L'importance de savoir cuisiner
Aussi loin que je me souvienne, cuisiner me plaisait toujours. Ça ne veut pas dire que je sois comme un chef de renommé, type Gordon Ramsay ou quelqu'un d'autre ; mais même si mes compétences dans la cuisine sont simples, elles suffisent pour moi. En plus, je trouve cette activité très relaxante, car dans la cuisine il n y a pas de soucis, pas de stress, seulement les épices et les denrées. En les ajoutant les uns aux autres, on trouve le bonheur, lequel est doublé s'il y aurait quelqu'un pour partager les plats avec. Toute ma famille bien comme ma copine apprécie mes créations, même s'ils disent souvent qu'ils sont trop épicés pour eux. Je n'ai pas une specialité, je plutôt préfère élargir mes horizons culiniers, en lisant les recipes sur internet ou regardant tutoriels sur YouTube; l'unique chose que m'agace c'est que souvent après d'avoir lu la liste d'ingredients, je me dis a moi-même « putain j'ai pas même la moitie de ça ». Néanmoins, j'expérimente quand même, de fois en fois remplaçant ça qui manque avec quelque chose de similaire ou n'importe quoi. D'habitude ça marche.
C'est probablement à cause de ma flamme pour la nourriture que quand j'ai rencontré une personne qui ne savait pas du tout cuisinier, j'étais complètement stupéfait. Elle m'a raconté qu’au plus, elle réchaufferait un repas préemballé dans un microondas. Il était bizarre pour moi : de mon point de vue, c'est une compétence fondamentale en tant qu'un adulte. Si on dépend des autres chaque fois qu'on a faim, on perd un peu de son indépendance. Ça n'a rien à voir avec les rôles traditionnels de genre ou quelque chose comme ça: toutes les femmes et les hommes devraient également savoir cuisiner. La nourriture est un véhicule de nos cultures, les repas sont un élément indispensable de l'existence humaine, et je ne comprends pas pourquoi quelqu'un ne voudrait pas en participer.

家族の中に料理の最も上手な人は伯母です。彼女は私に和食を紹介してくれました。魚が嫌いだった私は伯母が作れた塩麹の鮭を食べたとたん、魚が好きになりました。きっと全部の魚ではなく、欧州的な作り方がまだ嫌いです。でも、和風の魚の料理は美味しいと思います。子供たちは色々な食べ物が好きではない理由はフランスの学校の食堂はまずいだと考えます。材料は新鮮ではなく、冷凍食品だからです。だけど、最近のエコロジー運動のおかげで学校は料理と食品を良くなるようにしています。日本の食堂は美味しいそうですが、本当ですか？行ったことがないから、日本の学校で食べたこともないです。
塩辛い食べ物というと、カレーは作りやすくて美味しいです。先週ゴールデンカレーを買いました。今週は作る予定です。お米と共に野菜とラタトゥイユもよく食べます。フランス人として、「ratatouille」を言うとみんなは「レミーのおいしいレストラン」も映画が出ます。フランス語での名前は「ratatouille」ですから。面白い映画だと思います。
甘い食べ物というと、色々な料理が好きです。チョコレートが入る食べ物はいつも美味しいだと思う。デザートは美味しい: ケーキ、クレープ、パンケーキ、タルトなど…
ケレープの作り方はとても簡単です。フランス人の皆さんは知っています。牛乳５００ｍｌ、粉２００ｇ、卵4個 (たった今祖母が教えた分量です。私たちはスクラブルを遊んでいます) 器に粉を入れ、泡立てた卵を入れ、だんだん牛乳を入れます。フライパンで炊け、とても簡単です！
嫌い物はあまりないです。料理は上手であれば、美味しいですよ。たぶん、肉が嫌いと言うことが出来ます。私はベジタリアンだから、二年間肉が食べないようにしています。動物の為にもエコロジーのためにも。そして、味はあまり好きではないです。肉を食べる習慣がなくなったから、見えると美味しくないと思って、嫌悪を感じます。ベジタリアンズムは地雷のトピックスでも共有しなければなりません。屠畜場の中に撮影された動画を見ると気分が悪くなるので、食事について責任があると思います。でも、ベジタリアンになるのは難しいから、常に私は他人の食べ方を見下せません。

पांचवा दिन: मेरी पसंदीदा फ़िल्म
हमारे आधुनिक विश्व में केवल एक फ़िल्म पसंद होना, कठिन है । लेकिन जब मैंने आज का प्रॉम्प्ट पढ़ा तो A Passage to India पहली फ़िल्म अपने दिमाग़ में थी । यह फ़िल्म एक किताब भी है, जिसे अंग्रेज़ लेखक E.M. Forster ने लिखा था । उसने यह कहानी 1924 में लिखी । कहानी की साजिश फ़िल्म और उपन्यास थोड़ी अलग है । उदाहरण के लिए, फ़िल्म में प्यार एक महत्वपूर्ण विषय है । लेकिन उपन्यास में मेरी राय में पहचान सबसे महत्वपूर्ण विषय है । दूसरे महत्वपूर्ण विषय हैं - धर्म, साम्राज्य, स्वराज और स्वतंत्रता आदि ।
कहानी में पात्रों के नाम बहुत रोचक हैं क्योंकि हर पात्र एक विषय का प्रतिनिधित्व करता है । जैसे, डॉक्टर अज़ीज़ के द्वारा स्वतंत्रा का प्रतिनिधित्व करता जाता है । वह पाकिस्तान के सवाल का भी प्रतिनिधित्व करता है । और मिस अडाला क्वेस्टड (Miss Adela Quested) के द्वारा न्याय का प्रतिनिधित्व करता जाता है । मुझे इसका एहसास हुआ कि जब मुझे पता चला कि अरबी में Adala (عدالة) का अर्थ न्याय या समानता है । कहानी का अंत में मिस अडाला ने ब्रिटिश साम्राज्य के खिलाफ बोलती है , जिस से कोर्ट में उसने डॉक्टर अज़ीज़ की मासूमियत की रक्षा की । मुझे लगता है कि फ़ॉर्स्टर हमें बताना चाहता था कि ब्रिटिश राज बहुत क्रूर था और न्याय आ रहा था । इससे हमें मानव स्वभाव के बारे में गहराई से सोचना चाहिए ।

Un Nouveau Pays
J'ai veçu dans nombreuses villes dans le sud des États-Unis, et aussi en Budapest. Après j'ai retourné de Budapest à cause de Covid-19, c'est réconfortant être encore aux États-Unis. Je pense que peut-être j'aimerais vivre dans le nord ou l'ouest-- j'ai une amie qui habite à Boston, et une qui habite quelquefois en Wyoming. J'aime visiter les parcs nationals, et dans le nord et l'ouest il y a beaucoup. Mais quelquefois je pense que je préférerais retourner en Europe. J'ai aimé habiter à Budapest, mais je ne pense pas que je veux y vivre à nouveau. Le gouvernement hongrois c'est pas bon. Mais ce serait merveilleux si je pouvais être avec mes amis hongrois encore. Si je retourne en Europe, je voudrais vivre à quelque part francophone, parce que je peut comprendre le français (un petit peu :) ). Mais à ce moment, j'étudie aussi l'allemand et le japonais...peut-être je peux vivre dans ces pays :)

4.4.21: La comida que no me gusta
¿Existe una comida que odio? No lo sé. He degustado varios platos de muchos países y probado alimentos que son un poco “diferentes” como medusas, gusanos y serpientes. Rara vez encuentro un plato desagradable. Mientras el plato no esté podrido puedo comerlo. Sí, no soy una aficionada del natto (un plato japonés de semillas fermentadas de soja), pero puedo comerlo si es necesario. Sin embargo tengo algunas reglas: no como monos (claro, tampoco humanos…), animales que aún viven o se mueven. Por ejemplo, en China hay una comida que se llama “camarones borrachos”. Los camarones se sirven en una salsa alcohólica y todavía viven y se mueven. Ostras frescas en restaurantes franceses viven también. Además he oído que hay restaurantes japoneses que sirven pescado tan fresco que todavía se mueve, aunque ya esté muerto. ¡No cuenten conmigo! No obstante hay una comida que quería probar: Surströmming (arenque fermentado), una especialidad sueca. He oído que su olor es absolutamente repugnante. Tal vez finalmente encuentre un plato que odie.

가장 좋아하는 밴드가 있다면...?
이 질문은 되게 대답하기 어려운 그런 질문인 것 같아요. 제가 좋아하는 밴드가 너무 많아서 딱 하나만 꼽기가 쉽지 않네요. 음... 요즘 제가 푹 빠져 있는 아티스트가 있기는 한데 밴드라고 하기가 좀 그래요... 제가 말하고 있는 아티스트를 알려 드리도록 할게요. 바로 다프트 펑크입니다! 다프트 펑크는 프랑스 출신의 일렉트로닉 뮤직 듀오거든요? 그래서 밴드라고 하기가 좀 어색하죠. 사실은 최근에 다프트 펑크가 해체 선언을 했는데요. 그 그룹이 28년 만에 해체했다는 소식을 들었을 때 정말 충격을 받고 좀 아쉽기도 하고 그랬어요. 굉장히 창의적이고 독창적인 아티스트여서요. 그 분들은 왜 이런 결정을 하게 되신 걸까요? 인터넷에서 더 자세히 찾아 봐야겠네요.

Freizeitaktivitäten
Freizeitaktivitäten, die ich am meisten in meinem Alltag treibe sind Lesen, Sport treiben und Kochen. Lesen ist ein untrennbares Teil meines Lebens seit der Grundschule. Verschiedene Arten von Büchern sind mir höchstinteressant. Dazu gehören z.B. liebes Romane, Kochbücher und Selbstbewusstseinbücher. Seit geraumer Zeit habe ich Interesse an Kochen und probiere neue Gerichte sehr gerne aus. Sport spielt auch sehr große Rolle in mein Leben. Über die Jahren habe ich sehr viele Sportarten gewechselt. Alle sind im Bereich Selbstverteidigung. Mit Judo habe ich angefangen. Dann Ringen und als letztes Kickboxen. Schon zwei Jahre trainiere ich Zuhause allein. Sport war nie ein Ziel für mich um berühmt zu werden, sondern um fit und gesund zu bleiben.

锅盔
我在成都的时候， 就热爱吃锅盔。锅盔的做法是先煎后烤， 使它的外面吃起来嘎嘣脆， 同时里面还是很软的。
有一天我在旅行中买了一个从来没吃过的锅盔， 和之前吃过的好不一样，问了师傅小吃叫什么名字。“锅盔！”， 他笑着回答。 那个时刻我才意识到，我知道的锅盔不是唯一的锅盔， 其实有很多种类。
我在成都喜欢吃的那个锅盔包着一种特好吃的馅。其实，我不知道馅由什么原料组成，但是一定要放胡椒，辣椒，猪肉或者牛肉，还有必不可少的花椒。成都人吃肥肠粉的时候经常也点一个锅盔。不过，我最喜欢的锅盔店不是卖粉。这家店不是餐厅，而是一个很小的不能进去那样的地方。菜单上只写着十二个字：

这家店离我的房子只几步就到这么近， 所以我离开家或回到家的时候感觉有点饿，就随便买一个。一年中吃的锅盔放在一起做一个食塔, 塔可能是比我身体高两倍！

Mein Weg nach C1
Mein Weg bis hierher war gar nicht kurz oder leicht. Damals als ich angefangen habe Deutsch zu lernen, habe ich gar kein Ziel gehabt. Mehrere meiner Reise habe ich ohne Ziel fortgesetzt. Dazu gehört auch die deutsche Sprache. Ich habe in der Schule angefangen Deutsch zu lernen und so ganze zwei Jahre in meiner Heimatland. Aber es ist immer anders, wenn man neue Sprache lernt, dies aber nicht gesprochen wird. Also es fiel mir schwer in der Schule, bis ich nach zwei Jahre nach Deutschland kam und die deutsche Sprache genau gegen mir stand. Es war schön bedeutungslos, ob es mir schwer fehlt oder nicht. Ich war schon da und musste es allein schaffen. Dann kam meine schwerste Höhepunkt in Deutschlernen. Ich ging zur Schule und alles war auf Deutsch. Es war ein Schock für mich. Deswegen habe ich mein Leidenschaft zu Bücher ins Spiel gesetzt und seitdem hat sich mein Verhalten zu diese Sprache, die so fremd für mich war, sehr viel verändert. Ferner ist zu erwähnen, dass ich jegliche Bücher gesucht und gelesen habe. Die Tatsache: ich musste meine Sprachkenntnisse erweitern. Was mir auch sehr viel half war Radio. Neben Musik hören, habe ich sehr viele Nachrichten angehört und neulich auch Podcasts. Seit einem Jahr habe ich mir ein Ziel gesetzt und das war das Niveau B2, aber nachdem ich die Prüfung bestanden hatte, hatte ich es noch nicht satt. Mein Gehirn würde immer neugieriger auf das, was noch kommt. Aus diesem Grund habe ich weitergemacht. Jetzt bin ich kurz vor meiner C1 Deutsch Prüfung und freue mich auf jeden Tag auf das was mich noch erwartet. Ich bin offen für Herausforderungen und nehme sie an. So stehe ich hier und möchte nach vier Jahren nicht aufhören Deutsch zu lernen. Darum versuche ich mich jeden Tag zu verbessern, weil die deutsche Sprache ein Teil von mir geworden ist und ich vorhabe noch mehr davon zu erfahren.

Adopting an active method for language learning
So far I've been exposed a lot to the English language since it's quite a ubiquitous language. Essentially, I think that the best and easiest to find content regarding many matters on the internet is in English, therefore I just started translating content and started picking up something here and there, starting with texts then evolving to watching YouTube videos and watching anime series with English subtitles. As time went on, I started noticing that I was already able to understand a lot of this language and some time ago, choose to be more immersed in English: I changed the language of my smartphone and computer to English, decided to only watch movies in English, to play videogames only in English; and, more recently started watching American TV, which I found very good for getting used to spoken English, I've been watching the channel CBS News, that contains subtitles but they appear a little after the speeches so I can pay total attention to the voices and when I don't understand something, I look for the subtitles. Sometimes I can understand the written word but sometimes not, so I look for its dictionary definition or translate it to Portuguese. I also plan to buy an e-reader, those things seem to be pretty helpful when it comes to reading books in a foreign language since I can easily look for the dictionary definition of words in a very practical way. Initially, I'm planning to read translated Chinese wuxia and xuanhuan novels, history books about the bronze age Europe and Stephen King's books as well, he seems to be a good author for people who fall in the intermediate level.
But still, although I've been receiving all these language inputs, I noticed that I'm not really producing anything with the language I'm learning. So I looked up places to learn how to properly and ended up here in LangCorrect, that's exactly what I was looking for! I'm looking forward to producing texts on a regular basis and tackle English grammar. I also find it pretty cool that I can help people with their Portuguese skills, it's great to be helpful for someone, I know how hard is tough learning a language can be, especially regarding output skills, since even if we can understand reasonably well a language, many times we don't pay much attention to grammar words (I have a bad time trying figure out if I should use 'in', 'on' or 'at'; 'this' or 'that'; and even 'to' or 'for', for instance).
To conclude, I find it noteworthy to say I'm actually surprised that I was able to write all this. Even in my own native language, I have always been a bad writer and struggled to learn grammar as I speak in a somewhat grammatically incorrect way and always had low scores whenever I had to write something while in school. I'm also a lurker on most websites and online communities I frequent, so I'm pushing myself a little to do this since I find it important for the development and improvement of my English skills. The Grammarly browser extension was also fairly useful to write this, it corrected some mistakes I did.

4/30 Il mio cibo preferito
Non posso scegliere il mio cibo preferito, è impossibile. Croquetas, tortillas... Allora, scelgo il cibo spagnolo. È una parte molto importante della nostra cultura.
E il cibo che non mi piace è un cibo specifico per la Pasqua, chimato "Torrijas", che è un pezzo di pane fritto, bagnato in late, con le uova e un po' di zucchero. L'odio perché quando ero piccolo lo dovevamo cucinare a scuola ogni anno, e c'era tanta pressione a farlo bene e velocemente, perché non dovevamo bruciarlo.

Day 2: Hobbies
I don’t have many hobbies, for sports I’m very lazy, I don’t make much exercises or workouts but I really enjoy reading, so my favorite hobby, or the one I actually do more often is to read.
I like to write and to read.
I also like watching Tv series but I don’t think that could count as a hobby.
Back to the topic, I like to read a lot of things, since articles, blogs, environmental stuff and novels, usually I read more novels: novels of love, or books of fantasy.
I like Harry Potter and I have lost the count of the times I have read that book series, the seven of them. My favorite writer is J.K. Rowling, I also enjoy Carlos Ruiz Zafon, who is an Spain writer that died last year from Cancer, but his books are so good that I thing, everyone needs to give him a chance.
So, I could say I have two hobbies. Writing and reading.

4. April Challenge Beitrag
Das heutige Thema ist Essen. Was esse ich am liebsten oder was ist mein Lieblingsessen und mein unbeliebtestes Essen. Bevor ich nach Deutschland umgezogen war, aß ich gern Tacos. Leider sind meiner Meinung nach Tacos bzw. mexikanisches Essen in Deutschland zu schlecht, da das Geschmack des Essens nach dem deutschen Gaumen angepasst ist.
Deswegen ist Döner jetzt mein Lieblingsessen. Ich liebe es, einen wärmen und knackig Döner zu essen. Auch ist das Preisleistungsverhältnis eines Döners unschlagbar. Zum Glück mag meine Frau auch Döner und normalerweise essen wir Döner einmal pro Woche.

Talking about food
It's not easy to choose just one dish, because I love eating, but I guess that french fries with fried eggs would be on the top of my list. However, the more I grow older the more I'm fond of spoon dishes and vegetables. I guess I'm starting to concern about my health and french fries are not famous for their benefits.
What I have no doubt about is that breakfast is my favorite meal; the best thing about waking up is eating a delicious breakfast. I like eating oatmeal, usually with berries, but I also add bananas, chocolate, or nuts. I sit at the table and eat while drinking black tea.
On the other hand, there's no one specific dish that I hate or something. I don't especially enjoy corn in salads, neither I like sugar on my tea or coffee (I'd rather sweeten it with milk). But I'm not allergic to any ingredients and I don't find any plate disgusting, so I can eat at anybody's mama's home without having a bad time. And that's great for every first time having dinner with your couple's parents.

Meu prato favorito
Meu prato favorito se chama Spätzle. É um tipo de massa que vem do sul da Alemanha. Os ingredientes são farinha, água e ovos. Nós comemos com lentilhas ou em uma sopa chamada Gaisburger Marsch.
Além disso, temos um prato chamado Maultaschen. É um tipo de massa também, mas parece um grande ravióli. Esse prato foi inventado na idade média porque naquela época a igreja proibia comer carne às sextas-feiras. Por causa disso, as pessoas escondiam a carne dentro da massa.
Eu não gosto de peixe ou algum animal que vem da agua. Eu não gosto do gosto de beringelas e zuccinas também.

Food? - Day 4
I'm not really fond of eating so this question especially hard for me to answer. Also considering I don't have appetite recently, it is hard to come up with one. I like them equally? Howewer, I really like my brother's hamburger. Unlike me, he likes to be in kitchen and he is very good at it.
There are ton of I don't like to eat. I guess, leek would be first among the things I don't like to eat. I don't know why but I really doesn't like leek.
