Ordinary trains, known as the slow trains are the common transportation for most of the last generation. They carry the dreams and homesickness of Chinese people. Inside trains, there are various food smells, mostly instant noodles, and sounds such as people talking, kids crying and laughing.
Over the long holiday, usually, there are not enough seats. Sometimes passengers have to stand or take a bench with them to the destination.
With the development of society, more and more passengers prefer high-speed trains though tickets are much more expensive. But they shorten the time and provides a comfortable environment for passengers. Still, ordinary trains fulfill their duties, sending every passenger to his destination. These precious memories forever stay in our hearts.

Flw.

School started online on March 1, and we're going back to offline classes on March 12. To be honest, it sounds weird. Today I finally figured out why, it's because of the China's Two Sessions. Several VPNs suddenly don't work today, and it seems like the Great Fire Wall were getting higher again, which often means something big is happening in China. Sure enough, having sessions again. These sessions will run from March 4 to March 11, so it's no wonder classes run in such a strange way.
But the start of school did not bring me joy. I don't like the learning content in my major, some of them were very superficial, and some of the teachers were not very good academically. But before the final exam, these teachers would give us the key points of the exam. It's easy to pass the final exam by taking one day to recite these exam content. But what can students learn?
Facing the offline classes next week, I was also worried about the school lockdown due to the epidemic, which we had experienced last semester. School lockdown means that students are not allowed to leave the campus. In fact, I can't understand the need for this lockdown. The city where the school is located has only confirmed about 70 cases in total and now there are no more suspected cases. However, I need to work part-time in a hobby class at an elementary school. So I have to leave school, which means I may have to climb over the fence around the school again. :(

Despite the fact that I am Korean, I have always preferred watching American TV shows to Korean Dramas. Although I previously enjoyed a few K-Dramas, (such as Woman with Class) I always thought their storylines were a bit corny (/lame) and predictable.
But recently, out of boredom and curiosity, I decided to watch this K-Drama on Netflix, ‘Crash Landing on You,’ that features YeJin Son and HyunBin, and I greatly enjoyed its story.
The brief plot summary is as follows. YJ Son, an early 30s, adopted daughter of a wealthy South Korean family, accidentally lands on the North Korea-South Korea border, in a paragliding crash. (Anyone could be killed, if she/he gets spotted by officials in the restricted area.) YJ Son was to inherit her father’s company on the day of the accident, but she finds herself in a rural North Korean town near border, her parachute blown away by a sudden hurricane.
There, she meets Jung Hyuk Lee, a high-rank North Korean soldier, whose mission, originally, was to make sure no one crosses the border. She initially fears that he is going to turn her in to the officials, (which Lee seriously considers doing, initially) but he decides to keep her and protect her at his house, despite the risk of getting himself in a huge trouble. (After conflicting thoughts, he decides to do so because he wanted to cover up his subordinates’ mistake.)
YJ Son gradually develops love for Lee who risks danger to ensure her safety. Lee also realizes that he has deep affection for Son.
After many crises, Son safely returns to South, but they miss each other. They later somehow find a way that they could be together, at the end.
(Wow, summarizing a plot is so difficult !)
Anyhow, I really enjoyed this drama as to watch the whole series twice, consecutively^^; (on fast forward, though)
It’s funny how the couple started to date (in real life) after the show. They have been ones of my favorite actors/ actresses. I wish their happiness.
Also, I am proud that Korean writers have created this unique and beautiful piece/ scenario, whose story could have taken place only in Korea, not somewhere else. (for Korea being the only divided nation on earth)

I found that one twitter user boasted how many books he had read and introduced himself as a book lover. He seemed to be an influencer and let people know his recommendations. I couldn't help laughing at them because all of one hundred books he recommended were self-help books. I'd like to admire him to read a bunch of similar books without losing his interest.
People are prone to feel like understanding everything and becoming clever when they read self-help books. Self-help books are useful to encourage themselves and figure out the essence instantly. However, the essence is likely to become meaningless due to lack of details and accuracy. Though I can't introduce myself as a book lover, I have enjoyed history books, science books, novels, art, and essay from my childhood. I guess that one aspect of reading books is exploring the world which we never come across. Genuine book lovers must be judged by a variety of books as well as a amount of books they read.

"Curse of the Colonel" is one of the urban myths in Japan. In 1985, fans of the Hanshin Tigers throw a statue of Colonel Sanders into a river. Hanshin Tigers is a baseball team and won the league championship at that time. After that, however, the team fall into poor results and hasn't been the top in the Japanese league. The statue was found in 2009 while river maintenance work and the finder misunderstood it as a dead body.

Doyi Lee is back with "JUST REMEMBER." So, let me talk about this track today.
First things first, for those who don't know her, Doyi Lee is an up-and-coming Korean singer-songwriter who debuted with the widely loved r&b track "sorry I'm not in the mood" last year. Recently, she was even featured on the compilation album released by Converse, continuing her momentum.
Moving back to "JUST REMEMBER," it’s a dreamy synth pop (bubble pop) track reminiscent of the pop sensation Charli XCX and her frequent collaborator PC Music, a British music label. Its beat is decent, and the melodies are hypnotizing. I particularly enjoyed the catchy melodies and Doyi Lee's unique, peachey vocals.
However, the drop didn't give me the impression that it did its job. It sounded a bit thinner and emptier than she had probably intended and failed to spruce up the well-composed top line. I think that the kicks didn't have to be the typical "EDM" kicks that hit listeners right in the chest, but adding a bit more punchiness would've definitely helped the track do its justice.
Listen to Doyi Lee's "JUST REMEMBER" and share your thoughts!

Joven:

Poco a poco voy a mejorar.

The development of science has brought us a great change in our daily lives, and now, I want to talk something about it.
When I started to work, I wanted a lawyer's certificate, but I didn't know how to get it. Like, what conditions I should have, how many subjects do you have to pass in the exam, etc. It was so difficult to get this kind of information at that time. It was about 2000, I bought myself the first phone and it was Nokia C 5-03. This phone makes it easier to communicate with family, friends and colleagues, but apart from this, it seems no other use. Even around 2010, I think a phone is just for calls and not many other uses. Recently, the big feeling is that I don't think a phone is just a phone or its function is just for call, instead a phone can be everything, and you can't even live without a phone. Ordering food, clothes, even cars or houses can be through a phone. Seeing doctors can be through a phone. Paying various bills can also be by phone. In short, nothing can't be done with a phone. For me, the features of the phone I like the most may be the following: you can search for everything you want to know by phone, and you can study anything on your phone. There are many various learning apps, and the net speed nowadays is really fast. That is to say it is very convenient no matter what things you do on your phone. So I think the progress of science and technology is really amazing and has changed our lives dramatically, and we can't go back to the backward days anymore.

My computer broke yesterday. Actually, that was my fault, because I hit my oldie due to his slow running. He broke. Today, I've been scolding myself, because now, when I've cooled down, I clearly see what a fool I am. My friend has gone through so much next to me since I bought him! Do not correct "he" to "it" - this is my real attitude towards my broken Samsung, not a mistake! Yes, I'm a bit sentimental when it comes to things that serve me for so long. But also now I've got so many problems since he's been a keeper of my secrets. It's really hard to transmit them to another computer now.
I fixed my oldie once when I was in the States. Americans removed his old hard drive and changed it to the new one. That operation my friend endured patiently. This time, I doubt that he has even a slim chance to survive. It's time to say "Good bye!" Forgive me, my dear comrade! Thank you for your service!
