Quando trattiamo questo tema, occorre analizzarlo con un microscopio. Ci sono fattori innumerevoli che possono ostruire il flusso di lavoro. Per questa ragione non credo che sia opportuno elencarli uno per uno, ma conforme all'approccio flessibile che adottano pian piano le imprese, é possibile che il fattore prevalente sia il sovraccarico delle applicazioni. Vi presento, a seguire, una situazione comune che affrontano molti impiegati.
Con il proposito di creare una rete di comunicazione dove tutti potessero aggiornarsi e mantenersi informati con gli avvenimenti più recenti, un'impresa ha diffuso ai lavoratori le istruzioni di scaricare WhatsApp. Questa applicazione funzionava bene, anche se fosse una applicazione semplice (come si dice "barebones" in italiano? barebones- MOLTO MOLTO semplice).
Poi però è comparsa un'altra app: Telegram. Questa applicazione portava le stesse funzioni di Whatsapp, pur concentrandosi sulla privacy. L'impresa voleva scavalcare la competenza, quindi ha ordinato a tutti di scaricare questa nuova applicazione; il ciclo vizioso si ripete quando è comparsa Slack.
La possibilità di avere più applicazioni può portare il vantaggio di avere una rete capillare; ma a dispetto della potenzialità, non credo che il gioco valga la candela; la semplificazione deve essere soppratutto la priorità. Quando c'è molto da gestire, nessuna persona sana vuole che i propri impiegati stentino a compiere gli incarichi.

Infelizmente, lamento trazer para você as notícias desagradáveis; não há nenhum tipo de bebida que possa substituir a água, mesmo quando a bebida contenha minerais que, conforme o que se especula nas redes sociais, são efetivos para as pessoas afastarem a sede. Ao falar sobre os minerais, me chama a atenção a presença das bebidas energéticas, as quais são o refresco dominante no recinto das escolas. Me lembro de um incidente inesquecível, que transcorreu há alguns anos.
Após um dia de aulas e exames, era normal que os estudantes se sentissem cansados. Caminharam, com rumo fixo, para o dispensador, onde depararam com fios e fios de bebidas. Ao escolherem as bebidas energéticas, os estudantes se sentiram refrescados, e o sentido de fátiga desapareceu quase instantaneamente.
Porém, quando um dos estudantes estava participando numa atividade extraescolar, desmaiou, já que alguns dos ingredientes que se havia inserido na bebida havia provocado uma palpitação mais rápida, e o coração não aguentou. Afortunadamente, as sequelas não foram permanentes, o qual permitiu que os médicos dessem-lhe alta somente 3 dias depois.

自發好的音樂夜
昨天，我跟我的朋友有計劃晚上八點一起出去散步，可是我忘了。我吃完飯之後，就收到了一個訊息寫說“我來了"。我很驚喜了。
我穿了衣服的很快，然後出門看見他。他還有一個其他的驚喜，我們的朋友”Dan“那天晚上要在他的傢呆，所以我邀請了我的室友，而我們三個都一起去我朋友的傢。
我們都過得愉快，我住在那個房子的朋友有很多的樂器，而且我的朋友們都會彈各種樂器一點，所以我們玩了一個音樂夜。我們都是基督徒，所以他們彈了幾首基督徒的歌。可是，當中他們，兩個人沒有彈過樂器的很久，所以他們的表現很幽默，很難聽。
他們一起彈的時候，我錄製了幾個視頻。我的一個其他的朋友也拍了一張照片。我坐在彈樂器人的後邊，所以我在照片的背景。我的臉看起來我不是很享受在那裏，我覺得很奇怪因爲我一定很享受，可是我的朋友們覺得那個照片非常幽默。
他們彈了幾首歌，可是那個時候一定是晚上，所以我們決定停彈。然後，我們向二樓走起來，一起喝茶，玩桌上的游戲。

一个小故事
一个住在大农村套里的每天打工的老人一辈子带着一串钥匙。这些钥匙能让他开锁自己的屋子。长大以来，钥匙从来没离开他的腰。但是他退休以后，已经很老，突然摔断。因为他是舅舅，他的侄子的姑姑坚决带他到医院，但是，居然忘记了留在地板被灰尘藏的钥匙。
老农人在老人医院卧室醒了之后，他感受特别灰心，甚至流泪，因为他想他的钥匙。姥姥的孙女做的那阵行为很糟糕，在气氛里面飘悲伤；不得了不好的感觉。
但是医院像监狱一样，十分危险和残酷的压迫。
因此，老人醉的时候有了一个创意：想象在夜里悄悄的离开。他向医生用留挣得钱行贿，表达温暖的微笑，医生立刻同意。医生在被子里面躲藏隔了钥匙。虽然老人在半夜冻，他中午时在台被凉的太亮晒，所以不冻得到死。
回来房子之前，他找了钥匙，十分开心。然后，他给警察打了电话，告诉了他们所有在医院发生的事。所以，大家被救了！

The Martian
Usually I don't read a book before to watch the movie, but two years ago I did an exception with "The Martian" of Andy Weir. Before Covid, in the Barcelona's libraries, in the hall always there was an interchange table, so if you have a book already read, and no have enough space at home, you could go and leave it in that table. You are free to catch any book from that table too. It is a great idea.
Well, a day I found this book, The Martian in English. I began to read it, and from the first page, the text caught me. I was in delight with each page I was reading. So, I was reading at all times I which could. Furthermore, I found a page in internet with a detailed map of mart, so I could to follow the day to day of the astronaut Mark Watney, and see his journey about the 384 pages of the book. I liked so much that I bought the movie in DVD. How you can imagine, despite it be a great film, and the good work of Matt Damon, and the end I had the feeling that in the movie has been missing the half of the book. For all this, this is one of the books that I liked most.

Taking A Nap
I went to an elementary school to teach Japanese today. When I was talking with children, I was really enjoying it. After the lessons, when I wrote a report, I felt that something unusual in my vision. That was like innumerable very small light are flickering. I really dislike this because once it caused, I can't read or watch anything. I've got the same experiences until now and they usually caused when I had not got enough sleep. Actually, after taking a nap, I felt much better. I should care about my eyes and try to get enough sleep.

When I go to read a book ...
Usually, when I go to read a book, I don't see any reviews, except for the information about the author and the description of the text. Instead, with the movies and TV series, usually, yes, I watch before information and the score about the film. Some time I begin to watch a movie without knowing anything of the synopsis, and in the half, I see the score in filmaffinity or IMDb. Simply for curiosity.

7. L'importance de l'orthographe
Vivant dans une monde digitale aujourd'hui, ce devient de plus en plus souvent que les élèves ou même les adultes fassent des erreurs orthographes. Ça peut attribuer à la lecture au profit des écrans, ou aux abriéviations des textes. Pourtant, l'orthographe nous aide à mieux exprimer les idées, dans une manière précise. Un même mot peut avoir plusieurs sens de même que deux mots homophones auront deux ou plusieurs graphies et sens.
En ce qui concerne du milieux professional, l’orthographe non seulement est considéré comme «une image de marque / crédit» pour les clients, mais aussi une sécurité de santé dans le milieux médicaux. Un remplacement d'un mot ou d'un lettre peut déjà causer une grande difference chez les médicament, le dossier pour les clients...... Donc, pour éviter tous ces émeus bêtes, il faut faire plus attention à l'orthographe.
C'est pourquoi que chez les élèves de l'école primaire, les instructeurs leur avons déduis les notes même qu'on a fait une seule petite erreur dans l'orthographe. En grandissant, on fait de moins en moins attention sur l'orthographe parce qu'on croit d’autres choses sont plus importantes. Donc ils ne pensent pas que ce soit la priorité. Mais comme les disent, il est nécessaire d'avoir de bonne orthographe pour éviter les erreurs graves ou simplement pour maintenir un bon image.
Cependant, il existe rarement des cours de soutiens chez les grandes entreprises ou bien à l'université pour les adultes travaillants. Mais heureusement, il est désormais possible de perfectionner en façon autonome sur Internet grâce à de nombreux sites d'exercises et de dictées de niveaux progressifs.
(Mais pour moi, j’ai toujours du mal à l’orthographe quand j’apprends les langues de latin ou de romain. 😂 Mais heureusement mes amis me comprennent, c’est simplement qu’ils se moquent de moi de temps en temps.)

Qu'est-ce que le squash?
Moi, j'adore le squash, mais c'est quoi le squash? Le squash est un jeux entre deux joueurs, qui se joue dans une petite pièce. Ce sport est assez similaire au tennis, dans le sense que chaque joueur porte une raquette, mais une différence est que la balle est fait de caoutchouc et elle est beaucoup plus petite qu'une balle de tennis. Le but du jeux est de forcer votre adversaire à laisser la balle toucher le sol deux fois avant de frapper la balle. Si vous arrivez de le faire vous gagnez un point.

Tulcan a Cali
Cruzar la frontera a Colombia tenía que ir a un pueblito llamado Tulcan. Hay un grande proceso que involucrar un bus, un taxi, y finalmente un caminar a través de El Puente Internacio de Rumichaca. Enfrente la frontera es otro pueblito llamado Ipiales. Desde Ipiales a Cali es diez horas en autobús, pero la distancia es solo 500 kilómetros. Tomé el bus en la noche para llegar en la mañana, pero no pude dormir mucho. Siempre hube tener dificultades durmiendo algún lugar que no es mi propia cama. Cuando llegamos a Cali recuerdo una turista gritando y llorando afuera el bus.

Why don’t you dream big?
Few weeks ago I watched a video about an interview of a young entrepreneur.
He said a statement that stuck inside my head for so long.
He mentioned when he open his first shop at the age 25.
His uncle looks unsatisfied and said to his parent “why this kid don’t dream big”.
WTF!
Not only without any encouragement or appreciation.
Furthermore, that goal is too small and too easy to achieve!
On the other hand, I immediately think of myself.
In fact I also never dream big in my life.
But why I never dream big?
Finally, I figure out how to answer this question.
Is all because I am a weak person.

Die Wahlverwandtschaften
"Die Wahlverwandtschaften" ist Goethes dritter Roman. Es war zu seiner Zeit nicht erfolgreich, aber es war ein Werk, das er für sehr wichtig hielt und die in späteren Jahren an Respekt wuchs. Es erzählt die Geschichte eines Paares und wie sich ihre Beziehung entwickelt, als die beiden zwei andere Menschen einladen, bei ihnen zu leben. Ein großes Thema in der Geschichte ist die Affinität und wie sich Menschen ähnlich wie Chemikalien bei einer chemischen Reaktion verhalten können. Beziehungen entwickeln sich fast automatisch und Charaktere in der Geschichte haben keine andere Wahl, als dem Fluss der Natur zu folgen. Es ist keine Geschichte, die ich zu Ende gelesen habe, aber es ist eine, in der das tragische Ende bereits am Anfang ausbuchstabiert ist. In gewisser Weise ist es auch ein Teil von Goethes Farbenlehre und der Grund, warum er das Werk für so wichtig hielt. Die meiste Zeit seines Lebens war der Dichter besessen von der Idee des Lichts und seiner Auswirkungen auf den Menschen, sowohl metaphorisch als auch physisch. Angeblich spiegelt sich dies im Mythos seiner letzten Worte wider:
"Mehr Licht!"
Hatte er, in einem letzten Keuchen nach Erleuchtung vor dem Tod widerhallt.

Travel Abroad
This is about travel abroad.
Before getting on the airplane, I am filled with anticipation.
I hope for nice scenery, good atomosphere and to see different lifestyles there.
While traveling, I always make good memories and take as many pictures as I can.
Everything there is always a load of fun.
I usually buy some souvenirs, so I can reminisce about the momories.
After returning home, I feel like I want to go there again.

Círculo de lectores
Me gusta mucho leer, realmente cualquier libro. No siempre tengo mucho tiempo o ganas de leer, pero siempre tengo algún libro que estoy leyendo.
Lamentablemente muchas de mis amigas, que solían leer mucho también, ya no lo hacen. O si lo hacen, tardan mucho tiempo de terminar un libro jaja. Y por eso ahora me hace falta tener a personas con quien puedo hablar y charlar sobre un libro. Porque eso realmente es lo mejor de leer un libro muy bueno, cuando tengas a alguien con quien puedes compartir tu vista sobre el libro y del revés.
A veces hablo con mi mamá cuando leo un libro de ella pero ella solamente lee novelas negras. También de vez en cuando hablo con mi hermano sobre los libros que los dos hemos leido pero ya no le veo tanto.
El otro día pensé en buscarme un círculo de lectores pero no sé.. me parece que es algo a que solo asisten las personas mayores jaja. Seguramente yo lo haré cuando esté una abuela :)

Me desperto a las ocho de la mañana.
Voy a trabajar en el metro a las ocho y media.
Llego a la oficina a las nueve.
Almuerzo a la una de la tarde.
Salgo de la oficina a las seis, y llego a la casa a las siete de la noche.
Siempre cocino la cena para mí y mi esposa.
Después de la cena, me ducho y veo la televisión.
Voy a la cama a las once y media.

Gelatina de diente de león
Recientemente, tuve el placer y la suerte de hallar gelatina de diente de león en una tienda. Es una especie de marmelada que se prepara con flores de diente de león, azúcar y fructos (sobre todo naranjas y limones). El producto final tiene un sabor refinado, un poco azucrado, pero es difícil describirlo con palabras porque es un sabor muy especial que no podría compararse con ningún otro producto.
Por desgracia, el producto que hallé no es tan rico como él que comía de niño. Con mi madre, ibamos a los prados para recoger los flores, y después volvíamos a casa para preparar la receta juntos. ¡Estas "búsquedas de flores" me gustaban mucho! ¡Sin embargo, supongo que nada no puede mejor que la comida de nuestros recuerdos de niñez!
