《四月三日事件》
我最近参观了哈佛大学的书店，随便地浏览着看见余华的《四月三日事件》的英文版。因为我在上个学期上的一门“通过翻译看中文文学”课听说过余华，所以我买了一本他的短篇小说。除了《活着》的电影以外，我从没看过他的什么作品。我以前看了《狂人日记》，认为余华一定受到了鲁迅的影响。不仅余华的故事很超现实，并且主人公谁都怀疑，感觉连他最好的朋友都要杀死他。由于余华的作品往往关注文化大革命，所以《四月三日事件》也是余华批评社会的短篇小说之一。
我看完《四月三日事件》的英文版以后，我然后上网找中文版了。虽然我以前从来没看完过一本中文书，但是我认为读起来比我期望的容易。故事内，对我来说一半字我已经认识，我根据情况看得出来意思的字包括百分之二十，最后百分之三十字是我要查找意思的。

Geschichte der Gebärdensprache
Die Geschichte der Gebärdensprache ist faszinierend. Obwohl man sie bis in die Antike zurückverfolgen könnte, ist die Idee, ein Gestenalphabet zu schaffen zum Beispiel, relativ neu. Es begann im 17. Jahrhundert in Spanien mit dem Priester Pedro Ponce de Leon, der anscheinend eine Reihe von Zeichen adaptierte, die Mönche während der Meditation verwendeten, um gehörlosen Kindern beizubringen, sich auszudrücken. Das erste Alphabet wurde auch in Spanien veröffentlicht, ebenfalls von einem Priester namens Juan Pablo Bonet. Frankreich folgte, im 18. Jahrhundert wurde in Paris die "Institut National de Jeunes Sourds" gegründet und eine Reihe von Gesten gesammelt, die schließlich zu LSF (langue des signes française) führten. Ein Amerikaner lernte dann die Sprache in Frankreich und brachte sie in die USA zurück, wo sie adaptiert und zu ASL (american sign language) wurde. Interessanterweise unterscheidet sich das amerikanische Gebärdensprachsystem stark vom britischen Gebärdensprachsystem (BSL). In Brasilien gibt es auch die Gebärdensprache namens Libras, die sich stark von anderen Systemen unterscheidet. Ich finde es sehr interessant, wie sich die Gebärdensprachsysteme weltweit unterscheiden. Es ist eindeutig viel Kultur im Spiel, wie in dem US-UK Beispiel.

我的家乡是义安省的一个普通城市，这里既没有如芽庄这蓝海黄土，也没有像西贡, 河内的那样繁华，但是这里就是养育我的地方，也伴随了我的童年。
我的家乡四面环山，山清水秀。这里的山不太高也不险峻。山上有很多树，有的已经达几百年的历史。也不知道经历了多少狂风暴雨，才得以成为这么粗壮的古树。小时候，每天下午放学后，我总喜欢和朋友们爬上山，玩儿童游戏，望蓝天，看落日。我的家乡在蓝河岸边，这是一条清澈见底的河流，它一年四季都有不同的风景。春天，岸边的小草从土里冒了出来，换上了绿装。夏天，阳光照在河面上，水天一色，分不清哪儿是河，哪儿是天.秋天的河流是安静的。风平浪静的水里，一阵凉爽的风吹来，岸边的树叶在风中盘旋。冬天的河流是寂寞的四周早已光秃秃的，却也无人问津，只有寒风吹来。提起家乡，或许每个人都会赞美自己家乡，但我不会这样做，其实那里的气候十分严酷，绝对不是一个理想的居住地。以前，每年学生都因为暴雨而必须停课一段时间。夏天炎热冬天寒冷，是我国中最具严酷气候的地区之一。但不是因为这个，我家乡变成了一个贫穷的地方，因为生活艰难，民众有着忍耐、向上发展的特性。这就是为什么这么多为国家做贡献的伟人诞生在这里，如潘佩珠、黎鸿锋、阮氏明开和胡志明等等。其中最特别的是我国伟大领袖胡志明主席的出生地，南坛县金莲社位于荣市以西方向大概10公里。 以前，在我还没离开家乡的时候，这里是人们每年都会去的地方，虽然去过很多次，但是我总是感到很兴奋。
我一直自豪能出生在我家乡，那里的人纯朴善良，那里有大片的稻田，那里是我童年的乐园。那是一个无论走到哪里我一生也无法忘记的地方。

After The Sunset
I went riding a bike to Auntie De's house tonight. I went to the farmland with her and took a lot of pictures. The rice has grown much taller and greener than before. I have good mood when I was walking in the dust path among the rice. The sun was setting fast. Meanwhile, the clouds were very beautiful with variety of shapes and colors.
When I was having dinner with her family, we chatted a lot. Sometimes I realized that I regarded her as my mother while I didn't like my own mother. I was much happier to stay with Auntie De than my mother.
When I was riding back home, I watched the sky from time to time. The sun was gone, but there was still yellow light in the east. The sky was dark blue, so the light was so obvious. There were also stars appeared in the blue sky. I felt so peaceful at that moment. It was so beautiful, but I am unable to describe it totally. I hope I will oneday. I saw a few fireflies at the country road, they were twinkling and twinkling.
When I was back, I looked up the sky, there were so many stars shining in the blue sky.

2. Les fêtes étrangères
Vivant à Hong Kong, au-delà d'infrastructures modernes et de securité qui sont plaisants, je pense que de pouvoir célébrer à la fois les fêtes chinois et celles occidentales est l'un de motifs de joie le plus important ! Grâce à ça, presque tout le mois, on a quelque chose à célébrer, et surtout à la fin de chaque année, les fêtes s'enchaînent : on peut faire les fêtes de la solstice d'hiver, du Noel et du Saint-Sylvestre, suivant par le Jour de l'An. Après que quelques semaines, c'est déjà la fête pour le Nouvel An chinois.
Moi, j'aime faire la décoration chez moi et regarder différents sortes de décoration aux centres de commerce et dans les rues. C 'est tellement belle. En plus, c'est le moment où on passe un temps ensemble avec des familes et des amis. En outre, dans le domaine de la société, plus de fêtes signifie plus d'opportunités économiques parce que les gens faisent plus de shopping pour acheter des cadaux et mangeant plus en dehors.
Neanmoins, ça signifie aussi qu'il y a plus de déchats et gaspillages. C'est vrai que beaucoup de fêtes perdent son signification d'origine et deviennent purement commercialisées, surtout pour les fêtes étrangères, comme le Halloween, le Plaque...
De plus, quand les fêtes étrangères déménagent, ce n'est plus la même chose, soit la décoration, soit le repas traditionaux, peu importe ce que c'est, parce qu'elles s'adaptent à la vie quotienne locale. Par exemple, beaucoup d'appartement ici n'ont pas de cheminée, l'élément qui selon moi est le plus important et necessaire en Noel pour créer une ambiance chaude et vivante.
Cependant, même avec tous les constraints, je pense qu'il faut encore maintenir les fêtes étrangères parce qu'elles faisent déjà une partie de notre vie quotienne et c'est qu'on appelle une acculturation. Et au moins, cela apporte un moment de distraction, de sortir des préoccupations quotidiennes et de se détendre un peu !

My Backpack
I have one favorite backpack that I've used for over five years. I like it because it is stout and has lots of storage. Additionally, the appearance is the coolest for me, so I always use it even though I bought a couple of other backpacks. Due to heavy use, the logo on the surface is partly missing and a zipper handle was almost shredded. Finally today, the zipper was broken and it's time to buy a new one. I'm a bit sad but satisfied that I've used it for such a long time.

Favorite Restaurant
I remember a restaurant where I used to visit in University.
Back then, I was not familiar with making meal at home.
So I ate all food at restaurants.
I could eat meals in my school during weekdays.
Since there were closed on weekend, I had to find other restaurants.
Then, I found a good place where stir-fried spicy pork was so delicious.
And I also enjoyed rolled omelet with tofu.
Now, I am living far from the restaurant, and I sometimes miss food there.

してはいけないことやあげてはいけない物について
和風の家とか日本会社に入る時にはよく入り口に靴ラックを見つけるでしょう。ですから、日本人の家に入る前に、あなたの靴やサンダルを抜いではいけない。それから、靴ラックにきちんと抜いた靴を置いたほうがいいです。そういうことをする理由は外で履いた靴によって家の中を汚しやすいですから、簡単に掃除するために、靴を抜いていけないです。他の理由は日本に雨が多くで湿度も高いことから、靴を履いたまま家に上がると畳みや床が汚れてしまうから、靴はいけない、靴は脱ぐものと習慣ができたようです。
日本人家に訪れる時、通常家主にお土産を持ってあげます。しかし、４つや９つ数量があるお土産をあげてはいけない。日本で4番は悪いことですから。日本に行ったら、そのことに気をおつけください。

21/30 L'énergie nucléaire
Les chercheurs disent que l'énergie fossil va être tout utilisée dans 50 ans. De plus, la consummation de fossil crée la pollution de l'air et aggreve le réchauffement de la planète. Donc il faut chercher des autres alternatives comme l'énergie soleil, du vent, de l'eau... Et parmi eux, l'énergie nucléaire est le plus efficace parce qu'une seule petite pièce de "roche" peut produire autant d'énergie qu'un champ de pannaux du soleil. Mais il y a aussi de risques, surtout sur la santé et les effets peuvent se propager dans le monde entier. Pour moi, je ne suis pas pour l'utilisation de l'énergie nuclearie.
Premièrement, l'effet négatif de la radioactivité a des impacts très grèves parce que les matières radioactives causent de maladies bizzares, et ça affect surtout le système de reproduction. S’il y a malheureusement d'accident dans la centrale, les matières radioactives sont dispersées donc le nuage radioactif peut se propager tellement loin, et même affecter les pays voisins. Pas tant que ça, la radioactivité peut irradier les sols et les nourritures produits dans ce pays peuvent polluer l'environement des autres pays (même s'ils sont situés très lointains) quand ces produits sont exportés. Au-delà de la dimension, la radioactivité peut rester long-term dans le sol. En plus, il faut beaucoup de gens et coûts pour traiter les matières radioactives après l'accident.
Même des gens arguent qu'avec des mésures de sécurité, ça peut être évité. Et, je sais que personne ne veut pas que la catastrophe se produirait. Cependant, même au Japon, un pays développé et avec des hautes standards de sécurité, l'accident nucléaire s'est passé quand même en 2009.
En gros, c'est- à-dire, que ce soit la taille ou la durée, l'accident nucléaire a des effets tellement grève que l’advantage de l’énergie nucléaire ne justifie pas son usage.

金継ぎ － 不完全であることの美しさと強さ
1. 定義：
『金継ぎ』とは、壊れてしまった陶磁器を漆（うるし）の力を使って修復する日本の伝統技法です。
日本人の物を大事にする心によって生まれたのが、「金継ぎ」というすばらしい技術なのです。陶磁器やガラス製品が割れたときには、「廃棄して新たな物を購入する」という方法をとるのが一般的です。しかし、日本では「割れた物を修復し、もう一度使う」という考え方があります。「古いものから唯一無二のアイテムを生み出す、すばらしい技術」として世界から注目(ちゅうもく)を集(あつ)めています。
2. 金継ぎの歴史
工芸としての成立は室町時代で、茶の湯の隆盛とともに発展しました。「茶の湯」は、当時の大名や大商人など富をもった権力者の趣味であり文化でした。中でも織田信長は、大の茶道具コレクター。褒賞としても信長からもらった「茶道具」は富と権力の象徴です。
そんな世界に1つしかない大切な茶道具ですから、壊れてしまった時の元に戻したい気持ちは計り知れない思いがあったでしょう。
そんな時代の中から、修復技術「金継ぎ」は生まれました。
3. 金継ぎの不完全であることの美しさ
金継ぎの手法は損壊した物に新しい命を与えるものです。物のもつはなかさと、物のたどった歴史を賞賛するものです。
4. 金継ぎからの教訓
• 不完全さを認める

外国語を早く身に着ける方法
１．脳に浸かる
自分のターゲット言語をよく聞くことによって、言語能力が洗練されます。環境は言語勉強に重要な役割を果たします。なので、たくさん聞くと、環境づくりができます。
２．言葉の意味に集中する
例えば、私は英語を勉強するとします。アメリカ人の話を聞くとき、新しい言葉に出会ったら、すぐに調べないほうがいいということです。なぜなら、その言葉の定義に集中すぎて、どんな時に使えるか、どんなニュアンスをもたらすかしっかり知らないという場合が結構多いです。そのため、急いで調べる必要はないと思います。まず、当たってみてください。その言葉を言うときの降り舞いとか、どんな状況、事情でいうかによって、その言葉が理解できる場合も少なくないです。
３．言葉を組み合わせる
調査によると、名詞１０個、動詞１０個と形容し１０個で、１０００文作成できるということです。子供のように言語を勉強してみてください。想像力を発揮して、できるだけたくさん実践するなら、自分の目標に近づけます。完璧ではなくても構いません。失敗とか気にしないで！
４．根本的な単語に集中する
外国人の話の内容の８０％を理解できるように、あなたは３０００個の簡単な単語を覚える必要がある。週１は、ターゲット言語でこういうフレーズを使ってください：”これはなんですか？”、”どいういみですか？” “すみません、わかりません”。これらはあなたの言語道具です。この道具で、いろいろな言葉、文法、表現を出会えます。週２はターゲット言語で”わたし”。’’あなた’’、’’これ‘’、‘’熱い”のような簡単な単語を覚え始めます。週３，４は”でも“、‘’と‘’、‘’から‘’という”繋ぎ単語”を学びましょう。これらの言葉で、複雑な文章とか伝えたいことを伝えるようになります
５．言語親も必要です
子供のように初めて言語を勉強する時期は、いろいろわからないことがあるに間違いない。しかし、子供は発音とか文法的に間違ったら、親に直してもらえるでしょう。なので、だんだん、そつなく話せるようになります。私たちも同じです。言語の初心者は”言語親”を探してみればどうですか？
６。顔の動かし方を真似る
その人は顔をどう動かすか、特に口の動かしに観察して、真似すれば、あなたの発音は改善できるかもしれません。
７．イメージに連想する
例えば、”Fire"という新しい言葉を学ぶとき、"Fire"に関するイメージを連想して、頭に深く入れるようになります。例えば。煙いの匂いや消防車の音を思い浮かべますよね。ああいうイメージからこそ、その言葉が分かりやすくなって、おぼえやすくなります。

By the way, I received my first dose of the Pfizer vaccine this afternoon. My body temperature was 37.0 ﾟC for some reason in the temperature measurement before vaccination.

我用中文的时候多么用slang？最喜欢的字有哪些？
我觉得我大多时候比较口语得说话。一方面，除了课程以外我常常跟朋友打字/聊天，这样练习给我加强用口语的习惯。另一方面，学习语言的时候，只有上比较高级的语言课，才能学好怎么用更正式的风格表示你自己的思想。我学了中文四年后左右终于学会了”如果，”之前只有“要是。“到现在我常常看不出来什么是正式话，什么而是口语。最近我连觉得”再说“都能放在文章里。我感觉根据正式度分好词汇对我很难，但是希望我越练习越会进步。
在最喜欢的字上，我大部分是根据发音选择，该包括尴尬、藏、上升、熬夜，真的是很随机的一套。我最讨厌的也应该是由发音选择的：略（很不幸福的是这个字的确很有用）、贼、恰等。“出去”也对我有点难说出来。
在意思方面，随意发挥傻子、阴森森、和滚出去。最喜欢的insult应该是”你的脑子进屎了。”原来老师给我们说脑子进水了，后来才发现了原来的说法。

"Las Venas Abiertas de America Latina"
Ahora mismo leo el libro "Las Venas Abiertas de America Latina" por Eduardo Galeano, escritor uruguayo. Este libro es bastante conocido, y fue publicado en los setenta (no sé cual año precisamente). Es un libro muy difícil leer para mí, probablemente es el más desafiante que he leído en español. Esto es un poco raro, porque en mi experiencia, los libros de historía son más simples que las novelas o la literatura. Pero Galeano trata de hacer el estilo más literario que histórico - el texto es repleto de imágenes, metáforas, y otras florituras que no se suele encontrar en una obra de historía. Creo que este es una buena idea, y si estuviera leyendo el libro en ingles, me gustaría este hecho. Pero en español, no tengo un buen vocabulario de cosas naturales, por ejemplo -- los nombres de animales, flores, y cultivos siempre me hacen estirarme para el diccionario. Con los imágenes elaborados en este libro, a veces veo una oración y pienso que no entiendo nada! Usualmente, con el contexto de las oraciones circundante, puedo resolver el significado aproximado. También, el libro se trata de muchos eventos y figuras históricas, así que es difícil recordar todo. El libro habla de la historia entera de America Latina, y a veces el Caribe también, después de la llegada de los conquistadores de España. Es admirable que el autor logra encontrar sentido de los eventos diversos de los países diferentes, y llega a conclusiones poderosos.

最近良い本を読みましたか
私は今年たくさん本を読みました。村上春樹の小説の四冊を読みました。村上の本は良いと思いますが、私は読んだ本の中に、彼はいつも同じような主人公について書きました。主人公達は全て東京に住んでいる陰気な男の人です。村上は違うな主人公につて書いたでしょうか。今私はドラキュラを読んでいます。ドラキュラは１８９７年に書いた吸血鬼につての小説です。二年前この本を読み始めました。私は日本にいて、電車を乗る時読み物を欲しかったから、スマホにドラキュラのPDFをドウンロードしました。スマホでこの本を大半読み、アメリカに帰たと、読みのをやめました。最近始めからドラキュラを読むのをやり直しました。

(2021/09/04) Next Year I am 55
30 years ago, when I finished my student life.
I start working.
At that time 55 is a long future, now is just one year later.
At that time, I would think a 55 years old man will be very old.
In fact, I am old. (fat and a lot of white hair)
But now I feel so strong even stronger than when I was 25.
Actually, not just a “feeling” I am training hard nowadays.
I exercise each day!
I become more confidence now that is a surprise.
So, don’t use age as an excuse not to exercise.

Although many years have passed, I can still remember those days in early autumn when I was a teenager. Every morning when you get up and go out on the fields, you feel a little cold if you are not wearing enough clothes, so every time I think of autumn, the first impression that comes to my mind is cold. At that time, my village planted a lot of sweet potatoes each year and I grew up eating sweet potatoes. The harvest season of sweet potatoes was in autumn, in the middle of October. Farmers use one or two cows pulling a plow to dig potatoes out. We followed the plow and put sweet potatoes in our baskets. If we were hungry, we could eat it directly after rubbing the mud off. We can also eat sweet potatoes after burning them on the fields. Every year, we find some of the biggest sweet potatoes and many villagers come to see the sweet potatoes. Many years have passed, my villagers no longer plant sweet potatoes because nowadays they don't have to take sweet potatoes as their main food. They have many other decent foods already, for instance, wheat, rice and so on. If we want to eat sweet potatoes today, we have to buy them in some food stores. And sweet potatoes today are sweeter than the old ones.
