Traveling helps you to take a new look at the familiar.
From a distance, one gains an overview. This is the case in warfare and in one's own life. With spatial, temporal and mental distance, one sees processes from regular life through a different filter. Idag
Idag var jag i duschen klockan jättesent när jag kom ihåg att jag hade inte skrivit något än på LC. Jag brukar inte ta min telefon i badrummet men som tur är, jag hade tagit den idag eftersom ljusen gick sönder. Jag stoppade vattnet och kollat på klockan: det var 23.58! Jag hade bara två minuter för att skriva något! Min telefon är faktiskt ganska långsamt så jag hade bara en minut. Jag skrev några ord och publicerad den, med en bugg hände. Jag kunde bara publicerat den klockan 00.01, men det fungerade. Jag har fortfarande min "streak" :)

Mi nuevo lugar
Yo vivo en una nueva habitación desde hace el fin de la semana anterior. Comparto el apartamento con dos amables compañeras de piso y dos gatos.
Mi nueva ubicación está más cerca de mi lugar de trabajo y la universidad, por lo tanto no tengo que conmutar durante tanto tiempo.
Además, estoy en el centro de la ciudad vieja y con solo un poco de andar, tengo una buena vista al resto de la ciudad.

Weniger Arbeit, mehr Zeit
Wenn ich weniger arbeiten könnte, würde ich meine Zeit zwischen zwei Dinge teilen. Erstens würde ich mehr lesen und lernen. Ich finde so viele Fächer interessant (Psychologie, Politik, Wirtschaft, Ecologie, usw) aber mit ein Vollzeitjob ist es schwierig. Wenn ich mehr Zeit hätte, würde ich daruber gern lernen. Zweitens würde ich mehr Zeit bei meine Familie und Freunden verbringen. Die Leute, die wir lieben, sind so besonders wichtig. Oft haben wir zu wenig Zeit und Kraft, echte Beziehungen zu haben.

Kein Deutschunterricht
Mein Deutschunterricht hat heute nicht stattgefunden, stattdessen habe ich heute früh angefangen zu arbeiten.
Da mein Home-Office Büro sich im Schlafzimmer befindet, musste ich von dem Wohnzimmer aus arbeiten, weil ich meine Frau nicht aufwachen möchte. Das ist eine tolle Leistung, wenn man einen Laptop für die Arbeit hat.
Nach ich mir die Zähne geputzt habe, habe ich mir einen Kaffee gekocht and danach den Tag heiter begonnen.

is artificial intelligence a threat for mankind?
Few days ago I find myself watching an debate between Jack Ma, alibaba founder, and Elon Musk. I found it so interesting, but that fascinated me the most was the lack of knowledge in tech from one of the most richest person in the world, which is Jack Ma. This guy have founded one of the most important companies in asia that uses technology to operate, but he does not seems to be so familiarized with that subject.
Anyway, during the debate they were agreeing about how AI could be or not be a thread for humans and one of the arguments Jack Ma used to defend his position was, in a few words, that AI is not a threat because if we have the ability to create machines then we are superior, so If we are superior then we'll have the capability to keep them under our control.
That argument seems to be logic, I mean if you can create something, so you are superior to that and if you are superior you won't be controlled by that, but here Jack Ma confuses the means with the ends. Not because you can create something it means that you are superior to that, indeed we create things because we want to overcome our own limitations. We have created the telescope or the microscope which are deeply superior to our convencional eye, but not just because we were created them it seems that they are inferior, our eye is inferior.
Ok, but we can control the microscopes, but it is another fallacy in his argumentation. Not just because you can create sometime, you can take control over it. We can create a lot of drugs, but we cannot control the addiction in our societies.
Said that, it's for sure that AI could represent a threat for human live, probably not in the terminator's movie way, but AI is an instrument that can perform a lot of operations in milliseconds in tasks that could cost hours for humans to complete it. Simple things like our freedom could be threatened because of systems that uses facial recognition to restrict your beliefs or your relations. Malicious people could use it to control the people or even to track when you are more vulnerable to steal you, just based on your online behavior.

My hobbies
For me, I see hobbies as things we do to escape from everything around us. It's something you feel happy doing and makes life worth it's time. I don't always get attached to do the same hobbies, therefore it changes according to my mood or period of my life. I read and watch cartoons when I'm stressed and want to escape from the world. I draw and play the ukulele when there's something I need to get out of my chest. And I learn languages when I feel inspired or just want to have fun and be distracted (basically all the time). By hearing people talking about what they like to do the most on their free time, you learn about their personality and tastes, I think it's really cute hahaha

Traveling is not about figuring out what you want to do with your own future.
Traveling with the goal of finding out what course of study, profession or career you want to pursue in the future is a mistake. En mass, people migrate abroad after graduating from school, completing their studies as well as between job changes to find their future. Between sunny beaches, cool drinks, sweaty hostel beds and hikes through nature, however, this will not be found.
The world you enter during a trip is different from the one you spend most of your time in. Different rules and norms apply. Credit cards are usually more generous than at home, and social interactions - from flirting at the beach bar to bargaining at the bazaar - are more liberal than at home. The financial and social environment is only occasionally similar to that at home, which means that experiences abroad can only be transferred to the reality back home to a limited extent. In addition, the attention jumps from one new attraction to the next, so that hardly any time and attention remains for the planning of one's own future.
To find out what you want to do with your life, travel brings nothing, it is much more an escape from it, than a help. In order to find your way, there is no way around sitting down on the bottom of your own life, dealing in detail with the problems and possible solutions and planning your next steps. Hoping that your life plan will reveal itself to you while riding an elephant in Thailand is a nice dream. A dream that will never become reality.

Travel – What it is and what it's not
Why do you travel so much? A question that my mother had thrown at me a lot out of incomprehension. All that money would be much better invested in other things. You have to put it on the edge. Put it under the pillow. Bury it deep in the garden, so that you would be prepared for bad times.
I made her question my own and searched for an answer. Why do people like to travel so much? Work most of the year, spend their time in inconvenience, then once a year treat themselves with the highlight of traveling to every corner of the world.
For the following reflection, we define "travel" as a short or long trip to an unknown country to experience various new cultural, social and political experiences. Quite in contrast to "vacation", which aims at relaxation, tranquility and pleasantness.

L'été
Dans ma ville on fait quelques activités particulaires en été. Le soleil brille et on se dirige aux plages. Les plus populaires sont celles qui se trouvent au sud de Lima. Milliers de personnes fuient au sud pour recevoir les raies solaires sur la sable orange. Là-bas on jouit de la crème glacière et écoute de la musique entre amis. Cette année les choses sont un peu différents. Nous nous trouvons forcés de rester chez nous et trouver de nouvelles manières pour survivre la chaleur qui battent l'hémisphère sud.
L'été, est-il ma saison préférée ? C'est difficile à dire, j'adore être à la plage et nager un peu pour me rafraichir. Et pourtant, je crois que quelques fois, je préfère simplement rester chez moi et lire un livre en paix. L'été porte une obligation implicite de sortir et de profiter du jour. Je crois que la vie est meilleure quand on ne doit suivre que nos propres attentes. Il n'y a pas cette sensation dans l'hiver ou l'automne.

O que eu faço no meu tempo livre
No meu tempo livre eu gosto de me encontrar com minhas amigas. Neste tempo (?) dançamos ou cozinhamos juntos. às vezes assistimos filmes e séries também. Eu gosto de aprender línguas também, mesmo que seja difícil de fazer. Se eu pudesse, gostaria de fazer compras, viajar ou visitar museus também, mas infelizmente não é possível no momento. Quando estou sozinho gosto de assistir séries e ouvir musica.

Ein komischer Ei
Letztes Jahr habe ich einen sehr seltsamen Stein gefunden. Es war Gold und glitzerte mit silbernen Flecken. Es war so groß wie mein Kopf, aber leicht und ich konnte es mit einer Hand tragen.
Ich brachte es zu mir nach Hause und stellte es auf meinen Tisch.
Nach einer Woche hörte ich das Quietschen aus dem Stein und sah ein Knacken.
Es war kein Stein, sondern ein Ei!
Ich möchte noch kein Elternteil sein, ich musste dieses Kind zu seinen echten Eltern zurückbringen, bevor sie an mich gebunden waren.
Aber wo würde ich die Familie finden?
Ich dachte, dass sie vielleicht wie Vögel sind und die Eltern die Pieptöne des Babys hören können.
Ich nahm das Ei in den Garten und wartete viele Stunden
Ich sah endlich ein großes Tier am Himmel
Es war wie ein Reptil, aber mit Flügeln und glitzernden Schuppen fiel es herunter und packte das Ei in seinen Krallen.
Es war eine Erleichterung für mich, da ich nicht weiß, was ein Drache essen würde

An Affordable English Lesson
One of my labmates at the university came from USA. She couldn't speak Japanese at all when she visited us for the first time. However, it took a while for her to became better at communicating in Japanese. She seemed to have a part-time job at an English school. If I was interested in learning English as much as I am, I would ask her to give me feedbacks on my writing or pronunciation.
Last week, I came across the ad of the English school at which she had worked. I booked the trial lesson soon after clicking it since it was affordable and reliable. I'm looking forward to talking with native English speakers in person.

A Weird Children's TV Show
Today I saw a news named "Denmark launches children's TV show about man with giant penis" from The Guardian. This show is an animated series about a man who cannot control his penis. And his penis is so extraodinary that it can perform rescue operations, hoist a flag and even steal ice-cream from children. I can't quite get it. 🤨 Why produce such a show for kids? It seems to want to share #MeToo spirit to children through this animation. Tell kids to have a sense of responsibility and learn to control themselves. But can children really distinguish between reality and animation, and learn what we want? For example, we can tell children that Thomas can take risks with friends on the railway because it is a train. Children can't use magic because the owl hasn't sent them letters to the magic school. Of course, it's OK to be a Muggle. But this animation, does it make girls think that boys all have this magic penis? Will it make boys think that giant penis can have this magic control? It doesn't sound like a good gender education... Maybe I am too old, outdated and conservative😓.

Un jour avec un copain
D'hier j'etait dans la centre-ville avec un ami, parce que il voulait acheter une carte pour son petit-ami. Nous allions a la librairie, à proximité de la station de metro, puisque cette librairie et remarquablement grosse. Dans la librairie nous discutions quelque choses, par example notres routines quotidiennes.
Mon ami s'appelle Lucas y il est de France, mais il habite (moi aussi) en Francfort-sur-le-Main, Allemand. Nous sommes depuis novembre camarades et il est mon meilleur ami :) Malheuresement nous nous pouvons recontrer seulement une fois de semaine (parfois quinzaine), parce que il travaile et étudie tourjours. J'espere, que nous ayons plus de temps pour se recontrer, mais n'est juste possible.
Normalement nous passons le temps chez toi, parce qu'il a un studio. Nous commandons nourriture de un service en-ligne et regardons télévision ensemble. Je m'amuse toujours, si je sais avec lui - il est trés drôle!
