Die Zufriedenheit von Arbeitnehmern mit ihrem Arbeitsplatz
Auch ich möchte heute in unserem Forum etwas zum ,, die Zufriedenheit von Arbeitnehmern mit ihrem Arbeitsplatz,, Thema schreiben. Welchen Eindruck den Arbeitsplatz auf die Arbeitnehmer und die Arbeitgeber macht, ist sicher ein vielseitiges Thema.
Ich bin der Meinung, dass die Arbeit so wichtig für Ansehen und sozialen Kontakten ist.
Es gibt verschiedene Gründe für jemand unzufrieden mit seiner Arbeit ist. Man kann nicht mit seiner Arbeit zufrieden, weil der Lohn wenig ist oder kein Karriere macht.
Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit, dass wir uns eine gute Arbeitsatmosphäre schaffen. Wenn der Arbeitgeber und seine ;Mitarbeiter und Arbeiterinnen zusammen kooperieren , haben sie sich eine positive Arbeitskultur.
Ein Vorteil wäre, dass die Arbeitnehmer und die Arbeitgeber in einem guten Arbeitsklima arbeiten. Zum Beispiel eine Arbeit ohne Stress und mehr Geld verdienen.
Anschließend möchte ich festhalten, dass alle Erfolg mit einem guten Leben möchten. Deswegen denken wir immer an guten Job und suchen für eine gute Karriere.

Oggi, l'era digitale sta imperversando in ogni angolo della nuova era, portando cambiamenti sconvolgenti in tutti i campi: TV e film non sono più limitati a semplici registrazioni, la pubblicità non è più limitata ai supporti cartacei, le mostre non sono più limitate a le collezioni, i mezzi pubblicitari e l'industria dell'istruzione non hanno più solo descrizioni di testo e immagini come esempi per aiutare la descrizione- tecnologia digitale, tecnologia interattiva, scienze biologiche, tecnologia fisica, schermo multimediale, schermi olografici, Autostereoscopia 3D, realtà aumentata (abbreviato RA o AR dall'inglese augmented reality) ，realtà virtuale (a volte abbreviato in VR dall'inglese virtual reality), Realtà mista( detta anche realtà ibrida, abbreviato in MR dall'inglese Mixed Reality), Extended Reality etc. sono ampiamente utilizzate. La tecnologia dei media digitali sembra essere diventata lo sangue fresco di ogni settore, infiltrandosi nella vita quotidiana moderna.

부모님 덕분에
우리 가족은 문제가 좀 있는데도 부모님이 항상 긍정적인 의도로 저랑 우리 동생들을 키웠어요. 저랑 우리 여동생이랑 우리 남동생이 어렸을 때 우리 부모님의 돈이 안 많으신 거 같아요. 저는 아이일 뿐 이라서 부모님의 돈이 얼마나 있는지 잘 몰랐는데 엄마가 웨트리스로 열심히 일하셨던 것도 기억하고 엄마가 일했고 집에 돌아왔을 때 자주 발이 아팠던 것도 기억해요. 우리 아빠는 얼마 동안 Home Depot에서 일하고 나서 금융기관에서 다른 직업을 얻었어요. 저는 그때를 되돌아보면 우리 부모님이 저랑 우리 동생들을 많이 사랑했어서 잘 제공해 힘들게 일했어 보여요.저랑 우리 동생들이 자르면서 부모님은 돈이 더 많이 얻으셨고 돈에 대한 스트레스 더 풀렸어요.
제 생각에는 부모님께서 우리를 키우면서 하셨던 올바른 행동 중에 한 행동이 잘 제공하는 거에요. 부모님이 열심히 일하시는 거 덕분에 남동생을 위한 고급 운동화 살 수 있고 남동생이 육상경기 더 잘 하고욬 여동생을 위한 연국에 참여하기 위한 요금을 지불할 수 있고 여동생이 배우가 되려는 꿈에 가까워지고요. 저를 위한 iTalki 수업료 지불할 수 있고 제가 한국어 더 잘 배우고요. 우리 부모님의 사랑의 힘은 대단하죠.

In the last years we have a dilemma with this tradition for the very high number of fires in the woods, it is a real madness. Last weekend there was more of thirty fires at the same time in Catalunya. For this reason, many municipalities has banned the firecrackers, because is the cause of many fires. The high temperatures and lack of forests cleaning influence in these fires too. On the other hand, many animals are very sensitive to the strong noise of firecrackers, and this night will be a real hell for them.

Gespräch
Im Mai hatte ich eine Einladung zu einem Gespräch für meinem Bewerbung als Koordinatorin mit dem Universität-Vorstand, dann kam ich in die engste Auswahl und habe eine Arbeitsprobe geschrieben. Leider hatte ich keine positive Mitteilung.
Ich suche nach weiteren Optionen, mein Deutsch in Kommunikation und Schreiben zu verbessern. Ich suchte Möglichkeiten in der Stadtbibliotek und ich habe eine weitere Beratung mit "AlfaDeutschkurs". Sie werden mir spezifisch Optionen empfehlen.
Ich habe auch "Supertraining" kontaktiert für Witerbildungsmöglichkeiten.

When I was a kid, the transportation system was very backward. From my hometown to my county city, it's thirty more kilometers away, but goods were all transported by man powered carts.
For almost all the farmers, they used crop straw to make cooking fires, and it seemed like that was the only choice.
My father worked for the local government, so he knew some more things than ordinary farmers.
One day, he got the chance to buy some coal from the county city. My family were very excited because we knew that coal was more efficient than crop straw used for cooking fires.
In order to get the coal to my home, my brother-in-law decided to go to the county to get the coal back with a man powered cart.
I think I may have been ten years old or so. I asked my brother-in-law if I could go with him and he agreed. I have never been to my county city and I really wanted to see what the city looked like.
I remember we departed from my village in the early morning. My brother-in-law pulled the cart and I sat on it.
When we almost arrived in the city, it was already afternoon, and I saw some buildings with two or three floors which I had never seen. The tall one that left a deep impression on me was a cylinder that was made of red bricks. I knew that it was a water tower later.
After we finished loading coal and returned, it was already late afternoon. My brother-in-law pulled the cart and I walked following him. Around 9 pm, we arrived in a town. We found a private hotel. We ate a few steamed buns and drank a few bowls of water and fell asleep.
Next morning, we got up early and continued to go back home. We finally arrived home around noon.
That was the first time I went to my county city. Although I felt very tired, I was very happy because I got the chance to go out of my village and visit the city.
In addition, I still can remember how delicious a steamed wheat flour bun was because in my daily life, I was not able to get the chance to eat it, I could only eat steamed sweet potato flour buns.

Urlaub am Meer oder in den Bergen
Das Thema meiner Präsentation ist "Urlaub am Meer oder in den Bergen". Meine Präsentation besteht aus folgenden Teilen: Zuerst möchte ich Ihnen von meinen persönlichen Erfahrungen erzählen. Dann beschreibe ich die Situation in meinem Heimatland. Danach gebe ich Ihnen einige Vorteile und Nachteile von dem Thema . Zum schluss möchte ich meine ehrliche Meinung sagen. In meiner persönlichen Erfahrung mache ich gerne Urlaub in den Bergen, weil es hier sowohl Ruhe als auch frische Luft gibt. Urlaub am Meer ist auch gut, aber heutzutage gibt es so viele Leute am Meer und es gibt fast überall Müll. Bei uns in Vietnam fahren die meisten Menschen gerne ans Meer in den Urlaub, weil sie sowohl schwimmen als auch frische Meeresfrüchte essen können. Der Vorteil eines Urlaubs in der Natur ist, dass Sie nicht nur in die Natur eintauchen, sondern auch eine wunderschöne Naturkulisse genießen können. Aber die Kehrseite ist, dass heute zu viele Menschen ans Meer und in die Berge reisen, sie verschmutzen viel und verschmutzen die Umwelt. Meiner Meinung nach ist Urlaub in den Bergen oder am Meer beides wunderbar, aber jeder sollte umweltbewusst sein.

J’apprenais jouer le violin pendant 6 années en adolescence mais je l’ai abandonné il y a plus de 7 ans. Quand j’étais petite, je n’ai jamais aimé le violin et la musique parce que je ne pouvais pas mettre tous les notes correctes et je ne pouvais même pas savoir si je joue une bonne pièce, alors je ne pouvais pas faire de l’auto-correction ; donc c’était une tâche très difficile pour moi. Comme ça ne me faisait jamais plaisir, j’ai dit à ma mère que je ne voulais plus l’apprendre après une échec dans l’examen de grade 6. Je n’ai jamais regretté cette decision mais comme j’écoute plus de musique depuis le depart avec mon violin, désormais, je voulais apprendre le piano ou le violin ou le guitar à nouveau.

I would talk with Steve Jobs.
Jobs was a controversial figure, love him or hate him, but you can't ignore him. I know little about his life. I don't agree with some of his decisions, but it's undeniable that he made history.
There's a lot of histories about how he changed the world, my personal favorite is how he changed how we write. In 1975 he took a calligraphy class at Reeds College after dropping out. It wouldn't help him get a degree, but he did any way, because he was intrigued by gorgeous posts in the campus.
In his calligraphy class, he learned how different types of letters changed how we perceive the message. If a doctor has a visit card with a childish, comical or unprofessional font (e.g. Comic Sans), it's hard to take him seriously. After learning the usefulness of calligraphy, he got back to his journey as a entrepreneur. Years later, when the first Macintosh came out, it came with a wide range of fonts to choose from.
The advent of personal printers combined with digital fonts in the Macintosh started a revolution, anyone with a computer and a printer could create their own magazines, books, and posters. The influence of Jobs in typography was subtle, but it revolutionized how we tell our stories. If you are reading this, he changed your life tremendously.
Besides typography and digital printing, he also impacted marketing, product design, technology, innovation, and music. That's why, if I could talk to anyone in English, I would like to speak to Steve Jobs.

Ihr sprecht zum Thema "Home Office" für 3-4 Minuten und sagt etwas zu den Vor- und Nachteilen und äußert eure eigene Meinung.
Denkt daran, dass ihr die Argumente mit einem Grund oder einer Folge verbinden müsst. Ihr könnt auch eine kurze Beispielsituation beschreiben.

Zuerst geht es um meine persönlichen Erfahrungen.
Ich habe nicht viel Erfahrung mit diesem Thema, aber ich sehe meine Mutter oft von zu Hause aus arbeiten. Nachdem sie sich um die Familie gekümmert hat, beendet sie normalerweise ihre Arbeit. Wenn ich zur Arbeit gehe, möchte ich auch von zu Hause aus arbeiten können, ohne zur Arbeit gehen zu müssen.
Jetzt beschreibe ich die Situation in meinem Heimatland.
In Vietnam arbeiten die meisten Menschen in Büro. Aber das Arbeiten von zu Hause aus wird während der Covid-19-Pandemie immer beliebter.
Es gibt ein paar Vor- und Nachteile.
Ein großer Vorteil ist, dass man Kosten wie Benzin, Parkgebühr, Mittagessen, ... sparen kann. Die Benzinpreise steigen, deshalb viele Menschen vom Motorrad auf das Fahrrad oder den Bus umsteigen müssen. Wenn man von zu Hause aus arbeitet, kann man seinen Tagesablauf selbständig organisieren und flexibler gestalten. Man kann nicht nur die Arbeit gut erledigt, sondern sich auch um die Familie kümmern.
Neben den Vorteilen gibt es natürlich auch Nachteile. Negativ finde ich, dass man leicht die Konzentration verlieren kann. Wenn Familienmitglieder sehr laut fernsehen oder man plötzlich einen Anruf erhält, kann man sich nicht konzentrieren. Darüber hinaus wirkt sich jeder Mangel an Motivation stark auf die Qualität der Arbeit aus. In dieser Zeit braucht man die meisten aufmunternden Worte von Kollegen oder Vorgesetzten.
Nun werde ich über meine Meinung sprechen.
Meiner Meinung nach sollte man selbst die Arbeitsweise wählen, die man am effektivsten findet.

スロー・ニュース（日本のメディアのおすすめ募集）
最近、日本語や世界時事の勉強のためにもっと意図的に日本のニュースを日常のメディア・ダイエットに取り入れたいと思っている。
昔はニュース中毒で、様々なサイトのRSSフィードを通じて（今でも使う人いるかな？）ニュース速報を一日中読んでいたが、トランプ政権の時からかコロナ禍のときからか、ニュースが悲惨なことばっかりと感じるようになって、疲れてしまった。気分にも悪影響を与えていることに気づいたから、今は仕事で必要不可欠なニュース以外はあまり読まないようにしている。
常に最新のニュースに付いていこうとする代わりに、週刊ニュース雑誌を読むようになった。メディアやニュースの摂取をダイエットに例えると、ファースト・フードみたいなニュース辞め、より健康的な、要素のいっぱい入っているスロー・フードを好むようになってきた気がする。
自分は新聞やニュースサイトの「ファースト・ニュース」しか読んでいないと、最新情報を収集して、何かを知った感じはするが、すぐに忘れてしまう。
長文式のスロー・ニュースだと物語を描くようにあるテーマが色んな角度から取り扱われたり、文脈がより含まれている解説なので、何かを知っただけではなく、もっと深く物事が分かり、見方も変わることもある。また読んだ内容がより身に付きやすいと思う。
ここで日本の皆さんのおすすめを聞きたい。日本でこのようなスロー・ニュースがありましたら教えてください。雑誌でも、ウエッブサイトでも、ポッドキャストでも構わない。
英語の雑誌で言えばザ・ニューヨーカー誌、英国のザ・エコノミスト、というようなものを探している。

大部分得美民眾對聯邦政府沒有信任
據疲尤研究中心近日發布的調查結果，大部分的美國民眾對聯邦政府沒有信任。今年，只有21%的人相信聯邦政府大多數時候會做正確的事情。相比之下，1958年，75%的人表示相信政府。更加，65%的美國民眾認為大多數政治人只關心自己的利益，不關心社區需要什麼。關於個群體的擔憂，只有高收入群體大多數人(61%)認為政府為了解決他們的擔憂做很多。中等收入群體和低收入群體、退休群體都說政府為他們做的太少。
美國人為什麼那麼不信任聯邦政府? 我覺得是因為現代美國政治非常極端。不少人只看候選人是所屬哪個黨，不關候選人的價值真的跟自己一樣。政治人知道履行他們的承諾不怎麼重要，如果可以讓對手不能履行自己的承諾就算了。很多美國人認為不關我選誰，什麼都部會改善。如果政府真的想得到民眾的信任，他們得快一點立法民眾真的需要的政策。

El viaje a la playa
Mi novia y yo fuimos a la playa hace un par de semanas, cuando fui de vacaciones. No decidimos ir hasta a las dos de la tarde. Pensé que no habría mucho tráfico, pero me equivoqué. La playa estaba a dos horas de distancia. Necesitamos pagar más de un peaje, pero valía la pena.
Cuando llegamos, necesitamos pagar por estacionamiento. Si llegaramos justamente quince minutos más tarde, el estacionamiento habría sido gratis. Caminamos encima de la arena y encontramos un lugar para sentarnos cerca del océano.
Primero, estuvimos de pie a lo largo de la costa y las olas mojaban nuestros pies y piernas. Hizo mucho calor y el agua estuvo tan refrescante. Entonces, nos sentimos encima de nuestras cobijas, y disfrutamos el sól y la silueta de la ciudad al lado del horizonte.
Normalmente, no me gusta viajar a la playa porque siempre está llena de gente. A veces está tan abarrotada que la playa tiene que cerrar temprano del día. Pero aquel día, no había nadie en la playa. Era silenciosa y hermosa.
Un poco luego, conducimos a lo largo de la isla para encontrar un lugar para ver la puesta del sol. Mientras conducimos, vimos dos conejos y unos ciervos. Encontramos un lugar cerca de la bahía, donde vimos el cielo volverse hermoso y rojo.
Nuestro viaje a casa fue muy rápido, porque no había tráfico. El viaje a la playa fue fantástico y divertido.

Saper-Worf
¿Qué es la hipótesis Saper-Worf?
Si eres un estudiante de idiomas, si ya no, vas a oír de la hipótesis Saper-Worf. Saper-Worf, que era más idea que hipótesis, la verdad, decía que los hablantes de un idioma perciben el mundo de manera distinta de los demás. Si eso te suena un poco raro, no te culpo. Los lingüísticos ya no la creen, e incluso cuando se propuso de primera vez había muy pocos fieles.
¿Cómo sabemos que Saper-Worf es equivocada? Pues, la respuesta es muy sencilla, y estás leyéndola. Si todos los hablantes de un idioma fuera incapaz de percibir el mundo de otra manera, como decía, sería imposible aprender idiomas de verdad. Sería imposible que una persona obtenga fluidez en un idioma que no sea su lengua nativa. Y, obviamente, sabemos eso es falso.

Freier Tag
Heute hatte ich einen freien Tag, aber ich fange morgen meine normalen Arbeitsplan an, den aus vier Schichten in Folge besteht. Da ich wusste, dass ich morgen diese Schichten arbeiten muss, hatte ich einen produktiven Tag mit meiner Freundin geplant.
Am Anfang unseres Tages, sind wir zu einem kleinen Restaurant gefahren. Wie ich in einem anderen Eintrag geschrieben habe, werden wir mit unserer Stadt vertrauter, und weil ich auch viele Empfehlung über das Restaurant gehört hatte, dachte ich, dass der Ausflug ein guter Start in unserem Tag wäre. Es hat nicht viel gekostet, in diesem Restaurant zu essen, und wir fanden die Kellnerin sehr sympathisch.
Während wir zu dem Restaurant gefahren sind, haben wir gemerkt, wie heiß das Wetter war. Aus diesem Grund, haben wir uns auch entschieden, unser Mittagessen im Schatten zu essen. Glücklicherweise, hatten sie ein paar Sitze, wo wir das Essen im Schatten essen konnten.
Wir wollten auch diesen heißen Tag ausnutzen, und wir haben viele Aktivität draußen geplant, und zwar, ich habe den Rasen gemäht, und meine Freundin hat unsere Fenster geputzt. Es klingt produktiv, aber an dieser Stelle muss ich auch zugeben, dass wir viele Pausen gemacht haben. Im 2022, haben wir bisher noch nicht einen heißen Tag wie heute erlebt. Wir haben auch darum viel Wasser getrunken, und haben Schatten schnell gefunden.
