054 She loves the silhouette
The first dress she tries is a bold statement one from the brand “Weird”. She doesn't feel really the most comfortable. It really hugs you. If you wear it when you are bloated, it really emphasizes your bottom gut. This is the kind of dress that you would love to wear when you are feeling really confident. The neckline is high, the back is low. It's a very “look at me” kind of dress. She is not sure about this dress.
Up next is a white dress, which reminds her of going to school dances. She loves the silhouette, the fabrics and the color. Her favorite part of it is the neck/bustline. It has a nice sheen to it. It wraps and ties around her waist. The tie front detail matches the trim on the bottom.

Los derechos humanos
Los derechos humanos son normas que reconocen y protegen la dignidad de todos los seres humanos. Estos derechos rigen la manera en que los individuos viven en sociedad y se relacionan entre sí. Además, cada persona tiene derechos humanos por el simple hecho de ser humano. Ya qur los derechos humanos garantizan la dignidad humana de las personas, es imprescindible que los gobiernos, y todos los seres humanos procuren que se cumplan todos los derechos. Hoy en día, las noticias sobre las violaciones de los derechos humanos son muy comunes.
Un ejemplo podría ser el hecho de que en varios países los homosexuales no pueden casarse aunque se supone que cada persona tiene derecho al matrimonio. Asimismo, no se puede negar que muchos de los derechos humanos de las personas sin hogar no se cumplen. El derecho a un nivel de vida adecuada es un ejemplo.

Muñecas débiles
Me duele la muñeca de jugar al tenis. Mis dos muñecas son débiles de tocar la viola durante más de diez años cuando era niña. Adquirí el síndrome de túnel carpiano cuando era adolescente, pero no me había sentido dolor durante años. No sé si jugar tenis es malo para la muñeca o si solo necesito fortalecerla.

Receta para ensalada de pasta
Aquí está una receta para una ensalada de pasta muy rica. Antes de encontrar esta receta (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0lQD-SnN57Y, la ultima receta aquí), yo hacía ensalada de pasta de vez en cuando, pero nunca fue muy bueno. Pero esta receta es mejor, y ojalá que puedas tratarla. Una ensalada de pasta es perfecto para los días calorosos del verano, y también puede alimentar una multitud (en una fiesta, por ejemplo). Ya que la ensalada es frío, los restos quedan bien en la refrigeradora.
Para empezar, hierve la pasta - la forma ideal es algo como rotini - hasta cocinada, asegurando que el agua es bien salada. Después de colar la pasta, ponlo en un bol grande, y añade un poco de vinagre y un poco de aceite, luego revuélvela.
Ahora haz el aderezo. Para este necesitas una licuadora. Mide los ingredientes (ve las medidas exactas en el video), que incluyen a cebolla roja, ajo, vinagre (¡ambos rojo y blanco!), mostaza, y unas hierbas y especias (orégano, pimiento negro y sal) y añádelos a la licuadora. Mézclalo hasta liquido, y entonces añade el aceite (cuarto de taza por cuarto de taza) y mézclalo otra vez.
Es tiempo para preparar los otros ingredientes, los que van a añadir aún más sabor y volumen a tu ensalada. Pica unos tomatitos cherry, unas olivas (las negras son mejores pero cualquier tipo funciona), algún queso fresco como mozzarella, y un poco de salami u otro carne de tu preferencia.
Combina todos los ingredientes con la pasta (no debe ser caloroso ahora) y añade el aderezo y una cantidad bien de queso parmesano. Pruébalo y ajústalo a tu gusto. ¡Disfruta!

Changement de Duolingo
Je joue à Duolingo depuis environs 2 ans, mais récemment il a largement changé son système. On peut maintenant acheter des gems, car un jeu récemment sorti dans lequel on peut gagner beaucoup de points consomme des gems le plus que les autres. Je ne suis pas sûre si ce changement est dans une bonne sens. L'un des avantages de Duolingo était tant qu'on attend lors des publicités après des exercices, on peut le jouer sans frais. Il y a des classements pour chaque rang, et les utilisateurs gratuites ainsi que ceux qui pays des frais d'abonnement pouvaient concourir présque impartialement. Mais désormais, la concurrence sera plus tense et plus avantagieux pour les abonnés qui peuvent disposer de l'argent. Je crains que l'appli devienne uniquement pour ces gens-là.

Магические языки
Во всех странах, школники учут почему Германия проиграла Вторую мировую войну или почему мы, человеческие существа, не можем дышать под воде. Однако, когда изучают языки, всё изменяется. Когда школьники спрашивают, почему нужно использовать это время или эти слова в данной фразе, ним отвечают часто "это просто так" — другая и элегантная манера сказать: "я не знаю"!
Все бы удивлялись преподавателю математики, который не умел бы доказать теорем Пифагора, но все нормально о преподавателе языков, который не умеет объяснить понятно разницу между двумя формулированием такой же фразы. Как странно!
Конечно, даже учители не всё знаю. Конечно, ответ на многие лингвистические вопросы - действительно "мы не знаем, это так!" Например, есть фонологические правила, которые объясняют изменения в произношении данного языка, но это очень трудно (почти невозможно!) определить почему специфические изменения появляются в данное время или почему они появляются в одном языке, а нет в другом. Таким образом, языки очевидно никогда не будут так "логичными", как математика или физика.
Несмотря на это, грамматические объяснения в изучании иностранных языков остаются недостаточными, по моему опыту. Я считаю, что много школьников (и даже взрослых!) выходят от классы думая, что языки какие-то магические дела, которые никогда не объясняются разумным образом. Я привежу один пример: ещё сортируют французские глаголы в три "группы". Третия группа включает большую часть глаголов, и она вид всеобъемлющей категории для всех глаголов, которые не соответствуют к первым двум группам. На самом деле, есть конечно более, чем просто три группы в французской глагольной системе, но мы вероятно слишком ленивными, чтобы их преподавать. Научная литература их знают, но по незвестной причине, педагоги считают, что это лучше преподавать детям концепции, в которых исключений больше, чем правил!
Я не знаю, ли ситуация поменяется. Много любят изучить наизусть. Ним не нужно понять, как язык работает. Я хотел бы стать так! К счастью, когда изучают самостоятельно, возможно проводить исследования сколько угодно!

Mi Gato
El mes pasado, mi vecino Tanairis no puso mantener su gato nada más. Ella está embarazada y quiere tener una casa limpia para su bebe nuevo. Ella me preguntó si yo quisé un gato, y hablé con mi compañero de cuarto. Yo tengo alergías de los gatos, entonces fue una decisión difícil. En el final, decidimos adoptar el gato, cuyo nombre es Tigre. Tigre tiene dos y medio años, y es muy, muy cariñoso y mimoso. Sin embargo, también tiene mucho energía y quiere jugar todo del tiempo. Si estoy ocupado y no puedo jugar con él, me muerde las piernas. No está doloroso pero está muy molesto. Le encanta cuando tomo tiempo para jugar con bolas, cuerda, y ratones falsos. Mi tiempo favorito del día es cuando nos acurrucamos en la sofa después de un día largo.

越來越幸福的生活
這些最近的星期，我越來越幸福。我慢慢發現我并不喜歡隔離。那可能是一個很明顯的事，沒有人喜歡隔離，可是我以前以爲我的情況良好。我總是很開心，我覺得你在每一個事情可能選擇開不開心，所以我平常選擇開心。完全隔離的時候當然是有點痛苦，可是我也覺得那個事情有的好玩方面，所以我很難注意我的心理健康慢慢的變壞。最近我們的隔離在也不是完全的，我們可以參加越來越多的活動，可是我們還沒有真的交關係的機會。我每天在家裏做我的工作，所以我沒有深的跟我同事們的關係，我去教會的時候還不能跟其他的人一起坐或者聯係，我當時繼續沒注意到我還不是很開心。畢竟，我上個星期二必須請假一天因爲我慢慢充分累了。
那天以來，我覺得事情真實改善了。上個星期二是第一次我親自去我朋友的房子一起學習聖經，上個星期三我帶一起學習聖經的人去電影院看“尚汽”，上個星期四是我第一次去辦公室做工作，然後上個周末過得非常好。星期六我跟很多同事們一起坐公車去遠足登山，然後跟一個朋友一起做了紅燒豬肉，星期日我在教會交個很多新的新加坡或者香港的朋友們。我知道從現在起，這些機會越來越多，所以我非常激動。
而且，上個星期我研究了在台灣學習中文的機會的很久。看大學的網站讓我感覺再像一位大學生。

About me
About me
Hi! I'm Tomás Siewert Lominchar. Such a combination of surnames is due to that I’m half Spanish and half German. Indeed, I was born in Madrid, but for the state of Germany, it was in Berlin. Fortunately, I have both nationalities!
I spent the last years studying languages and music, but this year, at my 23’s I finally start the chemistry course at UNED, but I’m looking to change the course to biochemistry or biology at UCM.
I love sports. Furthermore, I used to play rugby and later on, I also practised water polo, but I ended up doing powerlifting. It’s an exciting discipline in which you confront yourself. The one who could beat you is yourself, and the way to pick up is to improve your way of being.
I’m passionate about language acquisition, music and of course sciences. Indeed, my goals are to catch up to C1 in German and English, enter into a music conservatory and keep studying sciences.
My dreamed job would be something related to conservationism and environmental protection. Put in practice scientific and political solutions to the problems that developing countries and their wildlife confront.

我的一天活动1
我今天早上6点多起床了，7.15左右我准备好上班去。因为现在我想减肥，所以按照营养医生的指示我早饭只好吃坚果，一个煎鸡蛋，喝一杯杏仁奶 。然后我马上在脸上涂点儿保湿霜，用眼线笔画眼线，我不是化妆老手所以我觉得只画眼线，涂口红就够了。
我跟室友一起上车去我们工作的地方，到办公室之后我发消息给我家人，然后我就打开电脑看看有没有新的邮件。我平时帮行政部门的人员和外国人员交流，比如说如果有新来的同事需要去移民局申请工作签证，那我担任把所需要的信息收集起来，填写文件，陪同同事一起去移民局办理手续。我觉得做这份工作挺有意思的。但不好的方面就是不是每天都有任务，如果没啥事儿的话我真的感觉很无聊，那么我就趁机会学习语言。
我12点去公司的食堂里吃点儿东西，我的中国同事休息一个小时，但我没有这个习惯所以我继续工作或看新闻什么的。5点左右我和室友准备一起回宿舍，他们常常在那里吃完饭。回宿舍的路上我很喜欢看风景，因为每天都我在办公室工作所以我欣赏风景一会儿。7点我和家人视频通话。9点半我就准备睡觉。

Long weekend
Last Friday was a festive day in Barcelona, so we had a long weekend. Friday morning I was working with my illustrations at home. Later I had carefully of my pets, a couple of budgies, they don't talk anything, but do only a strong sound or tweet. At afternoon, I rode with a municipal bicycles named 'bicing' by the city. At night, I met with my wife, who she had been working all day. Next day morning, we went to the beach. We have the luck that Barcelona city have a lot of beaches. It was a yellow flag, so you can take a bath, but with precaution. It was much fun that some time to tame there was a big wave. And the Sunday, we repeat the rest in the beach, but this time with green flag, and eating pizza at the noon. So this long weekend has been fine, restful, and funny.

Impolite
I went running tonight. My goal distance was 2.5 km, but I ran 3.8 km at last. If my stomach hadn't felt uncomfortable, I would have run more. I hope I can run 5 km next month.
When it was class break, there were two girls passed. I heard one of them answer another: she was a girl. It wasn't the first time that I heard people talk about my gender near me in the school, and I believe that it also won't be the last time.
There are ten female staff in the school, my hair is the shortest, which length is like boys'. I also like wearing shirt and casual trousers, and I seldom wear bra, which makes me look like a man. However, the point is that many students are rude. It is really impolite to talk about someone nearby. Today, Ms. Li said, "our students should be politer." Last week, she also said, "I have never had such naught students like these of this school." She had worked in her hometown a few years. This is her first term in this school.
I am quite agree with her. There are several boys, who are very troublesome, in her class. I feel quite sorry for her. I can't do nothing for her because my students also made a lot of trouble.

Joan Mulholland

Sie sieht nicht aus, als könnte sie einer Fliege wehtun." Welches Verbrechen muss sie dann begangen haben? So verrückt es heute klingt, das Verbrechen war der Protest gegen die Rassentrennung. Die sechziger Jahre waren eine Zeit der Revolution in den USA, immer mehr Menschen forderten das Ende der Segregation, aber es gab immer noch viel Widerstand. Joan war eine der Rebellen, sie schloss sich einer Gruppe von Aktivisten namens "Freedom Riders" an und wagte im Sommer 1961, die Rassentrennung in Bussen herauszufordern. Die Reaktion der Polizei war brutal, Joan, die damals 19 Jahre alt war, wurde in eine Hochsicherheitseinrichtung gebracht, wo sie zwei Monate lang in der Todeszelle blieb. Man könnte meinen, das würde reichen, um ihren Mut zu brechen, aber das tat es nicht. Tatsächlich scheint es sie stärker gemacht zu haben. Sie hatte schon früher an der Duke University studiert, aber nach ihrer Entlassung aus dem Gefängnis beschloss sie, an eine Universität für schwarze Studenten zu wechseln und dort weiterhin Proteste zu führen.
