vorgebracht, die zum Glück führen würden. Ich fände es gut, wenn die Politiker diese Angelegenheiten handeln, um das Leben zu verbessern. Was mir vor allem in diesen Angelegenheiten eine persönliche Überzeugung ist, ist, dass Menschen sich stets über Geld und Rechnungen nicht sorgen sollten. Wie kann man sich das Leben genießen, wenn man einen Mangel an Grundbedürfnisse hat.

Anaglyphen
Anaglyphen, oder als 3D-Bilder bekannter, sind sehr interessant. Es ist ein Effekt der binokularen Rivalität, etwas noch nicht vollständig verstanden. Wenn man ein Bild, das aus zwei Komplementärfarben aus verschiedenen Perspektiven besteht, durch polarisierte Brille sieht, schafft das Gehirn eine Art Mischung, eine Abwechslung von Bildern, das die 3D-Effekt erreicht.

Minha adolescência
Quando eu era adolescente, eu saía com minhas amigas a dançar. Vestíamos vestidos, saias e sapatos altos. Mesmo em inverno, não vestíamos suéter ne moletom porque não queríamos pagar para guardá-los. Dançar era muito divertido, mas a gente bebia muito álcool também, e nós éramos garotas pequenas. Todavia íamos a escola.
Eu gostava muito da escola. Eu tinha boas notas e muitas amigas e amigos. Eu acho que aprendi muito na escola e que minha adolescência foi feliz, mas vejo agora alguns problemas, algumas coisas que não estavam bem. Os garotos e as garotas bebiam álcool e fumavam, e muitos garotos eram violentos com as garotas. Mas eu estudava muito e aprendia inglês, italiano e computação. Eu fui a universidade, mas muitos garotos de minha cidade não tiveram essa oportunidade.

Limited Express Train Would Help Infection
Most people are supposed to go to their office even during the COVID-19 pandemic. It is ridiculous that the government won't restrict the commuting hour, but the opening hour of restaurants. Although the railway companies must realize that crowded trains cause the spread of COVID-19, limited express train have prevented us from going back home comfortably and safely. We could find few people on the cars even in rush hours since buying an express ticket is troublesome and costs a lot. Consequently, the subsequent trains are prone to be crowded.

Hay Fever
Hay fever is a serious problem in Japan. Around this season, people become feel uncomfortable because cedar pollen starts to spread. Cedar trees have been planted for a long time to use as lumber, but imported lumber is more reasonable these days. Therefore, a lot of cedar remain and spread tons of pollen every year. Many Japanese people used a face mask before the epidemic of COVID-19, and pollen is one of the reasons.

La « terrible » langue polonaise
J'ai lu récemment un post sur LangCorrect, où l'auteur décrivait son expérience avec l'apprentissage de l'allemand. Ça m'a inspiré à écrire un post similaire sur le polonais.
Si on cherche sur Internet, le polonais est toujours mentionné parmi les langues les plus difficiles à apprendre. Souvent quand j'ai mentionné apprendre le polonais, on m'a répondu : « C'est difficile, le polonais ! ». Moi, franchement, je n'ai jamais ressenti ces difficultés. Certes, la grammaire polonaise est complexe, mais il y a quand même une différence entre « complexe » et « difficile ».
Quand j'ai commencé à faire mes premiers pas dans la grammaire polonaise, un conseil qu'on m'a donné c'était de ne pas se poser de questions. Il y a des règles « folles » qu'on doit tout simplement accepter telles qu'elles sont. Par exemple, pourquoi on utilise l'accusatif pour le COD, mais si le verbe est nié le COD va au génitif ? Pourquoi on utilise l'accusatif après 2, 3 et 4, mais le génitif après toute autre chiffre ? À l'époque j'avais accepté ces règles comme étant folles, sans me poser de questions, exactement comme on m'avait conseillé. Maintenant que je parle mieux le polonais, je connais la raison derrière ces règles, mais un débutant n'en a pas besoin. Au contraire, franchement je pense que lui expliquer ces règles ne va que le confondre.
Cette approche m'a beaucoup aidé, parce que j'ai commencé à considérer le polonais non pas difficile, mais tout simplement différent. Je pense que c'est ça le secret : une langue étrangère n'est jamais difficile, mais différente. Souvent les gens se sentent découragés quand ils ont du mal à apprendre une langue, mais je suis sûr que si on part de l'idée qu'une langue n'est que différente, ça va aider à changer de perspective et à l'apprendre plus facilement.
Bien sûr j'ai eu et je continue à avoir mes difficultés avec le polonais, mais je n'ai jamais compris comment peuvent les gens abandonner l'apprentissage du polonais au premier obstacle qu'ils recontrent. Si étudier une langue était facile, on connaîtrait tous au moins 20 langues.
Si je devais décrire mon expérience avec le polonais, je dirais que c'est comme gravir une montagne : bien sûr il y a beaucoup de difficultés au début, mais plus on avance et moins de route reste à faire pour rejoindre le sommet. C'est question de surmonter ces obstacles initiaux et puis il sera plus facile de faire des progrès.

My second elder brother used to be named X彪, and I think this is a good name. X is the last name and 彪 is the first name. 彪 generally means strong and healthy. No doubt it is a nice name, but later, he has to change it to 强. Of course, 强 has a similar meaning to 彪, it’s also a good name. But do you know why my second elder brother has to change his name? At that time, 林彪, our Vice President of the country, was knocked down. If my second elder brother didn't change his name, he would often be making jokes by others. My name used to be called X 奇, as well as my second elder brother's name, which was named by my father. 奇means unusual and amazing, and no doubt it’s also a good Chinese name. When I was in third grade in primary school, l changed my name too. It’s because somebody often made jokes on me by calling me 刘少奇. You guys may know that 刘少奇then was the president of our country, but unfortunately, he had also been knocked down for several years. Then my father had to change my name to X 旭, and I used the name up to today. 旭 means the sun rises in the morning. It refers to hope and the future. Although it’s not a bad name, I still prefer to use X 奇.

仕事とは何か
あなたにとって仕事とは何でしょうか。
会社の面接でこの質問を聞かれたことがありますか。これは面接官が、あなたの仕事に対するモチベーションと、理解度を把握するためだとよく言われますが、より分かりやすく言えば面接官が、あなたは「どんなことを得てで満足する人間なのか」知るためとなります。
では、今の仕事に満足している人は果たしてどれぐらいなのいるのでしょうか。一流の会社に勤務し、名誉や年収を得て生活も安定している、車が大好きだから車の整備士をしている、子供のごろころから憧れていたアイドルでとして活躍しているなど、仕事の満足の仕方にはいろいろなかたちがあります。しかし、私はそういう人たちと会った経験があまりなく、むしろ、仕事に対して不満がある人ばかり見てきました。
不満があればあるほど、最終的に仕事を嫌いになります。多くの自分の時間を捧げるのだから、仕事に関心を持てないと人生が不幸になってしまいます。そんな状態では人に喜んでもらえるような仕事は難しいように思います。
私が思うに、仕事は社会へ貢献してこそのものです。そのためには個人で会社の発展を追求するだけではなく、周りの支援が欠かせません。技術開発であれ、株式投資であれ、仕事においては、たくさんの人の力が必要不可欠です。しかし不平や不満は人を集めるにあたって邪魔になってきます。だからまず個人の幸せを追求する必要があります。
やりたいことを見つけて、切磋琢磨し合うことで充実感が生まれ、それは満足につながります。

私たちの地球
最近、有名なデビッド・アッテンボローの「A life on our planet」という新作ドキュメンタリーをネットフリックスで見た。私は普通、動物と環境について楽しく学びながらドキュメンタリーを見て、翌日に動画のメッセージを忘れてしまった。でも今回、環境問題や沢山動物がいなくなっているので、このドキュメンタリーに大変に影響を及ぼされた。それから、日常生活の中で色々な事を変えた。例えば、環境は牛に壊されているので、肉の代わりに野菜や果物や穀物を食べることにしていて、菜食主義者になっている。そして、二酸化炭素の排出を減るために車でジムに行く代わりに自転車を乗り始めた。私は一人だけなので影響をしないかもしれないけど、動物たちと環境のために絶対守りたいと思っている。

Tiffany Day has teased her upcoming track and music video!
The Asian Canadian singer shared sneak peek videos of her new music video on her Instagram today. The caption says, “yesterday we filmed a music video where i got to act like a complete psychopath and it was probably the most liberating performance of my life and i can’t wait for u all to see it.”
In a shared video, Tiffany Day acts screaming in a gothic-style lace shirt against the backdrop of a track played at a low volume, which is believed to be her new song.
Since early this year, Tiffany Day hasn’t stopped grinding with the back-to-back releases of “PRETEND” and “HOMESICK” in January and February, respectively.
The 21-year-old rookie singer initially popularized her name with numerous cover videos she had uploaded since her teenage years. Her cover of Demi Lovato’s “Sorry Not Sorry” with 22 million views and the video of herself singing into a well in Italy are some of her most popular videos. Currently attending a college in California, she once said that she was pushing herself to juggle her singing career and education.

ATEEZ dropped “I’m The One” yesterday. Even though ATEEZ is relatively unknown in South Korea yet, they’re already one of the most popular K-pop phenoms who take pole position in the global music market; their tracks have amassed tens of millions of YouTube views to date. So, I was excited about checking out their new track.
First of all, ATEEZ has demonstrated an anthemic and powerful musical style, a.k.a ‘spicy’ K-pop, since their debut. And “I’m The One” is true to their concept and style. I can tell that ATEEZ dug deep to come up with this solid track, as it perfectly matches with their style while bringing the addictive “hook song” vibe of K-pop. ‘Singing-rap’ style vocals from the intro, the impressive distorted 808 bass sounds in the verse, and the catchy drop that fuses EDM trap with hardcore really entertained me while listening to this track.
The downside is, though, the drop doesn’t sound clean to me. The producers of this track have probably added more sounds and instruments than necessary to make it explosive, which often happens in the K-pop world. Accordingly, that seems to have compromised the punchiness of kicks that usually move hardcore-style tracks like this forward. I guess that comes off as more disappointing, as their previous work, “Inception,” my favorite ATEEZ track, delivers fine-tuned mixing.
Still, I can see that international fans would love this track mainly because of its really catchy melodies in the chorus. (Not too sure about Korean fans, though.)
