Blue Bottle
Blue Bottle ist ein aufstrebendes Kaffeeunternehmen. Es wurde von dem Klarinettisten James Freeman gegründet, der zum Spaß Kaffee röstete. Freeman war der Meinung, dass die Bohnen in Coffeeshops wie Starbucks zu stark geröstet wurden, was den Geschmack abwertete. Er entwickelte eine leichtere Röstmethode und begann, seinen Kaffee für 5 Dollar pro Tasse zu verkaufen. Der Preis klingt lächerlich teuer, das würde hier keiner bezahlen, aber es war tatsächlich gelungen. Ein paar Jahre später begannen sie, weitere Geschäfte zu eröffnen. Sie verkaufen auch Lattes und Kalt-Kaffee. Ich finde es interessant. Ich denke, Kaffee wird schick.

Le fantasy et les légendes
Est-ce que vous aimiez le fantasy dans votre enfance ? Quels étaient vos histoires et contes préférés ? Continuez-vous à les lire aujourd'hui ?
J'ai toujours aimé les livres fantastiques tels que Harry Potter et la série "His Dark Materials" de Philip Pullman. Même avant que je savais lire, mes parents me lisaient des contes de fées. J'avais un livre de contes de pirates que me fascinait, car il incluait des histoires de cultures à travers le monde. Je me suis familiarisée avec les pirates des Caraïbes, d'Irlande, d'Égypte, de Grèce, etc.
Maintenant je suis passée à des livres plus sophistiqués, mais les contes fantastiques et la mythologie continuent à me faire plaisir. J'ai presque terminé un roman de l'auteure Madeline Miller qui s'intitule "Circe". Le roman s'agit d'une sorcière de la mythologie grecque qui séduit les marins et qui les transforme en cochons. L'intéressant, c'est que le livre nous révèle le point de vue de Circe et met en contexte ses actions de façon à dévoiler un autre côté de l'histoire.

A bunker
Not a tree-house or a tent, but a bunker. In my city there aren't many trees, specially in my neighborhood. The soil is dry and requires treatment in order to be useful to plant anything. My dad is an engineer and he has lots of tools stored in the garage. Some friends from the neighborhood and I were watching some movie, I can't even remember what It was, might have been about WW2? The thing is we got excited and decided to dig some trenches. For a bunch of kids, we got a solid hole, actually around 4 feet deep. We used it for less than a week, and even though we tried to camp in it by night, our parents convinced us there was a reason why survivors from the docummentaries don't usually dig holes. Also, we tried to keep working on it a bit later, but since my house was at the top of a cliff, my dad thought it wasn't the brightest idea due to soil and ground strength that could pose a hazard to the stability of the house. Maybe it was just his way to keep his tools where we found them.
A few years later it was used as a common grave for a lot of pets.

このエピソードにシャオランはようやく桜を愛していることに気づく。
そのために、彼はメイリんに真実を告げることを決意する。
メイリんはシャオランに恋をしていて、「他に好きな人ができたら言ってね」といっていました。それが約束だった。
シャオランはメイリんに電話で「大事な話をしたいのですが」と伝える。
そして、彼女は日本にやってくる。直接会って話したいと思っている。
シャオランはメイリんに他に好きな女の子がいると告げる。メイリんはその相手が桜であることをすでに知っている。
そしてメイリんは知世の家に行って、そこで泣いてしまう。知世はメイリんを慰める。
次の日、飛行機でメイリんは桜のことをシャオランの幸運を祈る。

Si tu ne pouvais manger qu’un repas pour le reste de ta vie
Quel serait-il?
C’est une question très difficile! Mon objectif principal serait d’assurer que j’ai assez de nourriture pour survivre, et pour maintenir un niveau de santé raisonnable.
Alors probablement le repas serait une mélange d’haricots, de légumes, et de fruits. Je pense que c’est possible de faire un repas qui supporter mes besoins de nutritionnels quotidiennes.
Si je pouvais trouver le bon mélange, je serais en plus bonne santé qu’en mangeant normalement!

Vingtième jour
Je ne crois pas d’horoscope ou l’astrologie. C’est parfois amusant de voir l’horoscope chinois, mon sœur pense que c’est très drôle que je suis « une cochon » dans le zodiaque chinois et elle m’envoie tout le temps des blagues sur les cochons ;-; Elle m’appelle aussi « une petite cochon » comme un surnom (nickname) parfois.

Je suis un fraude
J'ai ne crois pas déjà. Lorsque j'etait jeun, je cru trés á la chinnoisse horoscope. Je souviens mon animaux encore, Il était le lapin. Ma mère croit à la grec horoscope, elle dit que elle est une mélangerie des poissons et aquarium. Je ne comprende pas elle. Je sais de lis le tarot, mais l'est un tour ! Mes amies croient moi, mais je suis un fraude... comme le tarot ou l'horoscope !

New Study for Practicing English
As I was browsing through Twitter, I found a new way to practice Korean by interpreters.
At first, I had a question why English interpreters need to learn Korean.
After reading the method, I understand that why it is necessary and I am not good at it even in Korean.
The key point of this way is about decreasing contents less than one per third.
After reading or listening to something, try to decrease the quantity by one per third.
The important point of this method is to use easy sentences that other people can understand.
I think this method is helpful not only for writing skill, but also work productivity.
In the end, I will practice this method as my new daily routine.

Two Small ‘Do-Nabe’ Earthen Pots
"What is your favorite thing you own?"
I'll write about a small "土鍋"[Do•nabe](earthen pot). Donabe(s) is a pot made of clay. I bought it to cook boiled rice.
I screwed up. I've blackened the bottom of the pot. So, I have two pots(They are the same shape).
Now, I'm used to cooking rice with it. (I set a timer when I put the pot on the fire, though.)

My Favorite Dish
I sometimes make meals by myself, and they are different in each season.
For example, in spring, I often make dishes including cabbages because they are seasonal and very cheap in that season.
Like that, when I make dishes I always use specific ingredients.
Recently I tend to use zucchini to cook. And in that case, I often make ratatouille.
It is influenced by "Ratatouille", which is one of the Disney's movies.
Even though I can't make ratatouille as well as "Ratatouille" now, I want to make like that someday!

私と夫は偶然知り合いました。言語交換アプリを通じて知合いましたが、そのアプリがなかったのなら会うことにならなかっただと思います。私たちは性格がよく違いますから。夫はとっても外向的な人です。毎日出かけて友達に会って何かをすることが好きです。もちろん私も友達に会うことが好きですが、時々家でゲームや外国語の勉強をしたいです。そして夫は私より衝動的な人です。したいことがあったらまっすぐしますが、私はまず考えると何かをするほうです。
多い点に私と夫は互いに反対です。でも、私たちは反対なのでお互いによく合うと思っています。夫は外向的なので私ももっと外向的になりました。そして私は時々うちにいることが好きなので夫も最近英語を熱心に勉強します。私は衝動的な人ではないので夫も何かをする前によく考えになると、夫が衝動的な人なので私たちは面白い経験が多かったです。私と夫は相手の弱点を補います！

性格不一樣的夫婦 — June Writing Challenge #20
我和我老公是偶然相遇的。我們在一個語言交換app開始聊天，所以如果娜的app沒有了，我們八成根本不會見互相的面。這個理由就是因為我們的性格很不一樣。我們喜歡做的東西很差，所以我覺得我們不會有機會見面。我的老公是個很外向的人，他非常喜歡出門去哪裡跟他的朋友玩。當然我也喜歡跟朋友玩，但我也很喜歡在家玩遊戲、學習外語，這類的。老公也比我衝動得多。如果他想做什麼，他馬上去做，但我考慮一下然後行動。
我和我老公有很多不一樣的點，但我覺得那就是我們配合得很好的理由。老公是外向的，所以我也變了更外向，但因為我喜歡在家學外語，老公也熱心地學英文。因為我沒老公衝動，他也開始更常心考慮，然後行動。可是因為老公還有一點衝動的，所以我們有很多很好的經驗。我們補充互相的弱點。

This is a real story. It was in the late 80 s, to supplement my family's livelihood. I opened a clothing store at the East People's Road right under Fuyang Restaurant. Across the road, there was a street food stall called 田三卷馍 (tian-san-juan-mo). It was very simple, like, just one person, one small stall, then everything was done. This kind of street food could almost be found on every street in my city back then and no people thought it could go big. It seemed like I also ate it several times and I didn't think it was something special. The clothing store seemed like it had only opened for two or three years, then I left there. But the 田三卷馍 gets bigger and bigger. It has already become a famous local chain restaurant brand and now there are about fifteen branches in my city. Of course, the foods they sell now are not only 卷馍, they sell lots of food and all are delicious. The owner, 田三, is a farmer from the rural area of the city. Back then, he was only in his twenties and at the very beginning of his business, he sold it from street to street with a shoulder pole. His business can develop on such a large scale today, I have to admit that he is a business genius.

Les chiffres ne sont pas chanceux
J'ai toujours trouvé que l'idée de l'existence des chiffres chanceux soit complètement ridicule. Cependant, ce concept existe dans plusieurs cultures, mais le même chiffre peut être chanceux ou pas dépendant du milieu ethinque d'oú vient un interprétateur. Par exemple, prétendument, sept est un nombre qui généralement apporte de la chance parmi les occidentaux. En même temps, toutes les cultures qui pendant son histoire sont tombées sur l'influence chinoise considèrent qu'il n'apporte que le malheur, et le nombre est associé avec la mort.
Pour prendre un point de vue plus étendu, à mon avis toute la pensée qui prêche que les nombres ou objets ou quelque chose d'autre apporte de la chance soit absolument irrationnelle. Néanmoins, je porte avec moi des petits souvenirs lesquels j'avais reçu ou autrement obtenu pendant ma vie : par exemple, dans mon portefeuille quelques billets qui vient de la Kirghizistan, Ouzbékistan ou Turkménistan, complètement inutiles et sans valeur en Europe, mais qui me rappellent des temps bons des viagens à terres distantes. Peut-être qu'ils apportent aussi d'autre monnaie, car depuis que j'étais rentré de mon séjour là-bas, chaque emploi que j'ai trouvé payait plus que le précédent. Tout compte fait, il est possible que ce soit à cause de l'inflation...
Au bout du compte, je ne crois pas que la chance soit quelque chose qui vienne grâce à l'existence des petites amulettes ou choix des chiffres. Je suis convaincu qu'on construit sa propre chance, quand on va chercher des opportunités et essayer des choses variées. Rien nous n'apporterait de la chance si nous ne partions pas la poursuivre nous-mêmes.

I am very sorry to hear what you have gone through and I can't imagine how finely you overcome them. That must be really suffering. Sometimes God is unfair because he puts the suffering on the wrong person. So now everything is unimportant for us except health. We should live happily and healthily. To keep a healthy body, I now don't drink alcohol, don't smoke cigarettes, sleep early and get up early. Besides, I ride my bicycle as much as I can. Day Twenty: Do You Believe in Horoscopes?
No, I don't. I would watch the news on TV in the morning before I went to school. The TV shows had horoscope segments, and the results were different between them. One time, I was said Aquarius was the worst today but, on the other hand, Aquarius was the best today in another program. It's irrational, isn't it? Additionally, I don't want to be affected when I make decisions due to the horoscopes.
